I travel a lot and today I had a wonderful experience at the Atlanta Airport at Braves all Star Grill. It started the minute I walked in, I needed a outlet for my computer and the manager Tonya went out of her way, with a smile to make shift a spot so I can plug in. The server Lamont was very attentive and my order came out perfect. Lamont kept coming over to see what I needed. Although I did not get waiting on by the Bartender Greg, I heard him acknowledgment everyone with respect as soon as they walked in. He was very attentive to all the patrons with a smile and very personable. I wish there was more restaurants like this one, I would be honored to return when I am back in town

One bad egg can ruin an egg salad if you know what I’m sayin.... You smellin what I’m sellin? Had a couple of good experiences eating lunch here when the redhead bartender was working. She’s prompt, attentive and personable. Since this spot is so close to work, it became our lunch place until today. Knucklehead bartender today had to be asked for silverware and water refill and for the ranch I already asked for and for the bill, none of these unforgivable offenses by themselves but all combined to make a 30 minute lunch take an hour and it wasn’t even busy!!! My food was also cold when it came out, but I ate it anyways as I knew sending it back would take forever and get attitude. I’ll wander in again when the other bartender is there, but this guy.... This guy actually got me to give a $0 tip, I literally have no idea last I didn’t give at least 15%....

Really friendly and accommodating staff! We were greeted immediately with a smile, served right away and the manager was ever walking around chatting with people. They even went the extra mile to play a game on TV we wanted to watch. This customer service should serve as a prototype for the surrounding restaurants.

I wish I could give less than one star. 1. The order was wrong. Out of 3 meals, two were incorrect. 2. Check your bill or they will overcharge you. They charged $8 for a kids meal when the price is clearly less. 3: The food was delivered cold. 4.We has to ask for drink refills AND utensils. This horror show was never ending. Save your money and go elsewhere. Worst food in Atlanta.

Ate here once in May of 2017 and had a great experience. Came back in July 2018 and sat for 20 minutes before we got our drinks. They were not busy at all. The wait staff was not friendly and acted annoyed that we were here. It wasn’t close to closing or anything. I will not be going back. The food is mediocre.

Terrible service! I know it's in downtown, therefore they're bound to be busy. But our service was beyond reproachable and them just being busy, it was a lack of basic customer service and employees willing to work. Luckily, many other restaurants are nearby that are willing to attend to customers professionally.

I took my daughter and 3 god children ranging in age from 17-11. The staff was absolutely amazing, freindly and attentive. We are passing thru from Massachusetts and the kids had such a good time that they wished there was one near Boston. Highly recommend this business. Not to mention the food was fantastic.

If you're a Braves fan, like me, you'll absolutely love this place!! Food is really good and not over priced. They have the best Braves memorabilia, EVERYWHERE. Service was friendly, fast and very informative. They even have a pitching cage you can go inside to see how fast you throw. Our server gave us a Braves Grill bag with 2 bags of cracker jacks and a little Braves plastic helmet, so cool. Great food. Great Service. Great drinks. Amazing atmosphere!!

In Atlanta on a Girl's Trip stop by this resturant and it was an excellent choice. Our server India made the BEST drinks and recommended the HotAtlanta wings with lemon pepper sprinkles. Those wings was AWESOME!!! If you want good food, drinks and service this is the place to come. They get 6-star service. Managers and servers were Super Nice!

If you are a wing lover, this is where you need to be! Garlic parm is soooo good. My hubby eats burgers and this is the only place that cooks them how he likes them! Kudos to the cooks! We live in the Tamba Bay, Fl area and anytime we can stop here in Atlanta we will. 2nd time and still amazing food! Hope your lucky enough to have Maya serve you, she is the best and so sweet! Thankfully they at least have the UGA game going, but the remaining TVs have out of state football teams and soccer. Thought I'd get to watch the Braves at their own bar.

If I could give zero stars I would.my family of 4 ordered an appetizer and 4 entrees. We didnt get our appetizer till AFTER OUR MEAL. 1 entree was not even brought out till the other 3 members of my family were DONE. Then due to the loud games and karaoke we couldn't hear and the manager said for us to stop yelling at him when we weren't even yelling. We were trying to be heard about the noise. The first time we talked he couldn't hear us then we spoke up and said we were yelling. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER.

