Went on Wednesday night (Ladies night) and had half price food and drinks. Wasn't too crowded and the staff was friendly. Great, open space for a larger group and the outside space was really nice. Will be back!

Lively cool place to hang out on the weekend. Good music... its free and within walking distance of me and my husband. The crowd is usually 21 to 37ish. I am 45 and my hubby is 40 but didnt feel out of place When Johnny's Hideaway (nearby) has lines... people will walk over to the Ivy... no lines. But will have huge crowds after 11:30pm. Place is 2 levels and 2 bathrooms.

Went to a meeting. Good facility for that. Old but interesting night club. Old European feel, solid building and decor, comfortable. Pretty especially at night with outdoor areas, sky deck with beautiful evening sky. Cooling fans for summer eve.

Very trendy crowd but only cater to white americans. Sign out front is pretty racist. No male jewelry after 11. Not even earrings. Never heard of anything like this I my life. Buck head is not for a diverse crowd.

Not really impressed. More so, not what I thought it was going to be. If you are 21 and looking to get wasted in an overly loud bar, this is your spot. If not... look elsewhere for entertainment. From the styrofoam cup I got my drink in, to the loud music (I couldn't hear the person sitting next to me), to the unresponsive waitstaff (I tend to be ignored by bartenders who think they will get a better tip by hitting on their male customers), I just wasnt impressed. Three stars only because it didnt appear too dirty.

This place is huge! 3 different levels with 2 large outdoor areas and a dance floor. This place gets packed and appears to be more of a college crowd with a few older folks sprinkled in. Definitely cool for 20 to early 30's. Drinks are a bit pricey for the type of place it is. Overall not bad.

We went during the day, shortly after open. The decor was really cool. I definitely recommend the valet parking it was only $5 and other parking is sparse. Fried Brussels sprouts and pizza were great. The beer selection was pretty good but the cocktails were lacking uniqueness.

Absolutely the worst experience i've had in a long time. I went to the crawfish event this past weekend. I purchased a ticket for all you can eat from 1-7p.m. When I arrived at 3 p.m.there was no food and my friends who were there since 1 video tapes the disaster. I've called to request my money back and been put on hold for twenty minutes several times with no response from a manager. I've emailed them, no response. I just want a refund for my ticket. I would not recommend anyone ever going to an event there.

It is always great to be at The Ivy. You find the friendliest of people and you get to dance a lot! Definetely would recommend to anyone looking for a great time. Don't ever change!

This place was OK. It was a bit loud but for the most part tolerable. My only complaint was that we had to give up our table to make room for the dance floor. We weren’t offered another table just the fact that we had to move. We ended up leaving shortly after being asked to move. Drinks, etc were decent.

Awful experience! My friend and I went for brunch and they served her drink in a PLASTIC cup! Everyone else had glass. Food mediocre at best( I've had better food and service at IHOP). There is supposed to the a dress code but dogs are welcome- it was not a service dog. The waitress pretended to not see us even when we waved to get her attention and was annoyed when she finally came over. There are much better places to have brunch I won't be back.

Will not be back to this place. Have been multiple times. They won’t let me in because I have a cuff in my pants. Also, they would not let my friend in with a white T-shirt when I saw more than three people with white T-shirt’s in the building already. I would love to have a conversation with the owner.

Just got off deployment. Had limited clothes on me and I was dressed very well outside of an under armor logo. They denied me for athletic gear. Could clearly see dozens of college kids inside wearing hoodies. AVOID unless you're 19.

it's a nice little bar on the Roswell Road, I wouldn't consider it anything special but then again I have only poked my head in when it was not very busy. Bar staff appears very friendly.

Classic Party bar with surprisingly good brunch. Surface is pretty good for the number of people two servers ratio. Plenty of TVs all around. definitely more of a football spot than a soccer watch party location. Valet parking is available and there is limited street parking a decent walk away.

