Was there for Packer game today and really had a good time. Very family friendly type environment, good (not great, but good) food, great prices! Owner very friendly and made everyone welcome. The only drawback were the servers in the Packer area. We needed to flag them down almost every time we needed something. They tended to focus on a couple of tables and not attentive to the larger room, and, hate to say it, but somewhat disinterested in working. Had the service been more on point it would have been a solid 5 for sure.

We was in the area playing baseball. TripAdvisor recommend it and they did not disappoint. We went for a late lunch and the service and food was amazing. Mark did a great job going over the history of the restaurant and recommended his favorites. Burgers were one of a kind!!

My husband & I decided to try this out tonight for dinner. My husband tried the All American for dinner, he said the beef was a bit dry, but good otherwise. My brat was very good. We will definitely be coming back here

First time went was good. This last time got horrible waitress that was more worried about smoke breaks and charging phone.took us 1 and a half hours to get served and eat cold food. Sorry to say but dont sit in freezing poker room where they put all the screaming kids and they forget about you.

This place was awesome. My folks were visiting from out of town, and we were on our way somewhere when my dad got hungry. He's a Navy Vet, and I thought this place would be good for him. The food was hot and fast and, most importantly, GOOD! The staff were awesome, and the people were very appreciative of my dad and his service. Parking was a bit of challenge as my dad is in a wheelchair, and the pavement outside has some issues, but overall GREAT place! We even bought a shirt on our way out!

Love this place although the service is never quite up to par. The ambiance is terrific and I love showing the kids pieces of history as we sit and wait on our food. However you will be waiting on your food for quite a while as it seems they have problems with their kitchen and their staff getting the food out on time.

This is not your neighborhood Applebee's. This place has lots of character. Hometown feel, lots of regulars, patriotic decor, strong military support and fantastic burgers, brisket, ruebens etc. Best burger in Woodstock IMO. Try it!

Looking for great local food and an awesome atmosphere?? Look no further. This place is great. The fried pickles are Spears and they are so delicious. They also have great service and food. It’s awesome to see the community come together at this restaurant they do so much for military community. It’s pretty awesome to see the owner helping deliver food. I love all of the military memorabilia through out the restaurant.

Excellent food, interior and beer. A must visit restaurant for any vet (all branches, not just Marines like I expected from the name) or those who appreciate them. The walls are fully decorated with military photos, gear etc.. It's open for everyone and worth the trip. I got a smokehouse burger, fries and a draft beer which was perfect. I'll be back!

Cheese curds were good! Highlight of the meal. Both our main orders were incorrect. Her burger was medium rare when it was supposed to be medium, mine medium when it was supposed to be medium rare. My tater tots were almost grey in color and cold like they had been cooked in grease that was not hot enough. My burger was supposed to come with candied bacon but it was just regular bacon. I mentioned it to the server, she was nice and said she would bring candied bacon but never did, then said when she handed me the check "Woops I guess I forgot your candied bacon." I was really excited about this place but because of the food I won't likely be back again.

I've been here 2 days in a row. My girlfriend and I just discovered Semper Fi yesterday. I've been reading all the reviews so we were excited to try a new place right around the corner. The food and service was better than expected and the manager made an effort to say hello and talk to is for a few about the place. We liked it so much we went back today and ordered something else. As we were eating we were thinking there is no way this place is this good....but it is indeed the best place we have been to in a very long time. As long as we are in the neighborhood...odds are we are at Semper Fi....enjoying a nice relaxed lunch or whatever. Beers are good and found out they have a comedy night every month. Check it out because tickets sell fast. Very limited. Hope to see you there. Tell them Aaron sent you!!!!!!

Great place to visit if you are in Woodstock! Also a great place to visit if you are a veteran. Lots of military memorabilia. The burger was fabulous!!! Be careful though, it’s definitely haunted......Chandler was a great waitress!!!

GOOD menu, well prepared, and good, friendly service. It helps if you are a vet or honor military service, but is not necessary. Expect good bar food in a relaxed atmosphere, without pretention. I'll return, for sure.

