Abominable service, brought out 2 of 3 meals which we finished before third was brought out. All ran out of drinks repeatedly. Bathroom had doors missing , no toilet paper and no towels to dry hands.

This place is definitely for those who like to see cute scantily clad women. I am not one of those people. Even though I was a little shocked by their attire I still sat at the bar. I was totally unaware of the uniform code. Sarah and Jess were our bartenders. Absolute dolls. They were sweet, kind and Jess definitely has a big personality. The drinks were prepared nicely and quickly. We didn't order food but we should have because the meals that came from the kitchen looked amazing. I'd definitely go again.

The food was fine but the atmosphere was so so. Of the two bartenders (both female) one was very cute and had a great personality and the other seemed to want to be anywhere but there. The ladies on the floor were not very enthusiastic but did not have poor attitudes either...they were just kind of blah. The building seemed to be aging a bit - some facelift would do the place well. Maybe it was just the day, I'll definitely check it again.

Very undercooked food and didnt bake their cookies after they had forgot to add it to my order in the first place. Drive back to get cookies which was basically just cookie dough and no apology, thanks. They will tend to forget to add something into your order so make sure you check and make sure its cooked.

Was expecting wait staff in kilts, instead saw women serving in thongs and bras. Not family friendly and not classy at all. Was very disappointed that their "dress up" attire for St. Patrick's day was being practically naked...in fact I wondered how it was okay and within heath inspection guidelines. It was my first and last visit to a Tilted Kilt restaurant.

Not my usual scene - never been to a Hooters or anything - but thought I'd pop in and give it a try. The atmosphere is solid - it feels large and open but you can also hide away in a corner if you prefer. If you're the sort of person who judges or stares at women, I will say that their outfits are well designed and not terribly revealing (though it shouldn't matter). A few of the servers were on their phones regularly, but because it did not impede them from providing adequate service to everyone, no points deducted here. Food is fine pub food. Mozzarella sticks are flavorful and taste like real cheese (here's looking at you Applebee's). Worth stopping in for a drink and a snack or just a place to relax mid-afternoon.

This used to be a lot more happening place than what I saw last weekend. It was heartning to see empty tables on a Saturday night. Not sure what has changed, food and drinks are still the same. Uniforms of kilt girls are fine and all of them were wearing personal attire I guess, that shouldn't have mattered anyway. Number of options for beers on tap has gone down and so has the quality of wings. Is this place on decline ? I don't know but it is definitely not attracting much crowd. 3 stars for the good old days.

The scenery is nice but the food and service was so-so. I always tip even if the service is not on or above par (but at about a 10% rate) and our server was not attentive at all. We saw her when we ordered, when we got our food, and when we got the bill. I ordered a Philly that tasted like fish and wings that were O..K. They need to step their game up big time.

Tater tots were overcooked. Fries were so overcooked you could barely bite them. Burger was burnt on one side and the sweet tea tasted like the urn hasn't been cleaned in days. It's no wonder so many restaurants in this chain are going out of business.

I go to the comedy show on Wednesdays. The staff is incredible. Everyone is super friendly. Great food and drinks too. Highly recommended to anyone in the area. Especially after a game.

Terrible service. Our waitress was Alexis and she took our order and we never heard from her after that. She was at the table with 2 guys the entire time. She didn’t check on us once and when we talked to the manager we were told that the servers do not “check on tables with 2 couples because they like to give us alone time”. What?! Doesn’t even make sense! All I wanted was a refill and we couldn’t even get that without walking up to the bar.

Hands down the absolute WORST service I have ever had. In the past we have had great service here, but tonight was just ridiculous. Our "waitress" literally did nothing besides take our order. We never saw her after that. She was outside for so long that by the time she came back in we were finished with our food and the bus boy had already cleaned our plates up and she thought we hadn't gotten food yet. Incredibly disappointed.

Beware: Horrible service! The reviews are fake and paid for. Extremely rude service from the asian bartender. Definitely recommend going elsewhere. Funny thing is, when we were walking in, another customer told us that the service was bad and said not to go in but we tried it anyway.

