I made a dinner reservation for two last night. It had started to rain when we arrived. There was a line out the door and crowds of people were both rushing out and waiting to get in. I over heard that they had let in too many people for a private event and there was a power outage. I tried to talk to 3 different employees who were outside to figure out what was going on and if we could at least wait inside. One got distracted and essentially ignored me. The other took a shot of something while I was talking and then went off to talk to someone and the third who seemed to be a manager finally told me I could go in. Upon trying to go in a bouncer stopped us and we were stuck waiting outside in the rain again. Finally after waiting in the rain and being pushed around by crowds of people for 45 minutes we left. Apparently they host private events like that regularly. Never going back there.

It was my mother’s birthday and I wanted to take her to a nice restaurant with a nice view and ambiance, but everything went wrong form the time we set foot there, fist of all they could find our reservation so we waited almost an hour to be sited. our waiter was very pushy with the menu (suggesting the most expensive things (of course their service charge which is 18 -20% is already included ). He also messed up our order twice and kept saying that we did. At the end when we were ready to leave he brought us the check and suggested that the service charge (above mentioned) was only for the house and any additional tip would go for him. REALLY? Is he really asking for more money after our service charge was almost $80.00. What a lack of class and service for an upscale restaurant, will never come back there and will warn my friends family as well.

This is a great restaurant and if you like to sit outside by the water works as well. We had a yacht right in front of our table which covered the view but it was still nice to sit by the water!! Amazing food and excellent service. Will definitely come back!! The Bridge Bros recommends it!!

I understand that the place is busy, but people at the front should be at least professional about telling customers coming in that there are no tables available. We were told that we could go and search for places at the bar, if we wanted. There was plenty of room at the bar, but no chairs. We asked and were told that they don't have any chairs left. So we were effectively told to stand at the bar and have our dinner. Not sure how this place thought this was an option anybody would ever entertain.

1. I made reservations to sit by the water for my anniversary, then I called and confirmed it and re confirmed the table by the water. I received a text that my table was ready and to be seated about 6 minutes before my reservation and before I even got there. The host said that my table was not available and sat me some where else. They clearly had given my table to someone else and confirmed my reservation to someone else. I asked for the manager (Jorge) who was very nice and friendly and immediately seated me at a table by the water.. Making me think their hostess is missing brain cells. Later on in the night there was an issue with a guest, the manager was called over to the table in front of me, I could hear everything, they were upset because the host said there was a $5 holding fee for a cake per person but only if they held the cake and brought it out, the guests held the cake themselves and they still charged the guests.. the hostess came from the stand only to argue with the guests loudly.. quite embarrassing, they need need a new host, she is terrible. 2. There are 2 servers that attended us, the first one was a man who was relatively cold, brief and when asked for recommendations he literally skimmed the entire menu in 30 seconds and told me what was most popular in each section.. but did it so fast I was just as lost before I even asked anything.. I did not like him at all, he was polite but not helpful or warm in any way he recommended an item on the Menu like 5 times that was a MP (Market price item) and failed to inform me that it was $95 for 1 plate of a fish that I really didn't even enjoy... When I got the bill I was relatively shocked. At the end of the day I ordered it so I did not dispute anything and just paid. The 2nd waitress was actually very nice and friendly, she was warm, smiled and made me feel welcomed, loved her energy. 3.The view was great, the scenery is great, the manager was great and the 2nd server was great. They could really use some serious staff training or replacement. I don't see myself going back any time soon. I went for a special experience and it felt like everything but special.

The place is ok. But a little over priced, over rated and over crowded (in weekends)for what it really is. If you never been there you need to go to experience the atmosphere and see all the show off people that goes with it, typical Miami scene. But over all my experience wasn't that bad. It deserves at least one trip if you never been there before. The food is tasty but way over priced and small portions. My best guess is that for what the owner must pay in rent for that place and location he needs to charge those prices In order to make sense.