Here for the superbowl. Amazing bar staff, they crushed it. Loved the wings. Clean bathrooms and facility. The bar staff went over and above to be friendly and attentive even though they were in the weeds. Serving pitchers helped. They had a photo ok w Draft Kings back drop and additional buffet set up to accommodate the crown.

I was showing my daughter the memorabilia at the entrance of the restaurant when an employee opened the door and invited us in. I told him we had just eaten and he said to come in any way and look at the memorabilia inside. As we approached the podium the host greeted us, I also told him we ate already and he too welcomed us in to walk around and take pictures. I cannot speak for the food, but everyone we encountered as we walked around was extremely welcoming and friendly. I will be sure to eat there next time I am in Atl.

The bartender asked me what I wanted, and didn't come back for ten minutes. Then served me a room temp draft. Although the atmosphere was above par for a sports bar, the service really needed help. I paid for my beer and walked away without ordering food, because the bartender was preoccupied with her personal affairs on her phone.

I would give it no stars if I had the option. Wait staff is rude, night shift manager has manager attitude. To say the service was slow is to give it a compliment. Waitress got the order wrong several times, and my friends side fries never came out yet he was charged for it. I arrived with my son and joined a table of people I knew. My bill included a mandatory 20% "gratuity" because I was in a "group" then on top of that they included an additional tax for the 20%gratuity and suggested I leave more tip on top of that. Save yourself the hassle. It was the most horrible experience I've had anywhere I've traveled!

I had dinner here after visit to the local aquarium and Coca Cola World. The atmosphere was great - there are screens everywhere showing whatever sport is on. The menu is perfect - I had a perfect Georgia peach salad and my wife one of the best burgers and fries she ever had. Staff was friendly and quick, beers are only $5 for a good-sized draft. If I would live here I would make this my go-to sports bar.

Came here on a Saturday night and it was packed. But I was able to take a seat at the bar and chill out with Audrey and Bentley and they were great. They were a bit overwhelmed making drinks left and right but it's understandable. Still and all they took care of everyone and definitely took care of me. I had the smoked brisket entree and I couldn't even finish it. Its was delicious though. Bentley and Audrey made me feel right at home and comfortable being that I was alone it made a big difference. Also the manager Rebecca changed the TV for me and put the playoff game for me to watch. They all joked around with me and they were very cool all night. I appreciate it. I got here at about 9 and nearly closed the bar out with them. Thanks to the team here at Braves All Star Grill I can highly recommend them back home and to anyone.

It was my first time visiting Atlanta I came into this bar didn't know what to expect because we are not Braves fans LOL but the person who greeted us was so nice and let us sit where we had requested we wanted to sit by the window. I didn't know what to order because the drinks looked so good I wanted to try something new so I asked our waiter what he recommended and he recommended the Georgia Peach.. that drink was so delicious!!! we actually had a few of them they even have a ball pit cage not sure if that's what it's called..lol but it was really cool you can throw balls to see if you can beat the highest score my little girl loved it she thought it was so much fun everyone in there was so nice very friendly our waiter Xavier was the sweetest and made our experience so much fun we're so lucky that we got him as our waiter thank you so much Xavier for a memorable time at this sports bar we can't wait to come back to visit

This place looked promising. Wasn't as busy as the other restaurants in the area, maybe that should've clued us in. Our server was really nice and attentive, at the beginning, but later on screwed up our orders so bad I'm definitely not going back there. The nachos were pretty good as were the reuben egg rolls, but the wings were dry, didn't come all out, forgot requests we asked for, we asked for them in a polite way. At the end of the meal...not really a meal though...our server understood that there were issues so he reduced the ticket but not by much which was really infuriating.

This place would have been better but our waitress disappeared on us for a long time! We had a group of 8 people from out of town so we were excited to be downtown checking things out and thought this place looked fun. We had to hunt her down to ask for more drinks after we were there for over an hour. Her gratuity was built in because of the size of our group so if she would have been more attentive and sold us more drinks, she could have made herself a lot more money since one drink was $10. If we each would have got one more she could have made $14 more just like that. Food was pretty good. We had assorted tacos and nachos. Based off service I would go somewhere else.

