Father's day lunch. Our daughters have eaten a ton of food at Disney springs and had been wanting to try this spot for some time. We stopped in for lunch and had three sandwiches and the BBQ sampler. Everything we had was fantastic. I had part of the sampler and the turkey bacon club sandwich we also had a brisket sandwich and a pulled pork sandwich. Everything was liked all the way around. The mac and cheese was very cheesy and the barbecue sauces that they had were pleasant as well. The restaurant was very busy but service moved very quickly. The bathrooms were clean and they brought out the food to the table and cleaned up after us in a very efficient manner. I will definitely go back. My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what you expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special and a 5 means you were blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing and a 1-star rating is terrible

Excellent food. Excellent depth of flavor. Very polite staff. Will eat here again. Reccomend everyone try it out.

When visiting Disney Springs we always walked by the Polite Pig. I've always wanted to stop and dine here. During one of our trip to DS we forgot to make reservations anywhere else, so this was our opportunity to try this place out. We've always just made reservations and enjoyed eating near the water. The smell and aesthetics of this place made it feel very authentic. This is more like a quick service rather than a full service restaurant. I'm pretty particular when it comes to barbecue, which made me a little skeptical. Well let me tell you, the brisket here is one of the best I've ever had! I left here full and satisfied! I would recommend The Polite Pig and plan to try some more items off the menu!

Tim Cichos

Outstanding service and great food. And a good Bourbon selection!

John Alexander

Overall, everything was delicious. Pictured: Pulled Pork Sandwich, Street Corn, Brisket Meatballs. Staff was very friendly. Atmosphere was really nice, especially out front on such a beautiful day like today. The only negative is that it's a little over priced, but, hey, that's true of pretty much everything at Disney Springs, isn't it? 5 for the food, 4 for the pricing. Overall, 4.5.

Rachel Holmberg

Such good food for a great price! The Mac and Cheese is killer along with the pulled pork sandwich. We paid a ton of money to go to one of the sit down places and the food was nowhere near as good. It's a place we'll go to every time we visit

Peter S

Ordered the butcher board and all the meats were good. The Mac and cheese side was very cheesy, and was hot. The roasted corn was also flavorful. They have a BBQ sauce bar to pick your own sauces and they also include descriptions and suggested pairings. 1 star off for the service since the waiters seemed to all be miserable and were not hospitable.

Polite pig has a great atmosphere, great service and good food. My husband and I split the Butchers board with added Ribs. Everything we had tasted amazing. Everything just melted in our mouths. We will definitely be coming back

Michelle K

Good BBQ and an excellent use of a counter service credit for DDP. We loved the different options for sauce. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This will be a stop on our future visits!!

Parked in the Lime Green parking deck level 1..took elevator to the second level walked out and The Polite Pig is on the right as soon as you come off the escalators! Delicious from the first bite! No wait time and food can’t out fast! I ordered the southern pig and the corn..absolutely perfect!

Ariel Morillo

I recommend the pretzel and the Turkey BLT sandwich, both were absolutely amazing and the service was quick and friendly!

Visited this past Saturday in the mid-afternoon, 8/31/2019. Prices way too high for what you get, service was horrible and on top of it, when you go to pay, they ask you if you want to add a tip and explain that the employees bring you your food and refill your drinks. Really? Took over 20 minutes from placing the order to receiving the food for each individual separately ordering in our party of 10, didn't receive my drink cup from the cashier initially, potato salad was warm (instead of cold), roasted cauliflower was cold (instead of hot) and not once did anyone refill our drinks!!! If you like overpriced food options with small portions, than this is your place and I would not recommend tipping when you pay!!! They are already price gouging you! Oh, the menu prices on their website do not match the prices at their restaurant, and you have to pay $4.00 extra to have a side with your sandwich which start at $12.00. Cheapest place at Disney Springs, but for the locals, eat somewhere close to the area for better prices and bigger meals! (~:

Food was very good, seating was flexible (we had a family of 6), they had a coupon

Love Life

I had reasonable expectations for this place given positive reviews. The cornbread was great! The baby backs were burnt or about as close to burnt as possible. They literally were the driest ribs I've eaten. I’ve never eaten baby backs ribs that were CRUNCHY! I only ate them since I took them to go and didnt5have anything else to eat and they were pricey. Smoked chicken was okay. I ordered the baby back ribs, half chicken and one bottle of water came to 45.00. A bit overpriced even if they weren't burned. I don't mind at all paying that price point if the food is delicious. Unfortunately, I was disappointed.

Harlon Hutchison

It is a self serve type of restaurant. My server (Mandy)was very helpful and attentive. The enviroment was very warming. The food was fulfilling and tasted wonderful! I will definitely be going back to this place again.

Tommy Farmer

The food was good but i'd like to see a better selection of BBQ sauces.

Steven M Horner - Orlando Property Specialist

Please bring back the citrus marinade for the cedar plank salmon. The mustard dijon doejt taste as nearly good as the previous flavors.

Jupiter Rising

My boyfriend and I visited Orlando on Memorial Day weekend and definitely needed some BBQ in our lives. We chose The Polite Pig as it had good reviews, the food looked delicious, and it was on our route anyway to explore Disney Springs. The service was fast and the waitresses were very attentive. The baby back ribs, waffle fries, and sweet potato tots definitely filled both of us up. The only thing we were disappointed on was the small serving of apple juice for $3.

James ODonovan

Best BBQ I've had in ages, the ribs were excellent, the pulled pork was fantastic, the sauces were a nice addition and the staff was friendly, will definitely be eating here again. Oh and the Mac and cheese was creamy and stringy, delicious

Jennie A

Love Polite Pig! Great food (especially all of the sides- crispy brussel sprouts are a favorite!), fun casual atmosphere, quick service, and reasonable prices.

Jasponite!

Got a brisket sandwich (slow and low) which was my dad's favorite he's eaten by far, my mother got a delicious pulled pork sandwich... My sister got a dry and strange tasting mac and cheese. If you want a salad, ask for dressing on the side... They drench it. The fries were absolutely delicious. I recomend it, though don't expect CHEAP good food.

Lori Wilson

Was in Florida this past weekend and walked past this place and instantly was hit in the face with GREAT SMELLING FOOD....I'm so glad I decided to try it out. Amazing food and staff. Try the smoked turkey BLT

Joshua Baker

I prefer to call this place the pork palace, but only when I am in there, I am the king of pork.

