Best Chicago dog in ATL. Their burgers are good but the hot dogs are something you can’t find anywhere else in Atlanta. Big onion rings and twisty fries were great. They have seating inside and friendly staff.

The burgers are nasty. Why do you use bread ajd butter pickles?? Uugh. You should make it an option or at least use those cucumber pickles if ur not gonna use regular pickles. Got home and didnt even eat it. Never again.

Food is always delicious! From the burgers, wings, fries and desserts. My only complaint is one of the male staff at the register never offers a smile or a warm greeting to you upon arrival and ordering your food. I'm huge on customer service and he is seriously lacking. Should not be working in the front with people.

This burger joint is amazing. We were greeted by a friendly cashier as soon as we entered the door. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered complimentary water. The food was cooked fresh to order and was amazing. I had 5 lemon pepper wings all flats and fries while my companion had sweet potato fries and the original butter made burger. The music is upbeat family friendly 70s music. This is how you run an eatery establishment.

The food may have been good, but I wouldn't know. The place was nasty, just nasty. Literal garbage on tables. I had to clean a table for us to sit at. The drink dispenser was out of everything and the staff didn't want to be there and they weren't afraid to show it. How that place passes a health inspection is beyond me.

I got the triple burger beef chicken and fish it was really good. This is a small spot with only a few chairs to seat but the food is definitely gourmet. It was inexpensive and the service was good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to try new and delicious burgers.

I do not eat there. I went there before to eat. So I went back again on a Sunday 09/22/19 around 2:40pm. Ordered a burger and fries. My food was given to the wrong guy and he left and got in his car. They chased him down. Got the food back. They thought that I was going to take that food that left out their business. I know that guy opened the bag of food. Then the girl at the counter said that the other girl would have cool another for me. I was not going to take that chance after they got attitudes because I was not going to accept food that left the Big Al's establishment. But that's life of fast food. I would not go and eat there ever again!!!!!!! WARNING

As the name implies, this business definitely delivers gourmet dishes. I had an appetite, so it pleases me to say that I wasn't disappointed one bit. We ordered the 5 piece BBQ boneless wings, Original Butter Burger & a side of wedges. I was impressed with the boneless wings for the simple fact that the preparers used chicken tenderloins & the cuts were decent. They could pass for chicken tenders. I usually steer clear of boneless wings because they offer more sauce & crunch than meat compared to competitors i.e, Buffulo Wild Wings or Wing Stop. I didn't get to finish the uniquely twisted wedges. The main entrees were satisfying enough; however, I opted to take-out. The staff were knowledgeable, welcoming & professional. We'll be returning at a later date. Until then, I'll keep referring friends/relatives to this business to fulfill their satiety.

THIS PLACE HAS AN INSANELY GOOD CHEESEBURGER, DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER AND THE SMOKEY..... INCREDIBLY GOOD! I have had the " Best of both Worlds"it's the cheeseburger with a chicken breast patty and I guess im just not a huge chicken cheeseburger burger fan. It was good but the " cheeseburgers are the absolute best! And the fries rock. OOOHHHH THE ADULT MILKSHAKE! you gotta try the adult milkshake!

The Food is incredible. This Wisconsin style Butter burger will leave you craving more!! I had to stop myself from ordering a to-go burger. They have a great Menu that caters to alot of needs. You must check it out and taste one of these incredible burgers!

My friend lives close by Big Al's, and suggested that I try it. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered the veggie buger and loved it! The food was fresh and priced reasonably. I will certainly make this a spot for me when I'm in town.

Wasn't impressed. The pictures make the burger seem ALOT bigger than what they are. It was neatly put together and good, I just didnt see or taste anything that would make me pick this place before a steak and shake. The earthquake thing wasnt good either. Maybe I'll try something else if there's a next time. The cashier was really friendly though!

One of my favorite boutique burger spots in town that never fails to disappoint. Great burgers ( The Three The Hard Way is my go to) but don't sleep on the hot dogs or the chicken sandwiches either.

I loved it the location is perfect right on Peachtree Street. I think it a pretty good space for customers. Food was great, the fries are creative and delicious. Not a hugh variety on burgers but its worth every bite. The wings were amazing i should of bought more. Thanks

Incredible American style burgers and best fries in Atlanta full stop. Would be 5 stars but they are definitely pricey. Expect to pay about $13 - $15 for a double burger and fries (drink not included).

I ordered The Butter Made Cheese Burger and some regular fries and it was delicious. The burger patty was crispy, but really juicy, which I guess is the butter made part. I had never eaten here and I was not disappointed.

