This Restaurant belongs to the category of Chinese restaurant.
Their food never disappoints. It has a different vibe to it. This time I had their shrimp fried rice. Good food. Try their calamari
Great Chinese food close to the World of Coke, Centennial Park, and the Aquarium.
Excellent food, atmosphere and service
Really nice atmosphere, also a very good service and the food was delicious!!! Definetly comming back!
Best hot and sour soup in the USA!
It's okay. One of the option to eat Asian food in downtown
Looks like a dive from the outside, but the food is great. Standard Chinese options, but with a few random twists. I loved the spring roll cheesecake, something a bit different. Loved the fortune cookies at the end of the meal. Highly recommend and the price is reasonable!
The place my son, his family, and I enjoy
Visiting Atlanta, Ga for a Convention and tried this spot and the food was extremely tasty!!
Food and service were okay. Would find more value and probably prefer bringing a table cloth and a candle to a normal Chinese restaurant.
It was a great experience for my family and friends the customer service was great and the food came out quick and hot.My Server was Ashad wonderful I would recommend this restaurant ALL THE TIME
Spicy Anna soup! I tell ya this is one of the best soups I have ever had. They have other great menu options as well. I like the combination fried rice and the garlic shrimp. It's really cool to see the pictures of famous people on the wall there as well. Check it out it you're right downtown.
One of the BEST in downtown ! Great food, great stuff.. Highly Recommending !
A little expensive but delicious food with excellent service
Excellent food and even better service.
Overpriced, mediocre, Americanized Chinese. I figured a place charging over $17 a plate would offer a second authentic Chinese menu... Nope. Try the BBQ ribs appetizer. They are literally the same as you would get at Applebee's, but they throw a grilled pineapple on too. Very disappointing - you can do better. Service was good
Got the chance to visit this place since it was recommended. I must say it was a huge disappointment. To start with the owner; She did not know how to handle busy hours. She said she was booked and will be nothing available for 3 days. We asked if we could wait to at the bar since it was only 2 of us. She said that would be fine. As we were waiting behind check in desk where the owner was standing other people started to arrive and stand right behind the people sitting at the bar without showing any courtesy to their privacy or dining experience. We asked why would she allow people to stand behind the people she shrugged it off and said the bar is first come first serve. Fair enough, as we were the first to have the right for the bar section. After waiting 30 minutes people started argue for seating and having confrontations right behind where the owner was standing. Later as we were still waiting we found out that the bartender was holding seats for favored clients! And as time was passing some other people got in to a heated argument and suddenly a table became available? ! This place was not short being a zoo that night. It was not worth the wait in any way. The food was nothing special either. At the end of the night we have experienced arguments, favoritism, bad employee attitudes, bad management, bad ownership, lousy service people and mediocre food. I have no intentions of going back or recommending this place to anyone.
Great upscale Asian food restaurant. Kind, friendly and professional staff. The restaurant is always clean. They offer vegan friendly options, which are absolutely delicious!
Yum!! This place is so good, the staff is so kind! Driving from East lake isn't that bad when you drive for good food! I recommend this place without a a doubt! Thanks WEI WEI!!
Average for a Chinese restaurant. Hot and sour soup, spring rolls, and general tso chicken all acceptable but nothing special. Service is fine.
So I discovered this mom and pop Chinese place while here on work... The food is good but the atmosphere is way better.... I decided to sit at the bar we had 4 total strangers sitting next to each other and by the entree we where all laughing and acting like friends the Bartender Kenny ... Was worth every penny spent here. I have never laughed so hard. Like I said the food was good but the humor was awesomr. The hot and sour soup was good but the tso chicken extra Krispy no veggies more chicken extra sauce. The flavor is spicy but not to spicy it also has a kick. But seriously come sit at the bar and have dinner with Kenny totally worth it and his sassy attitude.. what else can I say except go try it
Food was great. Delicious and good quantity, would highly recommend.
chinese food here - super good. It was so fresh. Nothing but enjoyable experiences here.
Good food but quite expensive for the amount you get; the service is quite fast.
The restaurant was clean, the service was wonderful, and the food was DELICIOUS!! I definitely recommend this place, and will be making Hsu's my go to for Chinese cuisine! ❤
We were there this evening and the bartender kept staring at me as if I were a black female criminal. Very discrimanatory looks from the Bartender! Stop being stereotypical!
