You must have seen that it reaches an feddbacks average is really positive, and it's founded on a very large number of feddbacks, so we may conclude that the score is very reliable. If there are many people who bothered to evaluate when they've done well, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to give evaluations when they are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Restaurant corresponds to the category of Mexican restaurant.
It's authentic Mexican food. The service is touch and go unless they know you and your regular and even then it still... I'll just leave it at that. Are you still some really great servers but they are no longer there and that changes …
Great drinks. Delicious chicken mole. The service was very attentive and they genuinely want you to enjoy yourself.
Food is soooooo good. Service is always great. Order a margarita!!!
Vibrant place, good mexican food and friendly staff
My favorite local Mexican food. Seevice is always fantastic, only second to the food and margaritas!!!
Yummy food
Amazing margaritas and food was great!!!
We have to say defianlty the best authentic ! Mexican food in all florida . Hands down ! Wait was a bit . But it was real good! Defianlty if you are a tourist and looking for authentic mexican food go here . We drove 33 minutes out of the way to go here and it was well worth it !
Exciting entertainment and great food
Good place to eat some authentic Mexican food, and listen to live music.
They have an excellent top notch Michelada, it is one of my favorite reasons to go there. So the other night I sat down with my wife for a drink, we were seated and the server proceeded to ignore us for 15-20 minutes even though we told her we were ready to order. She proceeded to serve people a and take orders from people who came well after us. We got up and left. If you dont want to wait on people, dont be a server. Orale, train your team.
Waited 55mins to order food after being seated. Food was great. Service was mediocre at it best. It's an ok spot.
Been going here for years. Great Mexican food!
It was a fantastic experience, the food, singing, music, had a wonderful time
Let me say at the outset that this restaurant has some of the best tasting food, Mexican or otherwise, I've ever had. The hosts are accommodating but the service is often slow, and with the seemingly ever present loud music, mistakes …
GREAT FOOD . SERVICES WAS THE BEST .
Great place the food and drinks were great and the entertainment was amazing . A BIG THUMBS UP
Always a wonderful experience here. Special thanks to Marcelo for going above and beyond for me and my family.
Excellent Mexican food with large number of choices and friendly service
We loved it - really nice authentic interior We defo go back
Had a long layover and stumbled upon this place. Friendly staff and generous portions for a very reasonable price.
Fantastic fun decorated restaurant. First time definitely going back.
So good! I'm from southern California and I haven't found amazing Mexican in South Florida until I came here. So so good, drinks are also delicious.
Great prices, and super authentic Mexican! Never disappoints!! Fresh and delicious. Also the margaritas are amazing too!
A fun restaurant with courteous service, reasonable prices and a festive atmosphere. The live mariachi singer was very enjoyable and the food was quite good. Solid choice in downtown Hollywood!
The food is always tasty, but I feel like the service here is hit or miss depending on which server you get. I visit frequently since I live only 3 blocks away and I have never had a bad experience. Complimentary chips and salsa is excellent.
This place is amazing. From the vibrant decor to the great service and delicious food. I hope you come with an appetite cause you're getting a large serving! I had the Sarita, which is a sangria with margarita. And may I say.. it creeps up on you ;0). Ordered the corn, omg!! So good. Had the carnitas. Juicy well seasoned, the refried beans and the yellow rice balanced it all so well. My boyfriend had the steak with onions, peppers, mushrooms and melted cheese. Dios mio, que rico. Translation: Omg, so good. Ordered the churros to go. Yum! Light, crunchy & loaded with sweetness. I'm definitely a fan. Will be returning on a regular. Price wise.. excellent! I felt like I under paid for the quantity of the food. But ok, cool. Ck them out, cheers enjoy!
Delicious authentic Mexican food. In the heart of Downtown Hollywood Fl.
Great food and service
Took us 2 hours to get food when no one was in the restaurant. Burrito was like eating a soup, super soggy and generally bland. Avoid it if you can.
Nice food, we enjoyed the jalapeno poppers and tacos. As noted by other reviewers, service is friendly but not super reactive.
Incredible Mexican Food, Incredible Drinks, Top Nofch Service, when your in Downtown Hollywood check it out ! 5 STARS
Great service , very good food and good prices
Great atmosphere and Margaritas. The staff are very friendly.
