This pizza was delicious. We got a large for 5 to share. It was plenty of food for us. They give you a small portion of bread with oil and vinegar to dip it in. We got half pepperoni and half Italian sausage on our pizza. Both were good, but I really enjoyed the Italian sausage. Our service was good despite them being quite busy. We even got seated in less time than what the wait was.

Love this place! The food is great, the staff are fun and they are quite happy to allow you to stay for a long, long "Italian style" lunch with a bottle of wine. No "hurry up" here. Avoid the "normal" lunch and dinner times and spend some time here.

Via Napoli warms the soul with it's native Italian staff. For service alone, this is a 5 star restaurant. Our server was outstanding and a joy to converse with. The pizza we shared was good, but it was no better than another fire oven thin …

Excellent service. I really appreciated the personal touches Fabio provided. He was personable and made use feel like family. He's also a hard worker and always on the go. The pizza was great and was well cooked. Make sure you book a reservation and if unable to make one in the app, they will do it for you at the front desk. We will definitely go back to try the different pastas. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We loved it!! Federica went above and beyond to make our day magical! The Cast Members were friendly and attentive. It's fantastic that they are from Italy! The food was delicious! My favorites were the Fettucine "Via Napoli", San Gennaro Pizza, Tiramisu, and Lemon Gelato. Oh and the coffee - so good! Bravissimo!

Great food definitely reccomend! The pizzas are cooked in a wood fired oven and taste amazing. The size of the pizzas are on the larger side so dont be fooled by what they say feeds two (my husband and I shared a large because according to …

First things - the food is good but you do pay over the odds for it. It's Disney! It's worth making a reservation but if you're willing to wait you should get a table within an hour. For 4 of us with mains plus a dessert each (plus tip) it was $200. The staff are friendly and happy to help, not all Italian but some are. The food is not necessarily 100% authentic but close enough. The pizza bases are the closest to Napoli style I've seen in the US. Either way it was good food enjoyed by the family which always makes a good end to a day.

Visited this place multiple times over the years since their Margherita Pizza remains the best in the region. This last Disney trip we had reservations once more, and again the pizza was spot on delicious. Even with that said, I can't recall another time I have left this establishment in a poor mood. Our table was forgotten much of the time while there, as well as needing to get up to ask for assistance since we hadn't seen a server for quite some time (>15 min). Hope this doesn't happen often to other guests.

Very disappointing. My white wine never came until I asked for it again and when it did come it was warm. The antipasto platter was good but before we were even halfway finished my husband's lasagna arrived...lukewarm. My daughter and I ordered pizza, we waited over an hour to get it. My daughter's was very liquidy. Not impressed by the quality, especially with how much we paid. We had a server in training. He was very nice but not sure if that was part of the problem. The only positive of our experience was that we were inside when the thunderstorm hit.

I have not actually ever been to Italy, but I can only imagine this is what the food is like. After speaking to several of the cast members from Italy, I can't wait to see it for myself. Wonderful foos, and as i spoke of earlier the cast members are remarkable.

So upset! I ordered a dish without cheese, they put cheese. I can't have cheese. Manager came and said they can't make it without cheese. So I ordered plain spaghetti and bread. I got spaghetti only. We wait forever for the check. People that came in after us came and went. . . Terrible experience

This is mine and my family’s favorite place to eat at when we visit Orlando. The food is authentic and amazing. The staff is also extremely helpful every time we visit. The wait time for your order is never too extreme, especially …

We were lucky enough to get a table quickly before it started raining on 6/28. Our waitress was very good, the large pizza we ordered was enough to feed 3 or 4 people so my husband and daughter had their work cut out for them. I ordered …

Spent literally ten mins in restaurant and was served everything at once cold.... Management gave us ten dollars off. 100 bucks in ten mins... u decide... if you want Italian food go to hollywood. Your dinner at this place will not be enjoyed i promise it!!

Great place for a good hearty meal. Staff was fun they gave my daughter a birthday cake and a song. As with most restaurants in DW its a bit expensive.

john natarelli

Loved it! Great tasty wood fired pizza. It’s pricey, but so is everything else at a Disney park. If I could take anything back it’d be paying $11 for a mug of beer. You may picture a mug as a nice 22oz beer, I did. But it’s a small 12-14 oz mug. It’s your money, but be warned.