Visited the for Easter Sunday brunch made reservations on opentable and then had to call the restaurant to ask if I could add another person to the table. Never in the reservation process or modification by phone anyone mentioned a 2hr time cap on your table. After being greeted and asked my name they proceed to tell me I will have a 2hr limit on my table, which is ok if you have good service and you are served in a promptly matter, which was not the case here. We had a table for 6, our server was not particularly friendly or attentive, we ordered a bottle of rose for 3 and the other 3 had mixed drinks.. I had to ask several times for the wine glasses to be refilled and when the bottle was done I wasn’t asked if I wanted another one I had to chase the waiter down for the second bottle (it was a late brunch so it wasn’t packed, plenty of tables available around us) Every single time I was out of water I had to ask for it and plenty of staff around my waiter had to do the water refills when I asked since the bus boys were busy dancing and being seen. Service was included at 18% but we didn’t receive 15% service Customer service is dead The 3 stars are based on the beauty of the restaurant and the food was good

I finally gave this place a chance and I regret not doing it before. Everything was very good. We had the split pea soup and a pizza. All pizzas here sound delicious, some of them are not your typical pizza making very interesting. It's a good place to bring the whole family.

My family and I just recently visited Sea Spice on Sunday January 27th for my sisters birthday. We had made a reservation for 6:30 pm and at 8pm after complaining we were sat down on the outside patio while the reservation was for inside dining. Knowing that it would soon rain we tried to make the best of it and order quickly. Our drinks barley arrived at the table before it started pouring down rain. We picked up our pitcher of sangria and again waited for an hour to be sat down at another table. While waiting the pitcher of sangria broke off the handle and exploded on the floor next to my sisters and mothers feet nearly slicing their toes! Meanwhile my dad had a flabbergasted expression on his face as he held the handle in his hand knowing he had not provoked this occurrence ( we were still charged for this). Mean while we were sat down at two different table around 9:40 since they didn’t have a table to fit 6 of us. Food was cold when it finally reached us , and at that time we were transferred to table where we could eat as a family and celebrate my sisters birthday finally. With one entree a piece and two appetizers and a couple drinks the bill was $705 18% tip included & mandatory. We left $700 and were chased out the door and forced to pay the remaining $5 which easily could of been deducted for their endangerment of customers with faulty equipment and mediocre service.

Gorgous location on the Miami River with beautiful views of downtown Miami. Ambience is warm and elegant..both inside and outside. Food wouldn't disappoint even the most discerning palate. Freshest sea food on plates....from octopus, oysters to snapper and lobster...delicious. They have a variery of diffrent Risotto based dishes that are amazing as well. Best of all is their fresh twist version of tres leche dessert that is to die for!

Liked the food, but didn't love it. The attention and service however was very poor and inadequate. We had a party of 6 and the moment we sat down the hostess informed us in a rude manner that we only had 2 hours to eat for dinner and she needed the table by a certain time. That really upset several people in our party. Mind you, we had a reservation at 7, and our table wasn't ready until 730. We felt rushed the whole entire dinner. The view and vibes are nice, but for spending almost $800, It was a disappointing experience.

This place is so beautiful and breathtaking. From the minute you walk in and walk through to the outside seating area its beautiful and not so crazy crowded when I went on a weekend morning for brunch. Good ambience. Food was great. Had some shrimp dish, ceviche and some other dishes. We had a couple appetizers a few drinks champagne and entree. It can get alittle pricey but you pay for the view, and atmostphere. Service was good. Thank you. Shall be back.

Was very disappointed from the service, the food was very good, the vibe and the view were amazing just too bad that Derrick our waiter just left us with a bad taste, arguing with us about a drink that we didn't think should be in our check, our check was $800 and he argued with us about $20 drink that had extra shot that we didn't want or didn't ask for and we even asked to take it back! I expected better attitude from this restaurant.

