Meals were big, but when someone says no meat - please understand that we don't eat meat, that includes chicken. The pizza was very big and very nice, but I don't suggest this place for vegetarians as there really is very limited options - and doubt anything was vegan.

We trusted the star reviews of this restaurant and looked it up on Google maps. Once we got there, we were very surprised. It was such a small condense place with only 4 tables. We came out as we didn’t like the environment of the restaurant.

Amazing dining experience!! My family and I spent an hour searching for places to eat near our hotel by Las Olas beach. We chose this place because of the price and location; all the other restaurants were charging an average of $35 for an entree, Premiere Cafe had the best prices with the entrees being only a little over $15. We were not disappointed! Not only did we have an awesome beach view, but the service was amazing. We got two free appetizers, and all the entree portions were huge! They also gave each of us free dessert; some chocolate candy. We were blown away by this place.

I don't know where to begin really. Ok, so when I'm traveling, I tend to do some research before we do anything. TA said this was the #1 place to eat in Ft. Lauderdale. Google gave it a 4.9 out of 5. And, it was 2 blocks away from our resort. So we walk up to this place, my wife looked at me, I looked at her and thought "Am I in the right place?". It's like, 2 picnic tables, each table with 8 seats, and stools around the perimeter. Inside was a small bar and some type of homemade library. I thought sure I made a mistake. Well, it took about 9 seconds to realize this place is special. I don't want to give too much away. But, the food...outstanding. The most expensive thing is $15. Wine can be had for $20 a bottle...and it was great wine. This is a 2 or 3 man show. Diego, and the owner Mario were exceptional. Talk about a couple of hard working guys...I almost wanted to get up and give them a hand. My wife who is a bartender was tempted to jump behind the bar to get them out of the weeds. (they were a man down that night). After dinner, they brought us a plate of desert...on the house. (They don't do this all the time, but they do it when they can). After desert, and we paid, Diego brought us a couple of cookies from Argentina. At this point, I'm laughin to myself how this hole-in-the-wall (for lack of a better term) is so phenomenal. I asked them if they knew they were like, ranked #1. Yeah, they know. I asked them how they do it. Diego said they treat people right. Plain and simple. And of course , because I wasn't blown away enough during dinner, a rainbow appeared. It's almost like Mario the owner called for it. I wish more places could treat customers like Mario and Diego. So gentlemen, if you ever get a chance to read this review...thank you. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity. And no matter where we stay in Ft Lauderdale next time...we will be back. And we don't care how long we have to wait.

Found this place on Nautic Nomad and went here for a lovely date night dinner. They have a great selection of fine wines for super decent prices ($20 a bottle!) They serve classic central American food - Empanadas done 3 ways, Churrasco, and they even do Pizza! Personal or Large sized. We got a huge plate of dessert complimentary which featured delicious delicacies. This place is definitely one of the top restaurants in Fort Lauderdale!

Went here because of the rating and reviews. Was pretty disappointed. The atmosphere is not bad but seems a little run down. The empanadas are good but that’s all I can say. I ordered the salmon with veggies and they both tasted and looked like frozen food. Not fresh at all! Service was nice but a bit slow. Our server noticed we weren’t happy with our meal since we pretty much didn’t eat it so she comped it which was really nice. I say check another spot out, I’m sure there’s way better don’t know how this ended up with a 4.8

I went here with the girl friend and I was pleased with experience. The food was good, and the environment was nice. No issues at the time, and I was only there the one time. The food options all looked good, and I went with the wings. Which were good. It was about 50% full at the time i visited. I didn't want to go back to try some of the other entrees, but I was not able to do so due to timing. I would try this place again if I had the chance. The food prices seemed reasonable.

My mom and I dined here a few days ago and it was one of the highlights of our vacation. Mario the owner made us feel like we were guests in his own home. He insisted we taste delicious empanadas and deserts that we didn’t even order or pay for. A very gracious host. The staff was phenomenal. Our waitress Mary was delightful. She knew everything about wine and helped us select the right bottle to match our meals. We both ordered the salmon and thoroughly enjoyed our dishes. An evening to remember!

We stayed in the Premiere Hotel and had dinner at the Premiere Cafe and Bar almost every night. This place is sooo amazing! The food was delicious and the portions great. We always got a little extra treat on the house, such as empanadas or dessert. The staff is super friendly (special thanks to Antonio, Diego, Natalie and Mario again) and we enjoyed every minute there. Would highly recommend the place, especially because the prices are very reasonable, too!