If your in downtown Atlanta be careful. Bars all supposed don’t put drink prices in menu. We had a problem with this because we ordered an extra beer after ticket came out. On second ticket the server changed the price of the other beers ordered without telling us why. We thought we were ordering a second $4 beer but she changed the price to $8.50 for each pint. When we asked her what happened she just shrugged and said I made a mistake. She sent over a manager who was super rude and had a terrible attitude. Should be a manager anywhere. She admitted nobody puts prices so people order more without knowing the price. She made no adjustments and than seemed like she did us a favor by not charging us more than the regular price. None of this makes any sense. Try to find a local favorite and avoid this tourist trap!!!!

You have other options downtown that sell the same food. There is nothing bad about Braves All Star, they just don't have quick service nor do they have overly exciting food - plus it's a bit overpriced. Don't think the restaurants on Peachtree are the only restaurants, you've got some side streets with good food.

Definitely a tourist attraction and/or a location for a die hard Braves fan. The interior is nice and lined with Braves memorabilia and I wish they would have provided a bit more clarity on the connection between the restaurant and the team. The food is mediocre at best, with service being slightly non-existent. We were started off with complimentary popcorn, but didn't see our waitress much thereafter. The salad, which I ordered, tasted old and wasn't very fresh. If you're looking for a spot to watch the game and hang out, this may be the restaurant you're looking for, but an afternoon lunch isn't what this place is meant for.

So the Braves are in the NLDS and there were only 10 people here to watch the game Thursday night. Bar closed at 11pm in a major city? Wait staff socialized more than waiting on us. Cool looking bar but I don't recommend it. Did not have food.

The bar was dirty with used plates and food, the bar staff stood around talking ignoring us and the mess ( left by the previous people) sat for 20 at no point did we get acknowledged until we left then told to "have a great day". I went into the Braves All Star Grill with relatively low expectations. I thought it might be your standard over prices novelty sports bar. Thankfully I was wrong. The wings were very good and so was the burger. I had the standard one patty "Braves burger" but I kind of wish I went with the double patty option. Service was good. Plenty of TVs which would make the place a great option for football Saturdays or Sundays. Prices pretty much what you would expect for a city location.

Food was okay. We had turkey burger, kids' macaroni & cheese and brisket sandwich with onion rings. The brisket & onion rings were good, the turkey burger appeared to be a frozen patty with no flavor and the mac & cheese was a watery, Alfredo looking sauce that was definitely not cheese. Our server was a young man who was slow and forgetful. The hostess had great customer service; greeted us upon entering and offered to get a bag for my leftover brisket.

Don't have a corporate event here! What an awful experience. Event was planned and we had a decent reserved area. However one waitress to shuttle drinks back and forth for 4 hours!!!! Seriously? Then they were only bringing 2 drinks at a time. Guess they've never used drink trays. Often times they'd come back and forget who ordered what so we ended up shouting what was delivered to see who wanted it. At the end of the night it was just comical and we had to laugh it off.

NEVER going back. First they skipped over us on the waiting list so we ended up waiting for over 45 minutes with a pregnant woman standing and all of us exhausted from a long day. Then we got our drinks with NO ice because apparently they ran out... there’s a CVS like a minute away... by the time they took our order the restaurant was almost empty so we figured it would be pretty quick. I took them 30 minutes to get one plate out and it was cold. Our waiter checked up on us maybe once. We asked him for the check and he never came.. we had to get a manager to get our ticket but of course he wasn’t our waiter so he didn’t know it was a split check. So we waited even longer. There was also ranch all over the floor!

In Atlanta for a trade show. Stopped here to eat because all other restaurants around were full!! I'm glad I stopped here. Best sports bar food ever!! The Georgia peach salad is deliciously amazing(recommended by the guys sitting next to us)!! I had the ultimate burger and smoked Gouda mac and cheese for dinner. Absolutely delicious!! Would definitely come back here anytime. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Two thumbs up!!

Great atmosphere, amazing service and fantastic food! Prices are usually pretty bearable, however the last time my husband and I went we noticed that they had not only different menus that night but different prices as well LBVS. Apparently, they Jack the prices up according to certain events and have different menus for that purpose. Other than that, I have no complaints about this place!

