Had the 2/3 rack ofsweet sauce Baby Back Ribs. They were so meaty I could only eat half of my order! They were yummy, along with the Baked Beans with pulled pork in them and Cole Slaw. I have enough left over for another meal. My date had a Hamburger and Broccoli. He said the hamburger was delicious! Our dog enjoyed his hamburger snack, when we got home+

Food is kind of over the top, they have food and milkshake options that are ridiculous. Heart attack and diabetes waiting to happen. Good food options. Open until 2am. Full bar. Good drink options, expensive specialty drinks. Soup is really good. You can tell it’s a chain BBQ restaurant. Will I return? Yes... Should they clean the restaurant more? Yes Server was awesome!

The service was awful. The place was dead and the waitresses took 10 minutes to come take our order. She repeatedly forgot stuff and it would take her forever to come back to bring it. Our small childs food was the last to come out and the hottest so our child who had already waited close to an hour had to wait even longer. The food was sub par at best and way too expensive for the quality. The salmon was $19 and was dry and tasteless.

Ordered the ribs, fries, and corn bread. Best bbq in Florida! There isn’t anything alike here in Wisconsin. Even Famous Dave’s doesn’t match up to the quality of Smokey Bones. The drink sizes are huge too! I loved that they were. You didn’t need a refill if you were drinking steadily throughout your meal. Even a cheap meal would leave you stuffed! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! This place is why you shouldn’t be vegan. I could go on and on about how good this place is. I wish I could give it 500 stars, but 5 is enough is guess. Easy 5 stars.

First time here and it’s awesome! Food is great, service is phenomenal, atmosphere is great. Family friendly yet feels like the adults can indulge with good drinks. We didn’t like the nachos at first but the manager Jake went above and beyond not only to apologize but to make it up to us! Thanks Jake! The BEST part were the AMAZING margaritas that Jake made us! They were out of this world!!! Great dinner at a great place with great drinks! Thanks for everything Jake & Johnna!!!

Great ribs. One of the only places I can get Angry Orchard on tap in Orlando. The wings are actually pretty decent too. The atmosphere is nice too and its a good place to watch sports.

Food was delicious, the server wasnt spectacular but seemed slightly let bothered by their job than others I've been served by. I know I are here and I know the food was good I just can't remember what I had or why I liked my experience. Just a typical restaurant, typical meal, nothing worth remembering I guess. Maybe try to find someplace that goes the extra mile so you know why you spent the time and money coming in.

Either way it has happened to me more the once in the Virginia beach loacatio and now in Orlando, Fl location. The company needs to fix this cause its disgusting.

I did a pick order that when I got home I discover that my ribs, chicken, fries and beans were SUPER salty. If wasn't so hungry I would have drove another 12 miles to return it and get my money back...I still didn't eat it all just enough to stop being hungry..a waste of $30. I do not plan to try this place again for fear of disappointment.

Amazing selection and food! However every time I go and sit down in there it’s slow and there’s 7 people working at least with maybe 3 tables and a few people at the bar. Yet every time we try and call in our order first the phone rings and rings with no end we tried for 20 minutes straight one time. Sometimes it just rings with no end other times it’s picked up and then hung up. I think this place is under poor management but it’s a shame because it has amazing potential.

I don’t care what anyone may say, I’ve had ribs from many places around Orlando and I am absolutely sure that this place makes the very best St. Louis ribs! I ask for them in a certain way and they always arrive at the table perfectly made for me. Their smoked wings are perhaps the best I’ve ever had. They have a really great tap variety. Since we moved closer to their Casselberry location we go there. That place has just closed (Why?!?!?) so we’ll be coming back here from now on and hopefully really soon.

The burger I had was a nice sized-one, although it had ZERO flavor. Salt and pepper are king when seasoning foods. Otherwise, everything else my family had was good. Good service as well.

The food had good flavor but was a little cold coming to the table. The server was well knowledgeable of the food and how it tastes and recommended a couple of suggestions. Down side we waited a good while due to it was graduation but they stated they didn't do reservations yet they were reserving a group of tables for someone who didn't show. However when someone from our party stated they'd drive thru Chick-fil-A, we somehow ended up with the group of tables after our party downsized by 5.

I enjoy their loaded potato with pulled pork and salad. It's my favorite. The nachos is a very big serving, definitely made for sharing, unless you have s big appetite. The restaurant is usually pretty clean and the service is ok. They usually have sports playing on the TVs throughout.

