Food was a solid 3/5. Had the wings and fries, nothing special. Service was a 2/5, I was there on a Monday around 7pm and waited about 30-45 minutes for ten wings. The only good thing was during happy hr they have $2 beers.

I use to love this place but the customer service is GONE. The bar tender was nice and so was the tall chick with dreads. These new waitresses are horrible. Walk right pass your table and make no eye contact purposely so they don't have to serve you only their friends. The food is still good and so are the drinks. There is a 10 cover charge that is fine However, if I am paying 500 for VIP why are me and my guest paying a cover charge as well???

I love that place ... but I lost one shoe and my wallet there ... damn Long Island Teas ... I think I had ONE too many ... I literally woke up in front of my front door in my Cadillac in Decatur (parked in my front lawn [above my driveway on my sidewalk]). Whoever has my wallet came up on about $150 bucks, but all 3 of my debt cards have been cancelled. I'll be back in the future, but Old Nat L is serious like that ... be warned ... leave all valuables in your car if you plan on drinking. lol.

First let me say that their IG page is LIT!! My mouth waters every time their garbage can drinks or wings would hit my timeline! I was SO READY to go and spend MONEY with my friends, but alas I was disappointed BIG TIME. There was a $5 cover charge at the door, and I was surprised, but i was so excited to be there I paid it, no problem. Walked in. The atmosphere was that of a sports bar. It smelled GREAT! It was very CLEAN, and it was by no means ratchet! They told me to find a table, I could sit anywhere, and I chose a table. Sat down. I waited... and waited... and waited. No one brought me a menu, no one came over and greeted me. No one came over and said ANYTHING. I watched a couple waitresses sit and smoke hookah with friends. I watched other waitresses behind the bar converse with customers. It was like I was in the Twilight zone! The only positive about this visit was the manager... when I asked for my cover charge back. Customer service means the WORLD and unfortunately they don’t have any. Needless to say we left and went to another place that has OK food, but AMAZING customer service. What a Shame

The food here is great especially the wings. However the service is horrible. I will never come back. My app was cold. They brought it out an hour later after my food. The waiters said they forgot to make it. We had no utensils. My boyfriends food we had to get to go because we had already waited an hour and a half and still he didn’t have any food. The waitress was sweet but I’m guessing the cooks is the problem. They need more help here or something . Food is too good to lose business.

Great atmosphere here. I went to watch the Bears game but I understood it’s Falcons land. The DJ was on point . Service was superb she checked on us regularly. The turkey burger was A1 and the fries. Only draw back was my wife’s food she had a platter which had a choice of boneless wings but they were out and she got some cut up chicken breast that they said were chicken fingers . All and all great experience I think this may be my go to close to home for the Bears games .

Went here the first Time Saturday night and I have to say that DJ do his thing!! I go out to lounges to enjoy good music and atmosphere.. I’ll have to say.. I got that in this place. These people come to have a good time, not just sit around and size everyone up. Waitresses were really busy so after trying several times to get some service.. finally! By the time an attentive waitress got to us.. the kitchen was closed. Didn’t get a chance to taste the food but I will be going back to try it! Parking can be tricky to when busy, keep that in mind. Overall DJ “BOMB” and cool atmosphere.. also a regular clothes type of lounge!

Ok, where do I start!!! Came here Thursday 3/28/19 with my best friend and honestly there isn't enough parking BUT the security guy was so awesome he advised where I could park and my car would be safe which he didn't have to and could have charged me 10 for front door parking so kudos to him!!! Secondly, inside is nice, wasn't crowded, just how I like it..Third the people who work there have got to be the best workers I've encountered and I have been out a whole lot. My waitress was Van, she was so attentive even when she got a lot of tables...The owner( I think he said he was the owner or co owner)...VERY NICE GUY!! Went around to everyone table and talked with them. Overall, best treatment I've ever experienced on the Southside especially Old Nat! The DJ...The MF bomb!! I'm from ATL and he represented really well with Atlanta music!! Trashcan drink, A HIT, it's strong and good food! SN: They add gratuity to your check automatically but I don't blame them, people don't tip so I'm all for that just wanted to give a heads up to ppl who read reviews like I do!!

So normally i enjoy Madhouse but today was horrible. The staff was smoking hookahs at the bar laughing walking around on their phones and hanging out with friends. It is literally only EIGHT people in the building and we have waited over an HOUR for 3 grilled fish tacos...this makes me incredibly sad as the venue is beautiful and something not offered normally on old national. I will think twice before returning!