Michelle Murphy

I had the cheese sausage it was really good the potato salad was also good but the coke slaw was the best I have ever had and i am from Texas. Will be back. The staff was really friendly.

Kelsey Smith

The food was good but pricey even for Disney standards. The brussel sprout side dish was outstanding!!!! The pulled pork was a little greasy. The turkey BLT was good and big enough to split (if not starving). This was good bbq compared to other places in Orlando. Will return.

Nature's Beauty- Smith

Great barbaque for florida great brussel sports

Rachael Valderrama

After a huge letdown at Raglan Roads (they tried to sit us near the restrooms even though we saw empty tables on the way back) we ended up at the Polite Pig and it was on of the best food decisions ever! The food was outstanding!! Every cashier and server in there was awesome! Especially Stacey and Marie! The next time we are at Disney Springs we will make it a point to stop in for some of the best BBQ outside of the state of Texas.

Mathew Barbur

Great BBQ at a great price in the middle of the Springs. Cannot suggest it enough. We sat at the outside bar, and the bartender was incredible.

Adam Brooks

Hands down the best brisket I've put in my mouth in forty years. This place is simply a must-eat.

Guillermo Rincon

Wonderful brisket. Thought Blue Oak’s was good... well, this is better.

Michelle Campbell

If you are a bourbon drinker you have to stop here! They have the largest selections of bourbons I’ve seen in a long time. They make the best bourbon cocktails as well. Mac and cheese is to die for

Jess Miller

Polite Pig is some of the best food in Disney Springs! The service was fast! The portions were huge! The corn was fire!!! I got the sandwich trio, which I recommend because you get to try all of the delicious sandwiches! Take advantage of the sauce bar! The sweet tea was delicious too but the slicker drains slow!!

Brian Keller

Why a 4 and not a 5. Well because although they had 3 girls taking orders they seemed to have other jobs to as they left thier register often. The food is excellent and the sauces are tasty. Even the drinks are excellent. The ribs went up to $23 from $21 but still for Disney I think it's ballpark.

Victor J.

A bit overpriced, but their fried chicken sandwich is out of this world! Cast members here are also friendly and very attentive; made my friend and I feel very welcome! They take the time to explain things if you ask, and love to gush about their favorite sides and sandwiches. Do give their brussels sprouts a try if you’re new to that veggie; the way they prepare it makes it extremely palatable!

Mouse love

Just had the Butchers block. oh so good. Brisket is AMAZING. also Aliders so goos.

Monique Johnson

Great service, good food! It's a great place to take family or meet up for a lunch date. The pork shoulder was tender and the sauces they have to choose from are yummy!

Angela Lee

The food here is awesome. We ordered the baby back ribs, salmon, and butcher board. All plates come with bread, slaw, and one side. The meats were all full of flavor and moist, not dry at all. The sides were just as good as the meats. We really loved the corn, the mac and cheese, and the chef selection (tomatoes with cheese). There was an abundance of food, proportions were huge, a great value for what you pay for . Even though it was a counter service restaurant, there were servers that came by and took plates away and asked you how things were periodically, which made it feel like a table service restaurant. Everyone was friendly and polite. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Depending on the time you are there, it may be hard to find a seat. Only downside is that there is only 1 restroom stall for men and one for women. There's always someone waiting to use the restroom. Overall, my family really enjoyed the food and we would definitely come again.

Carla Bates

This place has some of the best barbecue! The half chicken was cooked to perfection. It was moist and tender with a flavorful juice in the bottom of the container. The coleslaw and jalapeno cornbread that come with the meals was equally as tasty. I was pleasantly surprised that I thoroughly enjoyed 3 of the 4 barbecue sauces. The staff was friendly and accommodating too. All of the food coming out of the kitchen looked delicious. I will definitely be back!

Randy Rice

Service was fast and there was plenty of seating a valuable inside and out. We tried 3 different appetizers to to try to get a feel for the menu. The sliders were pork, beef, chicken. The chicken wings seemed really small. The large pretzel with dipping sauce was filling was filling to make up for the small size of the sliders and wings. 3 appetizers and 4 drinks brought the bill to $50.

Camila Alves Meyer

We had a good experience there. I am vegetarian, so for me I got the sides only which tasted good. I wish they had a vegetarian sandwich as well. My husband got the chicken sandwich and my mother had the pork sandwich. They were both happy with their sandwiches. Friendly staff as well.

Carlos Mendoza

OMG the food here is amazing. And the service is great, very kind attendants. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich. It was delicious. The drink is refillable. I'd go again when I come back to USA.

Andrew Hilker

Definitely one of the best restaurants in Disney Springs. Very fresh good food prepared with care. Vegetarian wise they have a lot of good(I recommend the 3 sides for $15). Also the service was all there! 10/10 service, nice people and very fast food but very delicate. Quick but good, nothing better than that! Great job, definitely coming back!

Shovon Mustafa

It's alright food, what we ordered (the Half Chicken) felt dry if not for the citrus marinade, but the waffle fries were great! Amazing atmosphere, and right by the exits to one of the parking garages! Staff is amazing, and have not had an issue with them whatsoever!

rusty wright

Some of the Best Ribs I have ever ate number 1 stop when ever we go to DISNEY

Great food with even better service

Timothy Wu

Great drinks and BBQ food at Disney Springs. It has a counter service but the food is delivered to your table. The staff are friendly and polite. The brussel sprouts and grilled cauliflower are excellent. Also try their special fountain sodas.

Ryan Day

The beer is great. The food smelled amazing; but it was too busy for us to get dinner though. The staff was extremely polite and accommodating. It is a little pricey, but hey, it's at Disney. You know what you are getting into with costs. Overall, The Polite Pig is worth a visit.

Seth Thigpen

Amazing food. Whole menu is counted as quick service.

Alex Rogers

Smoked and Fried Chicken is fantastic. Would definitely recommend that over anything else. Atmosphere was super cool and the restaurant was extremely clean. Don't need to spend a lot of time here to get a good meal in.

Rafael Ferrer

Fast and dedicated service. Great smokey food. A lot of different menu options. My family really enjoyed. Will be great a screen with food photos.

Leslie Williamson

Chicken sandwich was juicy and flavorful. Loved all their sauces too, to dip my fries.