I got the fire grill platter for 2, and It came with steak strips, baby back ribs, chicken wings, smoked chicken breast strips smoked sausages, and potato wedges. The food was seasoned very well but some items were hot while other items were cold. Decent meal but it could have been better.

My food was cold except for the barbeque baked beans. I would have given more stars because I love Smokey bones baby back ribs and the barbeque baked beans, but there was one thing that I kept watching that was really grossing me out!! One of the staff members, not sure if she was a waitress, hostess, register worker, food preparer (She seem to be doing it all), had very long hair pulled to the side. Her hair kept brushing across everything she was fixing. It brushed across mashed potatoes, lemons, plates. I mean it was everywhere. Not to mention she kept touching it and fixing people food at the same time. She never came back to me so I could tell her about her hair in everything, so I told the other young Lady working with her to tell her that she needed to pull her hair up. If I had time, I would have talked to the manager. That really grossed me out !!!!!

Clean every day southern style restaurant. I had the nachos which were great. My wife loved the baby back ribs. She said the sauce was excellent. Service was a little slow but worth the wait. Check it out if you're in Kissimmee.

We were seated without a wait. Decent burgers, but the drink portions are on the small side, almost child size. They are offering new novelty milkshakes, one which is pictured on the menu with a big slice of cake on top. What I received was a small shake with a small piece of cake shoved inside, lol. It still tasted good, but the execution is not as advertised, and our service was lacking. We had to ask for utensils, napkins, straws, and refills when the place wasn't even busy. Service needs some improvement, especially with the menu prices.

Had to edit this since the review was 2 years old. I’ve only returned lately because others don’t think it’s that bad. I on the other hand think it’s no better than Burger King or McDonald’s. Smokey Bones used to be decent. Not great.. just not terrible either. However the quality of the food has gone down hill. Yeah I get it.. you’re in business to make money. However you would make more by trying to serve better quality food and have people that take a lot more pride in their job. I’ve had much better food from places no bigger than a utility shed. Y’all really need to take a look at what your doing...

Hostess was very nice. Made us feel very welcome. The wait was very long due to the fact that we had a party of 18, and a family had been there for about 3 hrs. During our wait we laughed and talked with hostess. She apologized for the wait and kept explaining the tables were first come, first serve. We were told over the phone there will be an area for us. We thought we had a reservation! We endured the wait. Food didn't take long and it was hot. Service was awesome! We will be returning!

AMAZING!!!!! Our waitress, Destiny( thank you so much!!), was on point!!! Food was delicious. We had the BBQ Chicken with Mash pot and Baked Beans and a 16pc Smoked Wings. Sweet tea was perfect and just an overall great atmosphere!!! Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean!! Will def be back and recommend if you're looking for a great experience!!

Staff is unfriendly until they bring you the check. The girl who seated us didn’t even look us in the eye. Our waitress only asked if we needed anything as she was passing by despite it being very slow. Food is average and portions are very small for what you pay. Will not be back.

We were the only people in the restaurant (2 adults, 2 hungry toddlers) it took over 15 min for our drinks and 25+ for our food. Our appetizer order was forgotten and then brought out with the main course. The restaurant was dirty and smelled foul. If our children hadn't been starving we would have left. Smokey Bones used to be great when they first opened years ago, then it was sold and it's not so great any longer. But then you have to realize it's all up to cooks. The one on Colonial in Orlando is still better than the one in Sanford.

Go to TacoMac or Chilli's instead. I ordered a burger well done, cut it in half to check it and it was medium rare. Rather than a fresh burger, the two halves of the patty were peeled off and recooked. I've come to this restaurant several times, but only for beer and some apps. More than that, I wouldn't recommend this location. Faith, my bartender, was superb and the only reason for not one starring. But I will not be returning.

First off, we did not get enough food. We've ordered the rib combo before and had leftovers. We were still hungry when we finished. Second, I ordered St. Louis ribs and got baby backs. Third, the coleslaw was drowned in mayo and I could not eat it. Maybe that's why I was hungry (lol). Then again, there simply wasn't enough mashed potatoes and gravy for either of us. The only thing we had enough of was the toast. The waitress was very nice, btw. None of this was her fault and her tip was not effected by the diet we were placed on this particular Saturday evening. We've had better. Next time we'll go to the one in Melbourne and stay away from the one on Colonial Drive in Orlando.

This is the best Smokey Bones of all locally. But get here early if you want the brisket because it sells out fast. Especially on holidays or weekends. Everything tender and properly roasted, grilled, and cooked. You would hardly know it's a chain or a sort of sports bar if you were just tasting the food.

