Excellent restaurant located in the exclusive sector of Brickell. It is very cozy and has incredible views especially if you get a table on the terrace overlooking the sea. the food is very good, they have great variety of cocktails and excellent service. We thank Erika for her attention. On Sundays they have a very varied brunch and the prices are fair for the quality and service that you experience.

We visited this restaurant on New Year's Eve for my Birthday Dinner. Our waiter made our first time being there phenomenal. He was very attentive and was able to accommodate our guest who had vegetarian needs. The food was so good and made to perfection!! The waiter was knowledgeable of the history of the restaurant and everything that he recommended for us to eat or drink was really good. Oh, and there was little to no wait for our food which was great. After our dinner our waiter and other staff offered to take pictures of us and the pictures looked so nice!! I can not wait to go back to this beautiful restaurant!!

Place is very nice and the service is always good. Food is delicious and not expensive compared to other places in the area. To sit outside you HAVE to reserve in advance, sitting inside is nice too but you won't be able to enjoy the view. Parking is complicated, either find a spot on the street or pay for the valet, I recommend the valet.

My cocktail was sweeter than expected. Our waiter was full of personality and recommendations until after the food was delivered then he disappeared. Thankfully the incredible menu items were insanely good. Great experience less the lackluster finish. Will go again.

I never write reviews and i thought about writing this review long and hard... but i decided people should be able to check and see if a place is worth going to or not. My experience was beyond horrible considering it was my first time, and on my birthday. i enjoyed the food but when it got time to eat my birthday plate of dessert i felt a minty chewy flavor in my mouth and i had a strawberry cheese filled cake not a mint dessert so i spit it out and it was a gum.... an already chewed gum was dropped in my dessert on my birthday... the manager just took the dessert of our tab and apologized and stated he would "investigate"....

The place is really nice BUT the food & service are not. I asked for gourmet tacos. The tortillas were cold so I had to asked for hot tortillas, when the waiter brought them the stuff was cold, tic tac tic tac. I asked for sangria, too much ice!! I barely taste the wine. The food was not fresh at all. Waffles were hard as if they were reheated and the tostones were mushy and filled with oil as if they were leftovers that were fried again. Do not waste your time with this place. Quality is horrible. Go elsewhere, please.

Ambiance was nice. Appetizers were ok, entree portions were very inconsistently sized. I went with a party of 13 and the restaurant did not want to accommodate us to sit outside. They also would only break up the payment into a maximum of 6 cards. I honestly would not recommend for groups over 6 that want normal sized portions.

Wow! Very impressed by the service here. A manager saw me walking around the crowded bar area and asked if he could help. My husband and I were there to grab a bite to eat but could only find one chair. He soon appeared with an extra chair and we were off. I went up to the bar to get us some drinks and see if I could get something from the menu. I was immediately acknowledged (I hate when bar tenders just ignore you when they are busy.) and waited my turn while perusing the menu. They were packed but the bar tender chatted with me and explained they were expecting a very large group that night. She took my orders for food and drinks and said they would be brought over to our table. The Asian Vegetable Spring Rolls and the Tuna Tataki were both good and my chilled Grand Marnier was a good pour. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Nice restaurant in Brickell, next to the ocean!! If you have the opportunity to seat outside DO IT you won’t regret it, such an amazing view. The food was really good and the service was great. Food was great and so is the vibe but the organisation in the kitchen and bar needs work. May wife got cold mashed potatoes with her meat. It took 15 to 20 minutes to get warm mashed potatoes Every time we ordered a cocktail we had to wait 20 minutes. I expected more for these prices.

Was looking forward to eating here based on reviews. It is a nice space. Can accommodate groups of ten or so. Rather loud so wouldn’t recommend for a romantic dinner. Service was fair. Waited for server to offer drinks, though he was eager to get us to order. Food was ok. Not great. Served quickly which was nice. We ate small plates not an entree. The staff came and collected my plate before I even finished chewing my last bite of food. Felt like turning over tables was priority.

I went on a date here recently and had Andres as our server. Let me tell you, the food and service from our waiter was awesome!!! Andres was super helpful and fun and his personality was so sweet. The food was also really great. My issues were we waited 30 mins to be seated outside (even with a reservation requesting it). When we sat outside we also did not have much of a view and requested to sit in an empty 4 seater in the corner and we were told we could not sit in a table for 4 when we were a party of 2..even though there was another couple sitting in a 4 seater alone right by us. Whatever. Other than that, there was also a party of 4 by us with a child who was obnoxiously on the phone playing games. It would have been nice if someone could have told them to shut the volume off as it ruined the date ambiance when you hear a toddler game in the background.