Katie Cellini

Delicious food at a reasonable cost (for Disney). Portions are a bit small on the sides but I could eat my weight in grits and collard greens. Great atmosphere and the food arrived quickly. This is a go inside to order and not sit down to be waited on type place. There is a kid's menu and a good beer selection. Would recommend for families or anyone who misses good greens and grits.

John Trainer

The food will draw you in by the aroma alone. Once the meal arrives, it doesn’t disappoint. Our party of 7 ordered a variety of items to share. All of it was excellent. The mac and cheese was a well executed interpretation of the classic, pleasing kids and adults alike. The tomato and watermelon salad was original and a surprising favorite around the table. Pulled beef and pork were moist and flavorful. The wait staff at the bar was welcoming. But then apologetic. While they have dozens of eclectic bourbons (and rye) by the shot, they have a severely curtailed ability to make cocktails. There is a nice selection of Florida brewed beers on draft. But the few cocktails they serve are premixed and also come from a tap. Overall, a very well executed quick service restaurant in the Disney tradition. But with the new renaissance of Southern cooking whiskey bars, this is just not the highest tier.

Lauri Turner

This place is DELICIOUS and the service is amazing as well. David and Mandy at the bar were so warm and welcoming. My husband and I ate til we couldn’t breathe anymore and I don’t regret a moment!

Kyle Lauren

My favorite restaurant at Disney Springs - there's a reason there's always a line! The BBQ is amazing, but not overly heavy. The street corn side is my favorite street corn in the world. And the desserts are excellent, too. Truly you can't go wrong here. I've had nearly everything on the menu and have never been disappointed! Highly recommend the Butcher Board to get a taste of everything if you've never been here before!

Zachary Sandoval

Been to a few BBQ joints around FL, but this is a nice gem, especially around a lot of the expensive choices in Disney World. The pricing is a little premium but the portions and quality are great. The brisket was tasty, as are the sauces too! The sides were great, highly recommending the mac n cheese and seasoned waffle fries. If you're there with a small family or party, the platter is a great deal for a nice variety. One of the better food options in Disney Springs

Jason Eaton

Not bad for a mass production food venue

Karol L Davis King

I work nights and My Daughter and Husband waited for me to wake up and we caught a Lyft to Disney Springs for the purpose of eating at Polite Pig. We ordered Baby Back Ribs, Mac and Cheese, Side of Bbq Waffle fries., three sodas.....It always smells good when we've passed but a Family leaving said the food had a good taste but their's was cold. They were taking it to their Hotel to warm and eat later. Well out comes our food. It had a great taste but everything was cold....

Nick Robert

Really great place that my family and I love. A bit expensive, but extremely tasty - and they get extra points for the C&L Five-Point IPA. Smoked chicken was extremely moist, brisket is great, and smoked sausage is wonderful. True favorite while in the area. We've been no less than ten times in the last year or so, and I intend to stop whenever I'm in the area. The honey cake is also a treat!

Cori Zane

The food is great. Gets for sandwiches and sides but worth the splurge if you can afford it. 100+ tip for 4 adults. Great service and atmosphere but extremely packed out.

Jeff Herrmann

Amazing smokey meats, immediate table and drinks, at least an hour shorter than the other places on a busy night AND you can drink a bourbon while waiting in line to get food. Great find.

McKenzie Brown

I really enjoyed the food here at The Polite Pig! The pork had a great smoke flavor, and there were multiple sauces to chose from and try. The fries were crispy and wonderfully seasoned. The slaw on the sandwich was different, and me being from the south, a big suprise, however was unique and really elevated the sandwich. Dessert there is heaven. My favorite thing is the Gideon's Chocolate Chip Cookie. They start selling them at 4pm and run out fast because they are just that amazing. They are probably at least a 1/2 of pound with about a million chocolate chips on it, just amazing!

Jamie Schultz

The food was just OK. Everyone in our party felt that the pork in their dishes were very dry and tough. The prices were over priced for the quality of food. Don't waste your money. Too many other places to eat in Disney Springs. After seeing the response from manager, I called to speak with them, but was told that were too busy to talk to me. How convenient, apparently they only will discuss the problem if you are there. Again much better places to eat at Disney Springs.

Bill Kurz

I had the USDA PRIME BRISKET. It was excellent. Best I have had in a long time. Very tender. Outside seating was not as comfortable as it could be.

Chris Sturgill

Best food in Disney Springs hands down! I see a few bad reviews but it's just a different time if restaurant, you wait in line, order your food and they bring it out to you, that's their part, not full service like it might seem. The ribs were awesome and the wings were great as well! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Frankie Jones

The food was awesome. The brisket just melted in my mouth. The food was so good, I had to order more food to go. I wish there was a restaurant like this near me in Illinois. This will be my go to restaurant when I come to Florida each year for the pro bowl.

Robbie Atkinson

Baby back ribs with polite rub, layla’s sweet bbq sauce, served with corn bread and a side of beetroot salad. Get these and you won't be disappointed Having a quick service dining plan included in our holiday package has been a godsend. These ribs, priced at $23, were in the quick service plan meaning I got them for free along with a sweet iced tea old-fashioned. This has been the best quick service so far, the ribs had so much meat on them and the flavours of the rub and BBQ sauce were immense alongside the smokey meat. You can tell these babies had been cooked low and slow, the meat fell off the bone My sides were great and it was nice to taste some salad. The cocktail was a great twist on an old-fashioned

Andrew Frasier

The polite chicken rub wings were the best wings I've ever tasted! Chicken was tender and the rub they put on it is delicious. Would definitely recommend trying it if you ever go there.

Jeff Toews

Delicious. BBQ cheddar sausage

Gary Sulski

Our party of 4 were seated quickly despite large bowl game crowds. Seating on Boardwalk offered good people watching. Food was described by my wife as the best pork barbecue she's ever had.

Chad Paffel

Excellent food, great service

RAFAEL ARREAZA

One of mine and my wife’s favorite spots to eat BBQ, we go there anytime we’re around Disney Springs. I’ve never gotten anything but the brisket because it’s simply that good. All the sides are fantastic, particularly the street corn and Brussels sprouts. Service is great too!