Delicious food and priced perfectly
Food is fantastic, been twice now. Both things excellent
This place has the best Mexican food I’ve ever tasted. It tastes so fresh and flavorful. I even recommended co workers to come here and they’ve been coming ever since.
Food was excellent price was. Affordable our waitress was no that friendly very cut and dry
Food was great. Servers were okay but I am thinking "Okay" is good enough since gratuity is already included in every check no matter the size of your party. It's a shame that others have ruined it for us...but again..the food was great
Good food and friendly staff.
Over priced and over rated!!!! Customer Service was great but the food was terrible. One of the worst Mexican Restaurants I have been too. It taste as authentic as Taco Bell is. The meat tasted like pure iron, seemed like they used a cheap cooking pot or the cheapest meat on the market. Tortilla chips tasted like if the frying oil hasnt been changed in awhile. The worst $42 I have spent in awhile on food. Save your money and go to Chipotle or Taco Bell lol
Poor service. Ok food, lots of oil.
The food is absolutely amazing. Was not a fan of the wait time, but the food was so flavorful it was well worth it
So so food, overpriced
Food was awesome. Our waiter, Marcello, was courteous, on time with drinks. If u dont know what you want, try the arrow texano. Or fajitas for two. I also tried the shrimp tacos with the diablo sauce , great flavor, (although I was expecting hotter). It's a spit I'll be checking on again when in the area fir sure
Loved the place!! The decoration, seats and tables are amazing. Service was also very good
I had awesome green enchiladas there today
Very good mexican fare and very well priced!
Always great. Servers are a little lazy to service u on refills
Super cute place. The murals and the furniture. Unfortunately the service and food did not live up to the atmosphere. We came in on a weeknight. There were one large table finishing up. And 2 other 4 tops. It appeared to be a relatively …
This place has poor service lack of management. Got the order wrong after waiting 45-minutes, gratuity is already included which shows by the service.
I am in Love with Mexican Food, having lived in Cali for 7 years I am always chasing that authentic taste and quality. This place has my tastebuds jumping for joy, love the carne asada fajita plate it was excellent, the beans amazing, the guacamole on point and the chips hot n fresh. The horchata was not on point this visit but my first visit it was perfect maybe someone added too much water this time I'll ask for it again on my next visit. If you love Mexican food this is the best. Please understand the food is made when you order so please be patient it's so worth the wait. Enjoy my favorite spot
Good Eats Good Staff
First time here. We had a great time. Authentic Mexican food, with vegetarian options. Had the vegetarian fajitas, the portions where generous. Prices were good $3 Margarita and $2 beers for happy hour Monday through Friday from 3 through 7. The Salsa and chips were very good and if you love spicy, the homemade hot sauce was awesome. Will definitely be back.
Being born and raised in Southern California, this is the most authentic Mexican food I have found in Florida!! Homemade tortillas! Orale!!
Not the best service but good food
good service, good food
Awesome food and atmosphere, great service
I just love this place because the dishes are so authentic.
One of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve eaten at!!
Me and my friend had dinner here on a Thursday evening, 5:30pm. I ordered the beef burrito and he had the #10 Tamale with tostada. When the food arrived it looked nothing like what we ordered. My friend didnt recieve a tostada and a tamale, he received an enchilada and something else. We couldnt tell what it was because it was covered in tomato sauce. Ok, fine. So the order was wrong. We thought since we read all the reviews that the food would be great. WRONG! Food had a bunch of salty tomato sauce all over it. The beef inside my burrito was super salty! We were very unhappy to say the least! Once the bill came, to our surprise they added an 18% gratuity!! It wasnt listed any where that all checks get an 18% gratuity. Like WTF... Our waiter didnt do anything. He couldnt even get our order right. We didnt think he deserved an 18% tip..... Needless to say we will NEVER return!! Dont believe these great reviews, they were left by people with no taste buds.. Sorry not sorry.
Good latin food
A fun place to eat with great food
Terrible! Didn’t get served and left after 30 minutes. Waiters all in the back talking not giving a damn ...
