My family brought me to this restaurant for my birthday. The night started off with some young people doing karaoke having so much fun. Some people going around making balloon animals for customers. Then they asked for those who had a birthday to use white napkin swing it around if you wanted them to come around to give you a birthday shot. So of course I did that and got a very yummy shot. Then the band started and they were so good and so fun having the audience join in singing and dancing. Just non stop fun. Our food and the drinks so good too. I just loved it there. My whole family had a great time. I look forward to going back again some day.

Fun, loud atmosphere. There was no live music when i went so the staff made their own live music by dancing and singing karaoke. It was a little dark trying to see the menu and everything was a little pricey. ($16 burgers) The balloon guy was cool however i barely keep cash on me so that turned awkward at the end. (He works for tips)

I don't recommend this place at all. Bought it on Groupon because it had really good reviews, but clearly good food is in the mouth of the eater. Food too expensive: kids menu hotdogs with fries $8.50. Drinks were strong but not tasty and over priced. Food just sucked! One step up from Taco Bell... Although when you compare price to taste. Taco Bell has them beat. Our server was terrible came to our table three times but never took our order or drinks. We enlisted two other servers who were great but seemed used to taking over tables because the other servers have poor customer service. Idk if my standards are just too high, but when I pay for something I expect quality and service. Don't waste your money. If you ever been to Iquanamia or a mom/pop Mexican restaurant then you will be disappointed in this place. Will never return. The Orlando location.

We came after volleyball tournament and didnt take long for seating for group of twenty. DJ playing when we arrived and the girls went straight dancing!! Even got the parents out there after dinner. Food was delicious, prices were fair. Only things restuarant wasn't cool enough where we were sitting. Everything else was awesome!!

The atmosphere is nice if that's what you're into. The service is good also. But the food is junk. Bland and burnt. Also they add gratuity without telling you. It wasn't a large party. Just three people.

The environment of this place was definitely fun. However, someone came to our table and asked for a donation & in return we’d get 3 shots. I donated $15, and when the server brought the shots, they were GATORADE. She claimed they were “vodka and pineapple juice” but it looked, tasted, and smelled like Gatorade. I wouldn’t have wasted $15 on shots of Gatorade had I known prior. Also, we asked for boxes of food and before we left we wanted to use the bathroom, when we came back they threw our boxes out. We spent $130 collectively just for them to throw our food out. Service was *okay*. Heads up that gratuity is included too.

Lots of parking for seating in and outside . fun interior. Great bartender Kate with cool accent and charming. Friendly and professional. Was hustling around tending chores and customers when some grouchy fellow employee came in and snapped at her. The five of us customers were like "what the beck is his problem?" Kate just blew it off but bad behaviour from coworker. We had wonderful guacamole, chips, and good salsa. Prices seemed a bit high but you don't mind when your server is as great as Kate.

I really didn’t enjoy my visit here, the food came out really late and was the wrong orders. I didn’t get my food until last at my table then it took almost 15 minutes to fix our bills as they still charged us for the wrong order in addition to the food we actually ordered. I enjoy the other Senor Frogs but not really this one. I basically didn’t eat and decided to go to another restaurant because of how hectic and long things were getting.

The DJ today was not good. Every time he played an upbeat song he followed with a slow one. You definitely can't get into the music when is up and down every time. If you see people aren't dancing you should play something to encourage them, but he didn't. I don't know about other days and I don't recall the name of the DJ today but is not recommended. The dance floor was practically empty and people wasn't feeling it.

Went for lunch and the service was excellent. The decorations are fantastic. If you sit in the middle of the restaurant there are tons of funny signs on the ceiling and walls to read. The food was decent. I was disappointed that the kids meal said mini hot dogs then we got a larger than average hot dog. We sat on the patio originally but had gnats floating in our drinks so we moved inside.

Awesome. Great food. Fun place. Small game room for a little fun while waiting and also to keep the youngest customers occupied. Food is Great!!! Plenty of food in every dish. Enchaladas are packed full. Flavor town in every dish. And you can even get a souvenir to remember your trip there.

Long line to get in. Staff not very friendly. We tried to come to eat but were not told until after being seated and paying the cover admission fee that the kitchen was closed. This was around 10 PM on a Saturday night. Very noisy so it is hard to communicate at all. Restrooms lacked cleanliness.