Brandon Attar

Based on the other reviews, it must normally be great food. We ordered the Low and Slow Brisket and it was unedible do to the extreme amounts of salt. Took apart the sandwich and it has mounds of dry rub. We tried to wipe some of it off but ended up just leaving everything. $40 wasted.

Roger Ball

We don’t live in Orlando but thanks to Disney we are there very often. Almost every trip included a trip to Polite Pig. Being a brisket fan I ordered it on my first time there. It came out melt in your tender- smoky and an almost burnt ends Kansas City style brisket. So every time I came I ordered the same dish and got a different side each time. All delicious. Then about 2 months ago we brought our whole family (15 of us) and I ordered the brisket. It came out almost Gray tough and full of fat (where the fat had not been rendered out like before)- I decided not to say anything since I figure everyone can have an off night. Today we came back for the first time since that experience. I ordered brisket again. When it came to the table It seemed OK until I started noticing how much fat cap was on each slice. Most slices were 40% fat to meat ratio. The bottom 3 slices were more than 70% fat. I ate two slices- and since they weren’t that tender I decided I had enough. When the waiter came by to check on us— I pointed out how much fat was in the cuts and suggested that either they had a new pitmaster (given how consistent the dish had been on so many previous visits) but that it had definitely changed. He responded saying there had been no changes and that he was sorry and he would pass my comments on. Then he just walked away. My wife finished her meal (Which was very good- she took pity on me and shared) - Finally when the waiter came to clear the table and saw that 80% of my meal was still on the plate he asked if I wanted a to go container. I declined the offer and just told him it was not something I really cared to take home. He said I am sorry again. Took the container and walked away. We sat to finish our drinks in disbelief how poor the service was, especially now that they pretty much force you in to a 15% tip for someone to carry your food to you. He returned after what looked like talking to a manager and offered to go back get me some brisket and he would make sure that they gave me pieces that were not so fatty. I again declined since my had been finished for awhile and I didn’t really expect the kitchen to turn out something better - in my opinion they should have been checking what they were already sending out. The amount of fat was obvious. Finally he offered a refund on my entree. I accepted as I felt it was the least they could do after such a disappointing dining experience. If you’re going to charge Disney prices— you need to offer a Disney customer experience.

Arianna Valiant

My Dad and sister hyped this place up after having the butcher board for lunch not even a week later they had me drooling off the escalator because the smell from the restaurant was irresistible!!! Environment was cool and clean good vibes in my book!!! We once again all shared the butcher board which is a reasonable price! Tastefully some of the best BBQ I’ve had in awhile!! The sauces were delicious only thing I was sad about that I couldn’t fit them in my suitcase to travel on my flight home..hopefully will be able to order the sauces online someday otherwise looking forward to a trip back to Florida to feast again!!

Aneasha C

Can a 15 hour smoked brisket change your life? This one can! Got the butcher’s board and it was so delicious. Highly recommend. Mac and cheese was also good, (not pictured). I REALLY wanted to try the buttermilk pie and was so excited to see it on the menu but I didn’t have any room left. Would love to go back. On the platter, swapped the sausage option for turkey. The brisket was the best but everything was good!

Tom Rice

Absolutely gorgeous. My dad did not stop on about the food for ages. Several visits. Tasty salmon and noice ribs. 10/10 would recommend.

Carlos Deschamps

Food was good and the service was quick.

Melissa Stevens

Over priced for what you get. And the half chicken was the smallest half chicken I have ever seen. It had enough meat to maybe amount to a chicken leg at best. No one got full. We will go eat else where. After spending a arm and leg here already. :(

K Diddle

My only complaint is that I wish I could give the Polite Pig higher than a 5 star rating. I'm a bit of a BBQ aficionado and have come to appreciate true Texas-style BBQ. I won't offend the lone star state with a comparison, but I can honestly say this was some of the best (if not THE best) BBQ I've ever had in my life. I was totally blown away by a place shoehorned among the glitzy high end shops of Disney Springs. In a single seating I tried as much as I could (sharing with others). I had the ribs, brisket, chicken, pulled pork, smoked sausage, brussel sprouts, beer cheese pretzel, and sweet potato tater tots. Absolutely everything was amazing. The two standouts were the smoked chicken and oddly enough, the pretzel. The smoked chicken was fall apart good and the pretzel was the softest (and tastiest) pretzel I've ever had... Hands down. The brisket was definitely an honorable mention, as it was arguably the best brisket I've ever had outside the state of Texas. I couldn't recommend this place too much...

Andrew Stastny

Great smoked BBQ and local beer on tap. Kids meals are good portion. Ribs are smoked to perfection and delectable. Mac & Cheese is very good (if you like breadcrumbs on top). BBQ sauce bar offers variety of homemade sauces. Lines can get long, but great food while shopping at Disney Springs. I will try to eat here whenever I visit from Tampa.

Cory Stites

Finally came back to eat here after stopping in for drinks 8 months ago. Food was as we hoped, amazing. Within a few minutes of ordering, the food was at our table along with the drinks. Lots of whiskey/bourbon options. The butcher box was plenty for two adults and two toddlers. Each options of meat was tender and plentiful of flavor. The sides are pretty large for how much meat is on the tray. Can’t wait to come back the next time we are in the area.

Sean Self

Honestly was a little disappointed. Based on the smells i was really hoping the cheddar sausage was smoked. Was not. Served at room temp as well. Had really high hopes. Maybe the ribs are better? Hope so but i did like the atmosphere, smells were intoxicating and the sauces were good

Burner Flames

Love this place. Would be 5 stars but Disney prices drag it down.

Amanda Gallagher

Food and service was amazing some of the best not only bbq but food I've ever eaten can not say enough good things about it if you find yourself hungry in Disney Springs or Orlando for that matter got to try it out

Edward Freda

Went here Saturday with a group of 7 or 8 and I don't think I could find a better restaurant in all of Disney! Allison took amazing care of our group from the moment we sat down until we left. Patrick (the manager) was always around the dining room, making sure that everything was going great (stopping by the table several times). I've gone here a few times, but this last experience was so awesome I had to write a review.

Justin Benson

One of the best places to eat on property.

