This place is so friendly and accommodating! I have a really weird allergy, and they were super helpful making sure I knew what I could safely eat. Our waitress, Keri, was seriously the BEST waitress I have EVER had anywhere! She was friendly, funny, fast, super helpful, and literally thought of our needs before we even asked. Best service ever! The food was phenomenal!

Very long wait for order pieces to come in. Big wait. One of the food comes. Big wait. Another food item. (They were ordered to come separately. So arriving separately was ok. But the wait. We were actually happy we ordered them to come separately. We would have waited the long wait for both otherwise.) Long wait for a second drink. The place was at probably about 25% capacity. Imagine the waits when the place is full.

Last night, 4/8 - Tiffany was our server! She was FANTASTIC! She took on a group of 20 of us who had left another establishment because they overbooked us and could not handle our group. We called Taco Mac and they said come on it and we will take care of you. We got there and were all thirsty and hungry. Tiffany was a dream come true! She was funny, she was fast, she made great suggestions and she handled our entire group by herself!! Talk about exceptional service with a smile too! Party of 6. I asked for chili I received chicken tortilla soup. Another guest asked for chicken grill sandwich no blue cheese. Twice sent back and still blue cheese. We had to remind an order of French fries was still needed. They bought chips for us. No salsa the second time. They obviously were having a bad day.

Best wings in Georgia!! Hands down. I'm an East of Atlanta native, Taco Mac is a staple for me. Our server was amazing, his name was Edwin. He was friendly and our order was accurate. My beer was ice cold. My wings are ALWAYS crispy as I request at this location. I always order hot buffalo and garlic parmesan. Best blue cheese and ranch dressing you'll ever put in your mouth. It's worth what it costs. Love the atmosphere, multiple t.v. screens to showcase sports including college. Family friendly, even though they serve beer. Check out the beer of the month, you won't be disappointed.

One time I visited Taco Mac with a group of friends and I felt like she just went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our seats, orders, and whatever else we needed. She had wonderful time management when checking on us, and We never felt like a burden when asking her for anything. If you need a table, make sure you ask for her!

Went there today after work with my best friend. Had a rough couple of days.... Today was Taco Tuesday. If I hadn't seen it on the billboard coming in, I would not have known it. Our waitress was good enough. She seemed to be all business, smiled occasionally and checked on us enough to get the tab. I had the Honey Chipotle wings with broccoli. I don't ever recall a time where I've visited a Taco Mac and not enjoyed their wings. This was my first visit to this location since moving from Douglasville (Mall Blvd). The wings were cooked as requested (like more a little more on the crisp side) and the broccoli was fresh. Overall, it was a decent visit. I probably work have given it a 10 had I felt the waitress was just a tad bit more personable and told us about specials.

Every time I go into the store the employees see me waiting to be helped/or seated and will just walk past me. And when I try and avoid that by calling and placing my order no one ever picks up the phone. Honestly hate the place just kept trying because it’s the closest wing spot for me. I went to Taco Mac last night. No wait time, and the waitress was bubbly and attentive. The problem is that they totally changed their menu. They removed their fish and chips, and several other items were changed, removed or modified; it was very disappointing. I resigned and ordered the Nachos All the Way. Not to my surprise it was unsatisfying. There was barely any cheese, and was dry. Additionally, service was slow. Needless to say I won't be returning to this location. On a positive note, I was informed that not all locations have adopted these changes!

Taco Mac is generally pretty consistent regardless of the location. For some strange reason this locations food is never quite as good as the other locations. It isn't bad just not quite as good. I'd chalk up one or two times as just bad luck but three times the it hasn't been up to same standards the other Taco Mac's around Atlanta have been. Of course the beer is always good!

My husband and I are frequent guests at Taco Mac's. However that's about to change. I called the Duluth store. The lady that answered the phone said let me put you on hold for just a second. Not even greeting me at all. I waited and waited for her to return to the phone. I held on for about 8 minutes to 10 minutes, then hung up and called back. The same lady answered the phone and immediately said could you hang on a second. I said I have already been hanging on can you please get someone to take my order? She said hold just a minute and put me on hold again. Then after finally getting to order we were told it would take 15 or 20 minutes. So we waited 20 minutes, picked up our order. Our order was placed in small containers and to me was not even presentable for customers. Also every single time we visit the state bridge Taco Mac we receive cold food and old stale tacos. We have to request fresh tacos and hot food. So we have decided to find another favorite place to spend our money.

I love the customer service atmosphere of Taco Mac w every one of their employees from management on down. I never wait more than 1 minute before Somebody asks me if I have been taken care of. Couple that with the, still, best wings in the south. Still need to work on the amount of alcohol vs sour in a whiskey sour. The betterment of the cocktails will get them my last star!

Don't go here expecting service. We go during lunch and it's never crowded and has plenty of staff but they all love to avoid customers like the plague. Hostess gave us a booth and we asked for a napkin because the seat was wet. She brushed us off saying out server would get that for us and walked off. We received only half our order and spent the next 15 minutes trying to get our servers attention to let them know. Got napkins once we got our checks. Gave it 2 stars since the food is ok. Would've had better service and food walking over to chickfila next door.