So many choices but so happy my son wanted Via Napoli!! Amazing quality, service and atmosphere!! The food was absolutely wonderful! You can taste the quality and fantastic ingredients in each bite! The staff go out their way to make sure each guest has the perfect experience!!

Don’t come here. This ruined my family’s entire trip to Disney World, and almost made us sick. The food is cold and the owners are jerks. The pizza was cold, the server gave us no bread or napkins. The restaurant claimed their food was …

Super Slow service...food was just ok..espresso came cold and with no "crema"...embarrassing for an Itanian Restaurant with all Italian Passport holding staff...

If looking for a good pizza when in Disneyworld (well, in all Orlando), do not search any further This is the place. Very nicely served by Filippo, but also a special mention goes to Fabrizio, for his kindness.

Gigi Dodd

The service and food was amazingly good! Pizza is excellent!

Meagan Salem

Had a great time here. The food was amazing but leave room for dessert! On top of the great food we had an awesome waitress sofia who was so kind to us and shared her story of coming from Rome. Def a must do in epcot!

James Ecker

We came here late around 8pm with a reservation. They were late sitting us but as soon as we told them we were trying to make the fireworks for our kids they did everything in there power to ensure we made it. The pizza was great. The server recommended the best ones to us. The drinks were really strong made the fireworks that much more awesome. There isn't really much more you can ask for in a restaurant. The service amazing, the food was amazing the ambiance was great. I would recommend this place 10 times out of 10. Just make sure you make a reservation it is busy for a reason!

Jason Reynolds

To say it is the best pizza at Disney World does not do it credit... It is the best pizza PERIOD. Also, ask for the mozzarella bites from the children's menu for the appetizer - the cheese melts in your mouth it is so fresh.

Fernanda Guimaraes-Gaston

My husband and I had dinner here for our last dinner in Disney boy worth it. The food had no taste everything very bland, tasteless. Very disappointed for Disney. The food and wine food was better.

Sarah Talasek

Went there for dinner with my family a few weeks while vacationing. The food and service was really good. Friendly atmosphere.

Michael Naugle

I don’t normally review restaurants but I need to make an exception. I used to love coming to Via Napoli while visiting EPCOT but I feel this will be the last time. The service was horrible to the point where all three of our meals came out at different times. The waitress totally forgot what we ordered and just look dumbfounded when we asked about our order. The food itself was just okay and not to the standard we have had in the past. So sad for the overinflated prices we pay at Disney.

Tyler Emerick

Dinner started out great with a quick seating and great pizza, but the remaining entrees were massively delayed. Our night started to go down hill with kids and in-laws in tow, but our entrees finally did make it to the table and they were delicious. To top it off the manager, Manny, made a great effort to make up for the delay. We received free dessert, a reduced bill, and extra fast passes for our time at Disney. Well done Manny, thank you for taking care of us!

Richard Schaible

The pizza cheese was melted but was dry and burned. We got 3 slices and all 3 came came out different levels of burnt. The staff was outside taking orders and when I had questions about the quick service they were confused and made me feel uncomfortable for even asking. Then I asked for red pepper flakes and you would swear I had 10 heads. Is that not normal for pizza? Never again. Avoid!!!

A place with so much talent for cuisine should be easily be able to provide a vegan option. This place is great but can’t muster options for all. Unfortunately lacking the ability to cater to 2019!

dan malo

The best pizza in all of Walt Disney World. Be sure to get a reservation otherwise you'll be waiting a while.

Jason Kean

It's pretty good food, but honestly my local Carrabba's is just as good and significantly cheaper for much larger portions. What I would describe as a medium to small bowl of fettuccine Alfredo was $29. Nobody expects value at Disney, but this was $85 for two pasta dishes, a kids cheese bite and three sodas.

Ronnie Smith smith

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called 4 times to make a reservation. Was hung up on twice and then given the actual restaurant's number and it took me to the same thing and, after that they kept transferring me to the auto talk thing.

Kate Lutes

AMAZING. After having been to Italy, this is the closest to authentic food I’ve ever had! The staff are amazing and we had such a great time during our visit. Thank you and we hope to come back during our next visit!

Amanda

Good, authentic Italian pizza and pasta. The servers are friendly and are quite chatty, which was a lot of fun! I mean there are probably better restaurants in Epcot so I would do more research next time before choosing this restaurant again.

Steve Caron

In the international section of Epcot, at the Italy Pavilion. Had the Ziti with sweet sausage. Nice atmosphere, a mid to high range restaurant that lives up to Disney's high standards. The dragon from Pete's Dragon came by for a photo shoot during dinner.