The food smelled so great from the parking lot my mouth was watering, we were sat right away, the waiter was polite and friendly, the food came out super fast and was ok. My drinks never had chance to be empty. So why the 4 stars? Well we ordered the bone-fire which is a sampler with sausage, ribs, chicken wings, chicken breast, french fries and steak. It comes in a small bowl with a couple of coals in it that simulated a BBQ grill, there was so much smoke billowing into our faces while we tried to eat, it made it an awkward dinner. The steak came very rare I immediately realized that we were never asked how we liked our steak.

I used to work in the food service industry, so I totally understand starting the “shut down” process slightly before close; especially if it’s slow. However, in this particular situation, this location has a sign right out front EMPHASIZING that the have the FULL menu available til 2am. We went in around 1:20. Of course Im ordering to-go. Im not gonna come in and expect full service when the restaurant closes in 40 minutes. But I thought that was a respectable enough time to come in and order to -go. Not cool to be told the grill was already turned off...and “it would take 10 minutes to turn it back on soooo” as In, get tf out because we’re NOT turning it back on for you. I should've demanded it be turned back on, but, no biggie. I just won’t be choosing Smokey Bones as a dining option anymore.

We generally avoid chains when we travel, but we happily make the exception for Smokey Bones. The BBQ is tender and delicious, and we like trying different sauces. The burgers are amazing and cooked perfectly. This place understands what medium rare means, and the patties are delicious by themselves. Service is almost always top notch. So far we haven't been able to save room for dessert, but maybe one day we'll try the donuts or good-looking chocolate cake.

Went there for a birthday celebration...Small party of 6...Be prepared to wait as typically it is very busy on the weekends...Wait period around 8pm on a Saturday was approximately 25-30 minutes...They have a wide mix of food choices from burgers, chicken, fish, steak & pork, etc...Lots and lots to choose from...We ordered a variety of food, steaks, burgers as well as fish, and all were extremely pleased with the selections and the portions...Highly recommend as service was excellent as well from the hostess to our waiter Trevor...This was a great experience, and they can easily accommodate large parties with ease...

Place was clean and there's plenty of parking. Disappointed they still use plastic straws. I usually have lunch here but according to the shirts the servers are wearing there's discounts after 10pm and are open until 2 am.

Decent food and our waitress wasn’t bad however the customer service as a whole is awful. We got seated and comfortable for the hostess to return and ask us to move 3 booths away because there wasn’t a server for that area. There was however a couple in the booth right behind us who was receiving service. Then sat us in a booth with a teenager leaning into the booth from the surrounding booth. Manager (I guess) came to our table and apologized for moving us but only made excuses for the hostess. The waitress was great and food was quick to arrive.

We had an excellent dinner here the steak was fabulous and to-die-for and the drinks were awesome too. We always sit at the bar and the bartender did an awesome job of taking care of us. For dessert we had the chocolate cake with ice cream and it was unbelievably luscious but definitely share it with somebody it was huge and covered in chocolate fudge! I have nothing bad to say about this place it is a must if you want a really great meal!

We've been going to this particular Smokey Bones for several years... we've noticed that recently the quality of food and restaurant cleanliness has been going down hill quickly... our last visit on Friday April 12th, 2019 was the absolute worse. We were seated toward the rear of the restaurant. Walking to our seats we noticed work ladders and drip buckets scattered about...with customers seated almost under the work going on over head. I assume "a leak". Our shoes were sticking to the floor and upon setting st our table, separated by the wooden partition from the other side we observed dead bugs and cockroaches along the ledge... there was a large mold growing just behind the condiments from what I assume was once food... the waitress was less than caring or interested. Our food was served lukewarm, fries were greasy. Since pictures are worth a thousand words, here you go: UPDATE #1: - Main office replied by stating someone would contact us within 72 business hours. That was May 14, 2019...today is May 25, 2019 and NO ONE has contacted us! *Contacted by new GM on or about June 7. ****UPDATE #2: at the request of the General Manager (Andy) we revisited the restaurant on 6/14/19. What a difference! The place was spotless. The floors were extraordinarily clean, window-sills and tops of partitions were devoid of dead bugs and old dirt and dust, condiments were fresh and clean. GM Andy, is relatively new to this particular location and has done a fantastic job reinstating quality and cleanliness. The Best, and most important of all, the food was great. Collectively we enjoyed the cornbread appetizer, baby back ribs, smoked chicken wings, barbecued chicken, hamburger, fries, onion rings, baked potato, sweet potato waffle fries, and broccoli. Special mention goes out for the broccoli. It was fresh, perfectly prepared in a very fresh and tasty butter sauce. Our server was a wonderful, cheerful and attentive young woman named (MALLORY). She is truly a professional and we wish her best of luck in all her future plans and goals! Thanks to Andy for restoring our faith in one of our long time food haunts. We will most definitely be back! I have changed the star rating to 4. Why 4? There must always be room for improvement!

