Order chicken fingers, baked potato mixed vegetables. Fingers not bad but the potato was so overcook you couldn't eat it. The waitress was excellent.

They never ask if you would like a table or booth. The food is sub par compared to other similar type restraunts. The fish is excellent though. I'm not impressed with the salad or steaks. The best thing they have going as far as food is the collard green dip.

They are really busy, and their food is good, but they can have a bit of a struggle when getting your order correct. Not the waitress but the chef. I only had appetizers, but my family had pasta, and steak. The fries green tomatoes they had were delicious but the sauce they drizzled on all of them wasn’t to my liking, and I asked for it on the side. Also, my family asked for a medium rare steak, but received a well done steak, like VERY “well done”. That being said the environment is very friendly, and I did enjoy myself there.

I ordered a medium to medium-rare steak and it was well done. I told my server twice that it wasn't right and he said he was sorry. When he took my plate away and asked how everything was, I said I didn't like the steak. He again said he was sorry. Then he brought the bill and charged me for the whole meal. I don't feel this is right.

I have eaten at 16 east several times. The service is consistantly amazing. The food is great and the drinks are great. It is family oriented on the right and a more relaxed adult like on the left. Christina, the wait staff and even the owner check on you regularly. We will be back!

Best meal I've had in a restaurant in a while. Everything was perfect from the fried green tomatoes to the baked potato. I had an extremely fresh side salad with spinach and feta grilled chicken as my main course. I have never tasted better grilled chicken - perfect marinade. My husband had a salad with grilled chicken he said was delicious. They also provide knot garlic rolls, very tasty. If you want a meal in a nice atmosphere with good service and really tasty food, I highly recommend 16 East.

This was my favorite place to eat in Cordele. I was very, very dissapointed in the food and service this evening. My husband and I both ordered a dozen raw oysters. They were not cold. We had to cut them from the shell. We were served one lemon slice each, we had to ask for more crackers, we had to ask for cocktail sauce and we had to peel the wrapper off the top of the hot sauce bottle that was brought to the table. The crab fingers were fried. We asked for grilled or broiled. (Which will not be ordered again. They were too big and had a fishy smell. The small ones were better and we will go to Daphne's the next time we want those.) Please go back to professional service and great food! I will hate to drive 10 or 15 minutes to the restaurants at the lake when we had something good here. But, we will this weekend.

We almost didn’t go to this restaurant due to poor reviews on Yelp! After driving all day, this restaurant had good food, good service and good prices! I would highly recommend. I ate the sirloin, my husband, the pork chop. My wine was great as was his beer. Give it a try.

This place has serious issues. I have had past bad experiences so haven't gone for a while but decided to try it again. As we walked in the door they informed us that there would be no fried foods. Although that was odd we went on and ordered something else from the menu. After I ordered the waitress came back and said they were out of the salad dressing I ordered. Then when my food came I had ordered a panini. It was clearly just a sub sandwich. Not warm, no grill marks, on a sub roll. I informed my waitress and she said it was clearly a panini. This was at lunch and when we got the check an 18% gratuity was added also. Very bad experience and bad food. My first impression was right. We definitely won't be back.

Cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. Our server was very kind and helpful. All of our food was very average. The crab claw appetizer was more like crayfish claws. I ordered grilled scallops with mac n cheese and grilled asparagus. The mac n cheese was pretty good. The scallops were grossly over-cooked as was the asparagus. Disappointing at best. The saddest part about it is that a local recommended 16 East, stating it was really good. I wish I would have gone to Burger King instead.

Ate here twice, one to go and one dine in. Both experiences were decent enough that I'd give it three stars (food wasn't the best but they kept the place clean). But last night (4/23), my girlfriend and I walk in at 9:15pm (after seeing a full parking lot) to place a to go order after calling to see if they would take our order that we would pay for when we got there. They said they only do cards which was completely understandable. We walk in and wait at the counter for 7-10 minutes until somebody notices us. We tell them we would like to place a to go order and the lady tells us the kitchen closed down. They close at 10pm. Very bad for business when nobody wants to take our $60 order.

Good service but kitchen was a touch slow... Had blackened grouper which was one of the specials..was blackened well as asked for but was still flaky and tasty... Sauteed spinach and cabbage we're my two sides and were nicely done and not overcooked...Jenny was a fun and efficient server and Donna came by and checked on our table as well... Drink from the bar was really good with a nice pour on the Jack... I started with a dozen raw oysters and they were clean, cold, and all of good size... That was much appreciated.... Was a very good meal.....