We ate lunch at Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria in Italy at Epcot! This has become our favorite place for lunch at Epcot. We started with Focaccia Bread & Olive Oil and the Salad for 2. We also ordered couple appetizers. The Arancini & the Calamari were both delicious! The. For our entree we ordered the Large Pepperoni & Spicy Sausage Pizza. The crust on our pizza was perfectly light and crispy., and the toppings were full of flavor We really enjoyed it. For dessert we shared the Tiramisu. It seemed a little flat and doesn't look good in the picture. But it tasted great! It was a perfect way to finish our meal. The pizza at Via Napoli is authentic Neapolitan Pizza. Many of the ingredients are actually imported from Naples, Italy. The pizza's are cooked in one of three wood-burning pizza ovens that represent Italy's three active volcanoes (Etna, Vesuvius and Stromboli). It is an open kitchen, so you can watch them prepare the food. I highly recommend Bia Napoli if you like good pizza

Lisa Beres

Awesome food!! Staff who are from Italy are so nice and friendly! Make a reservation if you can or there will be a wait. Food was well worth the wait! Loved it there!

We asked if it was possible to be seated earlier than our reservation time. We were over the rain and just wanted to eat. They accommodated is quickly. The food came out at separate times and then we were informed it was from 2 kitchens. The service was incredibly slow. The food was what we expected taste wise. I asked for the desserts to go. The server said they couldn’t do that. It ended up being 2 hours for our meal from start to finish. It wasn’t what we expected at all.

Chuck Pettine

I have been to Via Napoli at least 10 times! I have never had a bad experience. The pizza is amazing and the service is always spot on. I will see you today Via Napoli!

Ken

We visited on 9/08/19 and we were very disappointed with the service and food at this restaurant. I would suggest choosing some place else. Management was unwilling to accommodate a customer request no matter what. Food was nothing close to our expectations. The Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was bland, lacking flavor and I couldn't seem to find much chicken in my meal at all. We definitely will be skipping this restaurant on any of our future visits to Walt Disney World and Epcot. There are many better choices to make. This is nothing more than an over priced pizza place trying to at pasta probably frozen pre-pared to their menu.

Sadly my review echoes previous reviews and the promise of improvement doesn't seem to have made any positive progress. The food quality was good but let down by slow service, miscommunication from our server and meals arriving at varying times. My wife had finished her entree before my pizza arrived. It took 30 minutes to place our drinks order! And when asked about specific menu options, the waiter back tracks on what was said. Unfortunately this was the most disappointing meal over the two week vacation.

Bronagh Cullen

Really disappointed about the wait time between 2 mains arriving (one was pasta and one was pizza) Was told they may come at different times but not 30+ minutes apart. I wouldn’t mind but it was only a margherita. Came with my daughter and what should have been a relaxing meal ended up being a looking over the shoulder to see where pizza was meal before eventually speaking to waiter.

Melissa Stephens

Soup and chicken marsala was cold when it came out. My sons ravioli sauce was not warm and my husband’s pizza came 20 minutes after our dinners. Service was slow, waiter never even checked to see how my chicken marsala was, which I will recommend to no one! I will not EVER visit this restaurant again. Disgusted!

I was very disappointed with my experience this time around. We were a group of 4, myself and 3 twelve year old boys. Their menu describes the large pizza as a meal for 2 people when it is actually 8 very large slices of pizza. Which means we ordered way more food than we could eat and I wasn't going to carry a bag of leftovers around the park after lunch. Also we ordered half of the pizza without tomato sauce since one of the kids could not eat tomatoes. The first pizza they made us somehow got tomato sauce on both sides and had to be remade. I used to work at a pizza shop for years so I know the request was simple and easily achieved especially when our bill for 3 beverages and one large pizza came to 48.99 before the tip. For that price I would expect a professional chef was making this very simple menu item. If the menu stated the number of slices for the size pizza's listed we could have ordered more appropriately. It was such a shame to throw away more than half the pizza especially knowing they got rid of the first one they ruined.

Tim Giossi

Great atmosphere, great food. Make sure to get a reservation.

I am not sure this place is even worth one star!!! We sat down yesterday at 4:00. No one even approached our table for over 15 minutes when I finally got up and talked to the manager who still took 5 more minutes to take drink and app …
