Loved it. Wonderful atmosphere. Water view, fun and friendly staff. Food was delicious, waitress was very accommodating with our custom order and the kitchen got it right. Loved the decor( who doesn't love Palm trees). We stayed after dinner to see the band who were excellent. Great date night!!!

Best atmosphere in Jupiter. Really embodies the best parts of jupiter into one amazing experience. There are a few places with better food, but this is top three for combination of food and atmosphere. Salads are always fresh, burgers are usually cooked properly and the fish has always hit the spot. Well worth a visit if you are in the area!

If it's not the buffet you are loosing out. The portion sizes are near criminal and their collard greens are so lackluster the chef Should be thrown in jail. Outside of that that atmosphere is to die for with a stunning water view. Wonderful staff, just wish they would work in those dishes.

Very nice place. The atmosphere is great. Their burgers are amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was the fish dip. It was strange and it came with store bought crackers, and the band was too loud. Other than that thumbs up from me!

Excellent place. I just love coming to Guanabanas. It is one of the best destinations in the Palm Beaches to hang out, have a good meal and drinks with friends. It's one of those places you can be at all day. I don't usually eat with any spice on my food. Today I tried a Tequila Lime red snapper here that had its kick and I can tell you it was one of the best dishes I've ever had. Only missing thing with the food is bread. They should offer a round of toasted garlic bread to start with or have it in the menu to order on request.

This place was well rated so we entered. The valet took our car at the entrance. The place is very nice with a table next to the water. Very comfortable place to eat. The lunch was very nice and seemed to be typical, as tourists it was not usual tastes. We enjoyed our time and the service was really good.

So I've only been to Guanas to enjoy live music (which is great!- lovely atmosphere). This review, however, is for the experience I had at their brunch! I went as soon as they opened... So I ordered the waffle off the menu (+strawberries, bananas, pineapple and whipped cream). It was SO GOOD. As you can see by the photos.. Eating took priority!

Food was very good. Drinks were a solid strong pour. But don't go with a large party of more than 6-8. They cannot accommodate. Even giving them plenty of time to prepare, it took also 2hrs to get a table. It was not prime time or happy hour.

This bar and grill offers a lush paradise with a expansive dinning, lounge, and stage. You can even relax along the canal and watch ships come alongside and dock. The drinks are well made and the food is of a high quality, however, the price point is excessive - this is likely due to the atmosphere and location in Jupiter. Our waitress was attentive and always asked if we needed anything. Overall a great spot to bring guests who may not know the area well, but the price point will keep this place from being your local haunt.

This place is amazing location and nice vibe but total tourist trap. The prices are extremely expensive for what you get. Food is average and service tends to be lacking and "island vibe" or very slow. I went for brunch and sat for 20 minutes with no one coming up. They do not have all you can drinks for brunch similar to other restaurants. They do have bottomless sangria.

One of the best spots in all of Florida to enjoy seafood and a wonderful view. This little restaurant sits on the intercoastal surrounded by trees water and a view that is hard to beat. The restaurant is all outdoors with fans all across the property for those hot summer days. The food is outstanding! The fresh catch of the day is usually grouper or snapper. Everything is cooked to perfection. Service was great as well. The prices tend to be on the high side, but you absolutely get what you pay for.

The atmosphere alone makes it worth trying this place. Wait was about an hour but quickly found space at the bar to keep us entertained until it was time to be seated. The live music was a bonus and when we were finally seated, we were pleased with the view. All of the food was amazing. Can't go wrong with fresh fish. Will definitely be going back. Worth the 45 minute drive to get there.

We always try and get a table when we are in town, as the service, atmosphere and food is always excellent. We arrived on a Friday night, so the place was very busy and expected to wait. To our surprise, we manged to get seated within a few minutes. All of our food choices were excellent and service was seamless, despite the place being stowed out. Our server was pleasant and accommodating. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Jupiter or a local yet to sample this local treasure.

Got the ribeye, cooked to perfection. Shrimp was amazing. Great waterfront views and quick service. You can come on the boat. This place is always my first choice in the neighborhood. Despite the rainy, humid weather the outdoor covered seating was still cool and dry. Atmosphere is tropical tiki bar. Very attractive and attentive servers. Strong drinks. Will return shortly.

Such a jumpin' joint.....live music starting at 9pm. One can choose from a list of fresh fish that can be cooked in one of several interesting ways....so delicious. The servers are attentive and energetic. You may have to wait to be seated. Grab a drink at the bar and relax on a stool or a chair.... your patience will be rewarded!