I arrived on a Tuesday evening with high hopes. I arrived to a very slow paced hour. I ordered the nachos which finally got to me after waiting over 30 MINUTES. The quality of the food was horrendous. Chips were stale. The cheese was cold and barely melted. I literally could have gotten better nachos from Taco Bell. I couldn't even bring myself to finish the dish.

Service was slow and it wasn't even a full restaurant. This was our second try here and it wasn't much better than the first. We thought our last visit was slow due to having a large group (11) for a birthday dinner but with returning today before 4 with only 3 people it still took well over an hour and a half. The food was okay, not great. We got The BoneFire which has a mix of smoked chicken wings, steak, grilled chicken, ribs, sausage, fries, and some grilled onions and peppers. The steak was flavorful but cold. The sausage was just sausage. The ribs were good as well as the chicken wings but nothing was really hot. The grilled chicken breast, neither much husband or me could eat it, just did not taste good. I wanted this place to work for us because I really do like some BBQ but we won't be returning.

This place has a nice ambiance to it just on walking in, the lighting is a little dim. The menu is diverse and the servers are pleasant and comfortably dressed in company tshirts. We were seated quickly. Tables and booths are available, and they offer a convenient at the table electronic payment system with games to keep your little ones busy. It seemed to take a while for our food to get to us, when it did all of it tasted very good. Everyone except my toddler was happy with their food. I will say, for the price of what you pay the portions seem incredibly small. We did not order an appetizer or a dessert and our bill was $60. While I enjoyed the bbq pork, I feel like there are other options in the area that are not only better tasting but cost less with bigger portions. I will say their variations of bbq sauces are delicious, I tried all of them and I think all but the kc version was delicious and authentic tasting. As a military family we’ve been allover the united states and we always try the bbq! In the future I will be choosing a different place when craving bbq.

On a week night with few patrons, it took 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive (with no straws; had to go up to the bar and get some) and we had been seated 1 1/2 hours before our food got to the table. We had a tired hungry 3 year old and they brought her food out last after all the adults had been served. We had to ask where her food was. The brisket was a waste of money. It was 90% fat. The mashed potato portion and pulled pork on one plate was tiny, on another it was huge. The food was good, the service wasn't. This is the second time this has happened here.

We started our dinner with an appetizer. The onion rings were hot and fresh. I was extremely disappointed with our entree. They offer different levels of beef served with burgers. I think that is the dumbest thing. Why not offer all your customers top notch or at least decent meat. Well we decided on the angus which was supposed to be the best. It was bland even with all the” fixin”. Neither burger was cooked as requested. I think they mixed up the patties. I order St. Louis Ribs. It was good in the center but the outside parts were over cooked and tasted like cardboard. My baked beans was a mixture of beans and pulled pork. It was yucky and my loaded baked potato was cold. It was so cold that the cheese was just clumpy. After waiting so long for our main course we honestly expected it to be hot.

My family and I had a very good time at Smokey Bones Kissimmee. You always know the food is good when everyone gets quiet - and you could hear a pin drop. The good thing was that there was something for everyone. Smokey Bones is NOT just BBQ any more. They have a variety of food items which made it better for our family of 4 adults. The bar drinks were good. The cheese fries were awesome and were not your average cheese fries. They had a succulent taste - a sweet glaze and big pieces of real bacon. My full slab of baby back ribs was enough for 4 people, the burgers were huge and also enough to share. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 was the floor seemed a bit sticky to me.

All were cooked excellently and there were plenty of ribs to go. For dessert we had the hot cinnamon donuts with two types of dipping sauce. Horrible experience. Was told the computer system was down after I had ordered. Pulled out my 30% off coupon on BBQ & was told it may not work, but they would take care of it. Got the bill with a 25% employee discount, cause math would've had to be done. Manager stated nothing else he can do. Went to pay with my $25 gift card & was told, they couldn't except it. They could see the balance, but couldn't except it! Since I left the hotel w/o my wallet, I now had a problem paying the bill. Tried to explain that to the bartender, at times raising my voice a tad. Told him take the card & treat it like cash & just give me the change. He got upset stating he didn't have to take this s*** & told me to just pay the bill & leave. The manager was nowhere to be found & avoided the situation. After sitting at the bar for 5 minutes, I told the bartender I would come back w/his money after hitting an ATM. & did so 30 minutes later. Poorly run place. Never a problem up north at Smokey Bones. Customer service needs a lot of work here. Food was average, at best!

