If you're on the lake and looking for a great place to stop in and have lunch or dinner this is the place to be. The staff is very friendly and always helpful and making suggestions off the menu. The food is very good and reasonably priced. Bring the family or hang out at the bar with the adults. Always a lot of fun!

My son said the service here is next level. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. We received our food quickly and wasn't disappointed with our meal. The drink choices are great. Lots of variety! Definitely recommend!

Absolute disregard for people. Checked in on a mild weekend at 7PM. On a saturday (no holidays or anything). Waited over two hours with no communication from the staff. Finally went and asked when we would be seated. "We cant make people get up" was their response. When asked if certain meal items would be available later (southern broil), we were informed that this item, and several others were stopped at 9 pm. Awesome. Waited over two and a half hours to find out we would not be able to eat dinner tonight. Poor girl at the front counter (20 years old at best) was left to deflect angry customers while the weak management team was nowhere to be seen. Dont plan on going to this restaraunt unless you are okay with waiting 3 hours, just to find out that you will have to go grab a hot dog at a different restaraunt. It is now 3 hours after our initial check in time, and I am writing this from the parking lot. Still have not even recieved a text update from the restaraunt.

Just got back from a quick night away at the Lodge. Ate here twice and had Reese as our server both times. He was great! The fish tacos he suggested were delicious! Our kids loved him. They were accommodating and served us outside at a table where our dog could sit and we could fit a high chair.

It was horrendous. Worst food I've ever had. The service was completely awful. They charge $15 to dock your boat there to eat . I wouldn't mind if the food was edible. We also were disgusted by the outhouses they pass off as bathrooms.

The Margaritaville Landshark bar is great. There are tonnes of activities nearby and plenty of dock space. You can drive in or navigate the lake and boat to the docks for a good time, good food, music, and water park.

really sucks, the last 4-5 times we have been have been horrible. The restaurant putting people on a false wait due to being understaffed. the food is below par, even the buffet signature drinks are lacking. Mix that with lousy service and you have the trifecta! Until i hear otherwise LLI and Margaritaville will not be getting any visits from me, my family or close friends.

Coconut Shrimp is a must order. The club is a huge portion. Fish tacos are very good. Seating by host/hostesses is confusing. Seating is available but they state wait times. I think it may be due to staffing limitations or special events.

My family and I came to visit today the day before thanksgiving and May I say this is by far the best restaurant on the lake. Amber and Jessica were the best servers and very attentive! Trenton was an awesome manger and was seen in the floor helping out his co workers! My family and I enjoyed it stay and the light were beautiful! We will definitely be back!

There are several boat-up restaurants on the lake. This is one of my faves. Service is pretty good. Food is good. A bit expensive but average for lakeside food. Good drinks. Love the atmosphere!!

If i could give this place a zero i would. The fish was bad frozen fish and chips. Fish tacos tasted like canned tuna and frozen burger patties at premium prices.The coleslaw was bland with no flavor. We ordered two appetizers the spicy dip and chips and the spicy nachos along with our food. After waiting for 40 mins everything came at one time with our food. I said something and the waitress said oh i put the orders in separately but i believe in you to eat it all. The high light of the meal was the side cesar salad. For lake lanier being so much to do any activities i expected better food when my bill is almoat 100 dollars. Someone please email godon ramsey to come fix this place.

Food was good. But parking sucked. Being handicapped parking was difficult. You couldent even see the building from the parking lot. The 20 to 30 steps down from the lot then walk about 200ft then down another set of 10 steps to a bridge and another couple hundred feet to the restaurant. Having breathing problems along with other military injures was a challenge.

This is one gem of a place to spend a fun weekend day! Tucked away in Lanier Islands North of Atlanta at the huge Lanier Lake, this site can be reached by boat or car. There is a nice open restaurant, you can have the typical comfort foods (hamburger, wings, etc) and nice mixed drinks, beer or nonalcoholic drinks. There is a man made beach with a marina where you can dock your boat and walk over. Tiki bar with large TVs showing sports shows, and water games. The scenery is like a paradise... Just gorgeous place with nice people! Nice, clean family or couples fun.

Spent day at Lake Lanier for some Christmas fun. Ate dinner at Landshark. Food was good! Atmosphere was fun! A waitress accidentally spilled a drink on my daughter and the manager Trent took great care of us and Jessica our waitress jumped into action to get us all cleaned up. Made it a fun memorable visit that we will never forgot.