Wallace Shellhouse

We tried the butcher board (combo/sampler platter) for 2 and was disappointed. For $39 you would think it would be a decent portion and variety to try however that was not the case. Our tray consisted of 1. Brisket - 2-3 very small end pieces, slices of the flat that they cut into smaller pieces and we were given the ends of those. And those were dry and fatty. It also had a vinegar taste to it. Maybe they use vinegar to spritz??? It wasn't great. 2. Pork - the pork was 3 small chunks, not pulled pork. Actually tasted a bit like pork loin. It was good but I wouldn't say great I tasted like it had been cooked in an oven, not a smoker. 3. Chicken - 1/4 piece of chicken that didn't impress. Ours was super dry which left us to guess if it was overcooked or had been sitting for a bit. 4. Cheese sausage (???) - this is what they used to make up for the lack of meat elsewhere. There were, no kidding, ~15 slices of sausage on the tray. It was good, but I wouldn't say great. 5. Cole Slaw - the slaw was more than enough to share as neither one of us cared for it too much. This was a personal thing as we prefer a slightly wetter (word?) slaw. 6. Mac and Cheese - the mac and cheese was plenty cheesy and had a really good taste. This turned out to be the highlight of our meal. We were with another couple who also got the sampler. They had the exact same comments and experience we did. We love BBQ - so hopefully we caught them on an off night or time. But for this visit we left disappointed, especially after reading other's reviews. **** in response to the owner -- thanks for the reply. In regards to the quantity of meat - I'm not disputing that there wasn't a pound of meat on the tray .. it's just that 90% of the pound was sausage. There was so little brisket on the tray that it wouldn't have covered 3 square inches laid out flat. It wouldn't have been enough to fill a skimpy brisket slider. And the pork was only slightly more than that. Maybe they were running low on those two meats and decided to hit the pound quota with the sausage. My biggest regret is not taking a photo, but at the time we were a bit taken back and ready to move on. Thanks for explaining the vinegar taste -- if we try it again we'll ask to leave that off. I believe it would be good on the pork though.

Stephen Marquez

A fantastic meal was had by all. Our first visit here after enjoying the smells for some time. My only wish is that we had stopped in sooner. You get in line to place your order and they are pretty quick. Then they give you a pager and you find a table. You help yourself to fountain beverages for or water and they have a sauce bar with a good selection. We tried a couple and they were tasty.for our meal we had a pulled pork sandwich, a chicken salad sandwich and a beef brisket sandwich with crispy brussel sprouts and sweet potato tots with parmesan. This was a great meal and we shared between us. I look forward to trying more from their menu. Staff was friendly and attentive. This one is worth trying.

Ed Mamba

We ordered the sliders, a beer and sangria. Drinks were delicious, especially the Sangria. The sliders were juicy, fried chicken tender, pulled pork was scrumptious and the brisket was melt in your mouth. Will have to go back for the bourbon bar and butcher board.

val sanmarco

High prices, low quality ( our meet was all fat) and very loud. Very difficult cutting the food on paper....not a pleasant experience ...spent $50 2 peple no alcohol...we tried ...

Mike I

Finally tried it for the first time, and it was great! The Southern Pig pulled pork sandwich was delicious. There was not a bite that was dry, and the side of baked beans had bits of pork, and sausage in it, and it was quite good. I topped it off with a slice of Key Lime pie that had honey drizzled on top, which was a nice little twist. I highly recommend this place. I look forward to trying something new next time.

What a wonderful place...the food is great....but what is the most amazing and wonderful is the staff. Everyone there is kind and friendly. They are all...and I mean all....so thoughtful and gracious it's like a dream come true. My friend and I were there and shared a sandwich with a side and the staff gave us extra paper plate....checked on us ...and at the end of our meal....brought us a cold cup of ice water...since we didn't order a beverage. All with smiles and kindness This is the place to eat and enjoy....you'll feel like a million bucks. THANK YOU STAFF...YOU ARE A STAR WITH US...WONDERFUL

VERY GOOD !!! Great place to beat the heat and sit for a bit . The only disappointment was for the kids meals as a side we literally got one baby carrot cut in half as a child’s side ? For 9.00 they could put at least 4 !!! The food was still good .

The polite pig at Disney Springs. I see why there’s always crowd. The food is outstanding! The sauces are also fantastic. We were able to skirt standing in the very long line by getting a seat at the bar. The bartender was super nice and didn’t care that we weren’t drinking. We started with a giant pretzel and it’s dips. Wow. Those dips are great, and it was a great soft pretzel. The sides they offer are outstanding too, the Brussels, Mac and cheese and cauliflower were all delicious. They also tasted great with the dips that came with the pretzel!! Yum. The slider trio was a perfect way to taste three of their sandwich offerings. Just mini versions. They were a little challenging to eat because they were very tall, so you have squish them down and get a little messy. The brisket meal was also amazing. I could easily eat here over and over again. Highly recommend stopping by!!

John Cinnamon

Absolutely outstanding BBQ. Staff was amazing. Really good value and participates in the Disney Dining Plan (which makes the value even better). Super good, homemade bbq sauces and dry rub. Highly recommend!!!

Rachel Blankenship

News flash! I am not much of a meat eater and thought I would end up eating sides here. Everything was delicious. My husband and I shared a combo platter (1 quick service credit each) SO MUCH FOOD! The sauce bar was a great add to this place. We walked up got cups of every sauce to try. Black Pepper and the Tangy Mustard were our favorite. Every bite of meat was so flavorful and moist unlike a lot of places. My side choice was the potato salad. Very unique flavor and unlike any potato salad I have ever had. It was good but I would choose something else next time. I can't remember what side my husband ordered. What it all comes down to is the meats and sauce bar reign supreme here.

Jessica

Food was good; staff was friendly. The buttermilk chess pie was rich and delicious and probably my favorite part of the meal. It's a quick service restaurant, so don't expect fine dining, but your food is brought to you, which is nice.

Xay Thao

One of the best BBQ joints I’ve ever had! Even my kids were impressed. The server was extremely pleasant. We even ordered seconds to take back to the hotel! I really enjoyed their home made hot sauce too! The server says they make it fresh daily! You won’t regret the long wait in line for this!!!

Braden Nida

Always fantastic food, drinks service, atmosphere. Love this spot!

Vince Toscano

Just wow, no other words explain just how good this place is. We came in got in line, it's a quick service so you'll order then have a seat. They bring your food to the table, plus you can order additional drinks and food while seated. Food came out, looked good, but the taste was out of this world! Highly recommend it!