Very tasty Mexican joint right off the main drag in a vibrant downtown area full of food and fun. I ordered the tacos de lengua with beans and rice and had Horchata to drink. Hands down, they had some of the best beans and rice and a killer Horchata. It was so delicious, I ordered two in fact. The tacos were not the best ive eaten, but they were decent. I would return, but to try another main dish.
Good taste food , not expensive, liked the daikiris
Very good food and for a low price.
I love it!!! I love the food
The service was great. But my favorites was the food. The Food was awesome! I'm definitely going back.
The service was good the tamale was bland the salsa and chips were good
I ordered chicken tacos, a little different than what I’m used to. The chicken had good flavor and the rice and refried beans were the standard sides. The cilantro was very fresh. I’ll be coming back.
Food is very very good.WATCH DRINK PRICES. if not happy hour ask the price. We were charged 30.00 each for a not so large margarita...
Food is very authentic and tasty. Fridays and Sundays they have live music from 7 to 10pm Happy environment, prices are reasonable.
The food was really authentic and delicious! Definitely the best in Hollywood area.
Great food, service, and margaritas!
It was empty maybe 5 customers inside and it took too long for customer service.! We decided to sit outside the atmosphere and weather was great! I had chimichanga and my husband had beef tacos and the food was delicious
The food is AMAZING! love the warm crispy chips and the elotas. Great job
I usually enjoy the food here but I've seen many inconsistencies. Speaking of inconsistent, the cheese and bean dip, pure liquid. It is in a watery state, not even a slow little dribble to the edges, pure slosh. Keep in mind this was to go, my workplace is literally down the road so that much time driving was not a factor. Also normally the lunch Hot & Spicy Burrito I've gotten, it's a regular item for me, fills up the tin, today it was comparable to a taco bell cheap burrito size, not sure if that was always supposed to be the size and the big burritos were mistakes. Also asking for no sour cream, it's a 50/50 there won't be sour cream.
Food is okay and price too...but the service is very bad...and so many homeless who talk to you and make you feel bad to can afford it...even one who received 2 free taco...I dont understand this place and never go back
As always, superb food, excellent service and great drinks
The Mexican food in Hollywood.
Eat here nearly every weekend. Always great food and service.
Great Food but they take too much to get the food i'm asume that was for mothers Day
Good Mexican food
Great place, great food, great service!
This place is a treasure! The food, the atmosphere, the experience!! It is a new place that will become a regular for us.
Good tasty food, good attentive service. Oh, and a great margarita.. Will be back soon...
Came in here late at night and the service was top notch! Missed out on the tacos but did grub down on the Tampiquena plate with a Michelada. Was also able to get the burrito plater with a glass of horchata! This is definitely the "it" spot for when I'm in Hollywood. The interior decor is really cool, I'm a fan of the Day of the Dead artwork and aesthetic so it definitely gets a win from me. Maybe next time we will done outside and check out the view
Great authentic food
The venue will take u to Mexico. Waitress was funny made sure we enjoyed our experience. They have Huge plates where the Meal fills up the plate. YOU WILL GET FULL WHEN YOU REACH HALF OF THE PLATE
Excellent location and great food. We had delicious Patron margaritas and shrimp fajitas. The homemade salsa is very flavorful. Lovely female singer too.
We've been going there for over ten years and never disappointed. The owner is always there. Food quality is excellent and the best $3 margaritas between 4 and 7 everyday! They also have large area for parties and live music on the weekend! We love it!
Love this place! Best Mexican food that I've had in a long time! The service is also the best! ♥️
I love this place!! The only one with delicious elotes
Mexican food is my fave. This place is super good for fla
Decent food. Service was good. Would go again!
Great Service, good food, Best Mexican Restaurant in Hollywood.
My favorite restaurant
I've been to Mexico twice & this place is the closest I've found to authentic Mexican cuisine! The staff is attentive & nice. The 2 for 1 margaritas are actually strong! Food is delicious.
The food and service is excellent! The place does not have AC You will fry sitting in the Restaurant. Such a shame. It sucks though if you want to dine in. 83 degrees and we were under a fan. Had to leave
Amazing mexican food !!!
Great Mexican food and cheladas
The food was great, the service was great, nice Motif, will definitely visit again.