Decent food, very slow service. The host has to find a server to wait on us (party of 3).We sat for nearly 10 mins before the sever came to greet the table and take drink orders. Had to request refills on drinks while food was being prepared (took a while to get that). Food was decent, fried mushrooms were a bit flavorless, as well as the kids mac n cheese. Took the server a while to bring the check. All in all, food was ok but service could have been better.

Food was excellent. I had the 16catch basically blackened fish over rice. Came with 2 sides. I had sauteed onions and pepper, and their homemade chips with a special sauce. Price was $15.99. My wife had scallops along with the 2 sides. Service was good and friendly. Menu included several seafood items along with steak and prime rib.

This was a very welcome stop along a long road trip. Not too far not too close. The food was very good and very fresh. Prices great and the drinks were awesome. The French onion soup and the fried green tomatoes were actually some of the best I've ever had, even over very pricy city restaurants. We were driving thru Georgia from Michigan and stopped at Capt. D's. They were out of several items but it was at 7:45pm. What we did have, the shrimp and fish was delicious and plentiful. My shrimp was on the cold side but the mac and cheese we steaming. A great value for the money!!

Nice local place with variety of menu selections. Nice atmosphere, good service. We ended up here after waiting at the hostess station at Cracker Barrel, along with other customers in front of us, who were never greeted after several minutes standing there. We would rather support local restaurants anyway. Will eat here again next time we pass through. We had grilled chicken salads, there are steak, chicken, burgers etc. and a variety of drinks at the bar.

Favorite spot for their happy hour .69 cent a piece chicken wings. We had three adults and five teenager eat as many as we could. We ordered over a hundred. Must eat it in the restaurant. Can't take them to go unless you pay full price The pepper lemon was good. My husbands favorite is the teriyaki. They have buffalo medium hot and extra hot. Service was excellent. If I need it I am not shy to request it.

I stopped in with my family, and even though it was late (about an hour before closing) they did not rush us at all. I recommend the stir fried cabbage and the chicken with the mushrooms and provolone cheese was absolutely excellent. I think the prices reflect the quality of the food as well as the experience. I would probably have rated 5 stars but they were out of pork chops and Pepsi took the place of my Cola. If you visit Pigeon Forge, or areas local...stop by the 16 East Bar and Grill.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Florida. I've been seeing the sign and wanting to try it, so we finally did. We were all REALLY happy with our lunch today. We started with fried pickles and mushrooms. The mushrooms were ok, but the pickles were fantastic. For lunch my son had loaded fries and my husband had the BLT&T. The extra T is a fried green tomato. I had the Cajun pasta, spicy. It was so good! Plenty of shrimp and sausage. It comes with a salad, and you choose house, Caesar, or spinach. I got the spinach and it comes with bacon! They also have Stella on draft, which is always nice. We'll definitely stop here again.

The food here is very good but service is a little lacking. One time I had to practically wave my arms in the air just to get the bartender to notice me, after I had been there for about 10 minutes and they weren't that busy. Then she took my drink order and made several other drinks for people who sat down after me before she finally got mine. The only way I got my last drink that night was another customer flagged down the manager for me and he had to get it himself. Another time (different bartender) they told me that they had been having trouble with their taps all day and he couldn't pour anything but foam. Meanwhile, the manager was able to pour beer after beer with no foam at all. Anyway, the food is delicious. They have a very good sirloin. I would definitely recommend eating here but maybe don't sit at the bar.

I stop for the night in Cordele, this place was just down the road from hotel. I made it in time for happy hour, .60 cent wings and cold beer. This place was a pleasant surprise. Jody the bartender was awesome, beautiful smile with an attitude to match. The service and food was great!!! I'll definitely be back, well worth it.

Amazing food and even better service. The restaurant has a nice vibe. Our server Crystal was great. The burger was much bigger than expected. We also ordered the calamari as an appetizer which was good. Fried a little harder than I am used to but it was good. Our glasses were never empty and she was very attentive. The margarita was pretty good too. This is my first time in Cordele Georgia and there is a common theme here and it is the service aspect that is provided everywhere here.

Faith and Jessica,were great ,Faith was very knowable about drinks as they have a full bar. Christina was the manager on duty,seemed to help staff and would come to tables and ask was everything good,and we have visited several times, just ask for Faith or Jessica and you will have a great experience.