The glasses were dirty, I had old lip stains on my glass. I ordered the Tostones and Bruschetta along with my other friends. One friend had 3 whole tostones. The rest of us had two! One whole piece and the other one cut into two pieces to make it look like 3. It’s cheap tostones!!! Don’t be ridiculous. The other guests in our party ordered chicken and waffles and had to get their waffles warmed back up cause they were cold. The Buddha Bowl is HEAVILY oiled and the flavor isn’t great. I didn’t like that since it takes away from it being healthy.

Great option too to make your happy houer. They always offer different and attractive promotions. Went on a first proper date with someone here. We were given the best service. Food amazing, and then on the water we saw a fireworks show that everyone at the restaurant enjoyed. Highly recommend coming here !!!

Loved the atmosphere just sit outside and absorb all the glory Miami views have to offer. I also was able to get vegan dish and some great Spanish wine. Parents and friends enjoyed the cuisine. It is cool actually because they have Hawaiian,Cuban, Italian and American inspired dishes.

We went there for our 10 year anniversary on July 19, 2019, I was blown away of there decor very kool classy and elegant. Our waitress was amazingggggggg claudia is her name ask for her!!!!!! Were from Chicago, and loved everything about our experience , and before we left we had to go back to say bye to her. I normally dont or I dont have time to do review , but for this experience I had to. Thank you claudia for making our day special. The owner should teach hostess TO SMILE and to be polite to the guests . The restaurant was almost empty and she denied to sit 2 people at table for 4. Service sucks. It wasn't my first time there but I will never will go there again . Menu has noting much to offer as well .

My first time at the restaurant. We made a reservation for 10 at 3:00. We also made the reservation a day before Mother’s Day to beat the Sunday rush of mother’s day. We arrive and the restaurant and it was empty. The outside was full. We request a table by the window since the view is beautiful. I love to sit by the window in any restaurant. It’s my favorite place to sit. The hostess would not accommodate us because she said those were all reservations. One was at 5:30 and the other at 6:00. I suggested giving our table to the later reservation and giving us the one by the window. She said that she could not because the reservation had a fixed menu. Now, I have no idea what a fixed menu has to do with the location of the table. Food was good but the experience was awful. It was mother’s day celebration for us and it seemed that the restaurant was not willing to make our experience memorable. I am extremely disappointed. As a matter of fact..... we finished lunch and left and those other supposed reserved tables were still vacant. That made me feel even worse. I am not going back.

How I Journey

Crazy About You is the perfect place for that water view you may be looking for when visiting Miami at an affordable price. The best seat in the house is outside overlooking the Brickell Bay with complementary sea breeze (ladies make sure you bring a hair tie, your hair will be flying all over the place). If you can't get outside inside seating is not a bad option with chic décor, making you feel like you're in an old French bistro. Parking here can be limited but valet is available at a reasonable price.

I used to frequent this place religiously when I was completing my masters at FIU and it was the best spot in Brickell. However, recently I went for my birthday and the experience was not so great. The quality in drinks and food were not the same and what ticked me off the most was our waiter when we were sat. Like any normal restaurant, especially on a birthday, I wanted an appetizer and a drink to hang out before I had my meal. He insisted I had to order everything at once. I asked so I can't order a drink and an appetizer 1st and then he quickly retracted and said yes. Now, I have worked in service as i have mentioned in many of my reviews which is why I get annoyed when people do this. What he was telling me is I'm tired, I don't feel like working and I'm trying to turn my table out quick so I can get you out of here. Mind you it was this past Monday night I went and it was fairly close to closing time. A bummer I used to frequent this place and now I dont know if I want to go back.

We made a reservation in advance and drove an hour to get to this restaraunt. On the way, we realized we would be 10 minutes late to our reservation so we called up and they said "of course, no problem". When we arrived there was no parking near the location and the valet was full so everyone got out of the car besides one member who had to park multiple blocks down the road. When we got inside, the hostess told us that they had a big party and we would have to wait more than 30 minutes. She was not the nicest and did not consider telling us this when we had already called earlier. In fact, if we weren't late at all we would have to wait 40+ minutes. Mind you it was already around 9 at this point. Overall the staff was not accommodating, they knew we were unhappy but did not say a word or apologize or anything. We left and went to a different restaraunt that was delicious. Also the inside had a very bad stench.

Absolutely loved it! The food is delicious, the ambience is great... Crazy about you has just become one of my favorite places to go to! The staff is friendly, professional and attentive. The place really has it all for a wonderful dining experience! I have to say that although my first time there took longer than I expected, I still am giving the 5 stars aside from the insane wait we experienced -almost 2 hrs(due to weather, having to relocate customers who were already dining, added to the place's popularity), however the level of customer service received through it all, made it feel like it was all part of the experience.

