Extremely fresh salads. I had the shrimp salad and red fruit tarte and absolutely enjoyed every single bite and still had some left over. A relatively peaceful and slower oasis from the bustle of the extremely hectic and overcrowded mall. Fresh sandwiches, salads, breads, and pastries, including small and large French macarons. I'd eat there again.

It was my first time coming to this place. My boyfriend and I didnt know what to get, so I asked one of the employee what was good and the manager Felipe recomended us to try the FOCACCIA sandwich and it was super good!!! I will come back again. Its so nice to experience such a place, with good food and great customer service!!

We’ve been here a few times, mostly for breakfast. The last time we ate lunch while waiting for a tire repair. We ordered a prosciutto goat cheese and fig sandwich and a chicken club sandwich, a coffee, and a pastry and it was $40.... Asked for 2 waters and were told they only offer bottled water, so spent $3 on a water bottle. When we were ordering, the cashier, Felipe, asked us if we wanted potato wedges, avocado, all these things but did not mention that they cost extra. The only reason they get away with this is the steady stream of tourists. The chicken sandwich had one slice of chicken and reminded me of an in flight meal I purchased on a Delta flight, except that the airline sandwich was larger and tasted better. The potato wedges were not hot, the ‘fig’ in the prosciutto sandwich was a plastic cup with a jelly fig spread. The prosciutto was warmed... very odd. Very disappointed in the quality of the food and the up-charging by the cashier. What restaurant doesn’t let you have a water cup for free?

My daughter and I absolutely love this place ... Every time we go to Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall our first stop is PAUL and a jolt of their fabulously delicious Coffee and of course a pastry!!! At the end of our shopping we returned for their freshly squeezed orange juice and specialty sandwich made with their crusty fresh artisan breads...I had to also buy a loaf of pumpkin and a loaf of olive bread to take home

The worst place ever. I ordered Club Crevettes Sandwich and There were literally just 3 shrimps and bread, which is look like bread from Publix! In the menu is said that sandwich has avocado, but there was NOT A SINGLE PIECE OF AVOCADO! French soup is below the average, and the coffee has terrible bitter taste.

One star for the food and one for the atmosphere. Ordered passion fruit tea and given plain iced tea. Asked the cashier and she was like still asleep. The lady who made the tea refused to try it to find if it was passion fruit tea or just mislabelled. She just stood there and insisted there was no mistake. She said I didn't taste the passion fruit because she didn't put sugar. Anyone who ate passion fruit before will know its tangy taste is very distinguishable. The plain tea that I was given was bitter and flat. The worst fruit tea I have ever tried. Very disappointed. Their service is not comparable to their food.

Great resting cafe in the sawgrass mill mall. I like their atmosphere in here. Good resting area with lots of seats. Desserts are great! Music is not so loud and it is outside of the Main building. So you can have a good time to chat with your friends and family.

This so called French bistro is parading as a “Fresh bakery.” Also as “French” Everything in there is frozen, most likely bought from Publix. The bacon is the same bacon I buy for myself and what in the microwave for my egg sandwiches. The chocolate croissant was stale and they couldn’t be bother to toast it and make it appear fresh out of the oven, just plopped it on a plate cold and uninviting. The “fresh squeezed” orange juice is anything but. It’s watered down and there is barely any pulp in it. The the macaroons are from COSTCO, because I literally just bought them for a party a month ago and was surprised they even made macaroons that large and voila! The same flavors and the same size are in the display case, what an coincidence. If you need to eat something, just go across the street to burger fi and get yourself a nice juicy burger or a healthy salad. Because at least there you know it will be fresh.

This bakery is off the chart. Pain of chocolate or almond croissant, oh lala!! I Recently whent to Paris and the Paul bakeries are everywhere and I would say that the product is almost identical, that the city of love with the exception of the baguettes, for some reason theirs are better.