Great atmosphere, food was good. Couple things cost them some stars for us however. I wouldn't call it a great place for kids, the kids menu was three very basic things that came up short for two out of the four kids with us. There were four regular menus. Three of them double sided. Nothing was explained by the staff. The menus felt very disorganized. It should also be labeled as a $$$ place instead of only two $$.

Came here for lunch last weekend and it was a little pricey but you're paying mostly for the atmosphere. The place is tropical, right on the water and the food was really good. I ordered spicy shrimp tacos and they were amazing however they only give you 2 with no sides and the corn tortilla fell apart as soon as I picked it up. Our 2nd round of drinks took a while to come but our waitress said the receipt printer wasn't working so it was whatever we canceled the drinks. I would come back but they place gets really packed, definitely a touristy restaurant.

I feel it’s a bit pricey for what you get, the kids menu really needs some more options, and we had to ask for straws 3x. This place was highly recommended by a local and I can see why. Literally some of the best food I had while down there. The outside decor is extremely unique and fun. Sit and watch the boaters come up, dock, and have lunch, themselves. The food was inventive, unique, and the ingredients were ridiculously fresh. My only issue was that there is zero parking, but they answer that call with complimentary valet service. They were friendly guys, but I was annoyed waiting for several minutes in line to turn my car over to them. They were hustling though! And it was worth the wait. Normally, I would take a star away for the lack of parking, but you need to appreciate the fact that they couldn't offer the same experience at another location. Go and see what I'm talking about. You wont be sorry at all that you did.

Their main clientele seems to be northerners who have retired to Florida, so don't expect exciting fare. Seafood is the main dish here. The view and the atmosphere are fantastic, right on the water side. Service is a little slow. If you are from Miami, don't order the black-beans-and-white-rice side or the plantains side dishes because they are SO BLAND you will cry. I had blackened grouper and it was darkly tanned with something, but sadly mild - no spice to be found when tasted.

Casual dining doesn't mean being unprofessional, especially when prices are higher than "casual dining." Hostess was just an unsmiling ice queen. I almost felt sorry for bothering her to ask for our table. This kind of behavior, the rude hostess, the slow wait staff, the busboy folding napkins right in the middle of the restaurant... point to bad management and that means a bad experience for people paying to be there. I opted out of the experience, after being seated with my wife and waiting longer than we should, because that bad management often trickles down to also being lax with things such as food prep and sanitation. Wouldn't want to repeat the experience.

This spot has a great atmosphere. We had a big work group and we were given this section near the front. We didn’t have access to the full menu but there were still good options. You can walk by the water and chill, too. I did get a few mosquito bites but we were outdoors; so, it may be hard to totally curb the bug bites. The group loved it and this spot was recommended by locals; definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re in town.

We went for fathers day...brunch. The restaurant is beautiful, the location is beautiful, the food was delicious. The service was horrible. They weren't busy, we were there early & got a table with no wait. However, our waitress never once came to ask is how we were, never offered refills on our drinks & never brought us new plates for the buffet. I had to go to the hostess and ask them where our waitress was...still she never came, I actually had to flag her down to get another iced tea. Very upsetting considering she had no problem bringing the bill and returning promply with it. $98.02 bill & after all that, I left the 15% tip. Very upsetting because it is a nice place. Probably wouldn't go back...there are less expensive places with much better service. Save your money and go to a more local type place, this ia definitely a touristy spot.

One of my fav local bars. Relaxing atmosphere with tiki huts and string lights. Also, live music is awesome! They have chairs by the docks to chill at, and obviously if you are on a boat, you can pull right up and grab some good food and drinks. I even did a mini engagement session here one night after a few drinks with some of my clients. Highly recommend! OHHHH and sundays, BLOODY MARY BAR!! so good.

The food was average at best. The atmosphere is five star. The service left a lot to be desired. It took 30 minutes for our table to get 5 drinks. I go so frustrated, I paid the bill and took my guests to the Reef Grill for a superb dinner. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. Same experience except this time I got up to see my server and found her crying at the register. I'll save this one for the tourists.

Food can be hit or miss. This visit we had the Floridian Fritters and they were pretty good. We have been coming here for years, by foot and by boat. We enjoy the live bands and love the ambiance with the banyan tree, plants, rocks, and tables tucked amongst the foliage. If you are looking for a relaxing setting where it almost feels as if you are in a jungle, this is the place to be. Sunsets arent too shabby either (see photos) ;-).

