My experience at Twin Peaks was just what I needed for a night to relax, enjoy good food, and experience great vibes. This was made especially great since Raquel was my server. She greeted me with an infectious smile and down to earth approach. She took her time to converse with me and make me feel at ease. I would definitely come back because of her and the great food and atmosphere.

Worst experience at a twin peaks restaurant. I blame the management. The managers walked by multiple times and saw we had no chips for our queso and just kept walking by while his staff was clearly busy and understaffed. I saw another couple walk out and leave before ever getting served. I have never left a bad review but this felt warranted.

So normally the service and food here are great, however I have to hand it to the management me and my friend come here quite often and 95% of the time i would have given this location five stars Tonight me and my friend came here ordered our usual bacon cheeseburgers one with and one without cheese my burger was good my friends was badly undercooked (ordered medium well got closer to rare). Server was inattentive and service all around was not what we have come to expect. Waited 15 minutes for a lime slice for my crown and coke server never came back to ask my friend if he wanted a refill on his coke. So management came out and spoke with us after we complained about the raw burger, female manager handled the situation well offered us replacement burger but we were done with the meal gave us a couple free coupons. Also forgot to see if my friend wanted a refill on his soda. TWIN PEAKS DAVIE PLEASE I LOVE COMING HERE AND NORMALLY YOUR SERVICE IS WAY BETTER THEN THIS. I WILL BE BACK AND WILL POST NEW REVIEW. hopefully I can be proven wrong and put this at the five stars that yall normally are at. Also clean bathrooms are a sign that you are a good restaurant. (Hint,hint)

Got off a late flight and wanted to eat good food and hang with friends, and this place was opened until 2a.m.Really nice ambiance and service. The wings were delicious and they mixed them so we could try the different flavors. The chips and dip was a hit. Would definitely go back.

And not to her liking. But having said that, the restaurant manager did her best to rectify the situation. We where comped out bill. We also where offered a discount for our next visit. We have not been back yet.

Classic Americana cuisine like burgers, cheese steak, wings and fries served up by a diverse cast of smiling eye candy. Also, a huge array of various sporting channels on big screens everywhere you turn showing anything from football to chess competitions. A+ execution.

Our waitress at the table was great as well. Unfortunately, I didn’t get anyone’s names. I ordered a BBQ burger & it was cooked to perfection with sweet potato fries. Both were delicious. Everyone ordered different things & everyone LOVED what they received. We ordered the bacon appetizer which was very good & it’s on the spicy side. The mozzarella sticks are the best I have ever eaten. Normally I don’t care for them at other places but these are awesome! This is definitely a come back to place. This was our first time here. Our son goes here all the time so we had to give it a try!

First time at this location and I will not return. Service was simply bad. We had a group of 10 and from the first plate of food being served to the last plate was 35 minutes! The excuse given was that only 6 orders can be entered at 1 time otherwise the kitchen gets overwhelmed. And when I got my 6 wings they only gave me 5. Will never return to this location

Not really the most impressed with here. Barely got anything and spent 50$ on. Ordered 2 beers and 2 appetizers. Didn’t want to spend long there. Took a hour to get food and just wanted to leave at this point. No body is good running or making the food for 6 wings and spinach dip .

The outside bar at Twin Peaks only has 7 chairs. I was trying to sit outside in order to enjoy some football, wings, a cold beer, and my vape. I could not find a place to sit, it was packed. It's the only place to vape or smoke. They have the outside bar connected to the inside bar, technically the inside bar is open to outside. It is qualified to be an outside bar. The manager said I could not vape in the inside bar even if vape is going outside. You're lucky you're the only Twin Peaks in town. The manager on shift 10/11/19 at 8:30pm.

My very first visit was amazing, the food was delicious and our waitress Te'ennah was all rounded absolutely fabulous. My grandson had lime and garlic chicken wings, I had avocado smashed burger and my husband had slightly breaded fish and chips. LOVE IT! We will defiantly be back.

Me and my husband were eating dinner at the restaurant today and our server suggested to transfer us to another server or closed our order because she had to go home, we decided to close and paid as we didn’t want more food. We finished our meal and we need a box and we asked a girl that was walking by for the box. This skinny blond girl said that she was not our server and that she was the host. We repeated that was only a box and she walked away. The manager very nice helped us. I didn’t say anything to him but next time I will do as these girls don’t care about customers.

Do yourself a favor and ask for Manny if you visit the Plantation, Fl location. I'll definitely visit the location again!

Pretty good just like the rest of the Twin Peaks I have been to. Other than the service being slow we had no complaints at all. This was on a Friday night for the NFL draft of the place was pretty packed, slow service was to be expected. Our waitress was attentive. I have the old fashioned drink and it was perfect. The wings were pretty good but a little smaller then the other Twin Peaks I have been to.