I keep forgetting to write this review but I felt obliged as my husband and I were left seething at the end. We visited on Sunday in April for an early dinner with another couple who live in Miami. The outdoor seating area is nice as it overlooks the water, but we were seated inside which is poorly lit, not very nicely decorated and just very sub-par to be seated in. The waiter took our food order, we asked for recommendations on the wine for which he could not recommend any! The food arrived which I could not fault (hence why I’m giving this 2 stars - for the food only). However, we had to ask for more drinks, had to top up our own wine throughout the meal. The bill came and it was 450 USD per couple! We do not mind spending money but my god, to sit in a half decent room and have mediocre service is not on. I’d get better service in any high street food retailer. The other couple left, and we remained at the table, we asked about 4 times for drinks sitting waiting half an hour! We demanded to see the manager as we have spent USD 900 between all of us yet the service was shambolic. The manager came over and basically told us that we signed the bill off so we can’t order at the table. Well why did not one of the waiters tell us this. My husband who does not normally get irate questioned him, the manager then argued with my husband! We then got up and left. Shame on you, whoever the manager was on the Sunday. Absolute disgrace and I urge anyone to not visit unless you want to go to be “seen” and spend a bottomless amount of cash. There are far better places in Miami than that.

This place is really more about ambiance than food. The starters were absolutely delicious. The burrata ($22) was the best part of our night. The entrees were overpriced. The grilled lobster and bay scallops was cold, which is unacceptable at this sort of place, especially given the premium price.

I had a late lunch. The atmosphere is really cool. nice decor. on the river with the river views. summer vacation feeling. The food was excellent. my sea-bass was tender and my friend's steak fillet minion was amazingly tender and full of flavor. they serve the dishes on a hot metal plate to keep it warm. The steak come on a hot stone plate so you can keep warming it or cook a little more for your exact taste. Our server Estaban was very nice and friendly yet very professional. It was expensive but worse every dollar as the experience was a delight.

The food was really good! I went there for Miami Spice, but the tagliatelle (pasta with uncooked egg and black truffle) was very disappointing. Tasted like mediocre paste I make at home. But it was only that dish! My friends had other dishes and they were very good!

Gathered to celebrate daughters birthday, 8 of University of Miami students and we are two parents. We took some flowers and a small birthday cake as token. Resturent told me they will charge for the cake. Selection of food was poor, portions are small, served with no sides and price is outrageous. They treated us like hillbillies with no courtesy. At end gave me a bill with 18% additional charge without mentioning tips already included, when I confronted they told me it was not tips, people pay tips on the top of that 18% charge.

2 stars from this experience falls squarely on management. Our reservation was honored 38 minutes after we arrived on time, awkward & tiring to wait at a standing room only bar - defeats the entire point of having a reservation. Then we were seated simultaneously with 3 other tables, all in the same section, all with the same waiter who was clearly instantly in the weeds by this disorganized arrangement. It was aggravating to not be able to order immediately after having waited so long to be seated, as the waiter had to great each table and take each tables drink order. However, more aggravating to see management put our waiter in this position to being with. Sends a clear message that the quantity of turn over is the priority in this place, not the quality of experience. Spice brunch menu was a big bust for us both overall. I did like the flavor of the gazpacho, a surprising hearty taste while feeling light on the palate. We both enjoyed what we thought were the malanga fritters, until we discovered we were mis-served another’s order of the regular menu’s King Crab Croquettes - which were amazing. When the malanga fritters came, they were over fried, burnt, and dry. Big let down after the King Crab. Then another order of the King Crab was attempted to be served to us, but this time the man sitting next to us intervened and had the order properly directed to his table. Lobster benedict was good for the egg preparation, the quality of lobster, but the hash brown bedding was also over done, over greasy, and ruined the overall taste combination. The burger was over cooked, fully brown on an order for a medium burger, the bun was stale and flaking apart. I had the chocolate cremoso and found it way too rich to be served at brunch. My partner enjoyed his tres leches enough that he didn’t want to share! The people watching was nice, people were lively and dressed lovey - but when we come out to eat its to experience high quality food - this we were not provided. This is our 2nd bad experience here, first was when it was operating under a former name Seasalt and Pepper several years ago. Shame because the vibe and venue is so posh and needed in Miami, that maybe whats keeping it going despite the iffy food and bad service.

