Love this place! Food is super good and my favorites are the Ribs, The Crabs!!! And the Hibachi. The food is fresh because this location stays busy. The cheesecake is really good they have various flavors....with all you can eat this place serves you foods from all over aka Asian, American, Soul Food, Shrimp and Oysters, Seafood & Sushi-bar, Ice Cream and many different desserts. I’m a Coke a cola fan this location serves Pepsi products only. Location is clean but the carpet is why I have rated four stars the carpet is horrible! Atmosphere really nice...waiters and waitresses are good and the bars are loaded consistently. Have a taste for various types of food? Hungry? Kids ? This is the place for you to visit of course it will take a few visits to cover every thing but you won’t be disappointed. The carpet well I’ll leave that to you. I give my reviews based on cleanliness, customer service, advertising, time spent waiting in a location, friendliness and it matters if your reading my review has or is helping you make your decision. Good place for its price. For a small price you get a good buffet in a clean place with excellent service, hence the 5 rating. At lunch it is crowded, office folks, construction workers eat side by side. You can easily leave here with your stomach full, happy to have eaten a variety of dishes. They have wonderfull soups, healthy salads, vege dishes, vermicilli, sweet buns, fresh fruits, jelly, potato fry roasted, plain and fried rice, lots of chicken dishes, beef and pork dishes, fish fry, salmon(my favorite), crab rangoons, pizza, ice creams, lots of baked goods cookies and small cakes, good sushi and a seperate section for hibachi. I like the waiters here very much. They are quick even in peak times. I always super tip them.

I'd give this 3 stars because I came here with my Asian family expecting some Asian food. Expected some Asian food at a HABACHI place. Not terrible food. It was actually pretty decent. But the floor was disgusting. The employees were pretty nice and I was surprised at the food. But I am still shocked on how gross the floor is and how unclean the plates and countertops are.

The hibachi is good. I liked that I was able to build my plate and watch the guy cook it. The dessert options arent that great and some of the American food items looked questionable. The drink options are also limited. Our service was ok, but I don't expect much from a buffet waitress. We went on christmas day and it was packed. I saw a lot of large families out eating. For $13 it was worth it. I think it may be even cheaper on regular days. This is the second time I've eaten here and I now know what my go-to foods are. You can never go wrong with the chicken dishes.

If I could give them ten stars I would. Been visiting this place almost two years. Never have had a bad meal, the place is always clean, all food hot or cold is at the correct temperature, always replenished on time, salads and fruit are always fresh and delicious. Employees are all hardworking and courteous and the waitresses are all fun and full of smiles. You just can't ask for more than that. Just wish they had other locations but regardless of where you are, it's worth the drive. One more word ...... YUM !!!

The amount of food available is massive but the quality of that food is very poor. It is made very quickly and it’s obvious in the lack of taste and uncooked meats. I tried four different chicken dishes and was incredibly disappointed with how pink the meat was. I won’t bring my family back.

Food is middle of road at best, not hot just warm but it’s the cleanliness that really bothers me. The bathrooms and high traffic areas are just nasty and it has been like this every time I’ve been here (3-4x). If they don’t bother to clean the places that are visible to everyone in the establishment then imagine the places you can’t see! The waitress also chased me out the door saying “sir, you need to pay!” Well after I had already paid my bill, bad look.

This place is packed for lunch but it has lots of seating(the building used to be a Ryan's). It has a pretty large array of foods, Asian and American. There is a solid salad bar and a decent dessert bar. The French style chicken is excellent when it's fresh and hot or even warm. They have the typical soups and a fruit bar. There are broiled fish dishes as well. I ate there a lot when I worked in the Norcross area.

What can i say... the food wasn’t good. The customer service was innatentive.. some food dropped on the floor and i watched the hostess kick it to the side, thinking she was going to get someone to pick it up.. nope.. it was there the entire time.. i picked up a plate that was extremely dirty, that’s when i decided to stop eating and started waiting for my friends to finish. Prior to that, I really wanted sushi, so i went to the sushi section ,, barely any sushi, the ginger was old and tasted like it had soap water in it. The sushi was disgusting. The only thing that was good was the original cheesecake.. the other deserts were like warm.. like it was sitting there for a WHILE. The server brings us the check and after my friend gets his final plate, we pick it up to walk to the front to pay... as we’re walking i saw 2 of the waiters following us. When we got to the front to pay, one of them stayed up there waiting for us to pay? She’s lucky my friend is decently nice, he tipped her $2... anyways why did you follow us? I don’t want to pull the race card but we’re African American and they followed us .... that’s weird. Not like the food and service was good anyways

I love coming here with my family. They offer an extensive selection of food, including a hibachi grill bar that does not disappoint. I would stay away from their sushi though, I was not a fan. The place is also clean and the staff friendly.