Service was terrible and then they self charge an 18% gratuity even when it's just one person dining. I guess if you charge your own gratuity it doesn't matter what service you give...
I go to this place often. The food here is always amazing and so are the servers!! Amazing
Food was good, came for Cinco de mayo and place was busy. Had asked for 3 times for more chips for our queso appetizer. Finally I gave up and had to grab the host to get some chips as we watched our food get cold. Server said said it was not his job but he would get the chips for us. Got better service after getting upset, guess our server should take orders at a fast food restaurant since that's all he wanted to do. Nice restaurant would come back again.
We always enjoy the food. The temperature of the food is always hot which we enjoy. The service is good and the prices are not bad. They include the tip in the bill.
Very delicious, authentic Mexican food. The Tequila and Tacos are the best.
Great food great prices. Happy hour specials.
Can't beat Tuesday specials. $2 tacos - $2 Mexican beers. Always great food, great beers and margaritas
Amazing food!! Best chicken chimichangas and fajitas we have ever had! Would HIGHLY recommend eating here!!
Love the food & service
Decent food, loud atmosphere. Good drinks. Not expensive
Micheladas are Really good
The food here is so good!
Nice food good vibes
Mexican food is not exactly gourmet but the food from Orale is generous in size and sides and is indeed very flavorful.. The place has live music on weekends which tends to be a bit loud. This is a festive place where you should not expect to have a conversation within your company. Forget ordering food for pick up. You will be waiting 30-40 minutes longer that expected every time. Eating in is faster
Amazing restraurant! Food is very good and music is enjoyable
Below average food. They refuse to modify the menu items at all. The refried beans had a sour flavor like perhaps they were going bad. Not sure who is rating this 5 stars. Will not return.
Bad food Bad service and they take for ever to bring your order
I went with my accompanying family members and I tried getting the most inexpensive dish possible whilst still being able to enjoy the meal, so I got something that sounded appetizing yet was one of the cheapest items on the menu. The Tipicos Burrito which was astonishingly 11.95, keep in mind one of their cheapest items on the menu. Adding to why I felt this was pretty astonishingly high priced was it was a beef-tip burrito (If you aren't aware this is usually a cut of the ends of meats that are thrown into stews and sometimes can be from a sirloin or a typically considered decent cut of meat but that doesnt always clarify if it will be a decent cut... almost like a mystery meat if you will.) To stretch even more description of my dish they boasted it served covered in strictly their decidant Cheese sauce, hopefully a really creamy rich sauce you could really find to enhance the flavour, and aswell as to top it off with a bit of lettuce and guacamole. I was in high hopes as their tortilla chips were okay, nothing to scream home about however, and their salsa was enjoyable. (Keep in mind they say they charge .99 for more chips and salsa. Be weary!) Our dishes finally came. I got my burrito and noticed right off the bat that this "cheese" sauce was quite runny and also there was a tomato-ey looking sauce to accompany it, spreaded sloppily over the entire plate. I being pretty hungry dig right in. No complaints so far other than the sauce pretty much being water. I wasnt to opptimistic further into the meal as the first bites into the flour tortilla was almost like those raw doughy tortillas they use in Freezer Dry scenarios, probably because of the low quality and them being saturated in water. I get to the meat and as I expect a stew tasting meat, surprisingly edible and at most okay, probably the best part of the meal. I find to eat the burrito in complete almost of it being like a stew due to the nature of the sauce. An okay stew but in no way a good burrito. Then ohh boy... This part of my "good-night out" makes me almost refuse that this is a geniune restaurant advertising 'authentic' mexican food, or just food in general. My fellow family members dining out were profounded by their quality of food, that they refused to eat it. I decide to find out what they are talking about and sample their food. The first dish I sampled was suppose to be a steak in a tomato kind of sauce with beans and rice and tortillas. They ate the beans and rice just fine but the meat they avoided and only tasted it once. I when tasting it recognize this similar flavour of chile blend that tastes sweet yet fermented, and not the good kind. Usually these flavours dont clash with a tomato base sauce and over "steak". On top of this you can tell it is some kind of canned tomato with this blend of spices because of the flat-lined Chile taste that makes it even worse. When then biting into the meat it is insanely chewy and doesn't even render to me as a piece of steak. I then continue on to the other persons' dish sampling their taco salad, which by then was just pork due to there not being anymore actual salad as they skimp on the fresh lettuce, guacamole and tomatoes. Trying the pork it had this Sour lime taste that was too overpowering and the only other flavour you could taste I can only describe as rancid. For the long babble about the food, that wasn't the only terrid thing about this place. To cut it short, service wasn't terrible but them forcing an 18% gratuity on only a party of 3 making their tip approx. Seven dollars when the food was terrible I am pretty sure that does not work that way and demanded to remove this automatic tip which they did without much concern.