If I could do less than 1 star, I would. This upsets me because I always love to give great reviews especially when I'm prepared to spend well on a great a dinner and great atmosphere. Myself along with 5 friends recently had reservations at 8:30pm. We didn't get our food until 9:51. Yes, it was a Sat night in Miami but [our waiter], after 40 min passed by, he told us - our food would be out in 10 min. Another 20 min passed. He seemed to stall and be dishonest about the status of our food, and no other customer service inserted until I got up to ask to speak to a manager. I ordered the Lobster @ MP and filet mignon for myself. (The lobster seemed to be either a last min preparation or forgotten about) The manger was nice enough to comp items off our bill and bag up 2 of our friends who left and provided a bday desert. [ something was just off about the waiter, customer service, and the time we waited for our food] :(

Lunch with a view. When the weather is good make sure you sit outside to enjoy the vibe by the river. The lunch menu is a good choice but I recommend to try different sides with any seafood or fish entree.

We've been coming to SeaSpice ever since it was called Sea Salt & Pepper. It never disappoints. The ambiance is chiq, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious. I would recommend it for that date you're trying to impress ;-) Definitely get the lobster risotto!

First of all, the customer service was absolutely terrible. I have had waiters deliver spectacular service outperforming our evening experience for a fraction of the price; our waiter told us we couldn’t have our appetizers before the main entree (literally almost argued about that); then our waiter was completely nowhere to be found to order or ask question about the food; and they messed up two of our orders. To spend $700 on a restaurant that can’t even get your order correctly is absurd, the only reason I gave a single star was for the beauty of the location, other than that I would never come back or recommend to anyone I know. I have had more memorable and enjoyable experiences at Chillies, this place is a joke.

I was not going to leave a review, but since the restaurant has chosen to ignore my emails, it seems only fair! I came to this restaurant with a small group for my mother's birthday in late August. We made a reservation for 8/24/19 at 3 PM, a Saturday for brunch. Our group arrived a little early and we were told to wait until a table was ready -- understood, we went to the bar to have a few drinks. After waiting nearly 30 minutes, the hostess said our table would be ready in a few minutes. 20 minutes later, it was FINALLY ready. Why even make a reservation? We were seated and the waitress addresses our table with "You have only 4 minutes to order from the Miami Spice menu because the kitchen is closing. What do you want?" Excuse me? We haven't even looked at the menu, waited FOREVER for a table, not sure we even want to order from that particular menu and you haven't even asked us if we want any drinks?? We told her we needed more time than that. She replied "well, I'll leave and come back. If the menu is still available, it's still available. If not, it's not." WOW!! Our bartender was kind enough to come over and serve us drinks, kudos to him. I normally would not complain, but when a group drops nearly $1,000 for BRUNCH, you expect way better service than that. The food was marginal at best, and the service was DEPLORABLE. There are so many better restaurants in Miami, save yourself the money and disappointment.

so I came to seaspice with a party of 20 guests. I was told by the hostess that I’d be charged a cake holding fee of ($5 per person) if they had to hold the cake. I quickly declined and decided to “”hold the cake myself “” thinking I would only be charged if they held it. Once my desert came. The waitress quickly brought the manager and they had said that they will charge me the fee because I was cutting the cake along with the 2 desserts we ordered. When in reality the hostess had said the charge would only take place if they’d held the cake. Once the manager came to speak to us. The hostess followed him and was completely unprofessional by said that we were lying. So in order to dodge this whole fiasco. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A BIRTHDAY SPOT OR A CELEBRATION SPOT don’t come. THIS IS NOT THE SPOT! You will be charged a fee just cut the cake.....

