My boyfriend and I went to celebrate my birthday here, as we also had our first date here months ago. Luckily, we got the same server from our first date! Her name is Just and she's a SWEETHEART! She took such great care of us, just like she did on our first date. The food was simply amazing too! We ordered the calamari for our appetizer, while I ordered the shrimp and scallops rockerfeller for my entree. Definitely recommend! Huge serving and SO delicious! My boyfriend ordered the steak au poivre, which was overcooked, but still tender. After dinner, Judy even brought a birthday card signed by all the servers with a DELICIOUS scoop of ice cream and chocolate! Mmmm! This is definitely going to be on our regular rotation for date night.

I have had numerous meals here and every one was a delight. From appetizers through desert, every menu item my friends and family have tried has been excellent. The staff are experienced and knowledgeable about the menu so i can get details about dishes that might be too much for my picky taste buds. No its not the cheapest in town but if you want a less commercial, family owned, more intimate dining experience, you should give them a try.

We absolutely love Pascal's. From the French cuisine to the ultra friendly atmosphere, it is a great place. Pascal is usually there to meet you with that wonderful French accent. It's great to have such a trendy and high class place so close to where we live. Reminds me of New York.

Last time my husband I came here for lunch. I was not impressed by the buffet style pasta and salad bar. Tonight I tried dinner by myself. Their daily special three course meal sounded delicious but I had chicken breast for lunch so skipped it. The mushroom ravioli was delightly deliciously. The filling was favored just about right. The service was great and quick. Once my husband is back, I definitely would go back for dinner again.

Excellent food if you order right!! There are two filets on the menu. My friend ordered the first. It was just a piece of meat ( very plain ) with a large helping of mashed potatoes. The plate needed something green on it. It was just boreing. I, on the other hand, chose the second filet on the menu. I cannot recall the name. It comes covered in an incredible sauce filled with delicious shrimp, mushrums, tomatoes, and more. It was absolutely delicious. My friend was green with jealousy! Everything I had there was excellent including the service. It's a little pricey especially since you feel obligated to leave a great tip for that great service. On a scale of 1-10 Pascal's Bistro rates a solid 8! Check it out!

Traveled about 45 minutes to this restaurant and the four of us were very pleased. The space, although wide open, was comfortable and inviting. The service was excellent, extremely courteous and attentive. The drinks were more than adequate; my martini was well made and a full glass and the wine pour looked to be substantially more than the typical 5 oz. pour in a large wine glass. We all had something different as an entree, my salmon was exceptionally good, both in portion and taste. My wife had the scallops, which she enjoyed very much. The Mahi also looked very good. All in all, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. We'll be back soon!

We love Pacal's! We dine here with Family, Friends and bring Clients here on a regular basis and have for years. The food is most always very good. Last week my wife and I went for a quiet dinner for our 50th anniversary. We began to notice the light above our table kept flickering lake a flash bulb which drew our attention to the ceiling. Without being tacky I would just like to say it is time for a interior face lift. We will still dine there but doubt if I would bring business clients there until at least new ceiling fixtures are installed and maybe a little freshening up the tired looking venue.

Love the food. The filet mingon was divine. My water was never below 63% capacity. The bread was cooked to the right equilibrium between crunchy and cooey. The waitress I had was sufficient I canteen. I tipped a rare portion. Yim yum! Anyways I regress. The bus boy I had cooked enough bread for my Prussian American family. Go Germany!

First customers for lunch and tablecloth gritty. Fish was not fresh but frozen. After you consider the cloth tablecloth and napkins not much bistro atmosphere. A candle or flower on table might have helped. All pretense, no fine food here. I have been in fine French bistros in DC. It's not inexpensive either.

Went for the pasta bar at lunch. We’ve enjoyed it in the past, but this time the marinara sauce tasted like stewed tomatoes heated up. I was shocked that there were no spices, but just tasted like canned stewed tomatoes. Really? They definitely should make a nice marinara sauce for the pasta bar. These tomatoes were very bland. Disappointed. Pascal was not there on a wednesday.

Drinks were excellent. The kitchen was slow and medium steak (for a 13 year old) came out rare. Lamb for another guest was cold, and the shrimp and grits (delicious) was in an unappetizing pond of oil. Overall...lower the price or raise the quality. Seems with better management by the expo this place could be a regular stop.

My first experience was wonderful food, service by lovely Ann, and the owner was nice enough to introduce himself. We felt we had finally found a wonderful truly french restaurant with class. My second visit was for lunch, somewhat different and very disappointed. Our waitress was not Ann by any means, I have not interest whatsoever in her breast which were there for all to see, nor her hicky on her neck. She was not pleasant at all. The food was tasty, but we did not know that at lunch it was more cafeteria style than a sit down meal. We mention to the owner that we did not especially like this, and he just walked off and did not comment. That is fine, however, that is the last time that I will spend I will close to $300.00 on two meals in that restaurant.

It took an hour and a half for our party of 3 to get our food. The restaurant was nowhere near full. My food was ok but the others with me, both who eat there frequently, were really disappointed. This is the 2nd time in 2 months i have eaten there and both times disappointed. Years ago i would have given this a 5 but its a 2...again.

My plate was delicious. Just make sure to check the temperature of your meat. They sometimes confused and overcooked but it happen to one of my partners not to me. Creme brulee was amazing

Advertised as a French restaurant, but didn't feel very French. Here with 10 other people. We started with calamari, lobster and artichoke dip and potato chips. All were very good, but the sauce over the chips made them soggy. I ordered a Manhattan makers 46. Very good. My second one they tried to sneak in a makers Mark. Big difference. I noticed right away. They told me they were out. Never sub without asking. I had shrimp and scallops, it was good. The seafood was cooked to perfection. The service was good. We never wanted for anything.

I have lived in the area for almost 13 years. How have I never eaten at this restaurant? My husband and I went for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere is inviting, the staff is professional and courteous, and the food is outstanding. They actually have a waitstaff that knows how to do their job, unlike a lot of restaurants. Pascal was there the night we ate, and he is very friendly and attentive to his patrons. This restaurant is a hidden gem in PTC, and its going on my list of faves.

Had a great time at Pascal's last night! The dinner special (a stuffed pork tenderloin) was delicious... but then, every week the special is so good. My husband had the flounder which was wonderful too! Despite it being a full house, the service was impeccable, and the girls there are always so sweet and friendly. Pascal's is like home away from home!

Typically, Pascals exceeds excellence in their menu, presentation and service. Pascal himself is always present to oversee his restaurant and ensure everything is of the highest standard.. However, the one day he is gone, all went a wry.. The tables were overbooked, the kitchen ran out of most of the key foods to complete the usual amazing entrees, and the waitstaff was highly stressed.. The food was less than acceptable..Quite uncommon for that restaurant.. So if it was your first time last weekend, PLEASE, give it another try,,(when Pascal is there) and you will not be disappointed ..