I made reservations for my boyfriend and our friends to celebrate his and his best friends birthdays. We were excited because he's been talking about visiting this restaurant forever. But when we got there i must say it was truly disappointing. First of all the valet were just standing around when we drove up the ramp and failed to greet us in a timely manner. It took 25 minutes to seat us because they did not know which seats were available. We made reservations for outside and was told outside was not available when eventually there were two to choose from. And the final blow came when our check came and we were charged a gratuity! Company policy states that a gratuity of 18% would automatically be added to a party of 8. We were a party of 4, we split the bill and was still charged 20%. I don't want to say that it was because we were black, but it did feel like we were singled out from the time we got there to the time we left. My boyfriend's birthday dinner was ruin and we left upset

Will never comeback here. It was my bday and Mother’s Day celebration. There was a table available with a better view so we asked if we could move there since we haven’t Placed our food order. Joey didn’t even bother to ask the host and just said we couldn’t sit because it was reserved. Well, When you reserve a table they don’t guarantee sitting so there is no way we couldn’t sit there because it was reserved. After 30 Minutes of that table being empty, 4 people walked in and seriously they don’t look that they had a reservation. The place is cute but service was horrible. Joey took the longest to bring some Napkins even thought they were right behind the door...then I walked with my girls to take some pictures and when we were back.. Timmy drink which I had recently ordered was picked up. I complained to the manager Sergio, I was offered another drink but at that moment, They just had ruined my Bday celebration. When I turned my back all I heard is the manager saying “no le paren bolas” Which translates “just ignore”. Well having said, If the manager responds like to to a complaint what else can you expect from the employees and their service. I would give a zero to this place but will just keep the star because of decoration.

I went on Friday the 13th I had reserved for 15 people it was my engagement dinner I would of loved the place but I had a really bad waitress super unprofessional she kept grabbing my husbands arm and she was either no where to be found or interrupting us while we were talking ...she made my husband and I very uncomfortable even my grandmother said wow this waitress is atrevida when she kept touching him ..then she told my husband and I that they were not allowed to split checks but that at the end she can tell me what everyone ate.. Mind you we never asked about the bill it was our engagement we just wanted the night to be perfect. Later when the bill came I realized why she said no one could spit the bill and it was because partys over 8 there is 18 % gratuity which is fine if the service is good . My husband, grandmother ,son and i got there first and we ordered some appetizers and my son's food first.Everyone got there food except my son when I asked her she said that she forget to put it in ... I was told that there would be a champagne toast when I asked her she brushed me off and said she would be back and then was nowhere to be found ... I wish that I would have just asked for another waitress because the food was excellent and the restaurant is beautiful but because of her service it was not the experience that we wanted for our engagement dinner .

Food was awesome! I'm extremely picky when it comes to my food. I had the grilled chicken with zucchini noodles in a wonderful sauce. It was healthy and delicious! Our waiter was very nice but he never came back to see if we needed more water or anything else. That was the only negative. I have to say it again, he was very, very nice and extremely pleasant.

Nice atmosphere, inside and on the balcony as well. Service is very friendly, though a little slow. Every dish we ate was good!! The Oxtail taco was wonderful, the Burrata was fresh and creamy, the pizza dough was thin and the topping fresh and balanced. Thete are also some gluten free options. This is a restaurant I will definitely come back to.

We had dinner in the outdoor section with a wonderful ocean view in such pleasant surroundings. Our dinners of steak and butterfly chicken were outstanding and the flan and cheese cake desserts matched the quality of the entrées. The place looks nice and cozy, but I'm disappointed I didn't get to try it. I was there with my boyfriend recently, on a very hot day. We'd been walking in Brickell and wanted a place with a nice view to enjoy just a cold drink and some appetizers. We were told the tables outside could not be used for that. I have to add, it was neither lunchtime not dinnertime, the place was half empty. After that, we didn't feel like coming back another day for an actual dinner.

This is an excellent option for romantic scape. Very nice place by the water and great food. Recommended to make reservation. They have a bar, inside and outside siting. The valet parking is very convenient. There is no a large menu, but everything they have is good! We have been there few times and never complaint. Crazy About You is a great restaurant. Beautiful views. Very fresh food. But to be honest, the service is what makes it top notch. We celebrated my dear friends birthday here last night! Hands down my favorite restaurant in Miami and Claudia was the best server. She took excellent care of us and made it a truly memorable night! The food is good and love the idea, but I’ve been here 4 times already in the last 2 years and service is always slow. When the check came, gratuity was already included and of course, thats why the waiter could care less about being attentive. There is only one bar tender (just left, Thursday night, reservation was at 8:15pm), and the drinks all came at different times and took 15 mins. Even a simple sambuca took 15 mins again and when my bf asked, the waiter said that it was ready he just forgot to bring it and laughed it off. The problem is that he never passed by to asked if we needed anything else, if everything was okay. He picked up the plates after a while and didnt even bother to clean up the table. I like the place and venue but im extremely disappointed once again at the lack of service. They need better training, more bartenders. Fourth and last time here. Dont come if you expect good service.