Went here expecting generic tourist food, and it surprised us. Had the garlic shrimp, it was a very large portion with a large side of rice and veggies. Another person had fajitas, we all loved the presentation of the flames but the serving of the side items in little tortilla bowls was what impressed us the most. Wait staff was very attentive and we got refills without even asking. Will come again.

I am not from the area, but when I go to Orlando I try to go here. It's always been fun and packed, but today it was not. There were only like 6ish tables and the reason I'm rating it so low was that, they "gave" my friend "complimentary" shots, but in the end they charged that plus more. My friend had a few drinks and I was her D.D. but the servers would go to her and just give her drinks without her asking for them. I understand they didn't have much sales because it was so empty, but that doesn't mean they should take advantage of people that have had a lot to drink. My friend didn't care because she was out, but I thought it was very unprofessional!

First time eating here and this place is amazing!!!my family and I changed our minds at the last minute and turned into the parking lot. The atmosphere is fun and bright and the food is delicious. I had the steak tacos, delicious although they do have refried beans on them, nevertheless, they're still good. Wife had a shrimp salad which was huge with plenty of shrimp. Even the kids meals were good. My oldest daughter had the spaghetti and meatballs and it was not dry like other places. Server was friendly too. Definitely will go back

This place was completely different than other restaurants. They have music and a DJ. The manager does shows that get the customers involved. He gives lots of free shots, if drinking is your thing for participating in the Fun. We didn't plan for a place like this but we actually participated in some of the games and had a really fun time. It's a little adult rated but kids are welcome to find there with than families. So it's not too adult rated. We ended up having a really great time and the food was Excellent!!

The atmosphere was fantastic. The staff was really nice. The food was a half step above taco bell. In addition for 2 people they added a 15% tip to our bill. The server would have made more than 15% if the tip would not have been added. Then the bottom of the receipt says " tipping is not the name of a city"

Decided to stop in for an afternoon lunch at the Señor frogs on International Drive. The food is great and so is the service! Lucas tended to all my needs and made great recommendations, super friendly and personable! I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly suggest you check it out! Ask for Lucas!

We arrive and are seated pretty quickly for a Friday evening. After being seated our server took our drink order...this started the horrible experience. Several of our party didn’t receive their drinks at all and had to ask several times. Several of our party received the wrong drinks. Then Food was ordered. Our food came out so sporadically that the first people to receive food were finishing by the time the second couple received their food. They were finishing before the third party ever got their food. The last two couples NEVER received their food! After asking about the missing food several times the waiter determined that he never put in the last orders of food. So we asked that he just remove all unserved food from the bills. THEN it took 45 minutes for all of the bills to be sorted out. My credit card was taken and lost for a good ten minutes. I personally received two different incorrect bills before finally receiving the correct bill. All of this on top of a $5.00 cover charge to even park at the restaurant!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL BE BE EATING AT A SENIOR FROGS!!!

Make sure you have cash, they charged you $5 to park (not valet, just to park in their lot) The positive is a fun energetic atmosphere, the bad, kids meals are a little pricey at $9 each, dinner Burrito come with Doritos as a side, queso and chips, chips were out of a bag. Drinks - a yard of frozen drink looks good!.....not at $39 each! In a postive they were but one get one. Overall food was average at best not worth the cost. Youu definitely pay for the atmosphere. Would not return for the food.

I will admit first of all that the "spring break" vibe is not really my style, but there are a lot of reasons I was not impressed. I found this place on Google maps while I was in the area for a school conference. One of the friends I was with and I both have food allergies and Mexican is usually a safe bet for both of us. Senor Frog's was one of the only places near where we were staying that boasted Mexican food. I made a reservation through the restaurant's website because we were going out on a Saturday night. The reservation was very easy to make online and it was definitely a good idea. First the good things, the server was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure all of our food was safe from our various allergies. Now the downsides, the drinks were extremely watered down and expensive. I barely drink more than a small glass of wine these days without feeling a little tipsy, but even the two cocktails here did not give me a buzz. The food was eatable, but bland bland bland and also not cheap. One of my friends got the ribs and said they were so bad and tough she didn't even eat them. She took the order to go to give it to a homeless man she passed on the way to dinner. Even though we got there before it got very busy it also took about half an hour to get our food. There are no chips and salsa to snack on, which would be fine if the food came faster, but felt like forever with the long delay. The table they sat us at was also pretty small and they brought my fajitas out on a hot tray that took up most of the entire space. I had to scrape my food off onto a tiny plate and put the tray on an unused table so my friends had enough room for their food. I will give those of you some warnings that are not familiar with this chain ... it is basically spring break in a restaurant. There was karaoke and the music was deafeningly loud. The restaurant touts itself as a family friendly environment, and I saw lots of kids there .At one point the staff offered tequila shots to the tables that shouted the loudest. The servers walked around with a bottle of something pink (I'm guessing tequila mixed with a fruit juice) and would pour it into the mouths of guests waiving their napkins and screaming. Pouring the same bottle directly into people's mouths and wiping people's faces with the same napkin ... yes it grossed me out.