Possibly the most fun you can have on Old National. I’ve been 10+ times. The parking is limited, so get there early on a weekend night. DO NOT PARK AT THE CAR WASH !! YOUR CAR WILL GET BROKEN INTO. It’s the price you might pay for partying on the Southside. But the bar itself is very clean. The staff is usually busy but they don’t forget about you. The bar is always packed but the wait for a drink isn’t bad. The drinks are always strong. The “Trashcan” alcoholic drink is more than enough for 3 people to share and then some. Very strong but worth it. The food is 6/10. It used be better much better but the quality has diminished. They have live music and a dj who always keep the party moving. Never a dull moment at Madhouse.

Not giving it 5 stars because we didn't get any entrees... But we had a great experience! Our waitress was Kai, she was so nice! She took care of us and made sure everything went smoothly. We got hookah, drinks, and 2 appetizers, everything was pretty solid. Next time we're in town we plan to stop by again! Thanks Kai!

I'm really disappointed in this place. Two times I've came an hour and a half before you guys closing time and both times the kitchen has been closed. I've never been here and wanted to try you guys out . I even thought about applying here. Apparently you close the kitchen when it's "slow"? Which doesn't make sense to me. It's crazy because both times I've traveled over 15 miles JUST to come here. It's a waste of time and obviously you guys do not care about wasting money. I can see the kitchen closing 30 min before closing but you're not going to tell me that the kitchen it closed at 10:30 when you guys don't close until 12. I give up with this place. I will say the guy who helped me was very pleasant but I couldn't pay attention because I was so focused on EATING.

Some friends and I had already been one time this week. Food was great. We went back tonight & waited over an hour , the manager Ronnie (light skin girl with case on right arm) was very rude when she came to our table. All we had order was turkey burgers and a steak. She told us it takes about 45 minutes for all of that. I have never been to a place where it took that long for my food. Our experience with the waitress was ok but dealing with that manager I am not to sure if I will ever return. Customer service is everything & the manager did not demonstrate that!

The service here was terrible! I have never went to a place that was so unprofessional, when walking into the establishment it was dirty. I finally found somewhere to sit after 20 minutes when sitting down I had to beg a waitress to take me order “she said she this wasn’t her section”.Next my order was so dirty it’s was in a Hennessy bottle never see hookah in a Hennessy bottle. After complaining about my bill because he want to charge me gratuity fee when it was only me and my friend .Therfore I was introduced to an unprofessional drunken manger he was yelling a screaming in face. I was so embarrassed ! He ignored me when I ask for his name but his name is RON! This place needs new professional management !

I made a reservation online for madhouse for my Birthday and upon entering the security was rude. I gave a host/server my name and informed them of my reservation and she claim that they don't do reservations for groups less that 6. We had 5 people currently there and one on the way. We were moved to 3 different sticky tables before we just decided to leave. I would not be returning.

My first time visiting...Staff was very friendly ....my waitress helped me pick out the best drinks and best food on the menu.... good vibes and great happy hour specials. Roman is a great bartender and the manager Roni was attentive to all customers. Will come back.

A young crowd, but I have to admit everybody was nice, and the service was excellent even the bouncer was cool! My car got blocked in and I had to take my girl home and the bouncer did everything he could to find the person who owned the car so he could move it! Great place!!

Went here on the 17th for my boo birthday ... website advertised that it was r@b night ... got there ... no fee to enter free parking not crowded or no where near crowded .. waiter came right over .. THIS WHERE IT STARTS TO TUMBLE DOWN HILL .. no r@b was played all night I literally thought I was listening to my little brother iPod with his mediocre gangsta music .. the waiter said it was on Pandora... ok ... seemed like our waiter was a little buzzed or something we repeated our order he repeated our order .. NO RED BULL in the trash can please.. ok cool we can take it out ... brought trash can .. looked delicious but guess what .. RED BULL in trash can ... he like u want me to take it back ... umm yes that’s exactly what we want u to do ... bring it back like 7-10 minutes later .... REMIND U it’s only like 5 groups in there ... take our food order ... 10 sweet chili crispy 10 mild soft ...brings food 10 mild soft fries not fresh and guess what 10 sweet chili soft ... at this point we really was just over it let’s just try to enjoy what’s left of the night ... but then the check came and he automatically is tipped through GRATUITY.... ohhhhhh no no no .... first and last visit to this place .

What an awesome place. Sports bar/club something you can only find in Atlanta. Walked in greeted by a strip search, but I'm cool with that; keeps everybody safe. Ordered the tilapia and Mac and cheese and loved ever morsel. The drinks were strong and super delicious. And here's the kicker...SERVICE. From the time I walked in I was tended to...I love that. They have Sunday ticket which makes it great to watch all the games and when I asked to see Miami and the Colts, Ronny was eager to take care of me. I love it and will be back!

