Food itself is three stars, I give it four because of service. Really a hit or miss type of place. Some of the items are good, others are bot. The dressing is really good, delicious. But the vegetables are never seasoned.

Oh my gosh! I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my first visit. The restaurant is CLEAN, welcoming, and the Servers are dynamic! Especially you Dj! Constantly serving, wiping, and working patrons’ tables. The price point is very affordable AND includes a beverage. The menu is a vast array of choices on any given day. The food is seasoned well, and I enjoyed every bite. Don’t expect premium cuts of beef or gourmet dishes, but do expect decent home cooked foods! I’m so impressed with this restaurant, and to think that I would drive by without a second thought. Well, I’ve dined twice and plan to continue. Don’t sleep on this restaurant like I did LOL you’ll be missing out on decent home cooked food!

Great food and server was terrific. My family and l took up a booth about 2 hours taking our time, we are big eaters but never felt like we had overstayed our time. Our server was awesome, friendly, courteous ..really e enjoyed dinning there. Good food

I had heard mixed reviews about this place, but I decided to try it out. Food was really good and had an amazing taste to it. Way better than the competition across town. Plenty of options to choose from as well as desert too. The only down side is how they have the tables layed out. The tables in the center are so bunched together that you can just nearly bump elbows and hear the entire conversation of the table next to you.

You guys, please listen up. This place is remarkably unbelievable. The service is grand. Then the food is AWESOME. Fresh salad bar and all you can eat buffet. I have not tasted anything there that was not good. But wait, did I tell y'all, you get the all you can eat salad bar, hot buffet with at least 3-4 meats and countless vegetables with those good rolls and cornbread plus the best consistently sweet tea all for 9.00? That's including tax? I could not believe it and I still can't believe it. Phenomenal is all I can say. Go try it. And come back and leave a review and let everybody know that I am telling the truth

Great food, great price, great customer service! The choices of food vary by the day, but the always have many meat choices as well as many vegetable choices. The dessert choices are also excellent. The price for the buffet includes the drinks which makes it a great deal.

Love the food but with the price being raised every year by .50 cents or a dollar we wont be able to afford it. The buffet use to be 7.50$ but has went up .50 to 8 dollars then 8 dollars to 9 dollars now they plan on raising it to 10 dollars starting tomorrow jan 1st 2019. As I said great place to eat and great people work here, but they have to stop gouging us each year by cents and dollars. Water, coffee, sweet/unsweet tea is always included in your meal.

Good food. Fast recovery on buffet. Service was very good as well! Over all it was great! 4 stars because of the parking situation and inside. We had to wait maybe 12 minutes and were seated at a small table in the middle isle. The other seating in this area was booths. Felt very open because of all the people. Very BUSY!!! We went on a Friday around 7. Catfish was great!! Just what I was wanting. 2 people with sweet tea $20+ tip

It's pretty good. I think if the items on the bar were homemade it would be excellent! You can tell that they just open a can or take it from the freezer. Good idea, just needs seasoning in food. Cobblers are not homemade, too much juice.

We have eaten here before and the food and service was pretty good but today my mother in law was told she couldn't buy a to go plate and eat with the rest of the family that she would have to wait until we were leaving the get her plate. She had a gastric bypass and cannot eat very much so she wanted a to go plate to pay for what she ate rather than the buffet. If she pays for her food what does it matter where she eats it.

My family and I love this place!! Very good buffet food. Great service and friendly staff. The only thing is the mac&cheese isn’t very cheesy. So hopefully the owner is reading this and will consider changing the recipe. Other than that it’s a perfect restaurant!

What can I say except that we can have a home cooked meal without me spending a half of a day in the kitchen. I LOVE to cook, but M & J's chicken livers & whole catfish are better than any I have cooked in my entire life!! We usually carry out. But, dining in is a great experience with friendly staff & your drink is included in the price of your meal...Of course here in the South you just have to order sweet tea...lol...Their sweet tea is the real deal...IT'S SWEET, unlike every other place that gives you basically lightly colored water with no taste...Food is good & an example is that their mashed potatoes are actually made from fresh real potatoes, not flakes or frozen...So, there ya have it!!!
