I used to LOVE this place. Ate here once a week kind of love (many years ago). It was (and is) good chain food--good steaks and great salmon. Consistent. But like most everything else, it's gotten a little pricey for what you get. A 7oz salmon dinner (with a small baked potato) and a small salad added on, with an iced tea was almost $22. ...Really?... Well, the food was decent. Service was outstanding, which added another $5. Probably will try other choices in the area next time--there are many!!

Good casual dining option We had been confused for years driving by Rafferty's, and had never stopped in. Finally, after looking it up on Google, we decided to stop in for a Saturday dinner after an early movie. We were seated without a wait, and service was prompt. We ordered prime rib, baby back ribs and a hamburger. The prime rib was thick, tender and served with a tasty jus. The baby back rack was large and tender. We took large left-over portions of prime rib and baby back ribs home. Our son's burger was also very large, and he managed to finish only half -- another take-home Bix, please. It took us years to try out this location, and we'll be back again soon.

Hey Guys/Gals. I ordered Uber eats and simply called them and asked them to leave off the chicken salad from the soup and salad order. (They don’t have just soup and salad on the menu for Uber Eats) Kaitlyn, at Rafferties, could not do that and was very rude about it. I wanted the same price for less the food. ??? Just don’t put the chicken salad scoop on the salad??????Anyways.... Thank you... Taco Mac, Buffalo Wild Wings, Cafe Istanbul, and I can keep going for being able to adjust an Uber Eats orders!

The honey butter crescents are amazing! We were staying at a hotel right across the street and came in a little later on a Sunday evening so they weren't too busy, but the service was great! Food came quickly, it did seem a little pricey but the portions are very large so it makes sense. We would definitely come back, wish they had a location close to us!

Wonderful potato soup! I usually get their club sandwich with a Cole slaw side. Makes two meals! They used to have an incredible catfish but took it off the menu along with several other popular dishes. Most everything else on their menu is fairly generic. If not for their potato soup I might not go back.

The cheese fries were awesome. The grilled boneless pork chops were perfect, no pepper, no bone, grilled flavor, tender. First time there and it was great. Could have used a bit less diced tomatoes on the salad but it was good as well.

Had a suite next to it that I found very odd but somewhat enjoyable. LOL. all in all fantastic from service two the food being cooked exactly correct. First time eating here and I will return.

The food and service were absolutely top notch. Everyone was especially accommodating including Management. My nice is a vegan and they aren't out of their way to accommodate her dietary requirements. The manager came out and have some tips on how to make some if the dishes vegan friendly and shared a little about her experience with veganism. The chef even came out after the meal was delivered to the tablet to ensure she was happy with her meal. This isn't fine dining and trust me you wouldn't want it to be. This is the type of place you can take your entire family and they would all find something on the menu that they love. I will be returning whenever I'm in the area.

This past Tuesday, I attended an even that was hosted by Trinity Fitness North Cobb. I was pleased to discover that Rafferty’s was the caterer for the evening. I arrived early, scoped out the food, and waited patiently for the “green light”. Others were doing the same thing as they were arriving…waiting for the green light. Many made comments about how happy they were to see Rafferty’s on the scene. When the line opened up, we all dug in. The food was great! Approx. 25 minutes later is when it started. Everyone started talking about the desserts. I wasn’t going to have dessert but with all of the talk, I did not want to be left out. Of particular mention were the Cheesecake balls. I don’t know if that was the official name of it, but everybody was talking about them. So, I tried one. Very nice Loved it! Thanks, Rafferty’s, for a great experience! The food and desserts were right on the money!

This is the best place to get food. I have been to this location multiple times and am shocked how it is never busy. I am not sure if people do not know about this location but everything is spot on. Not typical chain restaurant - they make all of their own sauces;. They have menu items you won't find anywhere else. Their BBQ, for example, is their own, and yes, it's their own sauce. For something special, give them a visit and ask them about their shrimp and grits; it's not like what you find anywhere else. Forget the boring same old thing, go to Rafferty's.