Jodi Jill

The smell from The Polite Pig wafts down the shopping center and the alluring food particles will make your tastebuds tingle. Wait until you bite into the meat, your mouth will jump for joy. This place is good food and good portions. Had a great time on patio eating dinner with pals and would go again anytime!

Lynne Schopf

Very drinkable beers...great food. Some people didn't like the tipping on the credit when paying. Just give it in cash to your waiter. They check often and are great at accommodating !

Lukus Kapousouz

OMG SOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!! I'm writing this review as I sit here at the Polite Pig with my fingers still covered in delicious goodness. The place was busy busy busy, but the food came out quickly, the staff was polite and the service was to notch. David & Mandi at the bar were very kind. The wife & I both loved this place and if we ever come through this way again we will make it a point to visit PP a second time.

Kevin h

This restaurant is located in the Disney Springs shopping area. I have to say that the brisket is in the top, if not best brisket that i have ever had. It was super tender and dead on perfect as far as smoke. This will be one that I will have to hit up multiple times during this trip.

Patricia McD

Ridiculously good. We had the Butcher Board with beets and street corn and every bite was above par. Best Mocow Mule we ever had.

Yunny Hou

Amazing place for lunch at Disney Springs! The Polite Pig is right by The World of Disney shop. The portion of the Baby Back ribs is honestly big enough to share between 2 people, we loved the nice rub of the sweet bbq sauce on the ribs. The set of the ribs was also served with jalapeño cornbread, coleslaw and bbq seasoned waffle cut fries. Everything was super tasty, but the ribs did get really hard to cut after it got a bit cold. The low & slow brisket sandwich was pretty good! The brisket meat were superrrr tender~ melts in your mouth, but just wish that there were veggies or coleslaw served with the sandwich too. We just added some of the coleslaw from the ribs set on to the sandwich. But OUR FAVOURITE was definitely their waffle cut fries. They were golden crispy, great texture, and goes well with all the special dipping sauces they have. The BBQ ranch was my favourite! Baby Back Ribs - $23.00 Low & Slow Brisket Sandwich - $14.00 (Cast Member discount available!)

Claudia Lopez Perales

Food was amazing. Friendly waitstaff. Prices were reasonable.

Tara Rummer

This is easily one of our favorite places at Disney Springs. The roasted beets are a must have.

Susan Patti

Wow! Delicious food!! Need I say more?!

Nemi Roberts

It was good and tasty. But def on the pricey side, it is Disney property, soooo

Horrible experience ... do not desire to return. Not a place for families to dine at all. Arrived today with the family and wanting to try something new in Disney Springs. One look inside showed it was loud and rowdy with the bar very overcrowded which blocked the entry way for people to enter the building and order food. I was ready to turn away and go elsewhere but the hostess was insistent and waved us in, so we tried it. We ordered and then were once again block by the rowdy bar crowd while trying exit and head to the outside dining. Bar patrons even laughed at our efforts to try and exit the building. The hostess would do absolutely nothing to try and help matters and this just led to a very poor experience. On a good note, then food was okay, nothing to write home about, but was decent. The fact that this restaurant cares so little about families trying to dine there, and care more about an overcrowded bar crowd that prevents potential patrons from entering or exiting the building is very disappointing and speaks volumes. Will definitely avoid this place in the future ... definitely do not bring children here!

cg223

This place has a fantastic brisket sandwich! It also has one of the best selections of bourbons and whiskeys in the area. You can get flights of bourbon , bourbon drinks or just bourbon on the rocks. Had the old Forrester 1920 prohibition and Blantons here as well. If you’re into bourbon or whiskey this is a must stop if you’re at Disney springs

delbi winegardner

If you love southern BBQ take a stop here!!!

Paula Smith

Amazing food, good beer , polite staff & reasonable price

Nicholas Medina

Tried the smoked turkey blt today, glad I did. Fresh bun, tender turkey. Very delicious. Had the trio slider before, recommend it highly. Clean bathrooms, friendly staff. Plenty of seating in the back. Grab a Gideons on the way to the table, if there are any left.

T-REX

Well, that was fun. Headed out to see Reel Big Fish, Bowling for Soup and Nerf Herder at House of Blues and came across the Polite Pig and I'm glad I did. Order at the counter Nd they'll come find you. 4 different sauces. REG, SWEET ,MUSTARD and WHITE. I enjoyed the regular and sweet (usually dont like mustard or white sauces) I got the pork shoulder $16 with street corn, Cole Slaw and a piece of cornbread ( usually I'm not a fan of slaw, but they wanted 4 bucks to upgrade to a different side..... so slaw it is!) Portions weren't huge, not small, but it wasn't heaping.the Polite pig did make it up for it with heaping taste. The pork was moist, tender and had a great taste to it because of the "polite rub" their inhouse seasonings. The street corn was great. It had the street corn sauce with some crunchy breadcrumbs on top that gave it a nice texture. The slaw wasn't bad, it had a nice fresh taste, without being drowned in mayo, and had a great crunch. The Jalepeno cornbread was very tasty, not to dry and the jalapenos added a nice flavor, but no additional heat. To wash down this delightful meal I tried their homemade Porter $9. It was very refreshing on such a hot day. And I would definitely get that again. Just a note, this place has an extensive bourbon selection for people wanting to try some high end hooch. A little pricey, but you're at Disney, you have to expect to get roughed up a little. But the food was delicious and seems worthy of your time and money. I'll try the brisket next concert.

C Denise Duckett

Great place to relax, take a break, and people watch. Family-friendly. Cold beer. Wings are a bit salty.

Jodi B

I wish I could say I had a better experience here, but I did not. I was not fond of the food at all, and I am a big BBQ fan usually. I felt the food was just not up to snuff, especially for the price paid. I couldn't eat the coleslaw at all. It was a little too out of the norm for me. The restaurant is comfortable though and the service was nice. I will not return though. Much better options at the Springs.

Chris Cremeans

This is one of the best quick serve style spots in Disney Springs and the Walt Disney World Resort in general! You’d expect nothing less from the crew that has brought so much great food to the Orlando culinary scene. The prices are painful, but that’s kind of what you get with Disney so it’s hard to complain too much. I love the brisket myself, but the other meat I sampled was pretty fantastic as well. It’s hard not to pass up on that BBQ smell as you’re walking through Disney Springs!