The food here was amazing! I’m still thinking about it weeks later lol.
I have been frequenting this restaurant for years because the food and drinks are very good. I did not give it 5 stars because their service, although it is friendly service, it is slow service. I always have to get the waiters' attention, who are gathered in the back, mostly chatting with each other. Many times, I have had to get up to get their attention, especially if sitting out of their sight or sitting outside. They charge a 20% gratuity on their checks, and it is not earned.
Delicious food, great customer service, nice music, good for a large groups ,inside or outside great atmosphere, good price
This Pkace is nice!! Great food Good vibe. They get a 5
Expensive for Mexican food but food is pretty good!
We noticed the authentic Mexican food sign on the front of the business; this is probably a case of delusion. The flour tortillas are 100% factory made and shipped to the establishment; same taste and texture as if you bought tortillas in the local Mini Mart or grocery store. If this was the only issue I probably would have given three stars because their salsa and chips were not bad. The main problem was the meat on my entree being it was the cheapest, old, rubbery, improperly prepared and seasoned beef tip I've ever had. My wife's shredded beef tasted nasty, old and bitter, like it was spoiling. Oddly, there was almost zero lettuce and tomato and only a drop, dash of guacamole. I say oddly because the TACO SALAD she had was 90% filled with the nasty, spoiled tasting shredded beef. My son's plates had the same issue. The rice and beans were okay, but there was no ala carte on the menu, so we basically spent $40 for a little bit of authentic rice and beans. I actually think Taco Bell has better authenticity and, as a matter of fact, my wife and I both agreed we would have been better off having Taco Bell, although neither of us have eaten Taco Bell for decades. THE SERVICE... we watched the waiters sit in the corner pecking away at their phones after our waiter, Lucas, left us and everyone else with these two guys. When we finally asked for our bill and finally got our bill I saw that they had added a $6.45 gratuity for themselves. I took the Bill and went to the cash register and told them that I had a problem with that, that I had not agreed to pay that, I was not going to pay that, and I did not pay that. They did not protest when I paid the bill with my credit card for the food that we didn't even eat and we left. My wife was so disturbed by the meat in her food that she expected to get sick for hours afterwards before she could relax. This place is as bad as the very worst reviews claim it is. Don't go.
Why would you sit anyone next to a hot refrigerator? Food and service was good. But I was miserable..
Ceviche was Bomb! Great service
Very good food. We travel around the national. The food is very good here
The service was good, but my tacos had just too many onion bits. Ive never had a taco with so much onion chunks. Don't mind the onions, but they should be sliced very thinner.
The food is good but the service is the WORST on the planet! I have been there numerous times and it's always the same. They seat you, and give you a drink and disappear never to be seen unless you go to the back and ask for service. I do this at least 30 minutes after being seated each time I have been there. I would go more often if they would hire people that aren't the laziest folks on this planet. Ugh!! If you go there, good luck with getting your order in an hour to an hour and a half, or go to the back to remind them that you are there. I give them 3 stars for the food. Zero stars for service.
I'm a little late posting this. We went there to eat on Christmas and the food and service was excellent. Javier, our waiter, was the best that we've had sence I moved to Fl.(5 yrs ago). He was so attentive we felt like we had our own private waiter and the resturant was busy.
Be careful they add the tip already!
Authentic Mexican food, is always good. Live music in weekend is to laud, can have a conversation with friends
Really enjoyed the Molcajete Orale... but come hungry if you order it. It could feed 4 easily. Service was quick, menu has great variety. Decor is comforting but maybe a bit too much emphasis on Dio de las Muertos for my taste.
Great food and drinks