The best dining experience in my life! The owner of the place Mario is an incredible man! We have been feeling special and the service was outstanding. The food is delicious and the stuff is so warmed and friendly! the owner served us empanadas and deserts which were above and beyond. Especially empanada with ham and cheese!!! It is going to be my favorite choice! Our waiter Alejandro was super friendly and very professional. The atmosphere is awesome! Let me start by saying I am a bit surprised this is the #1 restaurant in Ft Lauderdale. The menu is fairly small but we thought we would give it a try because of the reviews. We ordered the empanadas and gnocchi to share. They brought over a platter of chips, pretzels, and nuts...and they were all so stale and chewy we couldn’t even eat them. There was only one other couple in the restaurant and the food was taking quite a long time (I did see multiple take out runs to the hotel though). They came over with 2 empanadas on the house. They were cold and tasted like they were frozen, I immediately regretted ordering them as part of our meal. The meal finally came and the empanadas were warm but they still did not taste fresh. The gnocchi on the other hand was excellent, so creamy and such a huge portion! The service was great and prices are very fair but overall we were disappointed with our experience and would not return in the future.

Let me start by saying I am a bit surprised this is the #1 restaurant in Ft Lauderdale. The menu is fairly small but we thought we would give it a try because of the reviews. We ordered the empanadas and gnocchi to share. They brought over a platter of chips, pretzels, and nuts...and they were all so stale and chewy we couldn’t even eat them. There was only one other couple in the restaurant and the food was taking quite a long time (I did see multiple take out runs to the hotel though). They came over with 2 empanadas on the house. They were cold and tasted like they were frozen, I immediately regretted ordering them as part of our meal. The meal finally came and the empanadas were warm but they still did not taste fresh. The gnocchi on the other hand was excellent, so creamy and such a huge portion! The service was great and prices are very fair but overall we were disappointed with our experience and would not return in the future.

The staff could not have been nicer - making everyone who walked in feel like a regular. Even through a large storm that roiled in from the west they moved efficiently and got everyone situated. But the highlight is truly the food. The empanadas are beautifully made, fresh and authentic. Enjoyed the trio of chicken, beef and the ham and cheese. Amazing. Worth a trip just for those alone. We then each other’s the Churrasco steak - beautifully prepared, great flavor and topped with two fried eggs. An ample selection of sides and food. Desserts are delicious and are not to be skipped. Small but well appointed selection of draft beer and also non-alcoholic specialities. Never rushed and engaged well with the staff and fellow patrons. Truly a terrific night. The large pizza is seriously huge. We could have definitely got away with ordering a couple personal pans just for the three of us because the large was so big that we can only eat one piece each and we had alot of other items prior to that. This place was simply wonderful. Portions for food are large, wine and beer prices very reasonable. $6 for beer, $7 for wine. Entrees were $12 and $10. They do not skimp you on anything here! We also got a free dessert and free refills on our alcoholic beverages. Ended up being a 2 1/2 hour dinner. Fantastic customer service by the staff. If I ever visit Fort Lauderdale again, this will be the first place I go to. Highly recommend!

This place is a hidden germ. Nice and relax place. Food price is reasonable comparing to serving portion. Easy going environment. There are seats for inside and outside. Service was superb. They are so kind and friendly. Don't forget to try their homemade Empanadas both chicken and ham& cheese. It is very rare to find fresh and delicious empanadas around here. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. The timing of foods was good. At the end of the meal, our server kindly gave us some Argentinian deserts to try. They were delicious. Overall wonderful experience and will definitely come back again. If you are looking for a restaurant by the beach where you can relax, eat good foods, and enjoy nice people+friendly service, this is the place for you.

Waited an hour for cold food... Seemed like they forgot about us. When we asked for water they gave us cheap water bottles. Had high expectations after reading great reviews and ended up with a ruined night. We told them our food was cold and they said they'd remake it, and since I asked for it to go they brought it back in less than ten minutes bagged up. Realized when we got home shortly later they just reheated it; the eggs were hard and the steak overdone. The empanadas were okay, but didn't make up for the mess of a dinner we were given. My only consolation was that the meal was comped and we only lost two and a half hours of our night... for free.