This bad experience started from when I walked in the door. I saw 2 females at the hostess stand,I figure they were waiting on a table also. One looked at me and smiled then continued her conversation. After the 2nd woman left I saw that she had on an Ivy t-shirt. I asked the other woman was there hostess. SHE WAS THE HOSTESS!! So here I am, standing here for a good 3-4 minutes and they're holding a full conversation in front of me.... Our server, while it was her 2nd day on the job, was polite and nice. We placed our order and she input my order incorrectly. My other 2 guests had finished their food by the time my plate came out. I ordered the steak & eggs platter. I received maybe 6-7 very small pieces of steak, a huge amount of eggs and potatoes. I've dined here many times for brunch and have always gotten a much better looking plate. On top of my food being input incorrectly and receiving a very skimpy portion of food for $15, I sent the plate back and ordered something else. About 5 min later, a manager (server said his name is Jordan) came over and asked if there was a problem. Before I could finish my initial statement, he cut me off and proceeded to talk over me telling me that they use a high quality steak and it's only 4oz (not noted on the menu). I let him know I've eaten here many times and have always received more steak than that. His response was "Well those times you were given extra." In addition to his very arrogant attitude he said that the other dish I ordered instead was not put in because there was my steak plate that had already been made. Talk about customer service. This manager let me know that customer's satisfaction isn't important at all as well as his very unprofessional attitude. Not only did you discredit a concern, you completely dismissed it in an "Oh well" manner on top of there already being an issue with the correct plate not being ordered in the first place. I was the first out of 3 to order my food! Bottom line, I was told that if I didn't take the steak plate and pay for it, he wasn't cooking anything else. While the previous times I've been here, the food was good, I will never visit this establishment ever again.

Great place to catch a game or stay for late night drinks and music. On weekends don't expect to have meaningful conversations, you are here to party! It can be hard to get a drink and long waits for the bathroom but that is to be expected due to its popularity. Overall I would recommend checking it out while in Buckhead.

Seems like the crowd at the Ivy always changes depending on if its football season and or good weather. I love the fall crowd for football but winter seems to bring out some out the people out of the bubble (OTP people). The Ivy is dog friendly, they make you sit on the patio but they have dog bowl for furry ones. The food is better than most bars & service is exactly what you think it'll be. A whole bunch of young adults in Buckhead mix in booze and food with the slightest amount of debauchery. Pro tip: ask for the large / double which comes in a Styrofoam cup plus they hook it up.

I have not ate here but the bar scene was fun. The clientele consisted of the same type of people. I have no problem with everyone looking and acting the same but a little diversity would be more appealing. Overall, had a good time.

This place is awful. Stopped by on a weeknight and it was dead except for a few people on the patio. This place being empty was the 1st red flag. Next red flag, they don't accept any form of payment beyond cash if you sit outside. Final issue were the drinks, or lack there of. We sit inside and I ask for a standard cocktail. The bartender is staring at me like a deer in headlights. I see tons of liquor bottles behind the counter, so I assume they can mix a drink. She can't. Instead she tries pushing some canned promotional drink on me. I ended up ordering the honey fries. I would give zero stars except those fries were really good. There were other things on the menu that looked good but I won't be going back to try any of it.

Customer service is slow to respond, there is no free parking, there is no notice that parking is not free until you get there and find out that you must pay $5; the website did not have a set of "open" hours listed for phone calls, there is no way to call staff and find out how to get there, the entrance is not easily-seen from traffic. The only reason why I'm rating this place as high as two stars is because the staff is awesome. Bartender was great. Customers / event attendees deserve actual customer service, particularly if they're first-timers. The place is kinda cramped to have events at so it's really good for small, private events.

This place is a certified klan bar. Minorities are obviously not welcome but rather than say so they use underhand tactics such as a bouncer coming up to me and asking me to take my earrings out or leave. Rather than argue I left never to return again. Bouncers are cowards and so are the management and owners. I would not recommend unless you are white and belong to a fraternity.

Lackluster and dissapointing. I am not one to leave reviews but my first impression is this place is overpriced, overhyped, and poorly executed. Looks like an awesome venue (good layout, plenty to do). Downstairs was packed for the falcons game but upstairs patio projector was weak/broken, music was loud and obnoxious and kept cutting in over football game. 20+ person line at upstairs bar (slow service) despite decent bartender. Final straw was 37$ for 3x drinks, and no itemized receipt. Soda fountain was out of syrup so Ginger Bourbon was straight carbonated water and booze. Food looked great. Bottom line: lack of attention to details makes little things add up. There are far better venues in Atlanta offering a better value.

I would give a better review, but I oreder the chicken and waffles with spicy syrup mainly for the spicy syrup. There was no spice whatsoever. Just plain syrup. Receiving a meal that doesn't match the description is a pet peeve. If the kitchen has run out of something that's understandable, but you should make your patrons aware.