Lisa eicholtz

Totally worth the pic!!! With so many restaurants in Disney Springs... this is a must try!! Everything we ordered was well worth it...from sweet potato tots to fried chicken sandwiches. Grab every sauce and experience!!!

K C

Would rate it 0 stars if I could. Looks are deceiving. I ordered pork shoulder and it was served cold, I understand you are a busy restaurant but that is still no excuse. Definitely expected better especially going by all the good reviews. I was not the only one in our party to have complaints. When I spoke to the manager about it he "Guarenteed the meat was fully cooked" So that means its supposed to be cold and soggy? Okaaaaay. Definitely not coming back.

Matt Knight

Not so polite pig! My wife and I went to this location to enquire about gluten free options. The door was open so we asked a member of staff for options and they abruptly told us that the restaurant was not yet open. We apologised but as the door was open with staff standing about we thought that they were awaiting customers. We asked if they could give us some assistance as we wanted to dine there for lunch but due to the allergen requirements wanted to make sure that this was suitable ahead of time. The female member of staff ordered a different colleague to fetch a piece of paper with a very basic allergens list. We were escorted outside to review the options but when trying to return the menu noticed that the staff member had locked us out. I understand that the premises may have been closed and it was an accident that the door was left open but when a potential customer is enquiring about dining reservations I would have expected somebody to take a bit more time and care to ensure we come back when the premises open. Not surprisingly we did not come back. Shame as we had heard so many good reviews. We did find another location where the staff were super helpful even though they were not technically open where we chose to return for lunch.

Charles noles

BBQ was very tasty. Really enjoyed the side dishes. Like everything else at Disney it was very pricey.

Brittany Ammer

We went for a friend's birthday with a big group of people. The food was good, but it's pricey for what you get. When you check out, they ask if you want to tip a server. The server brings your food to you and wet naps. You get your own drink, and there is nowhere for you to put a stroller. There is stroller parking outside of the restaurant. Not convenient with a little one. Especially on a busy night.

Paul Davis

Of all the restaurants at Disney Springs, this one is the place for us. Even though Deb is a vegetarian, there is plenty here for her. Both of us enjoyed our meals, the pulled pork is great, mac and cheese is above average and Deb really liked the cauliflower! As for beer, better than average craft beer selection, especially in Disney Springs. Flights plus Bourbon flights. Staff is excellent, very inviting, relaxed atmosphere. We sat at the bar the whole time and didn't feel like they wanted us to leave. This was our second visit, my third. On a side note, it looks like they had free soda/ice tea refills that most were taking advantage of. So much so, that it looked like people walking by stopped in and filled their glasses. Mandi and Karen were most excellent bartenders!

A T

Went here yesterday. Food and service would get 5 stars. But reason for 3 stars is, for some reason, the front doors are left open so it was pretty warm in there. Also, because of open doors, flies started landing on our food which was unappetizing and we had a decent amount we could have taken to go but after seeing that I definitely didn't want anymore. It was a shame because the food was very good. Florida in summer is just not a place for open doors at restaurants.

Natalie Cates

The best restaurant in Disney Springs! The most tender brisket I’ve had in years! Everything our table tried was delicious. I can’t believe this is just a counter service restaurant they are serving phenomenal food! The citrus slaw on the pork sandwich is phenomenal.

Glen Forck

My wife and I had the Butcher Board. The meats were done right, tender, moist, flavorful. Slaw was good, not sweet and not too wet with good flavor. Tomato and watermelon salad was new to us, but they go well together and was a good experience, Even the brussel sprouts were done well, with just the right amount of crunch and carmelizing. My only complaint is that the menu says it comes with two sides and I was charged extra for one of the two sides. Check your receipts. The counter was very busy so I chose not to deal with it.

AnQi Cz

My absolute go to when I’m at Disney Springs. Friendly service and delicious food every time!

zachary goldberg

Great bbq food. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious, and so was the corn on the cob. Quick service and the food was hot when delivered. Prices not bad either. Would recommend if you are a fan of bbq food and are in the area.

Thomas Dyre

Large portions of food for the price. Order at the counter and food is delivered to your table. The sides are just as good as the meat. We ate the cheddar stuffed sausage with sweet potato tots and the pork shoulder with corn on the cob. Restaurant was clean, however it is raining and the floors are wet. The bathrooms are small we didn't get a chance to look at them there was a long line for both. Great meal.

Jeremy Reger

I had to talk to the manager... This hands down is the most flavor you will ever eat all at once.. anywhere on planet Earth... I've eaten in 7 countries and 25+ states and this is my favorite place by a very large margin.. the only thing that compares is Ted's Montana grill but even they are playing a different game.. I had the brisket, slaw and baked beans, my daughter had Mac and cheese, and my wife had the same but had potato salad instead of the beans.. it was all amazing and the beans have sausage bits in it.. the BBQ sauce selection is perfection.. they all are very different and extremely flavorful. They have a ranch based sauce that is out of this world and unlike anything I've ever had! The sweet tea is spot on and unlike all the other mass produced garbage within the Disney property! The prices are way better than anything in the parks and the food is not even comparable to the stuff inside.. If they ever franchise I want one.. I want to be in on this amazing experience! It's amazing!

Doc Mo

Great draft menu and, omg, the brisket and brussel sprouts. Just wow. Superb.

David Kelly

Outstanding staff and atmosphere matched only by the food!

Michelle Sprague

We had the Quick service plan & ordered ahead. Wow. The pork shoulder melted in your mouth. We also picked brisket ( good flavor just a little dry ). Pulled pork sandwich was excellent. Brussels , street corn rocked. Wouldn't choose the cauliflower or BBQ fries. Those were meh. The Frozen Rose was super yummy will definitely be back

Diego Freitas

Perfect! Excelente meal. Singular flavor

Aaron seward

We we're looking for a place with good food without the two hour wait and stumbled into the Polite Pig. At first was concerned about the priceness of the meal but let me tell you the food is worth it. Outstanding food and service. Even my teenage children devoured their plates and they are the pickiest eaters I know. Well done Polite Pig.

Amanda Marie

One of my favorite restaurant at springs! The BBQ is for sure the best on WDW property. They are affordable with big portions. Staff is friendly and service was quick. Cant wait to visit again

johnnycaputo34

Awful, spent 75 dollars after tip for two people, they ask you to add a service charge before you even get your food or see a “server”. The ribs were awfully tough, potato salad was bad, the potatoes were hard..? Pulled pork sandwich was okay at best.. for my first dinner at Disney world this place was a true disappointment.