This is one of the greatest places to be. I love the food, the drinks (Gas can) lol is the TRUTH! They're drinks are not watered down like most bars. They have great specials if your on a budget. Hookahs off the Hook. Overall service is the BOMB

Pretty good food, terrible service. Our waitress did not ask for our drink order (for like water, soda etc), never brought the mozzarella sticks we ordered, and assumed 2 of our party wanted water since we did not ask for a drink (since we were never prompted/given the chance too). When one of our party got up and asked her to bring us some drinks, she said she was going to wait until our food cane out to give us the drinks (not the way most places do things). Also, half our parties orders were brought out way before the others’ food was- and as I said before, the appetizer never showed. While there, we observed a cpuple who arrived before us but never got there food and just got up and left. I also observed a lady get up from a wobbly table that then tilted causing her glass of beer to fall on the ground and shatter- instantly a waitress yelled from the back/bar area, “oh no, that’s coming out of your check!” - after assessing the situation she said the customer wouldn’t have to pay for the glass since the wobbly table was to blame. She said “you get off this time.” Also, the restaurant was ICE cold- the waitress said the thermostat was set to 75 but that it’s always freezing in there because otherwise the wood floors get slick. We were never offered a drink refill. Also I was charged 50 cents for choosing yellow American cheese for my Philly cheesesteak (the description on the menus said your choice of white or yellow American cheese- I didn’t know what white American cheese was (does it mean provolone?) but there was no charge listed on menu or mentioned by the waitress for choosing yellow cheese. The waitress seemed to think it was dumb that I was charged for it but said that’s just what happens when she selects yellow cheese on the computer. I could go on and on about all the negative parts of this experience but I’ve said my piece- just wanted to warn anyone planning to eat here- don’t do it. The food tasted pretty good but the service and atmosphere was just bad/ I would never want to eat here again.

Kind of small, but vibrant! Nice atmosphere, went to watch the game and have a few drinks. The drinks weren't that strong and the Appetizers didn't make us want to order a real meal *shrug* but overall I give a 4. Funny, I was carded at the door, but I saw 2 children come in and hug their parent that looked to be the owner/server...not sure. I know I'm past old enough, I just couldn't understand why they were in there for like an hour *shrug*

Horrible service! Never again. This is me and my party's first time here, on a Friday night. Until about 7pm there was ONLY one server for the entire restaurant (about 40 people here). Ordered wings and an hour and a half later, still no wings. I try my best to patronize black business but this is why so many black people do not support black business because of the disorganization and lack of appropriate planning. Get you stuff together, Madhouse!

Kind of a small place, but that's because it is a lounge and was meant to be a intimate. It's crazy popular, so it does get crowded. I like the place, though. It's good for hanging out with a couple of your people and having a good time.

REALLY enjoyed the atmosphere here. Laid back and enjoyed some wings & spinach dip with Madhouse Mojito! ....plan on returning next time in the ATL. The DJ was playing some nice tunes!

Service sucked from the bar, to the waitress, to the hookah service. Considering i am a waitress in a club i expect a certain level of service. CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST WASN'T THERE AT ALL... Other than that my patron margarita was good

Drinks was nasty , I ask for something else the own told me she couldn’t take it back. No waitress the owner told use we had to wait a hour before they come in , also we had to wait a hour for food worst experience of my life, on top of that the heat didn’t work, and it was 29 degrees outside. Once the waitress came in the brought out the food with there coats on. The boneless wings was a cut up chicken Brest and the chips for the nachos wasn’t fresh

Came here to hang out with my cousin and had a great time. From the service of the host to the waiter answering all my questions giving me good suggestions to the chicken tacos being fye to the drink special tequila crush hitting the spot to the music selection and not forget the hookah everything was great! Highly recommend. The energy in this place was amazing. Would definitely go back.

Cool spot! Our first visit. LOTS of TVs all around. Pretty good drinks n bar food/menu. Discounted prices 4-8pm. Sports bar atmosphere. They have hookah! Parking can be limited when they get busy, but we had no problem during our visit. Service was great with Kai! She was very informative and answered our questions with ease. Made us feel welcomed. We'd definitely go back.

It was a cool little vibe but the food and the service sucks. Our waitress was not attentive, she literally was sitting right next to us obviously entertaining her friends. The food was nasty. I didn’t like anything i ordered. Plus everything was so salty. I ordered a shot of Parton and was brought 1800 like i wouldn’t know the difference. Hookah was good that’s the only reason i gave them 3 stars. I probably will never go back.