First time I have ever felt the need to give a review but my lord tonight was an awful first time experience. A big factor was probably the fact they were understaffed. We waited for 45 minutes to get seated. Fine whatever. We order drinks but got the wrong soft drink. We got margaritas and was the worst margarita ever. Like 5% strawberry, 5% tequila and 90% ice. Salad was brown and wilted. Terrible generic ranch. Out of brisket so got wings, chicken fingers and spiced sausage. Wings actually not bad. Probably give it 7 out of 10. Chicken fingers were your typical fast food boring overbreaded grissly chicken. The sausage, omg the worst thing ive ever eaten. There is no way that is there normal smoked sausage. Friends food was also very disappointing. So bad i wouldnt come back if it was free.

Good food compared to your average chain restaurants. I've been here several time and the quality of food and service is consistent. If you are looking for great BBQ then find a local place. But if you want good BBQ and other options then this place will do you well. Prices will run about $15-20 per person on average not including alcohol. Decent atmosphere, almost a sports bar but not quite. Not romantic for a special occasion but good for the family or significant other.

Server was not consistent. Took forever to get condiments, had to ask 3 times for them. Then she brought 2 of them one looked like it had been sitting around heat. The food taste like it was cooked yesterday. No flavor we coated sauce over our food for flavor. I had the southwest chicken cavattappi and it was advertised as spicy not at all I had to put buffalo sauce in it to give it some heat. My mom's burger was very very dry and rubbery. Hostess was paying attention to the door 8 people walked out because they stood at the counter for 10 mins or longer with no greeting. Servers walked by and didn't say anything to them. To me even if some one has already been helped they still need to ask them how they are. And I they can't help them let them know someone will be with them shortly.

I have recently just relocated to Florida and this was my first order. The order was very skimpy and the ribs were salty. The side order of fries had about 10 fries on it but the steamed broccoli was the best thing about the order. I seriously doubt if I would ever order from this place again.

We went a little early and on a weekday so they were not busy. Highly recommended. The food was delicious and did not take an awful long time to come out. Our server was the absolute best. Our 2 year old son had so much fun talking with her and she even brought him an applesauce. The pulled pork is a winner btw.

One of my favorite resteraunts in this area! If you're a military family looking for a place to go for family day or graduation, this is my recommendation. There has not been a single dish that my family has not absolutely loved! Their corn bread with sweet butter is a must have, by far the best! The fried pickles are also the best I've ever had, amazing! Ribs are cooked just right every time! Brisket is also great.

Tl;dr Solid food, decent ambiance, seemingly understaffed at times Food is always flavorful and cooked well. Tables and booths have a good amount of space. Lots of TVs everywhere. There have been times where the hostess was also the waitress for an extremely large portion of the room. The workload is probably what caused them to seem spent and less personable.

My husband and two children ate at Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill in Peachtree City while passing through on a road trip. It was a great decision. We ate the chicken, steak, and hamburger. Along with salad, broccoli, and fries. We left nothing on our plates. No to-go boxes needed. The family enjoyed the entire experience. From the hostess&fire pit as you walk in to the delicious food. All of our food was prepared perfectly as we requested. I recommend eating at Smokey Bones.

A great place with great food, and while I will be going here time and time again the service drags me down and soils my time while not ruining it. The main reason I go here is for the endless wings and they never disappoint they are big juicy and very tasty. This last time a friend of mine got a nacho plate, loved it, and it was enough to feed a family. All of this is enough for a five star review but the service I ordered a beer to start and didn't get it until one hour into the meal. The wing come quicker than expected but the server never actually brings what we order, and NEVER takes refills for our drinks. When the bill comes my friend who have order a second beer when I had gotten mine gets it now. And his is too kind to get it taken off the bill even thought he can't drink it and then drive home. This long winded explanation to say great food but the bad service threatens your great time.

Great service for a family with tricky food needs. Our daughter has several food allergies that make dining out challenging. We called ahead and spoke with Johnna, who took time to walk through menu items and options. When we arrived our server, Kevin, was already briefed about our needs and ready to help. He even double checked a particular item for us to make sure. Friendly service, good food, and willing to take the extra time and steps to help us. Most of the food was great. However, I ordered a baked potatoe with only butter. When it arrived it had butter and sour cream on it. When I pointed this out to the waitress she insisted that it was two scoops of butter even though the color wasn't the same. It was the funniest tasting butter I ever had. I guess the customer is supposed to take whats given and be quiet.

