Best Mexican food around. I eat here almost weekly and they are literally the cleanest, best quality Mexican in the area. The servers are always very friendly and I won't go anywhere else.

Four of us dined here during a visit to the Atlanta area for the International Auto Show. The food and service were fantastic. Each of us got something different and everyone in our party was extremely pleased with their menu selection. This is the second time my wife and I have eaten at La Parrilla. We enjoyed the food so much our first visit that we brought two other folks along this time. I was hoping I hadn't over-promoted this restaurant. And I didn't. It was just as good this time.

La parrilla is a fun place. The service was solid and the menu items were varied, with all different heat levels. There is a kids menu here and several families had brought children during our visit. You can get really well prepared food if you look beyond the combo platters. The chefs know their stuff. Wheelchair seating and parking is free and available. It's a good visit.

I went for a to-go order. The greeters and shift manager were very friendly. I went to the bar and the young lady took my order and processed my payment. I sat for 6-7 minutes, and the whole time I was there, I was never asked if I wanted anything to drink. I was slightly disappointed by this. Outside of that, I love La Parilla. It's the little things...

We go here regularly with the toddler. It's great! Lots of space, and plenty of staff. Service is quick. Process have steadily increased though. They usually have balloons for the kids (out this time though).

I sat at the bar for almost 15 minutes before getting someone's attention before placing my to-go order and the bar staff seemed to be more social with each other before addressing the guest. The food was okay... I ordered the Veggie Fajita and it could have had a bit more flavor. I didn't have any cheese which made it more bland. It was a Friday evening...need I say they were busy...

Don't forget to order their fresh made guacamole. Their staff is excellent and will make the wait so worth it. Definetly a family friendly place , my 5 and 3 year old loved it. Couldn't find time to check their bar area, but their margaritas looked fab.

We were treated horribly by the restaurant manager after the waitress forgot our drinks during our dinner. She was horrible to talk to and made a scene in the middle of the restaurant. As first time customers it was embarrassing after not even having water during our meal for 25-30 minutes to have a manager treat us like horrible people for asking for a drink to be comp. She had treated us with no respect and talked down to us like we did something wrong, WOW! We apologize to the waitress and they had awful things to say about the manager. Never go to this place! Customer service does not exist here between the waitress, manager and head manager. They were more worried about making a couple dollars on a drink than long term customers for life! The owners better make a change quickly!

This is my daughters and I favorite "mother daughter night out" restaurant, but tonight almost everything was "salty." My daughter's chicken quesadilla, my steak rancheros, and the refried beans. We love this restaurant but tonight wasn't a good night.

I don't even know where to begin here. I eat lunch here every day during the work week, I'm not even kidding, because I love Mexican food. But that's not why I choose La Parrilla, despite having great experiences at other locations. First off, the food itself is fantastic. I've tried over half a dozen dishes and so far everything is above average in taste, quality, and portion. The speed of service is phenomenal, most days even when they're busy my meal makes it out to me within 5-6 minutes of ordering. It's ridiculously fast, especially during the 12-1pm hour? Crazy. But why do I actually obsess over this location? I choose La Parrilla because of the staff. The bartenders, Chachi and Ismael, are always quick, funny, and talkative. They know your order preferences, drinks, and name after the third visit. The managers, including Alex, take time to also speak with guests and are always visible on the floor. The rest of the staff, like Carmen, are always quick and efficient and most of them wear a smile constantly. They treat each other like family, and the guests like good friends, and that makes La Parrilla the best place to be.

I usually get great service from every la parrila location I visit but this time, my drink was wrong, my food was cold and everyone was so busy! The managers were managers. They rescued things, but I was not crazy about this experience. I wish it could of been as great as I remember it. Your choice, my opinion. Not crazy about it anymore.

We were seated immediately although they mentioned a 10-15 min wait. The 32 oz frozen daiquiri was outstanding and cheese dip a great starter while waiting on the entrees. All in all a pleasant dining experience. The burritos were delicious.

Food was good. Took my mom here for mothers day and she didn't complain about ANYTHING!! She said the food was really good and with the drive!! That is worth five stars in itself... but our waiter REALLY got on my nerves. I love this place AND my mom didn't complain= 5 stars...

Would not recommend this place to anyone with a service dog or any disability that needs to be accommodated for! The staff here acted completely ignorant of what a service dog is and wouldn’t let the rest of our party join us after berating them about the dog (Even though we were sitting outside)! The first manager tried to act completely ignorant and tried to convince us that it was a corporate rule that they could break a law! I suggest the staff here reads up on disability accommodations and the hostess at the front need to work on their attitudes! Only the second manager knew it was against the law to turn down a service dog and was apologetic but the rest of our party did not want to give money to a business that treated them like this!

La Parrilla is one of the better Mexican restaurants I've tried in the area. The prices are reasonable and the portions are good. Staff is also friendly. I took a relative here during her summer vacation and she couldn't stop talking about La Parrilla when she returned home.

Worst customer service I call to place an order for my workers and the person that answered the phone was rushing me to order, I was placing a order for 15 guys so imagine, on the middle of me placing the order he said to call back because he was so busy with customers and he couldn’t take my order, I guess since it’s a to go order he was thought he wasn’t getting a tip or something, I ask to talk to the manager and he put me on hold and then hang up, unbelievable. Which I could give a zero.