The food was great so they got 2 stars. The service was atrocious. The order taker was much more interested in her system than her customers. Waited 5 minutes to get her attention just to order when there was no one else in the place. Then my food was delivered and she never got me my shake. When asked she decided to take the orders of everyone in line before dealing with it....

Not a place to go if you're watching calorie intake. But If you're not limited by that issue this place is amazing. The burgers and fries are EXCELLENT! Great milkshakes too! The folks behind the counter make for a fun time.

Very fun as I walked in. Nadia was quick with ordering, keeping up with other customers orders and phone calls. She is totally professional, Big Al's wings are scrumptious non stop enjoyment of flavor. Clean tables. Restroom clean. Parking is good. Prices are worth it!

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered to go, when we got home, we discovered that the chicken nuggets were black and burned to a crisp. The burger was over cooked as well. I am appalled that a restaurant staff would serve food in this condition. Won't be going back.

Great burgers and rings. Only problem was drink machine was out of Coke syrup, but they gave us bottle Cokes instead. Also the rings weren't hot, but they were still great.

I came with a group of 6 hoping to have lunch with my sales team and we were never greeted. They had 3 employees working on the grill at 4pm with no order taker in sight. There was a group fo 3 and another woman in line as we walked in the door. The group of 3 left after waiting 10 min. My group eventually left after 20 min of staring at the delicious looking menu however unable to place an order. I like good food but I love good service better. Dont go here if you're on a time crunch

Don't usually do this but its been bothering about my experience at Big Al's dry burgers they look nothing like pic and they were frozen patty's I thought they make them fresh. When I got my burger and took my first bite I was so mad burger was burnt and dry AF*** butter burger should be juicy. When I told the cook about my burger his words "Black people always find something to complain about" I was like excuse me that is not what u say to a customer mind u when I was waiting to order that same cook was talking about they don't pay us enough so apparently he was already mad I have a restaurant of my own u cant put ur love in food if u cooking mad that's why my burger was burnt and overcooked. I been trying to reach owner whom I been knowing for years. If he came to my establishment and my employee did that I would want him to reach out to me.

I love this place’s burgers but I waited 34 minutes for one burger and fries. I don’t blame the 2 guys working, they can’t help that they’re the only employees there serving a dozen people or so. Understaffing is the issue.

Ran to Buckhead to grab a few of my wigs from the stylist & happened to notice the sign on my way back. I heard the commercials on the radio, and decided to check it out. I had never been here before, so I figured I'd try the original butter burger, but make it a turkey burger, and get 5 wings on the side to see what they were like as well. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about, because this turkey burger was one of the best hamburgers I've ever eaten! It was fresh, juicy, flavorful, and amazingly, tasted just as good as an beef burger! I wish I had gotten a larger one, because the size was average at best, but the quality of the hamburger was stellar! Later that day, I decided to give the wings a try. Nothing spectacular, your average sweet tasting sauce which lacked the spice that the name sweet and spicy suggests, but just average. I definitely would go for the burger again and leave the wings to American Deli. The burger was so good though that I'm about to head up and grab lunch even though I'm coming all the way from Fayetteville!

I was visiting this place while on vacation from Houston during spring break and I'm still thinking of that great burger!!!!! That was one of the best burgers I've had in my life. I wish you would open one in Houston!!! Until then I'll continue to think of that wonderful burger!!!!! I have to plan another trip...

Flavor Flavor flavor! These burgers are a must try and the fries were great also. Definitely a spot to go to when the day is done as you'll want to do little afterwards. The crew is courteous and I've yet to try the bar but it's coming. Definitely will go back!

I was in Atlanta over the weekend. I was not familiar wth the restaurants except for the national chains. On my way to Panera Bread on Peachtree NW, I caught a glimpse of a sign that said butter made burgers. I proceeded to Panera and got a salad. I was on my way back to my hotel and decided to stop at Big Al's Butter made Burgers. I'm glad I did. I ordered the double Big Al's Smoke Burger with cheddar cheese instead of American, with the Big Al sauce and mayo on the side and an order of fries. This was the best burger I've had in a long time. It was just as good, if not better than a Culver's butter burger. The fries were awesome and very hearty, cut into a peculiar shape. With this being the only location. I probably won't experience this meal again unless it becomes a franchise and goes national. Then I will be able to try other items on the menu. Big Al keep up the good work.

If I could rate the service lower, I would. I was double charged and when it was brought to the manager 's attention the card was credited but it does not immediately go back on my card. Now I have to wait for the refund. Management did not try to make up for the inconvenience. Poor experience.