This was our first visit to this location and the place was much bigger than I realized it would be. They have a fairly large bar in the center of the restaurant. We were seated quickly in a section in the far corner of the restaurant. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. He was patient as it was a very large menu for us to read. He answered the couple of questions that we had. Our food arrived in an expeditious manner. I had the SmokeHouse chicken sandwich with a side of coleslaw. It was really good. The coleslaw was quite a bit creamier than is to my liking. I ended up draining a lot of the excess moisture from it and then adding some barbecue sauce. This made it even better. They have four choices of sauces and they are all good. My companion had the BBQ brisket burger. It was really big but they finished every bit of it. We had no room for dessert but they did have some very interesting choices. Prices were in line with what I expect for a BBQ place. I can definitely say that we will be back to try more from their menu. I especially am interested in trying their ribs.

I was dining alone and was looking for a great steak in town. Smokey Bones was recommended and I decided to give it a shot. The steak was nice but it paled in comparison to the service and the lovely margarita I chased it with. Another thing that caught my attention was the fact they stay open super late. So if you stay up too late binge watching your favorite show and forget to take in dinner, know that there is a great option for a late night dinner other than Waffle House. ;)

Service was impeccable. The hostess did her best to get us a quiet table. Scott was an excellent waiter. He came with a sweet tea before I had finished my other. The food was excellent. I got the loaded baked potato and Caesar salad. It was delicious. My husband got the pulled pork combo with an upgrade to mac and cheese. The only negative I would say is that the mac and cheese shouldn't be an additional up charge, as we didn't really see it as a premium side.

My family went there last night and the service was not that good. First, the plates to put the cornbread on were dirty. Second, it took forever for us to get our food, even though not many people were there. Third, they decided not to charge my cousin for his order since they messed up, but they ended up charging for it. And fourth, they put an appetizer my cousins ordered (a separate check than mine) on my bill. However, on a positive note, the food was pretty good overall and the staff was friendly. Overall, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this place if you want to go to a nice sit down restaurant to eat because there are plenty of others in the area.

First impression was bad, when we walked in the staff was standing in the front having a conversation and using profanity as my family walked in to be seated. Once seated the conversation between the gentlemen continued on and carry over to the bar where it became louder. Every table had been left with dirty plates and cups from previous guest. We went to the bathrooms and they smelled of urine and were dirty as well. The food was less than sub par. They only good thing was our server Adam.

Went to Smokey Bones in Columbus, GA last night with my girlfriend and buddy for dinner. My girlfriend called in the afternoon asking if she could bring our dog on the patio. They said yes, as long as we enter through the patio and he doesn’t come inside. Once the waitress seated us and took our order the manager came out. He immediately took up a rude and unprofessional tone stating that we had to leave immediately since there was a dog. I stated that we had called prior and were told that it was okay. He continued to assert his position as manager saying that it wasn’t his problem and that he was the manager and we had to leave right then. There was no apologies for bad or wrong communication on the phone, nor was there anything like, “sorry, but our policy doesn’t allow dogs”. All we got was a rude and unprofessional manager ordering us to leave. I have been a repeat customer at Smokey Bones for several years, but sadly I will not be returning there. My business has been lost.

I was so excited about going to Smokey Bones but upon being there my excitement wasn't rewarded. It was so cold in there you couldn't be comfortable. When our food arrived it became cold within 5 minutes of sitting on the table, even though it was on a heating rack. Then the food wasn't good at all. It was all over cooked which made it dry. Then, all of meat looked like a bunch of broken pieces as if they took the scraps and dumped them on there. On top of all of that when we asked the waitress about it she was rude. I will never go there again.

I ordered the Texas brisket and pulled pork. It was ok, nothing special. For starters I'm almost positive that the brisket was Chuck roast, or pot roast. It tasted and seemed nothing like brisket. And the pulled pork was incredibly salty. The corn and the baked beans I had were pretty good. Especially the corn. My wife had the loaded potato and Cesar salad and she liked it a lot. So maybe it was just me. But she definitely agreed that the brisket was probably pot roast.