I went there tonight to grab a drink and decided to order food. I ordered a patty melt and Mark the bartender ask me how I wanted it cooked. I have had a lot of patty melts in my life but no one ever ask that question before. I said as med rare as you can get it, he simply said okay, When Mark brought my food out, very quickly I could not believe that how perfect it was cooked. Not grease very tasty and I said to my self this is by far the best patty melt I ever had. Thanks again Lenny

Great Burgers! This restaurant has some of the best burgers in strange and wonderful varieties. The decor makes you feel like they are proud of those who sacrifice for their fellow man. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place!

The food is always good. Love the burgers and fries. I highly recommend the pretzel appetizer; it comes with mustard and warm beer cheese dip. Do be prepared that it may be loud depending on what's going on that day. Great military memorabilia all over the restaurant.

Absolutely the worst service ever! My husband and I went Vegan 8 months ago we have heard a lot about the impossible burger so we figured we drive from Waleska Georgia all the way down to Woodstock to try the impossible burger. Our waitress came up to go drink orders which was two waters and a beer. 15 minutes later I asked did you hear me order a beer? She said yes they’re working on it. What!? working on it? It should never take almost 20 minutes to bring somebody a beer! (Did not actually say that to her that’s what I was thinking in my head) Then from there It went all downhill. We ordered a side salad it came three minutes before food and had cheese on it when we specifically said no cheese that’s another 10 minutes. We ordered our fries with no salt When they were on the way to the table with the food they noticed there was salt on them so turned around and took them back made more fries and did not take the time to let them properly drain they were dripping in grease and our burgers were cold. Our waitress just did not seem to Care about the service she gave. I have never written a review like this! But this was the absolute worst service I have ever received in my life and when you receive bad service and you pay almost $40 for two hamburgers a salad and a beer and your experience sucks that makes everything sucks!

Fries are amazing and onion rings too. Friendly staff, courteous and professional. I would support and suggest coming here for a bite true American restaurant.

I was amazed by how much military decor there was in the restaurant. The service was great. I got the hot dog and sauerkraut. They gave me a bunch of sauerkraut. I also got a side of tattertots which was huge. I went because it was Kell High School Band appreciation night, which raised money for the band. I will be back.

My husband is a Vietnam Veteran. This place is amazing and is definitely dedicated to veterans. The food is phenomenal and our waitress, Lillie Davis, was by far one of the most awesome waitresses we've had, away from our home town. My husband been wanting to come here for a while now. We finally came here for dinner tonight . The owner's and server are very friendly, they kept checking on us making surw everything was good. The best burger that I have had in Woodstock, GA hands down since moving here in May. I asked for it to be cooked Medium, and it was perfect. I had the Smokehouse Burger with cheddar. The candied bacon with onion ring on top of the burger is on point! Fries could have been fried a little crisper (my preference), but the burger made up for it. I'll be back!

"Great hidden gem"... I have eaten about 5 times and have tried 5 different items from the menu and have not been disappointed yet. If you are in Woodstock most definitely deserves a stop in. Also the bar tender was a all-star for being only her 3rd shift behind that bar and it being comedy night.

I've not actually been inside the place but from the quality of the food I'd be willing to bet it's great inside as well. I cannot stress how perfectly cooked everything is and how consistent it is. I've always had a great experience until tonight. Service was very slow. My friends dinner came out with not what she ordered. My bill was incorrect. Then to top it off when we left I pulled out of my parking spot and a white SUV came barreling at me from the wrong direction. They just sat there for a minute then this guy jumps out of the white suv and throws a fire cracker on the hood of my car. Was totally scary as we didn't know if maybe they had a gun that was going to be next!

Food is ok.. cheese curds were the best we’ve ever had... service here sucks!! I mean sucks!!! Owner is always super nice every time we come in (not complaining about him) we’ve been here at least 5 times ( each with horrible servers) we live right down the road, so it’s very disappointing when the service is what’s keeping us from coming back.. the server was Sam R.. we saw her biting her nails at the front podium and chilling out with other employees. We didn’t even get refills on our drinks.. we only saw her 3 times... when we ordered, brought out food and to get our payment. We love to frequent small local businesses and especially ones that have served our country. Please hire better people!