I've been to this place for so many times. I absolutely love this place. Such good food, such good drinks. Probably the best place to hangout. I don't know why people have recommended this place. Service is terrible, the tables are bolted down so you can't get comfortable, food is cheap which doesn't make it good. It has a nice view but with cheap tacky decor. Think of that high school friend who has pictures of Marilyn Monroe and white pleather furnishings

We had dinner in the outdoor section with a wonderful ocean view in such pleasant surroundings. Our dinners of steak and butterfly chicken were outstanding and the flan and cheese cake desserts matched the quality of the entrées. Emily our server was polite, most professional and very attentive. All in all we had a great meal in a wonderful environment—an outstanding experience that we look forward to repeating.

My favorite was the calamari appetizer, the salmon, and shockingly the vegetables. The dessert and Sangria was also delicious. The manager checked on us and was very pleasant. I really loved this restaurants food, service, decor, and the ability to sit outside and view the water. I will be back. If i had to think of an area of improvement it would be to add the name or celebration to the personalized menus they created. Please note if you confirm for a group and not all of your guests attend you will still be charged. You can bring the food home or receive a gift card

Sitting al'fresco on the beach front puts on a happy face, along with very good cocktails. Your mood is set for any occasion. The menu is very sincere, not completed. The food is well prepared and meets the expecting of this restaurant. The decor is whimsical. In good up scale fashion. Kudos, for a well designed handicap ramp. Parking is valet (or public parking, lots of waking then). Well worth an evening date night!

Sad it was my 33rd birthday yesterday and 2 of the servers forgot to do the dessert with the candle and they were reminded 2 times. We simply left, the server gave me a wrong plate when I asked for pasta not succini, she didnt even replaced the plate. Very disappointed they were desperate for bringing the bill to get us out. Never coming back, guys there are more restaurants in brickell that offer better service and quality!

Food was awesome! I'm extremely picky when it comes to my food. I had the grilled chicken with zucchini noodles in a wonderful sauce. It was healthy and delicious! Our waiter was very nice. Price is little high but rest all good.

Mixed feelings. Decided to celebrate my wife’s birthday there. We were greeted by a loud manager shouting at us from the back of the Restaurant that “balloons were not allowed” in front of a full restaurant . If it’s a Policy, it should be politely explained, as the customers are not expected to know your rules. Fortunately our waiter Mariano saved the day with excellent service and recommendations. The venue and the food were great. The mission statement on the Menu should be lived by all staff. It was embarrassing for us.

Great location, cute interior, and lively crowd. My husband enjoyed him self in the morning with a great view and cup of coffee and was excited to take me back for dinner that night. Like I said the venue is really cute and apparently something is bringing everyone back but, we both thought the food was quite bland and overly priced for the quality. You do however get an appetizer to accompany your meal which is a nice twist but, the lentil soup wasn’t anything to write home about the Salmon was very bland as well. I may be back but just for a coffee and great view because I would rather spend the same amount of money at more upscale restaurant with mouth watering flavors.

After making reservation I read the reviews and thought, did I choose the right place to celebrate our anniversary?..... well. Yes definitely it was a great choice, waiting time to get the table was short, waiting time to get served was just right, flavour and presentation was great, they dont have many choices for desserts, but waiter went beyond his duty and prepared us a special dessert just for my daughter, definitely I place to recommend and come back. I have visited this place multiple times throughout the past few years. The food is great and drinks and view are wonderful! However, the inside bartender FERNANDO is an absolutely worthless server. He accused us of ordering food we didn’t order. Served us drinks we didn’t order and we politely told him that we didn’t. He then without us prompting gave us the bill... the WRONG bill and told us to pay and leave. At no point were we angry or rude towards him. So we paid and left and will never return again. I hope others complained as we were not the only ones at the bar who experienced or witnessed this.

Enjoyed lunch on the patio. I had the chicken kale and my husband had the salmon salad. We shared an order of cornbread which went well with the lentil soup. The food was reasonably priced for very good quality. The ice tea was $3.50 for a small glass and never refilled. A server did walk by and refilled my husband's water glass.
