I actually enjoyed this location, however parking is limited and leaves you to park on street where parking police lurk to give you a ticket while you're inside. Many cars get ticketed. Feels like a setup by police.

Bar service on a slow Saturday afternoon leaves a lot to be desired. I finished my first pint with my wings. I set a timer on my phone just to see how long it would be before they asked if I would have anything else. I sat with an empty pint glass for over 15 minutes. Had the service been more on point I would've had another pint. I won't be returning to Dugan's.

Went to watch the NBA FINALS here. The parking is NOT the best. It fills up quickly and if you’re in an unlucky spot, then you may get blocked in. But they have a PA system, and will announce for people to move their cars. The atmosphere is what you’d expect for a bar in Ponce. Black crowd but not rowdy. Servers are constantly on the move and check on you frequently. TC treated us kindly. The wings aren’t as great as everyone says they are. Not to say they are bad, but just not as AMAZING as anticipated. Very similar to JR Crickets’ wings. I’d go again, but I have other “go to” bars for sports watching.

I have been coming to Dugans for about 5 years. I love coming for the music, however I dont care for the quality of food. The sides barely have flavor and the wings are cooked too hard. The mixed drinks can be too sweet or sour depending on what you order. I recommend buying a simple drink (Hennessy and coke, vodka and cranberry) and getting the chicken tenders or fried fish.

Every time I come to dugans, I have a fun time. I’ve been going for about 2 years now. However, my server that I had last night was Leshonta and she was SOOO rude. Very disgusting for no reason. Even her appearance was disgusting...however, when she was serving the men, she was very nice. We did not leave her any money. She definitely did not deserve it. Somebody needs to teach her customer service even when it’s “time to go home”(she said they closed at 2, but I knew they closed at 2:30).

DAYUM, the drinks are STRONG here. I like this place The food is great, good portions for good prices. The drinks are STRONG, they do some seriousnheavy pours here. One ten dollar drink will have you feeling.nice. the.muaic is very, very loud so this is not the place for intimate conversation. If you want to watch sports, eat big azz juicy burgers, listen to the latest music, watch videos, mingle with happy people, smoke hella hookah and have a great time, this is the place. Did I mention the drinks are hella strong.

Great location, ample off street parking and good wait service. That's the good news. A place known for its wings should have them. Not here. They were so-so and swimming in bland sauce. To make matters worse, the juke box was blaring while the game was on. Several of us complained and were told nothing could be done because someone paid for the songs. After about 20 minutes someone finally turned it off. So much for a "sports bar and grill"

Giving Dugans 4 stars based on legendary status alone. I spent much of the 90s in this place. Hadnt been back in years. Drinks still good and strong. DJ there was NOT the business during this visit. I also hated that there were steppers there- stepping. Like, in the middle of a sports bar. No ma'am. Waitress was good but had too many tables- had to hunt her down a couple times. Will I be back? YES. Dugans is usually a guaranteed good time- this particular day just wasnt it.

I have been going to Dugans for at least 15 years, mainly at the memorial drive location. So anyway I stopped in this new place called Louie’s on park place. As soon as I walked in I thought that I had just walked into Dugans. I recognized the general manager,a good friend and as far as I am concerned it’s Dugans. I asked the manager who I have known for years “what’s going on here” and she tells me that “they are owned by the same people” I ask why and she just smiled and put her finger to her lips. She told me that there was a new thing coming. From what I have gathered this isn’t Louie’s this is another Dugans with a twist.

So I found happy hour... Well... Ok . That's about it. A lot of folks go out to drink with the intention of getting drunk. We don't. That being said my guest and I found the drinks to be much too strong. It's a little thing but it was unexpected. Want super strong drinks in tiny glasses? DUGAN'S is the place! Service was incredible. We sat at the bar and both bartenders were attentive. There was about 20 other people there.

Ok im so F tired if that old lightskinned lady up there at the bar every single monday. She always waits on her reg by talking to them too much. Never came and asked for my follow up order.. I was there 30 mnts never came.i placed it w/ someone else. Im also tired of the wings on monday. There fried and then re fried when a order comes. There were hard, brittle dry and nasty. The ceaser salad was fine. I love the lady w/ dreads they got sooo long. I have been comming there for years when they were past her shoulders. I would have said this last night but i was on a date.

Not a friendly environment for outsiders ! Seemed to be on an order of a sports bar , but only for the home teams ! The DJ/ Hype person was very rude and obnoxious over the mic because of his team loss ,I’m assuming . The DJ/Hype person with the mic blatantly stated that the opposing team fans was not welcomed and that we should get our food and go . No one in our party antagonized him in any way for him to yell over the mic obscenities. Not sure about the quality of the food as we refused to eat where we are not welcomed !

Great dive bar complete with sassy bartender, interesting cast of characters at the bar and great wings. The wings have subtle differences from traditional wing sauces like Anchor Bar sauce. The drinks are poured strong. Their wings are better than their tenders. (They have a tendency to overcook). It’s a great respite for lunch compared to the chaos of Ponce City Market.

This was my first visit. I heard many good things about Dugan's and the establishment lived up to its reputation. We (Atlanta SlingShot Riders) received a very friendly welcome. Door security was steered but very respectful, "Big Ups." The food is "Good and Hot." Hats off to the chef. Service is very timely and friendly. The atmosphere makes you wanna come back, so I will.

Ok So,I invited a friend to dugans for his 1st time. He enjoyed it! But before we went there. We called to see if they had any type of happy hours or any type of special. So the lady who answered the phone says “ we have a five dollar special vodka and the wings are $.50 at the 7:00 PM. “ I guess not knowing that it was a football game that same day. The manager quickly said when we got there that there was no special and we have to pay full price for everything. Don’t get me wrong full price wasn’t the problem. Being told something totally different on the phone before our arrival was False Advertising! I would say make sure you and your employees are on the same page Sir! My guest and I got up a left after paying full price and never got the offer we was told on the phone!

I went to Dugans today 8-24-18 I was not initially impressed waited about 10minutes to be greeted. Lola came and turned my experience around 360 being patient, apologetic and understanding of our wait time. Wings are great and the atmosphere is electric. The place is more catered toward urban customers and the seating fills up quickly on game days so u must get there early to secure parking ( u can park on the side streets if parking lot is full). The managment is really good and will put any game on you request no matter your team.