The food was good as well as the Guinness and the waitress that finally took care of us. I give it three stars due to the fact that the hostess seemed annoyed when we walked in and asked for a table, it took almost 15-20 minutes before anyone came over to help us when two waitresses walked by use three times each and the place was dirty. I understand a place being dirty when they are busy but they were not and the floors were filthy. The waitress that finally waited on us apologized for everyone passing us by. She was very nice and nice to look at too.

Although our waitress was good (which is the only reason it gets 2 stars), the draft beer was either warm or flat. My glass of water had a funky taste. Not all of the waitresses were wearing the Tilted Kilt outfit...one of the bartenders was wearing a bra and a thong, one of the waitresses was wearing a bra and bikini bottoms. We have been to other Tilted Kilts and loved the atmosphere and the food. This one was nowhere near up to par.

Considered having my future wedding reception here honestly great place to become a regular hang out spot. Respect and be respected. Treat the bartenders well. Also be sure to tip!

I went late on a Saturday night, I sat at the bar and I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and a beer. Service was prompt - I was sitting for less than a minute before the bartender brought me a menu. Likewise, the beer was promptly served, and even the good got there quickly. The sandwich was okay, nothing stellar but no complaints. Unfortunately, the fries were mediocre, like Burger King fries. Ambience was odd, the customers were mainly guys, 80/20 I would estimate. The bar was not crowded, they were about 20-30 customers, during a NBA playoff game. The female staff wears a skimpy uniform, and all the serving staff appeared to be young women.

In my opinion the food was not good. When the monty christo came out, it looked nothing like the picture on the menu. It tasted bad. The whole place needs a deep cleaning. The bathroom stunk and was filthy. Behind the bar looked like it needs to be cleaned too! I wonder, if this is what they want the public to see, what does the kitchen look this? The service was good though. I will not be going back.

Bad service waited for 30 minutes and nobody ask my fiancee and I for drinks. The servers just kept walking by us. They only served the single drunk men to get more tips I felt as though they discriminate against couples with their half naked tops and skirts. Disappointing!

Staff was awesome - Mermaid was attentive and checked in on us the perfect amount. The decor was a little dream compared to the TK in Pittsburgh. The drinks were a little unbalanced - a little too strong and my margarita was missing the sugar the first time and over sugared the second time. The food was just ok too. The tater tots were over fried but the fries were perfect. The sauces for the wings were good but the wings themselves were rubbery. I'll try it again but I'm not rushing back.

We had the most gorgeous waitress (Melody) and the bar maid that made this experience awesome, we'll be back just to enjoy the atmosphere and wonderful conversation with the talented and lovely staff. So let me preface this with the point that my food and service were fine. The score represents the facility. This place needs a good cleaning. I honestly felt like a left the men's room dirtier than I went in. The entire place needs to be cleaned. The bathroom checklist has no info on it where an associate had checked on it, and they really need to check on it.

This place is...meh. Maybe less than meh. Went here on a whim with my boyfriend and young son. Definitely not a family friend restaurant. Wasn't a fan of the waitstaff attire. The place is also kinda dark and could really use a facelift. Also didn't appreciate the waitress flirting with my boyfriend while I was in the bathroom with my son. The food was okay. The loaded tater tots weren't bad, but the fish and chips were tasteless.

Plenty of great draught beer awaits you as well as eye candy in the form of superior wait staff. Love the atmosphere, decoration and the Elites car show out on the parking decks in back monthly! They've got it all and for a good price.

The uniforms were cute & not TOO excessively revealing (although a little more butt cheek than expected) no more skin than you'd see at a public pool. Service was great & food was delicious, our fave was the Pirate Anne Bonny boneless wings. We'll definitely be back!

We loved it! The girls working were all so sweet! We took our 3 year old and 2 year old and they were all so nice to my little girls. My 3 year old wanted to hug every one of them, and they each took the time to give her a hug and talk to her. It made her day! Food was great too! Overall great experience!!