I have been to this restaurant 3 times so far. Every experience has been a good one. The food, service, atmosphere. All wonderful. Today was even better! We had Trisha as our server. She was super sweet, attentive but not annoying. Funny and engaging. She was just so great. But the person who really went over and beyond was Andy the Chef. I wanted the brownie with vanilla ice cream for dessert but they were out if ice cream! He actually rushed out to Costco to pick some up right away. Today our experience wasnt just good, it was fantastic. The manager (woman) even came by to ask how we were doing and offered us coupons for when we come back. We will definitely be coming back. My friend is from out of town and will come back next month with her husband. 5 star, triple A service and food all around.

Who needs Viagra when you got this place. I took my wife here and she seemed to think I brought her here on purpose. I told her I read the reviews and it was great, which wasn't a lie. I tell you I had a chubber so long that I didn't know what to do. I got these chicken strips that were really good. I must say the melons the waitress had to offer were large and ripe and ready to eat. I will recommend all of my seniors friends here. perhaps we can get a day trip in this plaza at "Tower Shops." I would be in my glory and I would have every trip here and spend it all in this restaurant as long as I can.

Their selection of beers is good and the house beers are quite enjoyable. Nice sized mugs for drafts. The food is decent even though some of our options didnt quite turn out as ordered with the fried pickles being particularly yummy for a table snack. The service can be a bit slow but the servers are friendly and are willing to accommodate patrons for their sports watching desires by changing channels and letting people pick tables instead of simply being assigned.

For my dad's 74th birthday thought I'd take him to this place for some beers and dinner, unfortunately it did not go well. All the floors around us had garbage, napkins, forks, knives all over the place very dirty restaurant, can't image what goes on in the kitchen. We ordered two burgers, took about 30 mins to get them, finally when we got them both of the burgers were completely burnt. The waitress did not care at all about about the issue she just called over a manager. The manager "Leanne" was very impatient with us and even told my father that his burger "wasn't THAT burnt". I was furious. She did not apologize, she did not offer us something different. Needless to say it's not surprising that this place would hire a burnt out so-called manager as the one they had the night we were there. Won't be returning that's for sure!

Went there to watch the Dolphins play the Vikings. We were disappointed in the outcome of the game (Dolphins lost) but not the service or food at the restaurant. The food was great and reasonably priced. Although it was crowded we were served in a timely and courteous manner. We would recommend a visit for anyone that has some time to watch a game with friends and have a meal with a few beers.

I’ve never left a review for any restaurant, good or bad, until now. I’ve been to the Twin Peaks in Davie several times in the past few weeks, and aside from my regular server Katie, things have not been very good. Tonight, I went in by myself and sat at the bar. I was greeted promptly, and given a menu and beverage. I was then ignored by all the bartenders until I got ones attention and asked if I could order food. About 20 minutes after I ordered, my food came out. I ordered the half rack of ribs, which were inedible. Two bartenders asked me how everything was, I told both the ribs were dry and chewy. One didn’t say anything, the other said “should’ve ordered the Thai ribs, they’re more tender”. After taking several bites and spitting them out, I gave up and pushed my plate aside. I don’t generally complain, but I spent $24 plus tip for a Diet Coke and inedible food. I thought they might ask a manager to speak to me, but no offer was made. I don’t blame the bartenders. This is a lack of training on how to handle guest complaints. Maybe I should’ve made more noise, but two complaints to two separate employees should’ve been enough. I love Twin Peaks as a whole, and will continue to visit the Davie location because it is near where I live. I just hope things get better. I will go there when Katie is working. Thank you for letting me vent.

I usually don't write bad reviews, I just don't go back. I feel like I have to though. I have given Twin Peaks 7-8 chances because various friends wanted to check it out despite my telling them it's not worth it. I've sat at the outside bar, inside bar, and tables. I can honestly say that I have never had a good service experience there. While at the table I gave up waiting for the server and went to the bar for a drink (bottle of beer). While at the bar I would have an empty BOTTLE of beer in front of me for 15-20 minutes. I've been in the hospitality industry for 10+ years and know when it's busy it can be tough to keep up, but this is literally the easiest drink to serve. Hand in cooler, grab bottle, open, give, move on. I will not be back. Especially, with MASH'D opening in the same plaza, service is outstanding and an insane happy hour.

Parking is rough, wait times are rough, the food is good. Service is slow, especially if busy, but you can tell the waitresses are working hard. The chicken and waffles were really tasty and the buffalo mule was strong enough to do the job.

Many vacant dirty tables. Very noisy. Had to shout to each other. The only person I saw busing was a manager. Ice tea served..no sugar or spoon. Had to flag down a waitress. Sandwich and friess served...no napkins. No salt or pepper on the table. No fork...flag down as waitress. Desert...two scoops of ice cream on a brownie...they forgot the ice cream. No napkins with it. Let's pay the bill and get out !! Looking over the bill I asked where I could put the tip. (i don't know why) Waitress said she already put in a 22% tip for herself. I wasn't going to search out a manager about all this. Thought I would put it on the internet. By the way, pretty girls.