Reasonably priced despite being in the middle of Downtown Atlanta's Business District, and always quality plates. Service has always been polite...
Try Walnut shrimps, other menue item interesting, like whole fish, duck. its our 3rd. visit, will come again.
Every time I have eaten here the place was very neat and clean down the silverware!!!!! The service is very professional and attentive. The food is outstanding! Better than Benihana's if u ask me.
Great food, good prices
Awesome food ! Service ok ?
6 at the table and everyone agreed that their dish was the best.
Their lunch menu is very reasonable with plenty of options! It was semi busy when my boss and I went but the server was very consistent and on top of everything. The location and ambiance of the place is great! They have chocolate covered fortune cookies (which I've never had before) and they were delicious!
Beautiful spot to eat with friends
Lunch special box was great!
Had a wonderful time! Atmosphere was vibrant and cozy. Food was tasty and delicious. Service was attentive and professional. Would definitely go again next time I am in Atlanta!
$20 for the worst spicy basil chicken I’ve ever had. Chicken was chewy and gamey? Tasted like they had stir fried it with old shrimp. It had almost no basil flavor and two leaves in the entire dish. We barely touched it. Paid and left, wish we’d said something.
Upscale Chinese restaurant in downtown Atlanta. The restuarant is clean and very nice. The staff greeted us the moment we walked in the door and we were seated immediately. Every staff member we saw spoke to us. The food is generally good but a bit pricey. Mixed drinks are strong (that's a good thing) and very pricey. Service was excellent with the food brought to the table very quickly and very hot.
I have been visiting this restaurant for 4 years...every time I visit the quality goes down by a notch . Today I ordered stir fried veggies with tofu..my stuff was literally floating in soy sauce
Very generous portions, food served in the right temperature with < 10 mins wait time, and authentic preparation. Very reasonable and loved the ambience.
My fav location for quality Chinese food. Great location to meet with friends. The service was very friendly and kind. Bring your appetite because portions are large. Feels similar to a restaurant in Philadelphia that I enjoyed visiting.
Very good food!
Delicious food, good service, really nice quite place.
This place has great lunch prices. Their food is not amazing, but it is not bad either. I got the General Tsu's Favorite Chicken which was all right. It was a bit sour, but came with rice. They have good quantities and prices, but the food is not amazing. The staff is very friendly as this is a family run business.
Pricey but worthy
Food was very good. Service was even better. Highly recommend.
Awesome upscale Chinese restaurant in the heart of downtown Atlanta. Great food and excellent service.
First time today. A friend brought me and told me how good it was. And he was right Great food, great bartender. Would recommend to others for sure!!
Great food and atmosphere!
Delicious! The duck, egg rolls and ribs...oh my. Great experience
Excellent food! Great quality. Great service
Small portions salty food was mediocre. Service and employees were nice
Excellent food, great service. Unique deserts. Definate recommendation for group dinners.
Very nice atmosphere. Service is outstanding. Food is very good. The variety could be better, though. They comp your parking if you park in the deck beside the Commerce Club.
Awesome food, great selection for everyone. Try the Mongolian Beef and Walnut Shrimp. For dessert the Cheesecake Spring Roll.
$15 per person minimum, rancid pieces in appetizer, very good service, high prices, why so many 5 stars?: My daughter and I went there for a light meal. I ordered the Stuffed Lettuce appetizer at $9.95 (kinda pricey) as my main course. NOTE at bottom of menu says "$15 minimum per person"! If I had known this, we probably would not have gone there. Anyhow, the two large lettuce leaves were served with a tablespoon of sauce in each and about 8 little flat squares of something like fried pork skin, along with a dish of chopped pork pieces and some green scallions that you place in the lettuce. The sauce and the pork I found to be overly salted, not unexpected in a Chinese restaurant. But there was a definite rancid meat taste, and when I removed the fried pork skin pieces, the rancidity went away. I noted this to the waiter and he apologized but there was no follow-up from the kitchen. The Calamari appetizer (ordered to meet the "minimum") was very good but we didn't care for the strange mustardy sauce. My daughter liked her house Lomein (interestingly priced at $14.95 as are several dishes so don't meet the "minimum") though again I thought it was salty. Service was attentive and quick. Prices seemed very high. I am very suspicious of all the 5-star reviews as the food and management is not 5-star. Read them and you will see they do not have substance.