We were a party of 8 for a birthday dinner. DO NOT COME IF YOU IF YOU HAVE A BIRTHDAY!! They charge you $5 per person to hold your cake OR TO GIVE YOU PLATES TO CUT YOUR OWN CAKE.... extremely rude about it! Not letting us cut the cake we had bought that was already expensive. 3/15/19. I was extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant. It started when my drink came out 15 minutes after everyone in my party received his or her drink. I asked the waiter to remove the drink from the check. He then said he would ask his manager. After we had our meal and received the check, we discovered that the drink was still charged. We asked to speak with the manager who said he would take care of it. When we received the second check, the drink had been removed; however, the service charge had been increased. At this point, we were upset. We asked to speak with the manager again; however, our waiter refused to get him. We had to go find the manager at a different part of the restaurant. While my friends were taking with the manager, I wanted step outside because I was upset; however, our waiter decided the waiter grab and assault me. I stepped back in order not to have another altercation with this misguided gentleman. At the end of it all, the drink and service charge were removed. We paid our bill and had a great night at another place. I'm just disappointed by a restaurant that has a great decor, food and location is ruined by the staff. A waiter should never touch a customer. If staff felt I was breaking the law, they should call the authorities and let them take care of the situation. Never physically touch or raise your voice at a customer. The waiter has to realize that he is representing the restaurant. That is just a fundamental part of running a restaurant. It appears from reviews below my own, this place recently has been recieving poor reviews. Hopefully management will see this a realize they need to upgrade their staff or start retraining.

We were disappointed with the food and the service. We had to send back two plates because they were cold, the yucca was greasy, the sea bass was bland with 0 seasoning, the whole fish was very small, the East coast oysters were salty and tasted like they were bad. We were given soup spoons to eat dessert. The Moscow mules were served on glass instead of usual metal cup so it didn't taste the same. Service was very slow. The entire experience was not comparable to all the other upscale restaurants we go to. Not planning on going back. I predict this venue will have short longevity.

I really liked this restaurant. It was right on the water and the atmosphere was pure Miami. Great view of Downtown, or, is it Brickell? Anyway...it was a great skyline from the deck outside. Had the salmon grilled. It was excellent. I see people complaining about the price, but I'm fine with it if its' good. I will definitely go back. This is a great spot if you want to sit outside and eat good seafood.

Good Miami spice brunch menu! The Waygu Burger, watercress salad and chocolate dessert was insane! Two of my friends ordered the avocado toast with shrimp and it looked pretty small & sad though. Everything else on the menu was fantastic :-) drinks, cocktails and wine list well done :-) cool place to have a small celebration on the river.

From the hostess, to the server, to the food, to the spectacular views, all was just amazing. We went for the Miami Spice menu, but when we looked at the regular Dinner menu, we ventured off the Miami Spice menu and had the Lamb, which I highly recommend! Julie, our waitress, put the icing on the dessert! She's amazing. I will say one thing, I was disappointed with something that I see happening everywhere, and it is something that must be taught. When I needed to go to the ladies room, I walked over to the one that's to the right from the hostess stand. As I made my way there from the indoor dining room, several servers walked in front of me, without saying excuse me, or even trying to open the door for me. It's a 4 star dining experience, we spent a great deal more money than what was planned, and yet it's that small detail that really held me back from giving you that 5th star. Employees must be taught because as much as we say that these details should be common sense, it seems as if commonsense has taken the back seat. I hope to return again soon.

The atmosphere is cosy, but customer service is horrible. First of all when we came, administrator said we need to wait available table on the bar. Ok, we ordered two cocktails. When my husband asked about change lady, who works on bar, said that she didn’t open something and we need to wait for the change. And we’re waiting for 30 min! Also we’re waithing for a available table for mo than 40 mins!!! After that, all our company of 6, ordered cocktails. Waiter brought 5 of them. And we’re waiting for another one another 20 min! At the end of dinner, when we received a check with 18% service charge we just wanted to hear apologies from manager about all those inconvinionces. However manager was rude, he said he can’t remove this cocktail. We said ok, but we don’t want to pay service charge. Manager said he will excluded it from bill. But when we received new bill we were shocked, because they deducted from check drink, but increased service charge from 18% to 20%! We asked to see manager again, but waiter said that he will not call him. Then one of our friend, who was stressed and felt bed, wanted to go out and have a bit of fresh air, was stopped by the same waiter, who was rude, started to grab him. It was ridiculous, because other 5 of us was inside and spoke with manager. At the end of a day they finally deducted service charge, but we spent a lot of nerves and evening was ruined.