I usually love Taco Mac. But I had horrible service at this location. It took 40 minutes to receive my check. And my food was unbelievably soggy wirh sauce, so much that my wrap was drenched (The Southwest Wrap.) My waiter was nowhere to be found, and it seemed all he wanted was to make money and move on to the next table, but then forgot about my check for over 40 minutes. I also ordered ans ate there, then orderes Togo. My food just sat there for 40 minutws while I waited for the check. I brought this food home to my mother and grandmother, after it had sat there at that point over an hour. How incredibly horrible, inconsiderate, and lackadaisical waiter. I had an unbelievably unpleasant experience here with the service. I would say go to another location by any means possible. Plus it was not as busy as I thought it would be. Bad service, poorly made wrap, and dissatisfied with the experience overall.

Taco Mac is not merely one of the greatest sports bars of all time, but in fact a perfectly good casual dining restaurant with food quality that may shock you given its origins with the like of hooters and buffalo wild wings. This is not to say the food is Master class by any means, but it is more than acceptable and even good. The nachos are to die for, the wings are great with many fantastic sauces, and most of all, their scratch made ranch is simply heavenly.

Strong beer offering and great wings selection. From different counts to variety of flavors, I’m sure you can find what you want. Always go for fries on the side, then add celery as extra (Vs. other way around). I always get their lemon pepper wings and hot wings. It’s not that hot!

Im going based on the service. The food was good. We ordered wings and fries like we always do. Our order is about 30 to 50 wings depending on the amount of people that we go with. I can understand there is a time for a large order to be made and we have to wait, but the service was bad. We had to wait over 10 mins for our drinks and even after we got our drinks no refills were offered until 30 mins. The place itself was well mainted, clean and spacious.

Ordered the parmesan boneless wings with fries. Wings were bathed in a puddle of butter, completely oversaturated with breading, and tasted as if overcooked in old oil. Fries were well overseasoned and soggy, tasted like old fries that had been under a heat lamp too long. Service was bland at best. Best thing about the meal was the soda. Ruined my saturday with multiple trips to the bathroom afterwards. Not recommended.

The service I received from Lyundin was very disappointing. From the moment she greeted us at the table she made up her mind how she was going to treat my wife and I (like we’re inconveniencing her) or not going to leave a good tip. We were decisive on what we wanted which should make her job easy. But I guess it’s frowned upon to order water. Either way, Lyundin needs to find some place else to work that is not customer facing because she will cost that business to lose customers.

I hit up Taco Mac regularly and sit at the bar. Everyone is really friendly and the wings and wedge salad always hit the spot. Never had anything bad. Love the nachos and fish and chips, as well. I’ve seen some bad reviews about this location, but, due to my experience, and what I’ve witnessed from customers while eating, the customers were the problem, not the restaurant.

A little disappointed in my meal last night. I frequently visit this restaurant especially during football season so I know last night was just an off night. It was obvious my wings were done when the kitchen realized they were out of fries and my wings had to sit waiting. Meal came out with piping hot fries (delicious) but wings could barely be called warm. Server took a while to come check on everything so I just ate the wings. Flavors were there as usual just weren't served fresh. Will without a doubt be back. Just hoping this isn't an ongoing issue.

Phil was our waiter and he did a crappy job. Walked by our table numerous times and didn’t check on us, we waited at least ten min to order (it wasn’t very busy at the time), and the bus boy ended up taking better care of us-Edwin. Edwin did a great job and was very friendly. Phil, you need more training on customer service. You can be friendly all day long, but it’s more than that. Decent food. Decent price. Unfortunate waiter.

Taco Mac is not the powerhouse it used to be and this one is super slow. The food was fine but it took them 45 minutes for basic burgers. If you want to come for a.sporting event and to drink beer, this is a good option. But for dinner. No.

The fajitas are no longer on the menu but you can still order them which I thought was odd. I got the calamari which was really good & my significant other got the shrimp fajitas which were kinda greasy & lacked flavor, but that's probably why they are not on the menu anymore.

I love the wings there and the service is generally good, but every time I order via uber eats the food is gross. As you can imagine, I no longer get food delivered from here. I ordered to go. The "baked mac and cheese" was wet and runny. I kindly asked the employee that brought our food to switch it out for French fries instead. He said "we don't do that", then went on to say "if we do it'll take a while since we're busy". It's a Sunday evening and the restaurant was barely packed for them to be so "busy". On top of that, I already waited longer than they stated to pickup my order, so I said forget it and left. I ended up tossing the macaroni and cheese in the trash. A complete waste of my money. I didn't feel like arguing or begging for proper customer service. After he declined my request, I was over it. I won't be going back there again, especially not for their drippy macaroni and cheese!

I'd give it a five if parking wasn't such a nightmare but they truly have the best wings on the planet. I have porcine tendencies but and here's a comparison, I was at a BDub the night b4 and ordered 10 wings. I ate 6. Not due to satiety, just didn't appeal to me. I mowed 10 TM wings. They also have more beers on tap than I (also) think I have ever seen. But do beware if you sit at the bar and the AC is cranking, the downdraft is an Artic blast. Watch for the vents!

Only problem was the hostess set a group of eight directly next to my booth and all of the other tables were open. They were there to watch the game and after they began drinking it was very loud and we had to move to another seat. But outside of bad seating the food was good the drinks were good I will go back

Taco Mac is my husband's favorite spot to grab wings. Unfortunately, our experiences are not always the best. However, today's trip is noteworthy. We had superb service! Madalynne provided quite the experience, she was attentive, promptly greeted us, and did not rush us out. There was an error with our order when our food came out, but Madalynne worked diligently to quickly correct it. If you're sick of poor service, ask for Madalynne and your faith in great service will be restored.