The service was very bad. The lady never came back to the table to fill up our drinks. She never asked if we needed anything else. And when we did ask for extra sauces she was reluctant to bring them. In fact another server usually brought us our sauces. The steak that I ordered was cooked and was very good. My broccoli was undercooked and cold. My wife could not get any sauce to go with any of her food. She therefore carried most of her food home. Mild loaded baked potato with scorched and dry to spot being a loaded baked potato with butter and sour cream. My youngest daughter ordered a barbecue chicken dinner. The chicken came out the first time Raw. The second time their food came out it was much better. Neither the server nor the manager asked us about did we have any other needs. In fact both the server and manager would drop the food off at our table and leave immediately. Neither the server nor the manager would wait to make sure that our food was as we had ordered it. We did let the server and manager both know that we were very disappointed in our dining experience. The manager was gracious and took a percentage of the bill off of the ticket. But we would rather have a great dining experience and pay the full Bill rather than have a horrible dining experience and get 35 to 40% off.

My daughter and I ordered chicken tenders. They had no taste. The batter was very bland. The appetizer portion has 8 tenders for $10. The Chicken Tender Platter has 10 tenders and one side for $15! So you pay $5 more for a side and two more tenders. Not worth it! My son ordered the Ultimate Nachos. He ordered them without the jalapeño peppers or the pico sauce. When it came to the table it had both. My son had it sent back. It still came back with pico on it. It was a huge mound of lettuce and the nacho chips were drowning in the bottom with the queso and chili. We were talking about the nachos being soggy. The next thing you know, a Rafferty’s employee came by and looked at my son and said, “I heard you say that the nachos were soggy, do you want something else?” He hates to complain and told her it was ok. She said “how about I bring you more nachos to give you that crunch”. He said ok. When the nachos were brought out, they were stale. My son couldn’t eat it. It was a HOT mess but I don’t mean temperature wise. It looked like something our cat threw up! So I called over another Rafferty’s employee and my son told her he just didn’t like it and couldn’t eat it. She picked up our bill and said, “ok I’ll take care of it.” The attitude of these employees was like they didn’t care. I tried to explain to the first person who overheard us about how nachos should be but she didn’t care. Usually a manager comes over to the table and apologizes but no, not during our visit. The last thing I will say is it’s kind of weird when the first person came to our table and told us she heard us saying the nachos were soggy. She wasn’t anywhere around us. Kind of makes you think they have microphones placed at the tables. Won’t be coming back here anymore.

Used to be a good place to eat. Walked in on a Saturday night and there was hardly anyone in the place. Were seated right away and sat forever. Finally had to ask for someone to wait on us. Food was just OK...could have been hotter. Told waitress the fries were terrible and she responded "oh". Prices have gone WAY up and were way overpriced for what we got. After paying, waitress returned check and didn't even speak, say thanks...nothing. We won't be back.

I have talked to them about this but no change. ****** edit time! since posting the review and having Rafferty's respond i returned to find the little soda problem addressed and as always the team and service was great! even though the place was very busy during the lunch rush i was seated quickly to a clean table and checked on regularly and got the same great service i would normally get on a slow evening. i couldn't ask for more!

I went in and got a take out order on 2/23. The food was great! Most of the staff that I encountered was very friendly, but the young lady who was the hostess really needs some coaching on how to 'look like she enjoys her job'. As I sat there and waited on my order, she did not smile at ONE of customers that came in. She did acknowledge everyone, but her face was always blank. Please remind her that when she is at that door, she is the face of Rafferty's.

I ate here and when i ate my steak with my fries what i found in my fries was disgusting, i found a fried fly in it as well as my sister we ate as a family with our parents and it was just disgusting, i wanted to let people know because they didn't try to make it better at all they just said we didn't have to pay as if that was some grateful thing they did, i went in the rest room and threw up i still can't believe i bite down on a fly.