Joyce Brady

I wish I could share all the great reviews here. Three of our party of five (3/5) were underwhelmed. My sis from Tampa loves this place & hence we met here as a mid point from the east coast (of FL) with some relatives a couple of weeks ago. Pluses: The bartender was great. The cocktails were excellent, but a bit pricey, but as expected considering the location ($9 beer/$12 cocktails). The sides were good, not great. My brisket sandwich was skimpy in quantity & there was way too much fat on the meat. The hub stated his pulled pork was "ok," but had several pieces of dry meat. Sis #3 said there was some fat of some sort in her smoked turkey sandwich which she didn't like. Fat in turkey? Yuk. Sorry for the review. Maybe it depends on the day you visit. Ours was on a Friday afternoon.

Justin

Good food at great prices for being at Disney. The platter is great for 2-3 people. The Mac a cheese was awesome.

Michelle Cranford

Our last visit here on vacation the restaurant was packed. Our food was very good, the service was not great but understandable. This time on our vacation we wanted to eat here again. The place was not busy at all. The cashier was extremely rude. The our whole meal was ice cold . My husbands bun was soggy and he has to ask for a fresh bun. When someone came to take our plates and asked how our meal was , my husband told her it was ice cold she didnt real seem to care and just sort of shrugged it off.

Eduardo Facchini

Nice place. Expensive as everthing in Disney springs

Kyle Larkin

Came to the Polite Pig a month ago and had to come back again. The slow roasted brisket sandwich is excellent and the different sides are also good. Their spicy bbq sauce is my favourite and goes well on the sandwich. Would highly recommend for a quick lunch!

Gabrielle Sias

It's all about the sides for me at The Polite Pig. Dine on some of the best sides you'll ever taste, from sweet potato tots to roasted beets. This place offers an array of diverse sides that are sure to wow you. My personal favorite was the BBQ cauliflower. The prices can be a bit steep for the amount, but the flavor makes it worth it.

M B

Ok so many months later, I’m back again for a second experience. I ordered the Brisket sandwich which comes with pimiento cheese and fried onion pets and jalapeños (which I ordered left off )and a side of potato salad. On my first visit, I found the brisket to be overly fatty and this experience was no different. Although the flavor is nice, I doubt that I would order the brisket again. The pimiento cheese was peppery which was a bit of a surprise and while the amount was like a thin layer of mayo, the peppery taste was overpowering and not at all my favorite. The potato salad is made with small new potatoes cut in half with a light tasting mayonnaise dressing. This was a tasty potato salad. I paid almost $19 for the sandwich and side which is a bit high also. There are many other better choices for barbecue in town.

Paige Marie

Amazing food. Cool cocktails on tap. And the service is incredible. One of my favorite places to visit while in Orlando. The last time I was down I ate there everyday! Highly recommend.

Vanessa Massas

Great service, amazing and delicious food! We order the Butcher Board and it was enough to taste a few best of the menu, love this place and the vibe of the crew! Pleaseee make another franchise of The Polite Pig! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kate Gypsybaker

Although iit can get very busy, trust this southern gal when I say the food is worth the wait...and once order is in, it comes out fast. The bar looked interesting too. I had the "low & slow"...amazing flavor and the sandwich even had incredible pimento spread. Cauliflower was great. Hubby loved his brisket too. It's right at the bottom of the escalator from the Lime Pkg garage.

Lakeland Records

I tried a fraction of their menu, BBQ meatballs, mac and cheese, and cauliflower. All I can say is that it is a top notch crew they have cooking in there. The atmosphere is awesome, everyone is happy which speaks a lot to the staff and the food. Their cocktails are phenomenal, and you can get them by the pitcher, which I highly recommend. I will be back to try the rest of their menu over several trips.

K R

Our first experience here was challenging l, but the minute upper management found out about our experience they went out of their way to make everything right. First, they apologized fiercely for our bad experience. They addressed our concerns immediately. They listened to what went wrong and worked with me to find ways to correct it. As a person with a disability and also with severe allergies, it’s hard to find good safe places to go. The management team at Polite Pig had their chef meet with me to go over the menu so I would avoid my allergies. They took our order directly from a table they put aside for us today and served everything to us so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Getting food, drinks, and sauces can be difficult at a wheelchair level. They took care of everything. They took care of our meal today to make things right. I can’t say thank you enough to Patrick, Phillip, Karen, and their entire team today. The food is amazing. The vibe is fantastic. True and true great experience today and my families new favorite place with the very beat people working there ever. We are looking forward to our next visit in a few weeks!!!

Ginger Kaila

Great BBQ! And the different sauces makes it a treat. I went during dinner about 630pm. The line to order was long but after ordering our food it came fast!

Marko Jones

This was the best smoked brisket I've ever eaten. When I walked by this place, the aroma of the food drew me in!! We cleaned our plates. A definite must eat!!!!

Anthony Gonzalez

Really recommend this after watching review before our trip. Flavorful and solid ribs, chicken and fish. Not dried at all. Great variety of drinks, friendly staff.

Manolo Bayani

My family had lunch recently and we were impressed very much by the taste, amount of food, quality of food, service & selection. We came back a second time and I am amazed they are all consistent in service, the food, the kitchen &cleanliness of the entire restaurant. We ordered Baby Back Ribs, Beef Brisket &Cedar Plank Salmon. Our sides include Cauliflower, Sweet potato taters, coleslaw to match with Florida Citrus Crafted Beet & ice tea. Shout out Tim (Trainer) Ariana & Jasmin. Great Food & Drinks, great service & kitchen staff Amazing food. Ribs that are tender Brisket smoked right. Make sure to come early and bring your appetite coz the place gets crazy busy specially at night. Will definitely come back again.

Zanie Ladie

This restaurant serves the best ribs I have ever tasted! The sides are yummy and taste fresh. I like to visit this restaurant every trip I make to Disney Springs!

Casey Williams

A little pricey, but delicious! I think this was the best pulled pork sandwich I've ever had! Smoky, delicious and juicy meat with the perfect slaw to really kick in the flavor. Loved it! Had the carmelized brussel sprouts and recommend them too, if you like such things.