When you don't see prices BUYER BE WARE.... First the order was taken incorrectly. The 2 women that took my order were unfriendly and couldn't even smile. I was very pleasant and smiled at them...I signed a credit card slip but it had no itemized list for what I paid for...asking for one I was told they don't provide it. They said they charged only for 2 Cappuccinos and charged me 5.90 for a third! I ordered three pastries, the Fraiser was dried out and not fresh...and 3 Cappuccinos....the bill was 36.71 Way over priced...the pastries were good but not at this price....one does better at the Cheesecake Factory right around the corner. Fiona is the name on the receipt. First and last time I will be a customer here....I live locally and will spread the word AVOID Paul at the Sawgrass Mall.

Omg the worst experience ever! This is not the first time we come here and the servers are so rude !! We were ordering with JOHANNE (the server). She was was rude to us, she did have an attitude towards us, kept making faces at us because we were trying to figure out the menu, never tried to help us order, then she started talking to the other server criticizing us. We asked her if everything was ok, and she started telling us that we were taking so long and started defying us, that we should leave a review of her and offered her SSN in a ironic way. Is that how you treat your customers at this place? So nasty! Your food is really good, but food is not enough to keep your people coming back.

I also paid an extra dollar for a side of potato wedges and literally got like 5 pieces. There's plenty of great places here to eat. This isn't one.

The restaurant is cute and charming. I am pretty sure the bread and sandwiches are amazing, but the salad I ordered was awful. The tuna salad comes with a cheap canned tuna (even my cat eats a better canned tuna) and on the menu it says green olives and they gave me black olives instead. I couldn't even finish the salad. Walmart sells better salads than that one.. The macchiato was very expensive for the size. I love the place and music but my experience with the food was not good. My husband loved the smoked salmon and Brie sandwich though.

PAUL’s costumer service is Not a 1 Star it’s a minus 10 stars. I’ve been there plenty of times out of convenience. I honestly think that if there’s any training provided to staff they probably emphasize on “make sure you are useless to the client, make sure you are as rude as you can possibly be and if you look absolutely miserable while serving you get extra points”. The rudest ones are the “manager” and bakers (because they are not pastry chefs. They are bakers). They are very rude to staff and put Iosts of unnecessary stress on their servers. The RED HAIRED GIRL who is probably the “main baker” is OBNOXIOUS (she definitively has issues) Not normal to be that miserable. They are absolutely RUDE. Never in my life have I ever experienced such bad service. They don’t get the orders right half the time. When clients politely complain they make a big deal to the point of embarrassing the client in public and making them uncomfortable at the very least. I’ve seen that happen at least once if not more for every time I’ve visited. It’s almost like their company motto is: be consistently miserable, extremely rude & always slow. Feel as if you are doing the client a favor to even be in their presence.

Food was delicious . However, horrible customer service, the server (Kayara) and the other black server (Johanne) need to learn how to be kind and professional with customers. Johanne touch the Macaroon with her naked hands and put it in the plate!! Kayara was really rude just because I was asking her about the price of something, like if she was doing me a favor!! In addition she didn't steam my latte appropriately I will not come back because of their attitude, they don't even smile!!

Coffee is way too bitter. It’s really unorganized the service, you have to go to the cashier to to go back through people just to tell them what you want and point at it. Food is A little bit above average, pastries are real good. You need to be able to order and then go through the line to pay not go back and forth through people just to point at what you want and have them explain it to you while everyone is not sure if you are cutting in line. This place has the right concept but bad coffee and bad service.

The food continues to be consistently great, but found the servers to be very impersonal and the tables disorganized and not very clean (to be fair it was in the late afternoon, but if I am going to pay $15 for a coffee and pastry, I expect a clean table). Worst customer service I think I have ever experienced. I ordered 3 things but the new employee only got 2, their receipt printer thing was out of paper so finding a copy of my order was a mission and a half. I was there with my family including my hungry 2 year old that was getting very restless. So the staff watched a 6 month pregnant woman asking for her bowl of soup while a year old is having a little meltdown. Even though it took them over 10 minutes, they still made me pay for the third thing that I ordered because the first lady didn't charge me for it. Worst part: the food sucked! The baguette was so dry that neither I nor my daughter could chew it. I will never go back there again.

Surprised about the bad reviews here, but I rarely visit this place during busy times. We love coming here in the morning for breakfast. Coffee is excellent, and bakery items are very good. Love their sandwiches and quiche too. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. It's not cheap, but in my opinion the quality is worth the price.
