Ha ha. Walked in and was greeted and asked if I wanted to dine in outside. I said "outside" and was instructed to find a seat. Found my seat set for 10minutes. No one came up to me. All the while I watch 3 groups come in get orders taken. Dont wanna pull the race card but guess the nationality. It's cool. I kindly got up and left. Trip Advisory here I come. By the way. It was the furthest from busy.

Never been before, but it was certainly a great first experience. The place is very clean, very nicely decorated. The food was actually great (I had a tender sandwich) it was so good, my friend stole some of it from me. Staff was friendly, and my glass was always full. No complaints whatsoever, except it's so far from me :( I will definitely go again when I'm on that side of town. 10/10

The food at this location is actually good. At some places wings might come out cold or whatever, but not the case here. Service is good as well. Deducting one star for the men’s bathroom. The non-handicap stall doesn’t lock, it seems like cleaning isn’t done as often as it should, and the faucet isn’t positioned to allow enough space for your hands. I didn’t take a picture but it should be adjusted.

Food was ordered to go. It's was about 15 minutes till close but we gave it a shot. We asked if it was cool to order take out and they said sure. So we ordered our food and waited about 20 to 30 mins. We finally got our food and headed across the street to the hotel. Now, let me just say the staff was friendly and helpful and took the order with a smile. We got to ur room and opened up the goodies. Well, the food was cold as if it was sitting for a while. Obviously not enjoyable.. Note to self, never order before closing time...

great customer service, and awesome taste in food especially the snow crab legs my wife had she loved even better then Red Lobster snow crab legs yes crazy!!! The reason for 4 stars and not 5 just a bit to much crab cajun powder on snow crab legs, and I asked for wing xtra crispy and they came out a little on the softer side ☹... But still great taste and service.

Came to Hooters whilst on holiday in orlando. The food was fantastic (although my wife though the wings were "nothing special") I had a chicken burger which was to die for and far too much food!! My only foible was the lack of "hooters" part of what I thought the selling point of the restaurant was. Dont let this detract from the great and very reasonably priced food and drink.

Forty five minutes after ordering some food for our group of 5 arrived, unfortunately some of the order was wrong and the waiting continued. Our glasses remainder empty a good portion of the hour and a half we were there. It was a Monday night at 9 pm not particularly busy. Shrimp was supposed to be seasoned but still had to be peeled to eat and had not been deveined. Had to ask for sauces, silverwear, just the basics you shouldnt have to ask for in a restaurant. If you are there to see young girls with shorts that barely cover their behind your in luck (in case you can't make it to any pool or beach to see such) but if you want good food this isn't your spot.

Came here around 12:30 with 2 of my other friends. Restaurant seemed packed. Food was alright. Service was bad. Our server Tracy barely checked on us and didn't seem like she cared when our food came out. We kept running low on beverages and my best friend waited a while just for her beer. Won't be coming back & I'll be sure to tell people the same

Staff super friendly and seating not a problem. Seemed kinda slow so server was very on the ball. Got the buffalo chicken salad. It was tasty however, the chicken didn't have full sauce on the piece. I don't mean drown it but ensure whole piece is covered. Typical designed location and parking OK but bet it is busy during football season. Check it out and ask for Marie.

Had the worst experience with employee, Caitlin. Was incredibly rude and uninterested in benefiting the guests. Blatantly flirted with my husband and touched him inappropriately. I understand the company is for emphasizing woman’s figures. But there should still be certain standards that these girls should be held to. Absolutely disgusting.

Riley the bartender was amazing and she would be what would attract me back if I had the opportunity. Riley was open and friendly and was great at getting me to try new things. She was great to talk with and made the visit 10x better than expected. Because of her we stayed in the bar area for a significant amount of time.

Very disappointing experience. Tried to come here for a bite to eat around 10:15 on a Saturday night with some friends while out for a bachelorette party. One person in our party walked in around ten to see what time the kitchen was open until, and we were told it was still open and we would be able to come in around 10:30 or so to eat. When the full group got there, it took a bit to be greeted at the door then we were rudely told that the kitchen was closed then it started to seem like we would be able to order to go (not ideal but may have done it), but the girls/waitresses were discussing amongst theirselves and seemed to be on different pages on if they would or could serve us. In the end, we were turned down. Being they were not close to closing, this didn't seem right. We will not be back to this Hooters and will very likely not be back to a different Hooters either.