Got to check it out last night. Best Chinese Food i have had yet outside of making my own.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The food is good but overrated. Anyway, I nicely payed 50$ for some noodles... the waitress was nice. But when I was giving the tip a lady manager or maybe the owner come saying in a very rude way that "it wasn't enough that I HAVE to give her more" I was like... I give the tip that I can and that I want, take it or leave it. She treated me so bad cause I didn't give her 1 or 2$ more than she expected and despised my money in a very rude way. She ended up pushing me towards the exit while I was going out! I couldn't believe the hole situation, I've never experienced anything like that. I was having a nice dinner but she was the worst. I'll never ever come back.
The spicy Anna seafood soup was delicious!!
You got wait, but is worth it
Never disappointing. The food and service is always great.
Great food. Friendly staff. Nothing bad to say. BEST FORTUNE COOKIES EVER!!!! Seriously
Great for lunch! Quick, reasonable price and good food... perfect combo!!
Enjoyed this Americanised chinese/thai food. Ordered the General Hsu's chicken and mixed vegetables. Really good. Good service great food.
I love this place, friendly and they remember your face! They also allow me to cont to order a fav that is no longer printed on the menu! No complaints! You will have to pay for parking in a local garage if you drive to this location.
Great place... in town for a conference and this place was recommend. We got in no problems. Everyone was very nice. Food comes out quickly. Had the chicken dumplings, walnuts shrimp and hot and spicy soup with noodles. All were very tasty. For the spicy food you can tell them how hot you want it. Will go again.
Food was delicious, with reasonable prices, and lovely people. Made the overall dinner and evening experience grand.
It wasnt as good as it use to be. Food luke warm
Food and atmosphere is good. Prices are awesome!
Everything was timely, delicious and very flavorful!! Kids say 5 stars and we had no leftovers!!
The food was amazing, and so was the service! The prices are very agreeable and I would definitely recommend this place in the future
Best restaurant in atlanta
The food is great. The staff go out of their way to accommodate their guests
Excellent food and service. Would definitely return. A bit pricey but this whole area seems pricey. Definitely worth taking an uber to little five points or elsewhere to dine. But good place if in a hurry.
This place is great every time I go. The Spicy Annie's Soup is a go to dish, when it's cold, sick, or just wanting a really good soup.
One of my top places for delicious chinese food. The staff was friendly and sociable. The place has a nice feel to it.
Very good. The restaurant itself is beautiful. Friendly staff. Great experience!
If you are going to have or try for the first time Peking Duck in Atlanta, you'll want to come here. It's very good, authentic. Nice looking restaurant with classics plus classic twists. I do not think the prices are as high as others feel, in my experience, the prices are quite moderate. Last visit I tried their spicy basil beef . It had good heat but not to much, chef did a good job because the basil flavor was present without being overwhelming.
The Curry chicken is awesome
We had reservations for 10+ for lunch on Dragon Con and they were great! Table was ready right after the parade and they had specialty drinks. The service was great. Friendly and fast! I had the stir fried tofu and vegetable dumplings. Everything was super tasty! I was super impressed. The drinks were also great! They server chocolate dipped cookies with the bill that were yummers!
Best Chicken Fried Rice I've ever had
One of the best meals I've ever had. And service was amazing. Fine dining with a family atmosphere.
We decided to eat here while we were in Atlanta for a trade show. The trip over was definitely worth it. Everything we ordered was delicious, easily the best Chinese food I have ever had. I had a wonton soup that was light and flavorful.. so often you end up with something greasy and too sweet or salty. Nope.. perfectly balanced and delicious. There were three in our group and we all enjoyed our meals. I wish we would have eaten here again during our trip. The service was also impeccable. Evey time my tea cup was empty someone would refill it. We had what appeared to be a manager or owner stop by to check on us too. Excellent food, extremely reasonable (cheap) prices and impeccable service. What more could you ask for?
Great food and good table service. Sitting at the bar let's you enjoy the best personality that is their bartender. With their lunch being so good I don't doubt their dining service is also spectacular.
Pretty bland. Dont reccomend.
Excellent!! Famous location with long history.
I love the food and ambiance.
My food has always been excellent. I also loved the DragonCon themed drinks.
Came for lunch, there were five of us. We ordered and the food took almost thirty minutes to get all of our orders to the table. During that time the tables on both sides of us which ordered after us were served. This didn't help our experience. I ordered the Black Pepper Scallops which was marked as spicy, it was sweet but not what I would call peppery. There was also some underdone asparagus on the plate. I would not call this place "The Best in Atlanta."