Right off the bat, complimentary bottled water, complimentary empanadas (bc we were a large party) we ordered the salmon for $17 (could have fed 2 people), fried steak ($13), steak and eggs with grilled veggies $17 will feed three people, grilled chicken for $12. Intimate and romantic setting. We have to go boxes and we can't eat anymore. How is a place so welcoming with so much value having a view of the beach? In ft. laud? Just come here. I recommend sitting inside and going with a smaller group (2-3 ppl). They do have tables outside for a larger group. It is not by the water but it is close by. The ambiance inside is nice. They played great music. The service was phenomenal. Street parking was convenient and right outside the restaurant. The wait time was non-existent. I left this restaurant incredibly happy. They got the service down. Thank you for a great experience. I am just visiting but I would come again. I recommended your restaurants to friends who live here and will recommend for anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale.

After spending time at the Premiere Bar a year ago with a terrific experience this was the only place my friend would consider for celebrating his big birthday. He wanted to share this terrific place with our long-time traveling companions. Mario and his staff out did theirselves for making it a perfect celebration. Was a guest at the Premier hotel July 6-10. I ate the Premier Cafe. What a great treat. The staff were great hosts. The space was well lit and comfortably designed to eat at the indoor bar or out on the deck. The food was well prepared. Get the ravioli bowl and skewered beef and vegetables plate and you'll have to share it with a friend. The pricing was very reasonable.

This has to be one the best places by the beach in Fort Lauderdale. Prices are super cheap considering it's location. Portions are very large, and food is absolutely amazing. I can't say enough about how awesome the service is here. Very one is super friendly and you're served with a smile. There isn't enough words in the English dictionary to explain how incredible this place is. Parking is a pain in the butt, but it's to be expected in this area.

The food was delicious, and the meal portions were so large that we went home with many many leftovers. The server also kept us laughing, and was a pleasure to be around. Had free snack foods as soon as we sat down- peanut butter filled pretzels, chips, and peanuts. We gobbled them up. Food was quick and good.

I don’t even know where to start... I found this place online and saw they had phenomenal reviews (besides the select few people who are probably never pleased anywhere they go) so I had to check it out. I can confidently say that this may be the best dining experience I have ever had. We started off with the empanadas... wow. Not only were they a great size they were also delicious, especially the chicken ones. Then the entrees came out... the expressions on all of our faces were priceless. So much food on each plate that some of it was almost falling off, but don’t let that fool you, the presentation was fantastic as well. Then we tried it and realized it even got better. What flavor all of our dishes had. To top it all off we got complimentary homemade cherry lemonade which was so refreshing and delicious for a hot summer day. I wouldn’t have something bad to say about our experience even if I tried, except maybe use bigger plates even though the plates you have are already standard size? No, that’s just trying to hard. Bravo to the staff of this restaurant. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I will always remember this.

Wow, this is a hidden Gem!! The owner is right there running the place, the service is great and the food is not only fantastic, but at great prices. Complimentary empanadas (hot out of the oven) and snack trays for everyone. We ate outside, but it has a very relaxed bar interior. If your in the area looking for a good place to eat, this is it.

Marvelous place for dinner! Very cool vibe in a small bar/library with just a few stools and some outside seating. It's a two man show with the owner, Mario and his wife doing everything. Can I rate this place 6 stars? Right off the bat, complimentary bottled water, complimentary empanadas (bc we were a large party) we ordered the salmon for $17 (could have fed 2 people), fried steak ($13), steak and eggs with grilled veggies $17 will feed three people, grilled chicken for $12. Intimate and romantic setting. We have to go boxes and we can't eat anymore. How is a place so welcoming with so much value having a view of the beach? In ft. laud? Just come here. No questions asked. Just do it. ✔️

I was skeptically impressed by this location. I thought, no way there are truly like this, but alas, they were all that and more. Let me describe it for you and then I'll add the toppers. The place is deceivingly cozy once inside. You can choose to dine inside or outside. Nice, simple decor and soft music fills the air in the patio. The lighting and music is condusive to conversation. The service was right from the start very good. We were immediately treated to some introductory soft drinks of juices and a few snacks. Then we ordered our food and while we waited, the waiter treated us to a few varied empanadas of different types. Then our food came. The quality was very good and the portions were as generous as the pictures shown in this review. The churrasco with the egg on top took about half the plate under the fries. The tacos shown are an appetizer, and by the size of them it could be a meal in on itself. Then there was the staff. Kin on picking up on cues. Adjusting to each of us from different places. Bilingual waiters. Friendly but not overstepping. Just goldilocks service. After, our waiter learned that it was one of our birthdays and he played a birthday song over the speakers. We were treated to various treats that I won't go into specifics because that part of the experimence might vary but we were very happy, satisfied, and the prices were very affordable. I would absolutely recommend this place.
