My cousin-in-law treated the family to lunch and I have to say I wasn't disappointed at all. She ordered the family style menu option and I'm glad she did. It was a great way to sample most of the popular dishes they offer. The seafood soup we were started off with was piping hot and so flavorful. My favorite was probably the battered tofu in brown sauce. It was so rich and oddly reminded me if a dish my mom used to make(battered chayote--kind of like fried green tomatoes). There was so many dishes I regret not getting all the names/descriptions. The whole lobster broken apart was so good. My husband loves the fried pork with buns and green onions in the side. The shrimp fried rice was delicious as well as the chicken and green onion dish. My second favorite was the whole fried fish. The sauce was thin but it paired so well with the perfectly cooked fish. It was truly a great experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and experience.

This has some of the best authentic Chinese food in the area I loved the tofu and the pork belly was amazing! The location is easy to find and the staff are so friendly and attentive! Also if your like me and work odd hours this restaurant is open until 2 on some nights which is really unique and even late night the service is top notch I highly recommend Bo Bo Garden!!!

No greeting from staff; sesame chicken fried too hard and only a half cup of sauce for a dinner size portion, shrimp lo mein was bland tasting with rubbery small shrimp ; spring rolls didn't have condiments to enhance flavor; generally a disappointment and dissatisfaction all away around, and I spent nearly $30. I will never eat anything from this restaurant ever again.

Went with several vegetarian friends and this restaurant is definitely oriented to the carnivore. They kind of improvised a few vegetarian options, all of which tasted the same and were certainly not up to the food I got in China. It seems that they specialize in seafood.

Great real Chinese food! I suggest bringing a native speaker with you because you be able to maximize what you're getting there. My favorite are the snow pea leaves. My only small problems are the lighting is way too bright...it feels institutional. Also, they still don't have their alcohol license.

This place has great meals, and they are served in BIG plates.....yet the service isn't as great as the food. Although,I do recommend this place for a big tasty meal, but if you have to go to a restroom, this place doesn't have one. So, do vist this place if you want to try something new, and try to come with an empty stomach or prepare to take some of you meal as takeout.

I enjoyed dinner with family group here.The food is awesome, just right taste, not too salty. Choice of Chicken, Shrimp, Beef , Duck , Pork and Vegetables. Love the Walnut Shrimp, Peking Duck and Mandarin Ribs. And the price is reasonable. Recommended, will dine in here again when we visit Atlanta.

Chicken under curry section is fried chicken, while ordering we asked our server if it has gravy and the answer was yes, to our surprise it was fried chicken. When I complained about the food the server didn't listen to our complaints and was rude. And they'll charge more on bill than what's on menu. My item was $9.5 on menu but I was charged $10, that's excluding taxes.

Food was delicious but the service was terrible. The food was brought out staggered even though we ordered entrees only. The server repeatedly checked on the other tables but never checked on us, especially after the food came out. In fact, i had to ask for Sprite, napkins, and extra things from another server than our own. We paid by card, which was ran by another server, he saw my 22% (much undeserved) cash tip, he grabbed it d asked if "it was the tip," which I responded that yes it was. Then our original, yet unattentive server returned with the credit card receipt. After we signed, he came back a moment later, looked at it ($0 because we tipped in cash), and asked if we tipped!! I have never been asked by the server if we tipped ever before; it was very rude and unprofessional. I showed him which server took it. I understand if they all share tips, but never ask the customer of they tipped. So again, the food was tasty but the service was bad. I will not be back.

Had the crispy duck and some a plate of dumplings all to myself... totally stuffed. Duck was flavorful and perfectly cooked, everything was great. Quick service and reasonably priced, open late....definitely will go again, they serve beer too

If I could give this place no stars I would. I ate here just now and while I was eating a roach crawled across the table. I feel like throwing up. I showed the waiter and he just killed the roach. When I asked for the check I was expecting a discount of some sort but I was rung up for the full amount. Worst dining experience ever in life.

What happened to the Food and Service???? Chicken tasted / smelled fishy! Waiter was chewing gum! Had to beg someone to take our order! No one checked on us after food was on the table! Had to get up myself and get a container for leftovers! After which the Waiter handed me the bag expecting me to bag the container?! Plenty of other Chinese restaurants in Atlanta!!!

Read the reviews when we got to the restaurant and were seated (we had a bit of down time), but it was a new restaurant to us so we didn't mind. Ordered the black peppered steak, dumpling noodle soup, salted egg spare ribs, fried buns. All were phenomenal and served hot with a reasonable final price. Will definitely be back!

Used to be my hangout. Waiter upgraded us from a $10 tilapia to a $57 seabass without warning us of the price difference. Group lunch ended up being $172 for 8 people. Taste of food has gone downhill. Egg shrimp and braised tofu was still excellent, but the chicken, eggplant, and even the $57 seabass was lackluster. After over 10 years of coming here, I think I'm done.

We came for lunch and were seated promptly. We order a beef stir fry, a shrimp, and a large fish/veggie pot. Everything was amazing and served hot. Waiters are very nice and informative. Great restaurant.

Edit: I have since returned to speak with the restaurant owners and I have come to understand that the shark fin soup is not actually made with shark fins! The dish has the name due to popularity but it's made with regular fish and an artistic "shark fin" in the soup. Please eat here for a very yummy experience. The dumpling soup is one of the best soups you will ever eat. I want to give this restaurant 5 stars but I cannot. While my first dining experience was incredible (all the food is yummy), upon visiting for the second time I realized that they serve shark fin soup. I cannot endorse a restaurant that sells a dish that results in shark's fins being cut off while they are alive, oftentimes causing their death. Please remove this dish from your menu and I will gladly change my review.

I was just here last night to have dinner with my me, my brother and my dad... When he arrived to this restaurant it was fully busy but we waited may be about to 30/35 minutes due to the customers. Although this lady offered a seating back of the restaurant which was even nice even though it was very loud and crowded. Last night my dad ordered 5 different wishes of food. They were Tofu, Vegetable, Chicken, Soup, and shrimp. I would of given this 5 stars rate since we had to wait a awhile to sit down and had to asked us what we wanted too drink.

It's a normal Chinese restaurant for Buford hwy area. Good selection of food. Mostly family style round table with large dishes for dinner. I liked the roast duck with sticky buns. I gave 3 stars because it was so-so.

If you are in the mood for REAL Chinese food, you have come to the right spot. Bobo garden is known for their authentic foods. Here you can fine delicacy such as Chinese water spinach, peiking duck, Fried Seabass and much more. This restaurant caters to larger parties, weddings, and different functions. Their parking lot offers plenty of parking. Not to mention they are located right next to two different dessert places. The people here work hard and work fast.

This is a solid, authentic Chinese restaurant. Menu is extensive with lots of dishes that I as a Chinese are not familiar with since it's a cuisine that I didn't grow up with. Well priced and large portions, for $20 you can get enough food here for 4 meals! I especially love their congees.

I ordered shrimp fried rice take out tonight. The price online said $6.05, the price on the menu at the counter said $7.50, and I was charged $11. The reason: "those are lunch menus, we don't have that on the dinner menu." Got to work, and there are multiple hairs in my food. And of course, they are closed now.

This was our first time eating here and it was fantastic. I've never eaten chicken with dry black fungas, but my wife suggested I try it and it was GREAT!