I went to Ivy on a beautiful Sunday afternoon! I made a custom pizza with pepperoni, green peppers, bacon, and basil which was delicious! We also had bottomless mimosas from a champagne tower. Fun experience! :)

I've heard multiple reports that the bartenders here partake is a card scam here. Basically they take your card and if they think you're drunk enough, they'll claim they never took your card and pocket it. Super scummy. Be extra careful with your cards here.

This quiet an experience. The drinks were of varying stiffness depending on where you order. The floors stayed drenched, and I'm sure I saw two people fall. It was a cool spot though. There wasn't a mix crowd, perhaps that's something they should work on. But I did enjoy exploring the place! The outdoor balcony was pretty dope. At first I didn't notice we were outside, until I looked up and noticed the clouds. I would you try the place for sure.

I had a terrible experience. I didn't feel welcomed in this place from the time I entered. While sitting at a table with my business partner waiting to be served to get something to eat after a long day of work. I was then approached by one of the employees stating that if I was smoking I need to take it outside. Neither myself or my business smoked anything in the Ivy or outside. We willingly left the establishment. It was clearly PROFILING

This is the place to be at night. Drinks are well priced and staff is super friendly. I've been to bars where I had to wait for 15-20 minutes to get to the bartender... last night during a busy period, I was immediately greeted and served on multiple occasions. Music was on point! Just moved here from FL and I've definitely found my go-to watering hole

0 STARS The lyft driver stole my phone. I stay up none stop. NO SLEEP for 4days tracking my phone. I missed vday. Lyft told me to stop contacting them. So I had to go to MY Socia media about it. Because I’m very known. The word spread fast. Someone told him that I was tracking him. And I want my phone back. So he eventually dropped it off at the liquor store full of cameras. I had to fight with the under age kids that were working at the liquor store. I had to call 911 10 times. Because the current officer would not allow me to get my phone. So after the supervisor was called out. 3 hours later.I had to again kick and scream to get him to give me my phone. Then once he got my phone. He began to look through it. So I snatch my phone out of his hands an told him that was Illegal. And he was supposed to put my code in and give me my phone. I have been running off of anger for five days strong looking for my phone. Now that I have it back. I’m suing lyft And I want that driver arrested and fired. And I want Compensation for my pain and suffering as well as the funds I lost.

First time here, went for the Crawchella event and had a fantastic time people watching! I ordered a drink shortly after arriving and it was not great, the machine was down apparently but they served it to me anyway, not a good look. The Crawfish were delicious and plentiful although a lot of people complained about the amount they were getting and the wait. "Patience is key" I was there from beginning to end, actually beyond that and they were still cooking when I left around 8pm.

This place is huge, so there are lots of different options for hangout spots. They have a big patio downstairs and then an even nicer one upstairs. It's crowded and loud, so if you prefer a quite martini bar then this is definitely not the place for you.

This is the best damn bar in Atlanta and I have been to them all (a lot). Great staff, great scene, and great food! The drinks are priced just high enough to keep the riff raff out but they only serve good liquors. Every bartender is awesome, DJ EU is the man, and the bar is huge!

On my first visit ever, I must say this is ABSOLUTELY a place for people under 45. My first visit was a Sunday night around 10:30p. I was with a group of 4 ***all under 35*** and it was definitely not "my crowd" The music was loud, but poppin. The bartender was really great. Drinks are reasonably priced and of course....tipping gets you really great service. The place is huge. Was told there are other lounges and even a dance floor. However, those areas were closed of. The only negative.... The place smells. There was a really foul order from something. I actually think is was dirty mop water. So.... I say try this place. I will go again just do I can give a better review

Important message to whoever owns this place - improve your policy which does not make sense. Hire staff and managers who are actually customer satisfaction oriented or train them to be better. Simple formula, give respect, get respect. Two stars, because some foods actually tasted good. If not this place does not even deserve a star. Very bad customer experience.

I expected a nice bar with great service and got the opposite. We were not served until someone in our party asked for a manager. Plus, they are crooks. Then I realized the owners are the same crooks who owned the racist bar in Athens where they also got by on customers charging ridiculous gratuity rates. Never again will I visit this place, and I will tell all my friends to stay away.

We had a great experience at The Ivy. We attended a fundraiser event for Camp Dream hosted by JCI Atlanta. The servers were attentive and polite and they made us some great drinks. The food was also plentiful and very good. I will be back at the Ivy soon....

Great place to catch a game and get a beer and good food! We sat in the back where the personal lounge was an it was perfect for our small group to eat and watch the duke and UNC game! As the night progressed it turned clubish, but I didn't mind. The music was really good!
