Bad customer service I called to place a pick up order the person that answered and said hold so he never came back to the phone I then drove there still on hold I told the bartender that someone was on hold he says dam I forgot 12 mins later we have to do better.

Had a great time on a recent visit for Karaoke. Plenty of seating, good drinks, although somewhat limited, depending on what you order. Food is great, and they were open until 2 on a weeknight, if you want to stay out that late. Mixed crowd, but not super busy. Staff was friendly and good singing! Will definitely be back!

This is hands down my favorite bar in the area. A big open space, not too crowded, cool down-to-earth employees, food is delicious and to top it off.... POKER every night!!! Try the Chicken Cajun Pasta

I can believe that I just got thrown out of tonys sports bar. I had glass in my beer and refused to pay for it then got attitude from the bar tender and the manager made me leave after and let his employee give me attitude right in front of him! They still made me pay for everything and the bar tender threatened me. Keeping it trashy Tony's!

Tony needs to tighten up his place a bit. Bar couldn't even make a Manhattan. No vermouth. No vermouth! And it's a bar! Service was very lackadaisical, friends questioned why they got something they thought they didn't order, waiter didn't seem to care at all. On the plus side, good music. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Update 8/7/18...still no air!! Ridiculous! I'm a regular and my issue is that it is going on month 3 with no air conditioner. Normally I would give this place a 5 but it ridiculous that management has not fixed the air. This is Georgia, it was 95 degrees outside yesterday 6/19/18 and I barely lasted an hour and half. Fix your air before you start loosing your regulars.

I go to Tony's on a daily basis.. I know the owners Steve and Jasmine and the manager Wes as well as the whole staff.. Jordan, Brian, Bianca, Jessica, Tae, Selina, and Shawn.. there customer service is AMAZING! Great bar to hang out at.. very chill.. and enjoy playing poker, pool, and darts, and for a bar there wings are awesome and the overall food is GREAT! :) LOVE everyone at Tony's!!

This place is sooo much fun! The food is really delicious too. The wings are crispy and flavorful, the fried fish tacos are amazing, the ribs and beef nachos taste really good also. I had so much fun tonight I can't wait to go back!

This was my third time visiting Tony's and my experience keeps getting better. The food is great and the drinks are even better. The service was top notch.! Jessica was my waitress this time and she took great care of us. She put our orders in right away, made excellent conversation, kept my water cup full, and always kept a steady eye on our table to see if my Friends or I needed anything else while keeping up with her other tables. Overall it was another satisfying experience. Thanks Tony's, I'll see you again soon.

Tonight, I got a pasta shrimp Alfredo, that was delicious . Recommend it to everyone to try!!! Waiter Jordan got it right and the kitchen did a great job on that. Thank you. I am really enjoyed it. Great testing and plenty of shrimps with spices. I loved it.

Really comes down to the waiter. Drinks were good, experience was bad, even when told we were done with a long shift in the service industry and just wanted to relax, our waiter just kept ignoring our female friend on purpose (as if playing hard to get?). After over an hour of making our evening unnecessary difficult (not servicing our table and not 'remembering' her order, so everyone else gets their drinks but her), our waiter then proceededs - out of nowhere - to then literally come out from the bar with a table cloth to 'cover' our other female colleague because she was 'showing off' herself. Absolutely insulted. Would love to talk to ownership.

My waitress took for ever to chk on me and see if I needed anything. Did not conversate with me or make me feel welcome. Basically has no clue what they're doing. Food wasn't good either. So I will never go bk there. Tony's on Roswell Rd is awesome though so idk what happened with this one.

Well last night at tonys in duluth on rogers bridge road I had three orders in the total of 88 dollars got home check my balance and there was three charges n one of charge was 200 dollars and 12 cents could you imagine the rage I was in a. Warning do not use your debit card at tonys there's a lot of real young waitresses that has no clue what there doing.

This is the only "dive" bar I can find in town. There are multiple regulars that play Playmaker Texas Hold'em for bragging rights (just to warn those who want to play, it's house rules to show your hand or get boo'd) Strong drinks and great people. Also, it's a smoking friendly bar (cigars too). Their happy hour burger is amazing! It's a great place for those looking for a comfy bar.

Don't ever go here you'll get treated horrible. The waiters follow you outside to your car to harass you , if you don't tip... The waiter was horrible, spilled my drink, didn't give me a straw and plain out didn't check on me so I guess Jordan assumed he deserves a lot when he did little. Outside the place there's people that sit outside in their cars and cuss out people that are standing outside, I can tell they're regulars. Never will return to such a ridiculous place.

I understand this is a dive bar, however, considering it's one of the only ones in the area that stays open late... We went on a recommendation as a new spot. The bartender should be attentive so that he keeps or builds regulars that are continuously buying and tipping. If you don't even acknowledge us when were been standing there for 20 min, smiling trying go make eye contact, you suck. When ur bar has a few regulars who already have a drink, you should not be rushing to make them a second so it sits there while ignoring the people who need assistance. When ur coworkers are willing and capable to help you, especially a trainee, don't yell at them for helping a customer, even the multiple ones we saw after us standing there also, communicate that hey can you grab me a... Then u tell me no more food BC I've been waiting for over 20 min to get addressed...patiently... but I just saw chits print up all the time I was standing there and the cook put on his apron to cook... Because I know how to get loud, but I didn't because a regular told me they're nice people here, so I wanted to give it all a benefit of being in the weeds or what not you know. However, there was no recovery, the experience just kept going down hill. Don't ask me to get my ID both times I buy pitchers and tip you well because I see you can't handle your bar size, despite your trainee running circles around you and apparently most of the people at the bar have been sitting for hours now. Found that out because one of the regulars was a doll and was nice enough to explain the women were training. Please give them more shifts because obviously they care. Do not assume everyone walks in knowing when u close, ur a bar as you showed out, so do last call. Even though I bought the last drink an hour before closing. Do a last call considering of the 4 ppl who were working, one was nowhere to be seen until it came time to "kick" us out. Sorry skinny millennial, didnt i see you hanging out with people at the bar while tables were dirty all night and your coworkers were overwhelmed. You appear like a magical fairy to say oh you didnt know we were here, but "y'all cant be out here because its 2" literally taking my drink from my hand. Only the girls were decent, both the guys were like oh its 2 y'all can't finish ur drinks u have to leave, literally grabbed the glasses out of our hands as we politely exited. As we were walking out, literally tried to chk my ID AGAIN saying I waited so long because I didnt have my ID! I suppose there was some sort of reconciliation in affect, but he tried to say I didn't get served BC I didn't have my ID, u saw it twice, held it in your hand, on my second round I brought 3 ids for the same people sitting in ur bar all well over 30, they all stood beside me when u told your teammates U got this! When clearly u didn't! I understand the laws are strict, but it does not give you a reason to be rude to new costomers or the women helping you out. If you suck, or are having an off day, take the help, tip them out because it would probably get you more tips, customers, ect...because you would get good reviews. These 3 bartenders who you "tried to check" through the 2 hrs we were there are gonna find another drinking hole. Technically, there are 15 of us that could have been regulars, but no thank you.