Sunday's are the best days. Food is delicious. Had the grilled prawns and a lobster salad. Great vibes and nice variety of music. It's right by the water in the vip area.

Went there for research and to see how management works in such a concurred environment. Made a reservation for 6:15 and got there 10 minutes before hand to avoid any issues. As I arrived security was being very rude, once at the front desk to be seated in my table, the women says to wait 10-15 minutes for the table to be ready. I obliged and waited the requested time. 35 minutes later I am still waiting and go back to complain. she said please give me 5 more minutes. After that I still waited the extra 5 minutes than returned to see what was going on. when asking again if the table is ready, she said they would not be able to sit my party of 3, since she needed to transfer all the guests from the bar and outside area to the inside because of rain. Being that they had to do that, shows me they have a really weak infrastructure and can't Handle situations in which they must take care of they're guests. not having a way to close of the open area which is there business basically, is extremely ridiculous. I would rate it 0.5 out of 5.00.

Really enjoyed it! The ambience, the service, the view, the weather, everything was perfect! I had the Market Seafood platter with all kinds of different seafood, lobster, fish, baby clams, prawns, octopus, scallops. Each perfectly cooked. Amazing! My wife had the Lobster risotto which was also really really good. And loaded with a ton of lobster; she couldn't eat it all! So good!! We had a side of brussel sprouts...delicious! We topped all this off with a wonderful Tres Leches desert and a cappuccino. So much food! I was surprised because many of the reviews suggested an incy bincy amount of food, but each of our dishes had a very generous amount of food. Our waiter was great! At first he started out a bit formal but over the course of the meal he warmed up. His service was spot on; always there when we reached for our chilled bottle of wine. I didn't mind, but he says we shouldn't have to pour our own glasses. Nice! And yes, in the end, it was a bit pricey, but worth every penny in my opinion. In this case, you really do get what you pay for.

We went to this restaurant to have a dinner with some friends the food is it average and the service is little slow, The restaurant has outside sitting with nice small bar ....... few months later we are back to Seaspice and this time we have better experience The only issue was that the runner who bring the plate to the table wasn't a good and kind of lousy ! while the waiter just take the order and cashed the 18% tips he should complete the service and deliver the food Let's hope they listen to suggestions

Let me start this review my saying the food was amazing! But most importantly I needed to review the place based on how we are treated here. My friends and I are African of Caribbean decent we were visiting Miami on a couples trip .we were soooo excited to try this spot, right away or expectations were declining everyone starred at us when we walked the obvious reason is because we were black. We asked to sit out sit at a table that was available we were told no that it was reserved yet we watched as no one came to claim the reserved table we were there about 2 hours. They purposely set us in a corner in the back near the kitchen so we could not be seen . We were still very cordial and nice with the staff even though there was obviously classism and racism very present . We kept our integrity and enjoyed our guest and food we ignored the stares and even the staff the was condescending in how they spoke to us and looked at us. There was no diversity within the staff all Caucasian except for the blacks they hide in the back to clean buss ect.its sad that they will never be put in position to be greater with this company or earn more . This review is for any one considering going here to spend money remember always respect your money ! Don’t spend and support small business that dosent respect you or your people, this is for all ethnicities don’t allow another race to be disrespected in front of you or support a business that would do this . We spent 1100 I think we deserve to sit where we like , also my friends and I our all successful small business owners and we were judged I’m sure we blew their mind with the way we carried our self and for that I’m happy .moral of the story respect your money

Atmosphere of Seaspice is beautiful- waterfront views and great outdoor space. Food was okay for price. My complaint is service... the restaurant was not extremely busy and both drinks & food were very slow to arrive. I felt badly for my server Carlos who seemed to be spread way too thin managing a large table in addition to mine and several others. I had finished eating and wasn’t attended to for about 25 minutes because he was still taking orders of the large party seated next to me. He was kind enough to grab a manager who brought the check, though the manager seemed annoyed for having to do so. Overall Seaspice is okay. I expected more for the $300 meal. I would come back for drinks at the bar, but not for a meal.