My first time visiting and definitely will be returning. Me and a group of friends were apart of a streetcar bar crawl for St. Patty's day and this location was the after party location. We got seated right at the front door next and we got to hang out and talk with Jason the bar manager. We sat for a few hours talking with Jason and he made our first experience one to remember.

I really like the manager but the waitress was terrible. I order a burger that comes with bacon, but i don't eat pork so i asked her to make it without bacon.i waited for about 45 minutes and she finally brought my burger out and it had bacon on it. I asked the waitress to make me a new one. She brought my burger in the back and in about two minutes she brings back the same burger and claims it's fresh. Fyi it still had the bacon imprint on the cheese.

The food was great and the prices were reasonable. The food came out fast. Our servers were good. Our main server was more into the games on the tvs than on us. I say that because he forgot side dishes we ordered. We asked for a desert to go and the check and it took a good 15 mins. Once we got our check, it didn't take him long to run it and get it back to us. I am not in Atlanta often, I might revisit if I am in the Area.

Because we came to ATL for the Braves game, my boyfriend and I decided to eat at the Braves All Star Grill. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We sat at the tall tables at the bar and our server was rude, and only came to the table about 3 times total (getting our order, bringing one refill after 15 minutes of being out, and to bring our bill). All of the other tables around us were also very irritated with their service. The food was okay, but service is what makes or breaks the experience of a restaurant (speaking from experience because i have been a server/bartender for the past 6 years). Needless to say, her tip was not great, and we will not be returning. Very disappointed.

Great food! The Hotlanta sauce is AMAZING! Got the wings with it and best ever. Asked for extra of it for my tacos I ordered as my main. Three tacos: Chicken, pulled pork, and brisket. Chicken was eh. But the others were out of this world! The ice cream sundae with cracker jacks was a great combo. Would have never thought that as a topping. Spence was a great server as well! Very engaging and made sure we lacked for nothing.

This place is awesome!! My waitress was attentive and kept the popcorn coming lol. There was an issue with our 96 oz beer, she fixed it promptly. The manager made sure we were having a good time and complimented my perfume! I did not visit the batting cage, maybe next time.

What a joke! Horrible service; took 20 mn for our waitress to bring our drinks( she came back to let us know that the bar was backed up as an excuse not to give us water for 20 mn). When I orfered my food, I specifically asked for no carrots and only celery, what do I see in my plate when they finally bring the food? Carrots, you guessed it. Took 25 minutes to get our check after we had requested it. Walling arounf I understand why; servers spend more time on their phones (in the bathrooom, hidding by the bar) than helping customers. Chicken wings are small, tough and bland. Will not come back.

Good was decent. Classic American bar food. Nothing spectacular but nobody had an issue. Our problem comes from the service. We had a birthday party there on a Sunday night and our waitress had two tables. This lady completely hid from the table and it took a smooth 45 minutes for her to figure out the checks. And her work ethic was definitely reflected by the fact that gratuity was included.

We came in and sat at the bar. No one else was sitting at the bar and only a few tables had guest sitting at them. Our server came right over and took our drink orders. Our drinks were served and the waitress didn't acknowledge us for another 20 minutes. She was on her phone and other servers were standing at the bar chatting. We had already finished our drinks so we decided it would be best to eat somewhere else. Sad because I thought this place was really neat when we walked in.

The burgers were better than “bar food quality”- BUT they lie! We order two drinks. When we received the check our 16oz was charged out as a 32oz at $8.50 and our larger lesser quality beer $4. So when we looked at the check we said hey our 16oz was charged out at 32oz and she corrected it. THEN we order another $4 beer because it was a good deal. When we received the final bill the $4 beer magically became 2 $8.50 beers! When we explained this to the waitress she said she had no control. When we asked for someone with control the manager came to us. The manager was the rudest person I have ever come across. I’m a manager, so firm and friendly is the key- she on the other hand was very accusatory and defense without facts. After she reviewed “the facts” she acknowledged the mistake but still charge us the full fee for a beer we thought was $4. If the company had prices posted in the menu or made it clear to customers upfront, this manipulation would not occur. We come and stay near this business once year. We will make sure The Ritz Carlton Hotel does not recommend this restaurant to anyone any longer.