I don't know why the others rate a 3 or less. Yes, we had a issue at the restaurant but managment took care of it right away. The price was right on and the quality of food was perfect. The drinks.... well let's say I'm no light weight but 2 drinks and I had to walk around before I could even think about driving. The waiter was awesome and very caring about the problem we had.

Last time I came here, the bouncers were incredibly homophobic towards my friend, and I swore I would never come back. I had a friend convince me to give it another chance. It was not good. There were many 40+ men at College Night harassing young girls and I had to physically guard my friends. Later, the DJs dragged a girl celebrating her 21st birthday on stage against her will. They forced her to drink a shot, made fun of her when she spit some of it out when she was caught off guard. Then they held her down and had a stranger give her a lap dance.The whole time she was asking them to stop and was visibly uncomfortable. When they finally let her up, they wanted her to give the stranger a lap dance in return, and she jumped off stage after they refused to accept "no" as an answer. They encouraged the patrons to boo her. It was unprofessional, inappropriate, and blatant sexual harassment. I was disgusted. I will not be giving them another chance.

Always look at your receipt. My husband and I requested our check last night, the waitress only brought the restaurant copy out for signature. I knew it seemed a little high so we asked for our copy of the receipt. The waitress hesitated but finally returned with our receipt. Yes, something was wrong....she had added a 15% gratuity without our knowledge. So young lady, you cheated yourself out of a good tip only to receive that 15%. Our mistake was not asking for a manager and turning her in! Food was average for cost but be very cautious of what your paying for!

When the cheese dip came out, it was all stuck together and very hard. After seeing that we decided it was best to just leave. Our server was very understanding and kind to us though.

We seemed to have bothered the hostess as her customer services skills were severally lacking, it was a bother to toss our menus on a table and walk away. Good evening to you too! The food was about as good as Taco Bell, at a huge marked up price. The Baja Shrimp Tacos were mainly the breading you get on corn dogs at your local state fair., no flavor what so ever. The side of rice was somewhere between a fried rice and what Mexican rice should be, again no flavor. Didnt know green beans were involved in Mexican rice. Then to top it all off, they want to be sure they get a tip, so they add gratuity to the bill at 15%. Ok, that's what you want to add, I wont give more. Wasted $70 and wont be back. Tried to like you Senor Frog.

Generally friendly staff. We had a large party. First Mexican restaurant where chips and salsa are NOT provided, or at least the server didn't manage to ensure my end of the table received either. Some chips were eventually passed my way...no salsa. Guess you have to order that. Chimichanga was good which earned the 4 stars. Would have been 5 with salsa and perhaps giving me cutlery with which to eat it without having to ask. Might be back. There are many other options, though

Well the last experience today was a bit disappointing. Took quite a bit of time to food to arrive at the table. Food however was very good except had issues following special instruction. Allergic to dairy so food was requested without sour cream or cheese. Well the sour creams was left off the meal which was good. But the cheese was on the meal. Server never actually checked if okay until 15 min or so later. The special request food was given about 5 to six minutes after the rest. Also requested a refill of water. Well after 4 times checking to see if more soda was wanted for water final came after getting rude and nasty. We usually are heavy tippers, but left just 15% instead of our usual tip of 22 to 25%. Didn't want to cause waves with the party we were with or else I would have gotten management involved.

Smoking mirrors Pulling up with your squad thinking you'll have fun until you get the food service maybe me being from Atlanta I expect about the same just for starters I've been to a lot of tropical themed restaurants and this is by far the hottest people where using menus as fans and you can tell by the photo it was not wall to wall packed everything about the food service sucked food came out late and wrong I showed up ordered by 1020pm i didn't finish my food until 1215 no apology no my bad we fuc#ked up no nothing I recommended you go somewhere else like a steak house where you might get your money's worth I wasted 90 bucks of my own money want happen again this is your warning stay away find an alternative spot if you have a large crowd.
