THIS STORE DOES NOT DELIVER! They were unhelpful and unclear when talking about delivery so we placed our order as a delivery. We were then CHARGED for the order even though they did not deliver the food because of the “recent changes” that where not made. This is not clear on the website or the phone so after we placed our order we where charged for food we did not eat.

I ordered a GF pizza and it was bad. The crust was soggy and chewy, the sauce was average and had way too much, and the flavor was average. I also ordered a cookie for dessert and asked for it to be warmed up. It came out burned and too crispy.

Two of my friends and I were seated on the patio outside at night. A man who seemed to be under the influence or mentally ill approached us. The staff were very kind with the man and asked him to leave, noticing we were very uncomfortable. Our waiter offered to walk us to our car after the man left. We love staff that wants to ensure the safety of their customers!

Wow! This is the best Mellow mushroom I have ever been to. It is right by bus station and in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. I came straight from the bus due to traveling for work. Emily our server did an Extraordinary job cause we had alot of questions. Since I am now trying to convert Vegan I have been with out processed meat and dairy for 7 days! Whoop whoop... So "Extra Emily" -thats her name now- recommends due to my restrictions "Pretzel Bites". She told us they were the best appetizer.... Omg she was right! We also ordered a " Great White Vegan Pizza w/ White Sauce" Gooood Lordddd. Soooooo good! Now it did come out the wrong sauce but CODY The manager, man he personally made my whole day. The pizza came out and its one of the best pizzas I've ever had! And its Vegan! Check this Mellow Mushroom out and you won't be disappointed! Sswirl will be back... #love #peace #greatfood

Just came to Atlanta for the first time , Mellow mushroom was just around the corner, so I gave it a shot , they straight up forgot to make my calzone, witch didn't make me angry, so they gave it to me to go, when I got back to my room and tore into it the veggies were raw , I mean not cooked at all ,Nasty, my kids pizza was good , the wife's salad she said was ok, mine was garbage.

My worst MM experience ever. Waitress seemed to be checked out mentally or was stoned. I’m not sure which. I ordered a hoagie only to get sliced wheat bread from a store bought loaf 30 minutes later. Again, I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich I could have easily made at home. Our waitress kept saying our food was coming right out. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

I'm torn on this. The pizza was good, but I visited because I also wanted some craft beer and they REALLY disappointed with that. Most all of the beers were large brands and the selection was pretty limited. There were a few IPAs, but only one stout (Guinness) and one wheat (Blue Moon). Pretty pitiful when you're listed on Google as having craft beers. Oh, and my waitress was lacking a bit too. But fine, people can have an off night.

This is a very inclusive restaurant with respect to dietary requirements. Vegan, Gluten free, lactose free they have got you covered. With holding the 5th star just because it's not my perfect pizza. It's some where between New York style and Domino's.... Might be your thing

They screwed up our order so bad that they ended up buying dinner and drinks for all four of us. Somehow they forgot about us after bringing out our drinks. 45 minutes into our dining experience I asked where our food was, they checked and it was obvious they hadn't started. Anyway, the pizza was decent, the cheese bread was meh.

We are from out-of in-town & this is our 2nd time at this location with mediocre results. Our meals were good, but the appetizers and drinks were not on par. But the service was a total miss both times we've visited. It was not that busy, yet we waiting for everything 5-10+ minutes after asking. Great pizza, honestly, for a chain I haven't heard of before. And it's a chain if you could even describe it as that. We had one of their pizzas, though it was a bit smaller than anticipated, with less slices than anticipated as well, between that and calzones and wings we got, we were absolutely stuffed as we left.

Service was seriously slow throughout the restaurant. We saw multiple tables complaining about dishes taking too long, not being delivered, etc. It took over 15 min for us to receive our drinks after ordering and our water arrived as we finishing our meal. We were seated under a cold air duct that kept blowing our napkins off the table and made both our food and us uncomfortably cold. Asked if anything could be done about it and nothing changed. Probably not coming back....

I don't often give this type of review but this place deserves it. The worst pizza I have ever had. The Greek salad was not really a "Greek salad" but more like a green salad with a few extra ingredients. The only saving grace was a wide selection of decent draft beers.

Have always been a big fan of mellow mushroom. I was a little disappointed to hear that they don't sell pizza by the slide anymore, don't know if that's for just this location or all locations. I ended up ordering the steak and cheese calzone which is another old favorite of mine and was not disappointed. I hope they bring back pizza by the slice, for lunch at the very least, even if it's limited options.

Really great pizza, I highly recommend the holy shiitake pizza. They're usually very busy though so even if you're just picking up, expect to wait. I was picking up one large pizza at about 6 on a Thursday, so there was a group of about 6 very loud very drunk people. I told the cashier I was there for a pick up, and she had to get to everyone before me so I ended up waiting about 10 minutes for it, despite it already being ready. I get it, but maybe prioritize quick customers over the longer and harder orders? Really great food though!