Came here after venture through the magical nights of lights and sat down at the bar. Immediately loved the warming atmosphere and was greeted by Mona, who suggested the best hot chocolate ive ever had. Smokey Mountain Christmas is amazing and Mona adds her own touch with some salted caramel. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Make sure you ask for Mona ;) <3

Went to Landshark Bar and Grill for lunch over 4th of July weekend. Service was horrible. Our appetizer and meal came out at the same time. When we told them we wanted to wait to eat our entrees, they took them back. We mentioned we didn't want them just sitting under a heat lamp until we were ready. They ensured us they would make them fresh. When we were ready for our entrees they brought them right out. It was obvious the food had been sitting under a heat lamp for the past 20 min. We had to wait another 30 min for them to make fresh food. The manager didn't seem to care about our displeasure and cared more about how cool she looked. The place is run by kids that do not know what they are doing. If you are looking to get drunk, this is the place for you. But if you are looking for a good meal and good service, go elsewhere.

Location, food and service pretty good but the check in area people are very rude, you are supposed to go with children who are wet and they cannot enter if they are not dry, it is a pet friendly place and they don't let my dog go in and the waiting time is terrible more than 1 hour.

I felt the need for a water fix, and knowing ahead this is a waterfront bar and grill, I expected the usual bar fare. However, I was surprised. We had the coconut shrimp which tasted like summer! The fish tacos were tasty and the wings also were not disappointing. There is a decent selection for picky eater children. The atmosphere is relaxed and yes, on the water front so you can enjoy the lake views. Be prepared if this is an afternoon outing, you’ll pay $15 for parking to enter the resort.

Waited 30 minutes to be seated which was not a big deal. Once seated outside like we requested our table and chairs were on a slop so my husband sat leaning to one side. We waited for another 20 minutes and didn't have the first server show up to even take a drink order. After 30 minutes of no service we got up from the table and took our menus back to the hostess and stated the issue of poor customer service to which nobody would address with us so we left.

The service at this location is fantastic, especially Jessica C, our server and Chevy, the steady hand running the the house! As top-shelf bar food goes, you can't get any better than this menu! It is rare to enjoy a Shrimp Po Boy all the way to the last bite of crusty French bread and still have 2 full shrimp on the plate...lagniappe, yay! You will go hungry with this menu, and you will enjoy every bite! With a Key Lime like this, it's hard not to destroy it!

Had five star fish tacos at a different LandShark. The ones here were hardly a two. The fish was ground up. Not enough cabbage in the topping and no purple cabbage. The taste was way off. Gatlinburg has the best. Beer was cold and service good.

Terrible service. I would not recommend taking your family here. We first waited over an hour and a half to get a table for our group when there were tables available. Secondly, we waited over 30 minutes to get our drinks and then our server forgot one of our food orders. We also received no silverware or napkins and had to get up and ask for that in order to eat. After that, we asked for the check and it took them over 30 minutes to get it to us. We had to get 4 people that worked here to help our accommodate everyone at our table. Also, gratuity is added so, I hope if you do decide to dine here that you get service that's worth it or come in knowing you will wait for a while.

After visiting many of the other Margaritaville locations around the US (Key West, Hollywood FL, Orlando, Pensacola, Pigeon Forge, Chicago) we were very dissapointed. The whole area was like a frat party, indecent behavior and language everywhere (considering it is meant to be a family friendly place), some of the staff were very rude, and the burgers were absolutely terrible.

Great drink selection. My favorite was most place shut down once school starts, what a bummer and a sell out by the other groups that do that and don't try and bring in more people from out of market. Let someone enjoy the place after the crazy gang leaves for school. Boat slips are still available for courtesy use and too crowded. Did not eat but look forward to returning to try menu. Also a great deck for outside tables and bikini views. ;)

By the time the waitress finally came to our table - it took about 30 minutes for someone to take our order - they had run out of wings. We ordered a kids burger and fish tacos. When the food finally came, it was lousy. So bad that my son felt sick and we had to go home.

After playing in the rain with our toddler sat the carnival, it was a nice respite to find this restaurant and who knew Santa would be there and his beard was the real deal. Knowing our children were becoming tired, our server, Ryan, was attentive and patient. My friend has had ankle issues and we requested assistance of which Bryan, the manager, went beyond the call of service to drive us back to our car via golf cart.

The food is mediocre and is way overpriced and the staff isn’t exceptionally friendly. Dogs are allowed near the restaurant but not in it. No exceptions, yet they do not advertise that anywhere. Don’t come eat here.

We just visited for the 1st time on New Year's Eve (early Evening). It was a wonderful place. The staff were all so friendly and the manager was very attentive. The food was exceptional and the price wasn't as high as I expected for the new Margaritaville name attached to it. We visited for an early dinner before seeing the Magical Night of Lights and visiting the carnival area. The only negative was walking to the establishment. There were a lot of stairs and a lot of empty space between it.

The drinks were good but the customer service & blatant racial undertones was loud, clear, & just horrible. The bartender was clearly racist. She kept taking people's orders to the left, right, and even 1 person behind us. When I confronted her, she lied and said, "Ohhh, I didn't see you! What will you have?" The other csme over to take our over which diffused the situation because I was really ready to go off! I know when I'm being mistreated!!! And, everyone else knew too.