Great service. Fun atmosphere. Our server was Tawny who was a hoot. I recommend the Boston burger (may not be the exact name) and onion rings. Tater tots are good second choice. Quick turn around in the kitchen. All around good time. Highly recommend this location.

A couple of friends gave me rave reviews about this place so we decided to try it since we were in the area. The food was mediocre at best and the waitress (what little time she spent showing attention to our table) seemed like she was unhappy with even being there. All in all, it's a pretty neat set up but comparatively to Hooters (which I noticed is not far up the street) I'd take Hooters because the girls are hotter and the food is way better.

First visit ever to any Tilted Kilt. Bartender that was there, Darriana, was fantastic. She immediately greeted me and all other patrons with an enthusiastic “hello, how are you??” She was very attentive, friendly the entire time and always made sure I didn’t need anything. Plus, she’s definitely easy on the eyes. Loved the bright blue lipstick too. I’m normally not one to order more than a single beer but I left there tonight definitely feeling good. I’d recommend this place and will be back soon with my friends.

Pretty bad smell (I think either blue cheese gone bad or something else, near the bar). The service was over-the-top fake friendly, the food was subpar and the crowd was mostly older people. Also, the night I was there, 1 girl got fired in front of us and walked away in tears.

Went here by myself after a comedy show. There was a guy playing guitar music that night, and honestly I was ready to be thoroughly annoyed. But I was hungry and wanted some social interaction, so I stayed. Once I got over the general air of shame that pervades a restaurant like this (it took a drink or two, and I STILL kind of felt weird all about it) it was a decent time. I talked with the waitstaff, who earn each and every cent of their tips for being easy to talk to even when they are getting creeped on at the highest level (and who probably still don't get paid enough), and they were nice and took my order. It took like 20 minutes of me sitting at the bar, but hey who's counting. It took an hour and a half to get my food (that place was practically empty, so they really had no excuse for that) but during that time I got sauced up enough and struck up a conversation with the guy who was playing his guitar for a disinterested crowd earlier. He was super cool, and the best conversation I had all night. Made me focus less on my Asperger's-like awkwardness talking to scantily clad young women. Ended up having a great time, even though I originally went there to make my girlfriend jealous, which didn't work (what the ever loving hell was my end goal THERE??) The food was all right, nothing to write home about. But I guess just enough to write to Google about? So, in summary, the service was super slow, the staff friendly, the food decent, and the overall experience slightly shameful.

The only reason I'm giving two stars is Raelyn. She greeted me, seated me and attended to me. It took too long for the food to come and my tater tots were overcooked. The Monte Cristo was not up to Beningan's standard.

We sat for about 10 minutes in the bar area on a not so busy Saturday and no one came to take our order so we got up and left. I see why they have to resort to “bikini car washes” to get people in. Once they’re in, will they get served?

I’ve been to this location on two occasions. The first time, the food and service was excellent. This time, however, was terrible. My husband and I were seated, and it took a good 10 minutes for the waitress to come and take our drink orders. The place wasn’t crowded at all by the way. There were maybe 3 other tables. When she came to take the order, she was rude, but I honestly didn’t care. I was hungry and just wanted food. We ordered appetizers and our main course at the same time. However, I specified that we wanted the appetizer out first. Another 20 minutes later, we get our appetizer. The pub pretzel which was hot and delicious. At the same time the waitress brought the appetizer, I noticed our food come out and sitting under the warmer. We are and then she brought our main food, which was by then room temperature. I couldn’t fathom paying for food and it coming out basically cold. I was already hungry and irritated so I just asked her for the check for the appetizer and the drinks. Another 15 minutes... no check. I asked again and she brought it. We left and went to hooters instead. I was disgusted by the service and the cold food. Not to mention the mildew smell as soon as we sat down. I don’t expect much from a place that sells hot wings, but I at least expect hot food. They get one star for the awesome pretzel. I won’t be coming back. Next time I want wing, I’ll go to hooters.