One of the best pizza chains in the country. Their dough is dense and perfectly textured - you can eat a couple of slices and find yourself getting full! They have plenty of non-pizza offerings as well if you so desire. Parking was simple and on-site and they did a great job decorating for Halloween! Only drawback is their beer selection is a bit sparse compared to other locations.

Well we decided to try this place out because we wanted to try some good pizza. It was amazing. We also tried out the spinach dip which was phenomenal..... I haven't had a spinach dip that good in years. Our server was very attentive and gave us awesome server. We were able to walk from our hotel to this spot. This is most definitely a place to try out.

They offered no help when their online ordering platform went down. They did not understand the concept of writing down the order and delivering, the ole fashioned way. I was patient and have delivered myself a long time. Techonolgy seems to have crippled the pizza delivering industry and if you think otherwise you never worked in it. It is sad enough they do not employ the locals who would have driven to my house for a gracious tip, but to use the system was down as your one and only resolution is disgraceful. Shame on you

The crust on the pizza here is the best. Every time I visit Atlanta I have to go here at least once. Vegan cheese is available so I can make a delicious veggie pizza. The salads are good with fresh lettuce. Also the staff is awesome and very accommodating

The food is amazing but the parking is abysmal I mean like don't even try the parking garage next door kinda of bad I can only imagine this place relies on lunch traffic and residents in the apartments who can walk. As with all Mellow Mushroom locations this one has great pizza and fun atmosphere. Also as with virtually every Mellow Mushroom, you need to be patient as it can take 20-30 minutes to get your pizza once you have ordered. I would give this four stars, but they were way understaffed for a Saturday night, and had an hour plus wait with only enough staff to cover about 70% of the downstairs. Not sure how well staffed the second floor was. That said the staff was great and we all enjoyed our pizza once it arrived.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in awhile. Visiting ATL with my kids...call to find out who delivers for them (Mellow Mushroom). Caitlyn informs me I have to use the Mellow Mushroom website and choose delivery which is powered by doordash. So I go to the website. When I complete my "delivery" order my confirmation says I should pick up my order. Noooo!!! So I call the store and the manager (hate I cant remember his name) says oh when there are no drivers available doordash will change your order to pick up???? Really??? Ok. So he says I can just cancel your order. I was surprised that his solution didnt include us getting our food ( oh well). Then he asked my confirmation or name. After giving my name he puts me on a looong hold. He returns saying, I have a Caitlyn Weston not a Mary Weston...I said no Mary Weston. He then repeats what he said so I repeated no, Mary. At that point he says maybe you sent the order to a different store. So i hang up and find my emailed receipt which clearly indicated I had the correct location. When I call back, the original chick I spoke to answered and asked if I wanted to speak with the manager. After another long hold, she came back to the phone and said the order had to have gone to another location. I then provided confirmation #. After another long hold she returns and says, ok we have cancelled your order!! WHAT????? At which time, I cussed (frightening my hungry kids) and hung up. Really Mellow Mushroom...not mellow at all.

Ordered a large half pepperoni, half sausage and pepperoni as well as 5 wings. First of all, the pepperoni which we paid $2 more to have was not on the pizza not to mention that the pizza was lopsided and unevenly cut. And, they only gave us 4 out of 5 wings.

We LOVE Mellow Mushroom. Food is always good, which is why we always go back for more. However, at this particular location, the service was less than desirable. No refills on any of our drinks (and my husband would have had another beer), had to ask another server to refill our waters, and the check delivered after food was delivered. Not really much customer service. Didn’t ruin the meal, but it didn’t make it enjoyable either.

My friend and I flew in from Canada today, had been up since 4 am, had our flights cancelled, overall our day was a mess. However as soon as we walked into Mellow Mushroom we were instantly greeted by an amazing group of individuals, and had the best service. The most amazing thing was is not only was the food DELICIOUS but they admitted something was burned and were remaking it; which had they not told us, we never would have known. So I usually go to the Mellow Mushroom at perimeter but I was craving pizza and the downtown location was the closest (30 min). So the time is 8pm I persisted to cal 15 times trying to make a to go order. No answer!! I get there and then I couldn’t find parking. So I finally walking around 8:42 and I was told I couldn’t order. I was also told that they usually take phone orders until 8:30pm. How can u take a phone order if I don’t pick up the phone

Awesome pizza, fantastic service! Unless you're a glutton you'll struggle to finish the pizza - do the right thing and ask for a take out box for the left overs, take a spare napkin, and give it to a random homeless person the way back to wherever you're going.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is that it had very few vegetarian options and no vegan options - contrary to what was claimed online. If you don't care about this, treat the review as a 5 star review. This is a pizza, salads and hamburgers eatery. Nothing fancy but good quality. The service was quick (the place wasn't busy) and friendly. The prices are OK. Nice ambience with all the big metal mushrooms hanging from the high ceiling. It's a good place to bring kids. Great place for teens to eat and for anyone hungry.