Let me start by saying that this went on about 40 minutes after opening. There were maybe 2 other customers... I was meeting a friend for lunch, so I sit at the bar and order a margarita and some wings while I waited for my friend to arrive. The bartender was muttering something about how all the other employees sucked (I think she was wiping something down or cleaning something, presumably that someone else was supposed to?) After what seemed to be a long time for a drink with no other customers at the bar, she brought me what was the worst margarita I have ever tasted (I've drank a lot of em so that's saying something trust me). It tasted like straight up lime juice. I took a second sip to make sure and again, terrible. I sent the drink back and she immediately started saying how no one there knows how to make a proper mix, and that she can't believe that someone would do this to her, and that she'd make another one with new mix which she was going to make from scratch. (Spoiler alert, it took about 20 minutes to get the second one...still no other customers at the bar) my wings had arrived (and even though I had no drink in front me, I wasn't even offered a water)and when I was about halfway done with an order of the smoked wings (which are delicious) the second margarita came. It was just as terrible as the first if not worse. Straight up lime juice once again. It took about 5 more minutes to get her attention (she literally put it down in front of me and ran away) I hesitantly asked to return that drink and I just picked a beer from their tap. She again was saying how all the rest of the employees were somehow all to blame for this under her breath. I watched her fumble with the tap, then go to the back. After another 20 minutes she comes back and tells me that the tap needed to be replaced and that my beer would be there momentarily. (At this point I've been there almost an hour, I haven't had a drink or been offered a water, and I've finished a plate of wings). My friend , who was obviously late, showed up just as the waitress started bringing over my beer. I explained to him this was going to be the first drink I had since I got there an hour ago, and he suggested we go somewhere else. I told her that at that point we were going to go somewhere else. She rudely gave me the bill for the wings (which I thought would have been comped, all things considered) pointing out that she had taken the drink off the bill (duh). I paid and we left, but probably won't be back here again. Too many other choices with better food and easy better service in the area. If you want great service and great bbq do yourself a favor, go to Rosie's on 192. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Our waitress (I think her name was Krystal) Was hardly there but it didn't bother me too much because I work in food service and I know thAt no one puts 100% of their attention into a table. Im really mad however that she hovered over me as i paid on the kiosk and as soon as the survey came up, she LITERALLY leaned over my shoulder And said "here let me take that" and I watched as she filled out a perfect survey for herself. Over priced and small plates! Strictly only went to this place to get unlimited taco Wednesday which was DISSAPOINTING! Not that there was a cap or anything but the first three tacos took forever to come out of the kitchen and the ones that were supposed to be loaded were not. After your first three your next tacos are given one by one and those took a long time to come out as well. They also don't let you take a take home box if you got the unlimited taco entree and they overload your plate with chips each and every time you get your next taco even if you tell them you don't want the chips they tell you that you have to get the chips. It's WASTEFUL & RIDICULOUS! Taste wise they were good but nothing special!

If you want to have the best wings in Orlando you have to try the smoke wings with Buffalo hot sauce from this place, trust me when I tell you I have tried many wings in different cities, these are about the best I have ever had. Decent sized servings, the pulled pork is really good, and the corn is off the charts. Brisket could be a bit better though, other than that, 10 out of 10. Will be back.

Over an hour for us to get a salad and chicken wings. Understaffed and painfully slow. Food is good but poor management of the place. You have to wait to be seated, no hostess, not enough servers and likely not enough cooks. The people who are here are nice but needs attention. Don't come here if you want to lunch before dinner. 11/29 is my birthday and on yesterday I visited Smokey Bones in Columbus, GA. Once I received my food I noticed my plate wasn't clean, the waiter advised another guest food was accidentally placed on my plate which explains the stain. My drink was a mango tea. On my second mango tea I sipped and noticed I was swallowing something other than tea! I pulled a long string of hair out my throat. I was instantly disgusted and my birthday dinner was ruined!! I called Alex over informed of the ordeal and asked that the ticket be brought. Alex stated he would get his manager, but I knew my next step and talking to a manager was not going to satisfy the situation. I could have easily rant about not paying for my meal, but that would not undo the disgusted feeling I felt. I felt sick for the rest of the night. Alex Ar was a terrific waiter and tried his hardest to compensate for the mishap.

We came in with a party of nine. They prepared us for a thirty minute wait but were able to seat us in about ten. Our server, Antonio, was prompt, attentive, professional, and friendly. He took our order quickly and we received our drinks and food quickly. Everything was correct and cooked to perfection. The meal was delicious. The atmosphere is casual and relaxing. Was told my server name was Heather. I asked for a booster seat for my son. They never gave me one. We were out for Fathers Day. We were seated the same time as a group of 3 and a group of 6. They were greeted, orders were taken and beverages were already on the table in the 20 minutes we sat there. We even told a server how long our wait was and nothing was done. I’m from Chicago, this was my first time visiting this establishment and I’ll never return. If you’re black please go somewhere else. It’s sad my family couldn’t even get any type of acknowledgement from anyone.