I searched for a couple days for an authentic Chinese fare in and near downtown Atlanta. At the last minute I found this quaint restaurant! This was the perfect place for my good friend’s first meal back in the US, after living in Haiti (He has also lived in China). He commented throughout the night that this was just like the restaurants in China he had been to -authentic atmosphere, low light, and quality food. The food was impeccable! Our waiter, James, outlined some great dishes that were the house specials and local favorites. We enjoyed the hospitality —thank you for hosting us Dave!
the service was wonderful and the food is excellent
First time visit and I will definitely be back the next time I visit Atlanta. The ambiance and decor was tasteful and pleasant and the restaurant had a quiet relaxed vibe I'm not used to but enjoyed immensely. I had the Walnut Shrimp which were absolutely divine. They were crisp but not hard or soggy and the sauce was so good. My coworker had the Spicy Basil Beef, which was tender and tasty; they were able to lower the spiciness a bit so it was just right for her. Portion sizes were excellent; we were glad we skipped the appetizers. Service was excellent and our waitress promised to be there when we come back. We'll see! Prices were average for the downtown area, so expect to spend about $25-30 a head for dinner and drink, more if you want appetizers or dessert. You could probably spend less on some meals but most were $20+.
This place surprised me and I love it! The atmosphere is like a "throwback" American Chinese restaurant and it's a place that you want to dine in and either sit at the bar or at a table and enjoy your meal. The cuisine, decor and overall atmosphere are authentic to the Hsu's brand and the staff are all very hospitable and cordial. Service is pretty fast for how busy they get during the lunch rush. You have the option of calling ahead for a carry out order or ordering carryout right there. I've never had a bad experience dining in or carrying out from Hsu's and whenever I eat there, during a weekday lunch, I feel like I've received a reprieve from the busyness of the day. I don't think they need to change anything.
Nice ambience. Good service. Great food.
Wonderful meal and dessert! We’ve been in town a week and gone there twice now. Everyone liked their meal and the desserts were delicious too! We especially recommend the Cheesecake spring rolls and lava cake.
Decant Chinese restaurant in downtown for any cient lunch or team lunch. Food can me made spicy on request. Staff is very accommodative , generous and friendly.
Good food great prices. Best Chinese food that I've found in the area. They have chocolate dipped fortune cookies for the end of your meal. Can't go wrong with anything from their menu.
Our food was really great. We did not have to wait at all for a table. The staff was very attentive. The inside of the restaurant is very clean and nice-looking. I reccomend a chicken dish. I had the General Tzu's favorite chicken and the taste and consistency of the chicken is really good for a fried chicken dish. Their fortune cookies are dipped in chocolate. They will validate your parking. The manager was present and thanked us for eating there. We will definitely return.
Excellent place. Food is great and the service is first class.
5 stars for their service and food. I was amazed at their ability to serve during a jam packed lunchtime and given the fact that they a pretty large dining area/number of tables. Menu is limited and shows their commitment to do their work with perfection and hence limit the dishes that they serve. No wonder that this place is so famous.
Have visited Hsu's a number of times and I truly can say it's the best Chinese food I've had. A little cramped, but good wait staff and nice decor.
Everything was amazing! Order the lettuce cups ! Seriously to die for.
We were here for the Chinese new year dinner. The food was good. Pricier than the ones you would find in the "China Town" of Atlanta (i.e., Bufford Highway). But remember you are in Down Town and the environment is pleasant and easier to access if you are traveling. The waiter (or the manager/owner's son, I don't know his role) who was attending to us was funny and nice. Overall a pleasant experience. We enjoyed our meals and drinks. We did not have time (we had to go back home soon to get ready for work next day. :P ) to check the desserts or the dessert menu. Maybe next time.
Great entrees and appetizers. Very attentive staff
Great service, BUT we left a bit disappointed with some aspects of the food quality. We ordered the 3 course Peking duck meal and an order of Chilean sea bass...two most expensive meals. The Peking duck meal starts out great....they slice the duck skin off table side and serve with Chinese bread wraps like mini burritos - yum! But then the duck disappears to the kitchen, supposedly to prepare the next two courses, a soup and sliced duck with brocolli. However, the soup, okay tasting, is more of a beef broth and mushroom soup (couldn't find more than a sliver of meat - not sure it was duck), not duck soup. The 3rd course, sliced/chopped duck was disappointing- a bit dry since all the meat is served off the bone with absolutely no skin or fat, and the meat doesn't really look like it came from the duck that came to our table. Switched in the kitchen? Also, sauce served with the sliced duck (we had it served on the side) tasted Metallic and bitter, mixed with an overly sweet fruity sauce - not good. Finally, the 8oz of seabass seemed to be cooked correctly, but no flavor besides the sauce....was it really Chilean seabass? $32.00 for that plate, there should have been no doubts and be full of flavor. Next time, maybe just have the duck left at the table the entire meal and pass on the the sea bass.