The only reason I am giving this place one star is because I can't give it zero stars. It's worth ZERO STARS. We had a reservation for two and upon our arrival there was a mess of people outside the establishment while it was raining. We had no idea what was going on, but the staff from Sea Spice was kicking people out and they were not letting anyone in. We spent 45 minutes sitting out in the rain trying to figure out what was happening. We had to speak to THREE people that were completely useless. The first person just ignored us, the second rudely ask to see our reservation email and proceeded to take a shot and walk away. Then finally we talked to apparently the manager and she said we could walk in and then a bouncer stopped us... mind you we were still standing in the rain when we had reservations. We found out that Sea Spice was hosting a private event and that they had let in too many people in, and there was a power outage(apparently this happens often). Their response to this issue was to neglect customers outside in the rain. We felt like we were at some sort of messy frat party not a good look for Sea Spice. I suggest they get a new management team and staff and learn what good customer service is. We left and never made it to our reservation. I personally, will never step foot into that place.

Excellent dinner, great staff. The only problem I had was the bread plate was chipped and I ended up biting a piece of the plate. Nicked my gum. Great food (we tried, sea bass, scallops, octopus and the yellow tail snapper) and cozy ambiance, but the prices are very high(for the listed price I expected to get a little bit bigger portion size). The waiting time is also needs improvement. Prepare to wait an hour before you seated. Many boats park for a dinner and block all the nice view of the river and the city. If you there ask for a table you really like, otherwise you will regret after paying so much money and not getting what you want. Maybe I should try a lunch or a brunch to improve the experience I had last night.

I ate here about a month ago because my best friend writes reviews in magazines and knows the owner. They were expecting us, so we were treated like royalty. I returned because the outside tables had a nice atmosphere and I wanted to take my boyfriend. I had a regular reservation for 6:45. We got there and the restaurant had been transformed into an over the top night club and I didn’t even recognize it. It was loud, way over crowded and full of drunk people. We were told we would be seated shortly. We waited until 8:00 before asking when we would get a table. Hostess was rude and did not seem to care that we had been waiting an hour. She told us we would be seated shortly but did not give us a wait time. We waited another 30 minutes before leaving. Why even bother having a reservation? I guess when you’re just a regular guest they don’t give a f*** about you. I’ll make sure to tell as many people as possible how terrible Seaspice is. Place deserves negative stars. By the way, when I did eat there the first time, the food was mediocre at best. Plenty of other places to eat in Miami...I wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever.

My sister had here birthday here today (Easter Sunday) reservation sat for 1: 30 table for 12. After waiting an hour they put us a outside table with 1 umbrella. After serval complaints they moved our table to the other side. We ordered out food at 2: 45 after waiting for 2 hours then manager told us the policy for a table was 2 hours. We hadn't even seen our food yet. After addressing the manager thethey brought our food 15 minutes later. They forgot 1 person at our table food she didn't receive it until after everyone ate. My lobster rositto was extremely salty. The appetizer were good. The service needs much improvements, especially with a big party. We stayed positive despite all the problems.

I dined here with a few friends and my brother and sister. We came to enjoy the Miami Spice menu and came here super last minute but they were very accommodating. Our server Taylor was very attentive and super patient with us despite our late arrival. Taylor's attention to detail was excellent and her menu presentation was superb. The views and the decor of this place are worth coming here but the food is what sets this place apart. I had a deliciously prepared cheese souffle, some decadent lamb meatballs and a tres leches that was out of this world. Better than anything you'll find on Calle Ocho in Little Havana. The dining experience here was one of the best I've had in a long while. Will be coming back to dine here!!

Seaspice gives you an experience like no other. The restaurant’s ambience shifts from when you are in-doors and when you are outdoors. It gets crowded so make sure you have a reservation, other than that you should expect a unique and magical experience with a delicious international brasserie style cuisine, rich in seafood and a variety of meats by executive chef Angel León, but you can’t leave without having a dessert assortment by their wonderful pastry chef Jill Montinola. Definitely your go-to place in Miami.