Loved the food, drinks & relaxed tropical atmosphere. Boat or kayak right up to the dock & get a table, high top seating or bar stool under the various coves of tiki huts or by the waterfalls. Great happy hour & live music at night. Parking for cars is free valet only as you pull up to the front. Wide pathways of stones, ramps & bridges would surely accommodate wheelchair patrons. Great views, helpful & friendly staff.

This is a great restaurant with great food close to the Jupiter inlet lighthouse. You can kayak up to it if you like which is what we did. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is very lush and tropical. I highly recommend.

Went here once on a Saturday afternoon. Pretty cool place. I really dug the very large tiki bar atmosphere and the natural plants and scenery within. It was a little busy there, but not too bad. Just had drinks and hung out for a bit. There's a nice little stage for bands/live music and there's also docks right on the seawall behind it for coming in via boat. All in a all a real cool place.

Ok... I relapsed. I have been eating clean keto for several months. Started w fish tacos. Amazing... But here comes the relapse listen to this sorcery... Deep Fried Key Lime pie, like what??? So freaking amazing. Big enough to share, but i didnt. Listen the staff is always great, fee vallet ( just tip the poor guys) and food is always on point. But that dessert... Whole other level. Great job as always.

I have been here many times and have always had a good experience. Guanabanas is like a staple of the Jupiter community and is located on the water. A very beachy feel and a great place to come if you're on vacation. The food here is your standard Florida beachy restaurant fare. Think lots of fish. Their fish changes every now and then. I've ordered a bunch of things here but nothing has really stood out to me as particularly memorable. Maybe the crab cakes. Service is a hit or miss and sometimes they have live music which can be fun. During the winter months is probably the best time to hit up Guanabanas. It IS really cute. Not my favorite restaurant in the area, but definitely a relaxing spot to enjoy a meal and a drink while the water passes you by.

A hot spot of Jupiter. The restaurant is basically a set of patios. Fun environment. Valet parking. Food is tasty, but small servings. See pictures. Fish tacos $16.95. See wet nap for size perspective. Full Cuban sandwich, served with chips $15.95. They often have live music. All seating is outdoors. Always busy.

I have never felt so relaxed and at ease. I felt like I was on vacation. Living in south Florida my whole life, I am quite disappointed I haven’t experienced this place sooner. Although a busy Saturday night, with gorgeous weather, valet was quick, our wait time for a table wasn’t too long, and we were able to enjoy exploring the grounds of this serene location as we waited. Live music, sunset over the ocean, boats and motorcycle engines roaring, a cool sea breeze, the only thing I could’ve asked for was a hammock to fall asleep in. Food was amazing, my margarita was so fresh and delicious, and of course our service provided by Abigale was 10 out of 10! We will return again soon. Thanks for showing us a great time.

Finally tried Guanabanas and we had a true "5 star" experience. Our waitress Darby made excellent food suggestions and provided awesome customer service. The Blackened Pompano Sandwich, veggies, and rice and beans were all delicious. Food came out hot and timely. This was all topped off with a spectacular tropical view. Thanks for a great dining experience. We look forward to our next visit.

Great restaurant with an amazing atmosphere. The rib tacos were absolutely amazing and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. However, the menu is deeply seafood oriented just so you are aware.

First time here and I'm totally hooked... this place has a killer atmosphere, feels like a Hawaiian luau, got tiki torches and right on the water... great selection of tequilas and rare rums. Food was fantastic... live band, great music.. all around great place

Come here for the views, the drinks and the live shows! Great local bands always come to play here and even other more well-known artists come over to play here as well. I've seen Surfer Blood and Zach Deputy here - to name a few. This place is super chill and a Jupiter staple. If you're in the area, stop by!

The food, the scenery, the drinks, everything at this place was amazing. You don't expect it from the street, but once you walk in, you realize it is a sprawling cluster of individual tiki hut style eating areas. I had an excellent plate of pompano, and the shrimp fritters appetizer is great. One of the Google reviews for this place mentioned conch fritters, unfortunately that is incorrect, but still worth a stop if you're in the area.

Went to spend a lovely Friday afternoon on the water. We order a beer and a cocktail and it took well over 10 minutes to arrive and they were not that busy. We got the pulled pork sandwich on a dried, stale bun with the pulled pork being dry. We asked about french fries and and were told they don't have them (what restaurant doesn't have fries?!) and that it was a long story that the waiter said he got lectured on for 2 hours when he asked. Great atmosphere, slow service and even worse food. And let's not talk about the overpricing of everything. Won't be back.