Amazing food and service.
Small portions. Try and force you to tip. Get the whole restaurant staff to eye you down if you dont tip enough. Go elsewhere
Enjoyed appetizers, cocktails, & dinner. The wait staff was very nice & helpful. There was a large crowd of guest. Parking validation for parking lot behind the restaurant.
Wonderful food. Hot and sour soup is great
good food but very poor hospitality . Me and my wife went with our toddler and infant . First they appear uncomfortable with us with kids , on questioning they said they have reservation for 10-12 people and don't want to ruin the experience of other guests if the kids start crying or misbehaving . Even though, there were no guests at that time. Meanwhile my toddler was unhappy with the walk to restaurant and was little upset, seeing this they were bent upon us to carryout the food instead of dine in and this was at the managers level. I agreed for take way and ordered from the menu but support staff instead started serving food on the table. We were both confused whats going on. On inquiry they said you guys can dine in as long as kids don't make much noise . Yes they were expecting this from 6 month old infant . Anyhow we dined in and then left. Only silver lining from the whole experience was the food which was great .. Not a place for young families
Enjoy going here for lunch. I work downtown and it us very convenient. Usually very busy at lunch time but the wait is usually short. Nice menu with lots of items. Reasonably priced. I can get a hot lunch and a drink for under $15. The staff is very friendly and they get your lunch order out quickly.
There are essentially no words strong enough to describe how bad this restaurant is, so I'll try my best. First off, the food was unreasonably priced for such small servings and poor taste. It is unbelievable how one small dish of beef can cost $30, and it doesn't even taste good! Second, the restaurant requires dinners to pay a minimum tip of 18% even when the service was trash. This is ridiculous. Diners should be able to have the freedom to tip waiters/waitresses based on their service. I personally tip about 15% for every meal when the service is average to good. However, the restaurant forced me to offer an 18% tip to BAD service. All in all I highly do NOT recommend this restaurant to ANYONE and I will never dine there ever again.
Great staff love the food!
Good Chinese food and didn’t have to wait for lunch. Choc dipped fortune cookies were cool.
Great food. Excellent service.
The salt and pepper shrimp was really good
Not your ordinary Chinese Restaurant, a more upscale and gourmet feel!
This is my favorite Chinese Restaurant in all of Atlanta. The food is fresh & delicious. The service is always fantastic. The decor is very nice & romantic. They validate parking for the International Garage just behind the restaurant. David always greets us with a smile & a hand shake. My friend & I shared the BBQ ribs ($12.50) & the steamed shrimp dumplings ($9.95). They were both delicious & substantial size portions. We shared an entree, shrimp with lobster sauce ($21.50), which is my favorite dish of all time. It was absolutely delicious as well as large enough to share. Our server was fabulous. I can not rave enough about this restaurant. I have never been disappointed at Hsu's.
We used this restaurant to celebrate my graduation and it was excellent. They let us use a spare room and thoroughly accommodated me and my guest. I plan to frequent this restaurant not only because of the service but because the food was spectacular. 谢谢所有的饭馆员工!
Highly highly highly recommend this place. Family run. Got the basil chicken and loved it. If your getting dessert and you should here because it all looked amazing and I barley get dessert when out to eat I loved the cheese cake egg roll with green tea ice cream.
The food and service are good. I haven't experienced anything truly exceptional after 3 visits though. It's a bit over-hyped in my opinion. Will likely eat here again as its very convenient.
Food is pretty good but portions are less than expected. It's a trade in for better quality food.
Best Chinese food i have had in a while. Loved it all
they deducted money from my debit card for two more times. The third time they finally had the correct amount. When they return the card back, they wrote the tip amount for us in advance. I now understand they have a forced amount of tip. That’s not a recommendable practice
So glad we went here! Classic ambiance, food and service was excellent! Truly was gourmet Chinese as the name suggests.