Only thing I didn't appreciate & why I didn't give 5 stars was they seated us way in the back where they had their bucket & mop water & were constantly dipping in the bucket, cleaning around us while we were eating. Came in on a Monday night..the place was very slow. The owner/manager was kind of rude and didn't really direct us anywhere. I asked if the price increased since last time and he just ignored my question. He seemed like he was busy listening to something on his headphones. Food: less than mediocre. Everything was very stalled or under the heat lamp all day long. Everything we had was also super tasteless or super salty. My spouse is a vegan and was excited to see that they had vegan options to only see that it wasn't entirely vegan. The label said 'butter potatoes' and 'egg roll' with a vegan sticker on it. Maybe they need to read up on what vegan means. Service: manager was rude. The waitress however was sweet! Her name was Susan and she was super attentive. We left her a big tip even though the manager and the food sucked. Won't be coming back here.

Was a nice variety of buffet food. 3 stars because there was a piece of food label in a crab rangoon, and a bristle or hair in a piece of the beef rib eye. I'd be cautious to eat here again without looking over the food.

Went during their lunch hour and they had a great array of options. The food was nothing incredibly special but was satisfying. I didn’t try the seafood but if you’re into that you may find enjoyment with them. The lunch special was $7 for the buffet but the drink is additional cost. Overall, very affordable with satisfactory food. If you’re looking for affordability, great selection. However, if you’re looking for a higher quality of food, you may wanna look elsewhere.

We eat here all the time. They know us as soon as we walk in. My kids like all the staff. They are really nice. Once my daughter was fussy so they went and got a bear from the machines and gave it to her. My boys wanted something too so they gave them one too. They are awesome. Went here around 4:30pm on a Wednesday and to be honest the food wasn't as fresh as it should have been (guessing because it wasn't very busy so the food was left sitting out for a while), and they were already charging dinner pricing but the food they were serving was the same from lunch menu..meh.

This is probably my third time going to this restaurant, and this time I actually sat down and had my meal and not get my food to go. The guy on the grill was really admirable and the way how my food was prepared, he actually made it taste great. He's probably the only one in there who does not have an attitude or gives you weird/mean stares like the waitresses or the young lady at the front desk. Besides that this place as a pretty decent Buffet with a good amount of buffet items to choose from compared to the other Hibachis I've been to this one..... Is okay.

When I go into a buffet, I take every aspect into consideration, the location, the decor, the foods, as well as the price, cleasiness, staff and lastly hibachi. First things first, I recommend to go for dinner time, like all buffets, they serve the more exclusive foods for dinner, elc, crab legs, meats, hibachi items,that being said the foods for dinner has a vast veriety of plates, from seafood to steak, as well as foods even vegans can enjoy.. I always go to the fried crab legs because that's where most of money's worth,the sushi is made fresh and you see the man behind the counter making it, very tasty, the soups such as miso, egg drop elc are all very flavorful and delicious . the hibachi guys that cook your food act very childish, you tell them to cook something a certain way and to add a certain sauce, they tend to laugh at you and not pay attention to what your saying so you have to yell at them, very annoying because he always has headphones on. the decor is very dated so don't be to surprised as to why it has a funny smell, possibly coming from the carpet the last establishment had put in place. It is clean as they always have enough clean plates even in rush hour, the waitress didn't know much English which is totally understandable, she just kept getting my drinks wrong.

The food options are great. A lot of variety which is nice but the downside is that it tends to be on the salty side. Also I wish I had gone earlier in the day because the closer they got to closing, the less they would put out fresh food. My family and I got there about 1-2 hours before closing and the sushi was quite warm and some of the fried food had started getting soggy. It was unfortunate but in terms of the price and variety I would definitely reccomend it. Just go there during lunch instead of dinner. But to end on a better note, the service was pretty good. They were attentive and quick with any requests such as refills or extra utensils.

I wouldn't bother going after 7pm anymore. We got here around 7:30pm and they had already shut down the sushi island. Not the first time we've experienced this. Also experienced half-empty pans on the hot buffets and dessert bar. Again, becoming the norm. For $12 plus drink, it's not worth it anymore. This place used to be good. We've seen it go from a Ryan's to a country buffet to this. It's slowly going downhill.

They also have a hibachi where they will cook fresh food for you. The food itself is just okay to me Sadly i get an upset stomach every time we go here. The Hibachi Grill is very reasonable place to go. They have a variety of food on their Buffet which is quality food, I must say. On the weekends and during lunch hour it's extremely busy. WE GOT SICK!! DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY PLATES!! Greeting and seating hosts could be nicer but that's the least of it. THE DIRTY PLATES are disgusting!! They were still wet with drippings of someone else's eaten food. I had to ask for clean plates and my husband and I still got sick!! DO NOT EAT HERE!