Very friendly staff... There was an 8 minute delay after we were seated. However a gentleman that I'm assuming is a manager asked if we need anything. He addressed Our concern immediately. Jessica was our waitress and she was very knowledgeable and friendly and Gave great suggestions on the menu for my 16 year old daughter and I.... We weren't quite full and thankfully she suggested the mini desserts that they have and the strawberry cheesecakes hit the spot!!! We have just relocated from Dallas and I'm sure next time my Husband will join us as he was only able to stop in briefly!!! Go Jessica!!!

I came here with a group of friends and of course I had to be the difficult one with a special order. I wanted the shrimp tacos but I wanted my shrimp tacos breaded and tossed in chipotle honey sauce. The manager Scott came and spoke to me and confirm it can be done but the tail will be on the shrimp. Well once my order came the tail was taken off already for me by the staff and my taco was sooooo delicious. Our waitress Amber was friendly and amazing! I will definitely be coming back here to eat !

We were originally going next door to senior frogs however after 10 minutes of sitting at the table and not even taking our drink order we decided to change to hooters. The service was great. Seated right away with drinks ordered and appetizers ordered. Jess was very attentive to us. Pretzel and beer cheese was yummy and the wings were just as good. Great service.

They were kind enough to honor his birthday boneless wings, amazing waitresses very kind and professional. Affordable and great food! Very clean establishment also! Highly recommend this location vs Lake Buena Vista. That location was extremely rude and NOT customer friendly

Worse Hooters Ever! I went in and told the girls I had a party of five and wanted to sit inside. I waited 45 minutes for an inside table just to be told that I couldn’t sit inside because they didn’t have enough servers. Then when I went outside I asked my server if they did happy birthday songs or anything because I was there for a birthday. The server told me no but a few moments later the servers did a birthday song and clap for a man named Dave at the bar. Then the server forgot my drink, straws, and fries. Once the fries arrived the bowl was half empty and the fries were cold. The only good thing was the wings.

Was there last night for a to go order and a drink. Slow service reviving drinks, despite the restaurant not being very busy. If you like waiting an hr before receiving an incomplete and incorrect order then this is the place for you. 4 people in our party, orders came out randomly and with multiple errors. We received the first order in about 20 mins but would continue to wait another 40 before reviving an order of chips and salsa. When we reached out to the manager as we had still yet to recive the 4th order. He did return with the 4th order which was incomplete. It was either his first night or he simply didn’t care as he assumed we were tourists. He simply offered us an awkward apology, and informed us the order was WATING in the WINDOW! We would later find not only did we wait over an hr for this food. Which some of the party had to eat theirs out of the Togo boxes while others waited or eat cold food. But then later upon further inspection we would find we didn’t even receive what was ordered! Multiple order had chicken fried instead of grilled but the sauces ordered was not used, ect.

It's exactly like what you see in the movies, with girls clad in skimpy clothes and TV's everywhere. But my boyfriend and I loved the food, it was the best burger he said he ever had. The patty was thick but moist. Prices aren't on the cheap side but it was worth the experience and grub.

Stopped in during an early dinner...not busy one of the few tables seated in the whole place. Waitress took order and brought drinks...took several minutes for my husband to get his bloody Mary, it was tasty so worth the wait I suppose. Place got busy in the next 30 minutes. Never saw our waitress again. No one came to refill drinks ..check on us or ever deliver our food. We had 2 younger children with us who at this point were getting antsy. After over an hour wait for our food and the rush crowd getting their food, no drink refills or an acknowledgement that we were still there ...we left. Several waitstaff...no one ever stopped at our table with all of our empty glasses and menus sitting there....pretty poor service. I won't be back.

Our first visit this was superb staff so friendly and food really good... however our second experience which started really good was marred by an obnoxious Manager who appeared in the bar area and was exceptionally rude.. despite one of the lovely hooters ladies apologising for him we paid the bill and left .. so many super places on International Drive we really wouldn't stay despite the apology and left. Leave the professional hospitality to the ladies!

We’d almost given up on this chain; they seemed to have forgotten their own theme—but this location is particularly good so I’m a regular again. Good food served by attractive, attentive and friendly waitresses. Today started a little rough, seems the management didn’t realize they’d be busy on a holiday weekend. But Lauren saved the day with a little extra attention and a really bright smile.