You should check out Smokey Bones on Mondays after 9 p.m. they do a all you can eat wings deal that is kept pretty Under rap but it is quite delicious cuz you can get their smoked wings with any of the sauces that you choose on them the wings are a little salty so I'd say I only get one or two batches and then switch over to the normal all around a good experience

Lived in Columbus all of 3 weeks now and we have been here twice to eat. I'd give their BBQ 4 stars and their sweet tea 4 stars as well. But the staff is why I give it a boost to 5. Absolutely love their fried pickles, best I've ever had. Good selection of alcohol and actually know the difference between a shot and a pour. Atmosphere is great as well. I ordered the create your own combo with ribs, brisket and chicken wings. My date ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. 1 coke 1 tea The server said they were out of brisket so I went with pulled.pork instead. My food was fair but portions were small. 4 wings, probably 3 oz of pulled pork, and 1/2 a rack of ribs. My date had to return her chicken sandwich because it was chewy...possibly undercooked. The table next to us returned there's as well. She got chicken tenders and fries instead. The bill was $48 and with a $10 tip came to nearly $60 $60 seemed.a bit overpriced. I could have gone to Countrys BBQ for 1/2 the price and better portions.

Food allergy alert! This place has a food allergy menu, they fry in canola oil! Theres all you can eat tacos after 9pm. Table service offers several types of BBQ sauce, water comes in mason jars, napkins and straws came in a paper bag, the atmosphere is great! The bar is great, staff very accommodating. A great place that my family and I truly enjoyed, glad our friends had a miss communication or else we would have never stopped there. The location is a great place to have and surprised as to why they were not full, but we are new to the area and dont know the history of the place. Overall the food was delicious and cooked with perfection and flavorful, I got the morning glory if remember correctly only thing I would say is the egg was cooked to long and didnt run when I bit into it and the fries were cooked and seasoned perfectly. My wife's steak was delicious and had an awesome grill flavor to it and cooked to my wife's order, the waiter was truly helpful and extremely nice along and made sure everything was great but without being to intrusive as you get in some places. I just wished that the place was a little more up to date and did not like the dimmed look they had, kind of reminded me of one them old bars that you see in movies where people go just to get drunk. Could use some natural light from the outside to brighten the place especially since it was a beautiful day outside, we were only in there for a few minutes and hurt just to step outside but my family and I loved the food and service and will be back and hopefully on another beautiful day and take a table outside.

If you like your food at the table over 30 minutes after ordering, and like it room temperature, this is the place for you! And two of our party of seven didn't get food on the first "delivery", they sorta forgot to put the order in or the kitchen all went on smoke break at the same time. Big Disappointment I was craving good BBQ and read the good reviews of Smokey Bones. Apparently those who gave such good reviews have never ate true Carolina or Texas BBQ The Brunswick stew was served warm and not hot. Not much flavor at all The smoked chicken dinner was basically a reheat of previous cooked breast that was warmed up and served. Very rubbery taste and no flavor. The BBQ sauce was loaded with sugar. Extremely sweet. The roasted corn was in a small bowl, tasted ok as it was cooked with onions. The Baked Beans tasted like pure molasses meaning they were way to sweet The service was ok but not great. Clearly not somewhere you expect to pay $30 for a subpar meal.

Today was my first time eating here. I had been hearing about how good their brisket was, so I decided to try it. I was with a party of three(including myself). I ordered the 2 meat combo: brisket(no sauce), sausage, broccoli and mac and cheese. I had to send my brisket back TWICE because I requested no sauce. The mac was bland. The brisket was dry! My other guests said that their food was cold. One of them even requested to have her food sent back to be microwaved, and boy did they do just that! We requested to speak to the MOD, and he came out and basically stated that WE, and other guests, were the reason behind the food being cold, because we all came in together and that they were short staffed in the kitchen...I thought that when you are short staffed in the kitchen, that means we'd have to wait a long time for food, but why was our food cold??? He did not even apologize or even attempt to compensate us in any way...I'm guessing it was because we did not fit a certain criteria...I gave two stars because the broccoli and garlic toast was delicious!

Love this place. Always polite staff, and delicious food.

The place wasn't busy AT ALL, yet we waited over a hour to be served then some of the food came out "cool" instead of HOT.
