I went with my parents here and it was a great idea to spend my dad's birthday here. Lunch was great and I l love how they bring you complimentary roasted Peruvian corn right before you start. The ceviche was impeccable, great look and so fresh...I wish I could have it now. The chairs in this place are very comfortable and the service was great. Thank you!!

This place is always a favorite among my family. They have traditional Peruvian dishes, chupe de camarones is a shrimp cream based broth that is my personal favorite. If you're looking for an extensive menu with something for everyone and good tasting food; I would recommend this place.

I go here a lot and after my last three visits, I feel I have to downgrade them due to their service. I am not quite sure what is happening here, but their service has plummeted considerably. They waiters seem tired, disinterested, and all around puss faced. The food is still good, but last time I was there I actually left because I couldn't take the servers sad, depressing, lackadaisical attitude. There are about 3 other good restaurants in that shopping center which is where I will go from now in.

Best ceviche ever. Wait staff was very nice. As for environment, most of the restaurants in Key Biscayne are located in strip malls except for the few that are located near water, as a result outside seating faces a parking lot. The restaurant interior is sleek and well designed so it masks the outside parking lot view extremely well. We chose to sit outside and quickly got past sitting next to parking cars because the food is that delicious.

This restaurant is the definition of mediocrity. The food took 45 minutes to be served. On top of that, the food was absolutely mediocre. One dish, "pulpo al olivo," was overcooked, chewy, had too much mayonnaise(to mask the flavor of the seafood), and was overall inedible. The "pescado a lo macho" came cold and had no flavor. It was also very overpriced, 100$ for 4 dishes. They also tried sneaking in an included 18% gratuity for food that was terrible and took 45 minutes to be served. This restaurant is worthy of 0 stars. DO NOT COME HERE please, its only rewarding the mediocre food scene in Miami to continue.

My wife and I went to this restaurant to try some authentic Peruvian cuisine. The food is Okish. The downside was when we paid the bill. This waitress added the tip automatically in our credit card without asking us. We informed the waitress that this was not correct. we explained it is customary for the client to determine the tip. The waitress was agitated and asked how much we wanted to leave creating an embarrassing situation. We do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Apparently, Latin American restaurants are adopting this practice. IT WAS NOT ADVERTISED THAT AUTOGRATUITY WAS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

This joint is the JAM! Had dinner there with two friends on a business trip, and everything we had was top notch! We had ceviche, surf and turf, lamb shank, and Arroz con Pollo. I almost gave it four stars because it is in a strip mall (eating outdoors at night means the frequent blinding shine of headlights - parking three feet from the edge of some of the tables), but then realized EVERY restaurant on KB is in a strip mall and the food is definitely worthy of five!!

The food was very good and the service was great. They were always one step ahead (got the three year old food fast but left us to order wine make up my mind on food:). The tuna dish was perfectly done and beautiful presentation. Note: there was a happy hour special so we ordered a whole bottle of wine (we wouldn't normally) and we also had a Groupon. We were told that we couldnt have the wine special and use the groupon. I wish i would have known that up front...but I don't normally bring up that stuff before all of the service is done.

La verdad no soy de escribir comentarios pero tengo que dar la queja de lo que me paso con este sitio y la gente que tiene manejando el lugar, es increíble que fuera por una promoción de Groupon la cual consistía de 23 por 40 algo así. Fui con mi familia en mi cumpleaños por error no vimos que no se podía usar el Sábado, en consecuencia pagamos la cuenta, lo cual se habló con la mesera nos explicó que la podíamos usar Lunes a Viernes sin ningún problema, le explicamos que mi primo que vivía en otro estado era el dueño del Groupon , ella nos dijo que no había problema que solo con el # del Boucher estaba bien. Ayer por fin fue a utilizarlo lo cual me encuentro que no se podía para llevar, le explico a la persona encargada la cual acepta no de muy buena manera , y después les explico que el Groupon no era mío que solo tenía el código que era de mi primo. El señor este que se hace llamar manager pareciera que no tiene ni idea que es lo que se llama servicio al cliente , me empezó a cuestionarme y a decirme que si ese número no era verdadero y que estaba violando todas reglamentación de Groupon, hablándome de una manera déspota y como si yo me hubiera robado algo. Señores de Gran Inca creo que les falta muchisimo para saber que el cliente siempre tiene la razon y ustedes necesitan hacer todo lo que este en su disposicion en complacer a sus clientes, no se cual era el problema de ese individuo , que le falto nada por insultarme , le digo que mejor le digo a Groupon que me devuelva la plata y me dice de una manera super despota pues hagalo que se la devuelvan . El prefirio perder uan venta ademas de ganar mala reputacion por una persona ofendida por el trato. De verdad me desepciono completamente este sitio, que la primera vez que fui me parecio genial por la comida, pero creanlo que con esta experiencia no lo recomiendo a nadie ir a pasar un mal rato a este sitio .

We had dinner in this nice restaurant two times during our spring 2016 vacation in Florida, on advice from a friend of us, who owns an apartment in Key Biscayne. The first time we ate lomo saltado and Ceviche Ahumado Rocoto, the following week a Picana and Pulpo a la parrilla. We enjoied all our dishes, both meat and pescado. We appreciated also the red wines, by the way, on Mondays and Tuesdays some wine bottles are half price! Dulcis in fundo, the desserts: for the first time we ate desserts at the level we are used in Italy. The waiters were professional and also recognized us, at a week apart from our first dinner.

Normalmente la comida es buena. El problema es que varía mucho el servicio, a veces bueno, a veces muy muy malo, depende de quien te atienda. Nuestra última visita fuimos 6 adultos y 4 niños. Nos atendió una señora y fue muy pesada. Muy mal servicio, mala actitud, nada simpática. Pedimos muchos platos y todos salían equivocados, la comida de los adultos salió primero y los niños que eran unos simples nuggets salieron de último. Cuando le dijimos prácticamente nos regañó. La cuenta vino con el 18% de propina agregado, cosa que nos sorprendió, pues el servicio había sido fatal. Deben mejorar mucho la supervisión del personal.

I went to this restaurant after 5 years or so. I wa expecting the same Type of service and quality of food . This time the food was expensive very small portions. We arrived no waiter came to receive us, someone we think was maybe owner or manager came to ask what we need they took the order however no one brought us canchita like in the other tables. The food was not delicious was good but that is it. We eat pulpo a la parrilla which I eat better versions of It . We eat anticuchos and conchitas a la parmesana they were ok. The service was really not good . I won’t return I won’t recommend . Very disappointed

We came to Miami for vacation. After we visited Seaquarium, we were searching for a place to eat lunch and randomly picked this nearby spot for lunch. It was so worth it! I ordered a beef and noodles dish, and my husband ordered a chicken potato dish with rice and cheese. We have never tasted Peruvian food but what we ordered was DELICIOUS! The wait staff were very friendly and helped us understand the menu (in English and Spanish). This local restaurant is the bomb, and if I come back to Miami again I will definitely check out this restaurant again.