I'm giving it 4 stars on a slight curve because I'm not sure that I'd be able to get NYC-quality Chinese food here and this was good in a pinch. The food was pretty good, not amazing, but the service was good, quick, it wasn't greasy or anything, and friendly staff as well. Price was OK. I guess it would be 3 stars in NYC, kind of bland by that comparison.
The Food was Fresh and Delicious
First visit - was really impressed by the service, food n ambience. Veggie dumplings were palatable; Veggie Spring Rolls were comparatively less oily than other Asian places; Veggie Fried rice - nicely cooked n good combination of sauces (had to add red chilli sauce for more spiciness); Friends tried Spicy Basil chicken n they seemed to enjoy it. Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good Asian restaurant in downtown area!
Delicious Chinese food!! also their fortune cookies have chocolate, i liked that (:
Far and above the best Asian cuisine in the metro area. A fairly subtle exterior disguises a beautiful interior. Food was amazing, I got the curry chicken and it was flavorful and hot! Service is also top notch, I didn't see the bottom of my glass and food came out timely. If you want something delicious, check them out.
Great food and excellent service from Kenny and the other servers.
Totally overpriced rip off - payed 40$ for some spring rolls, basil spicy beef and a beer. Quality like a below average take away in europe. Did not taste any basil nor spice in my dish, the stuff was just sweet as hell...
Food was great if not a little pricey. The service was great. The ambiance is great. 20 min wait on a Thursday night. There seemed to be no alcohol in the Dragons Blood drink that we got.
Best place in Atlanta! Authentic Chinese Food. Staff is amazing. Make sure to call for reservations as they are always full.
The food is good and the vibe is pretty cool too. Definitely one of my go to places for Chinese food.
Both the lo mein and fried rice were delicious and good portion sizes. The spring rolls were great as well. Highly recommend this place for some good Chinese food in downtown Atlanta.
Went here years ago. To this date, I've eaten peking duck around NC, GA, and FL... Nothing has satisfied me to the extent Hsu has. They're one of the very few restaurants that serve the crispy duck skin in rice wraps instead of the traditional steamed buns. I love both, but feel there's more balance with the wraps. The buns take away more than it supplements the overall taste depending on where you go. Go here. This place will forever have a soft spot with me
My friend and I make it a point to dine here when we are in town. Great food, the service is fast and friendly and it's a comfortable and quiet atmosphere. I recommend it to any friends or travelers that are visiting downtown Atlanta.
This place was very good. We arrived right before they closed but they still served us. The food was amazing. They also have a Georgia peach martini.
The food is always fresh. Great staff. I've been going there for years and they have never let me down. Good for a small lunch gathering or a nice dinner.
I highly recommend the avocado shrimp. Also the hot and sour seafood soup.
Appetizers, drinks and main dishes - all served quickly and very tasty!
I love this place! It's simply the best in town! Everyone is really nice and the service is excellent
Great service... great food
Great food served by smiling staff. I loved the hot and sour soup.
I enjoyed their food but their white rice comes in a tiny soup plate which is not funny. Two of those soup plate won't be enough for anyone that loves rice. It's better to do fried rice in my opinion.
Very good Chinese food option in downtowm ATL!
I love this restaurant! The manager and staff are great! Keep up the good work!
They have amazing service and great food!
I like Chinese food and they know how to cook it. Very friendly staff also.
Best spring rolls in Atlanta!! Go at night. Dinner entrees are extraordinary.
Good food, great customer service, comfortable atmosphere!
Great food and good service! I visited here twice during the six days of my conference. Recommended!
BEST CHINESE FOOD EVER! Host is amazing too! Fantastic personality!!
It's just fine.. nice ambience though.
This restaurant is fantastic! My wife and I had a great time here. The food is great and the prices are amazing! It turns out it is a celebrity hotspot as well. Once you walk in , there are pictures of the owner along side many of the big names of Hollywood. I will be back!
It’s been a long time since we’ve had Chinese food (and growing up/living in southern CA, we’d been exposed to a lot of it) so we decided to seek it out while in Atlanta. As vegetarians/vegans, it’s doable but generally difficult to eat when on the road, but Hsu’s had plenty for us to eat. The flavors were so good and classic that we literally ate ever bit of our three entrees and all the rice (only two of us)! A few different waiters/servers may have commented on our inhalation of the food — but it was that good. Thanks, guys!
The food was just ok. Prices were a bit on the high side.
