This place sucks. The foods not bad but the kids that work during the week won't answer phone calls for pick up orders and when they do, they place you in hold for up to 15 min. You can hear just about everything they're doing why it's takes forever and a day to take a simple phone order is beyond me. Its only good here on Sundays. They have a older lady that works here only on Sundays and she's the only one who cares it seems.

This location needs to hire more staff. I order my food over the phone, a lady tells me 5 mins. I got there after 10 mins considering peak hours, and ended up waiting 5 mins standing. What's the point of ordering over the phone then? it seems like they cook when I actually show up. Moreover, this isn't the first time. I love wings, and this is the closest location from my work, on average, I go there once a week. Not any more.

Ultimate cheese steak sandwich was awesome. I work around the corner and went there with a friend for lunch and it was tasty and convenient. I want to try their burgers next time, to see how they are. Probably the best American Deli location I've been to.

I am a lover of wings and I never throw away wings, but this place made me break my own sacred rule. I ordered a 10pc combo lemon pepper and I'm not sure what exactly the cause of the taste was, but they were the most disgusting wings I have had. I've had wings from other American Deli's and they are wonderful, but I will for sure not be coming back to this location.

5 stars. I feel bad I can't remember the cashier's name...maybe Ting or Sing? Because she was so nice! From taking my to go order over the phone, to picking up the food. I had several orders because I work for a clinic where everyone needs lunch and she offered to carry my bags, opened the door for me, and even asked if I wanted the seasoned salt on all my fries. I know good customer service and this was it. The order was FAST. I'm talking 10-15 minutes tops, for multiple orders. Keep up the good work!

What I like about this particular American Deli is the fact that when I call in my order, I only wait maybe 2 minutes to receive a call in order. Others have me sitting, waiting as if I were a walk in. The convenience of calling in to enjoy my lunch on break is the goal and why I always choose this place! 4 stars because the wings are sometimes gigantorm... I like regular sized wings please.

Recent visit after months of not being a customer. It appears there may be new management or maybe just new staff? The lady who took my phone order and was at the service counter was much friendlier than those in the past! Also, they now take American Express (didn't do this previously). Food was perfect. I use to eat here all the time however this has come to an immediate halt when I seen the nice guy that take the orders take the trash out with no gloves, and come back in and take another order over the phone. He did not wash his hands. Then he grabbed the mop, and started mopping. I asked for a refund, and blamed it on my wait time. That really broke my heart especially since they are always so nice and the food is always so delicious.... I hope you all take this as a warning, and practice proper handwashing, I know you are taking orders but you also open the box and show us our food when it is ready.

Totally disappointed. The cook re-fries already cooked chicken and fries, then serves it to customers, as if it’s fresh food, when it’s only grease fried into more grease, a great place for bad health and obesity. The only time you get feed food, is when they are busy but any other time, they make a bunch of food, then re-fry the order. Very disappointed with this place. I even called and the lady at the front told me that they don’t do that, and gave me a hard time and rushed me off the phone, demanding I bring the old food back for exchange, when I complained that I wanted fresh food(that food should be thrown in the garbage, what do you want it back for?). I clearly seen the cook take fries from the cooked tray and throw them back in the grease. My stomach is hurting from this place. This place is surely adding to bad health, heart issues and obesity, serving old re-fried foods. Don’t support any restaurant that doesn’t care about its customers.