There are lots of food varieties.. but it doesn’t taste good and the place is too congested. I understand the cost is less but they can have basic manners while serving and cleaning the host’s come serve our drinks in the same hands that they lift dirty plates they Dnt wear gloves and also the plates and glass are all greasy and dirty... huh and also There was a old man across my seating he’ was literally blowing his nose in tissue and kept in the plate as he was done eating! For $14 I hate as much as I could, the food has really good taste, you can literally eat as much as you want and serve yourself from a variety of food and desserts. By far, one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've ever had at a restaurant, it deserved 0.5 stars. There is no way I'm ever going back here as long as they continue this prejudiced behaviour & mentality. As other people have mentioned in the recent past- you are constantly stared down like a hawk watches its prey. I believe this place may have been a target for food thieves or people who eat and don't pay because there is no other reason as to why I was constantly being starred at with piercing laser eyes by one of the employees, every time that I went to grab anything. I got the impression they were expecting to grab a plate full of food & make a dash for the door! The uncomfortable staring continued even as I was sitting down. Each time, I had to stare that female dog back down for her to stop gazing at me without good reason. It was very tempting to report this behaviour to management but I felt it pointless because I don't think they'll stop and because I do not feel anyone at this establishment is competent enough in the English language to truly comprehend everything I needed to explain. I am aware that racist behaviour is widespread and accepted in the People's Republic of China, but THIS IS THE UNITED STATES , treat ALL others how you wish to be treated. Leave all that fear mongering mentality in China, it's not that difficult. At the very least try not to be so obvious that you are targeting PEOPLE OF COLOR because a few may have done something wrong in the past. Management: If you see this, please teach your employees better manners or you will continue to lose business. That's no threat. That's a promise.

Tasty place to stop for a quick bite; David is the star here, he definitely has the customer service needed to run a business. Took away 1 star bc the fried shrimp weren’t cleaned and the stir fry meat was cold. Other than that, the food was decent. I do recommend eating here. You will find something that you love. They served like 3/4 different shrimp entrees, bbq ribs, fried crab legs!, sushi bar, soup, mussels, it’s mostly a seafood place but they do have other options. I enjoyed my dining and I will be back.

On Sunday August 4, 2019 my family and I came here for lunch. This place became a regular spot for us on Sunday’s. While we were eating and enjoying our lunch we noticed something moving in my brothers and I’s shrimp. Little did we know it was two disgusting worms. The table across from us had the same shrimp and same experience. The table behind us had a fly in their soup. I don’t understand how this could happen. The only possible explanation I could come up with is that the restaurant poorly stored or cooked food which created maggots. The manager at first only offered the other tables half and then changed his mind and gave them the meal for free. To us, he ONLY offer half off and argued it was a vegetable worm. If that’s the case how did this worms stay alive in the heat? It was cooked and it was also placed in the hot pan so I don’t understand! I will never go back! PS. I’ve attached a poor picture of the worm because the waitress overwhelmed us and were trying to avoid us taking a picture.

Terrible experience! Food tasted weird, crawfish were way too greasy. Don’t know who makes the sushi but whoever does should re-evaluate their career. Saw a waitress kick some food that fell to the sides of the floor. P.S. Don’t eat there if you’re black or they’ll follow you to the counter to make sure you pay for their disgusting food & service. I’ll be disputing the charge tomorrow

Our go-to for Americanized Asian food. An unusual highlight is the sauteed clams and oysters. The sushi is good and the pieces are very large. We've only ever been here for lunch; place gets busy, lots of work crews. Service is excellent, including the front desk staff. I wouldn't necessarily take guests here but it's great for a family meal.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Had I seen the sign," not liable for fall on slippery floors", i wouldn't have esten here. Indeed, I slipped on the floor grease everywhere, thank God I didn't fall. The food was subpar. Meat very fatty. Children grabbing food without adult supervision. I must have come at a busy time because there was not enough space to get food with the amount of people present. Serving utensils were in the food themselves many times. My husband picked up tongs and whatever was on there made his hand dirty with black smudge. The only saving thing was having our food cooked to order at the Hibachi station. The coup de gras was the communal dip of the soap to wash your hands in the bathroom . The floors were wet and slippery , smelled highly of urine , the soap dispensers were broken. One has to dip your hand into the open top of the soap dispenser in order to get soap. I was so grossed out after finding that because I had already eaten some food from the Hibachi station. The servers themselves were very nice and efficient. The health dept needs to schedule a visit. I have never commented on a place before in any negative fashion until now. Unless you have a cast-iron gut steer clear

Great place..... Good service Number of variety meat, flavors, fruits. Test was average. We took one point because of the men restroom. It was filthy and smelled bad. Otherwise everything was good.

My family and I visited this place for dinner because a co worker recommended it ""Horrible mistake! I should've taken my family elsewhere the cost was $11.95 but should be half of that! The hibachi bar sucks the guy cooking left my food cooking while he went in the back working on another project, the waitresses stand close to your table to watch what you eat. Some of the dishes were unrecognizable the best part of that restaurant was Leaving! Wasted $58 Lesson learned 'Ugh

The food is good but lately there food area is a mess all the food is outside the trays and the floor is so grease, but on sunday we went to eat and I have a really bad experience when I saw a young kid around 15 years old, tasting the jello with his hands then put it back in the trays. he had a plate with jello and cholotate pudin and then with his hands put the food back in the trays it was so nasty I told the waitres and she told to her manager but they wait like 10 minutes to change the trays with the food and they did it just because I was waiting there so they put the food in the trash.

This is the must come to asian buffet. The options are wide! And the employees are well trained. The inside decor is very attractive! But the floors are noticably dirty which should be worked on.
