They have one poor girl doing everything from waiting tables, handling takeout orders, to busing tables, all while I sit with an empty glass of water for 10 min - meanwhile, the owner sits on her butt with no concern for her customers. I've given this place a few chances, but this is my last time.

I work local to this spot... It is small and quaint. Staff is super friendly and are happy to please their customer. Family owned and run. I am a fan of the entire menu. Love their rolls. Happy hour bites 7 days a week let u try a few items in one sitting. Prices are terrific. Its a happy place for food always.

I was in the mood for hand rolls without have to drive far from neighborhood. Place is small, low lite, and waitress hardly spoke English. I spoke her language. No, no hay eso aquí she said about hand rolls. Chef knew what handroll is so we good. How much I asked is each since they weren’t in menu. They quoted me $4 each but on bill they were $9 each. Anyways chef gave me a speech how much is the Scottish Salmon per pound. What a ripe off. Handroll was so so. I’m convinced these hood places are standing on one leg ready to pounce on over overcharging new customers. I’m not impressed with any 4 or 5 star reviews here. They are friends and business partners pumping place up.

The good: Causa Roll was incredible. The Lomo Saltado dish was delicious. The bad: I found two metal bolts in my meal. The first one almost cracked my tooth. 5 minutes later I found a second one before biting into it. When I asked the Chef, he was super rude. He asked me why I’m making problems and to just take the free meal. It’s only when I started writing this review that he stopped being rude. I asked for the owner and he would not provide a name. Can you imagine breaking a tooth and having to do a $1000 in dental work as a result... In Miami there are soooo many great Peruvian options. Don’t waste your time here. Other than the delicious Causa roll you can find the same quality somewhere else.

These reviews must be friends of the owner. I was there today with 3 family members. First the young lady serving us was overworked while the woman who owns the restaurant was sitting and conversing with a person who wasn't a customer. We sent back 2 sushi rolls which were garbage. I ate the $19.00 Sashimi Appetizer reluctantly. My wife had the $16 Pescado a lo Macho, my guess, tilapia or the crap fish Basso. I had the Tallarin Saltado, the pasta was not fried and was mushy. The best part was my Son and Daughter in laws Saltado, the fries were not bad. Mind you we sent back 2 plates and the owner didn't even walk over to apologize. I would be very cautious of this restaurant. It could have been a bad night, I think it is a badly run restaurant!

I’ve been to this place a couple of times and honestly I’ve had the worst service every time. Un servicio pésimo. Super slow. Today I was waiting for 36 minutes just to get a glass of water and the utensils. Then when I finally got my appetizer I asked for more water and I didn’t get any. I had to get up and pay and take the food to go because it was already an hour in and no water no food. It was just horrible.

Yo vivo a dos cuadras de cevishiro y usualmente voy a almorzar o cenar ahí una o dos veces por semana ..aunque el servicio no es el más rápido de todos siempre regresó porque la calidad d la comida .. la última vez que fui pedí una leche de tigre.. siempre pido lo mismo... esta vez la leche d tigre estaba incomible.. la cantidad d sal y pimienta negra que había era al tal punto que ni mi amiga pudo tampoco comerlo .. les dije que la leche de tigre tenía demasiado condimento (ojo yo soy peruana ) y me dijeron d q ellos no le habían puesto pimienta negra pero sin embargo habían puntitos negros flotando por todo el concentrado .. como comprenderán no me lo.pude comer y lo regrese ... A la hora d pagar me doy con la sorpresa que me lo había cobrado.. Después de trabajar 6 años como mesera se perfectamente que si un cliente no está contento con un plato uno debe u ofrecer otras opciones o simplemente sacarlo del cheque.. no quise causar ningún conflicto porque ya lo hecho, hecho está, pero jamás se debe ni discutir con un cliente cuando el.cliente te esta diciendo gentilmente que no se puede comer el plato dado a las razón mencionadas anteriormente y menos cobrar un plato que fue regresado... simplemente quiero terminar este review diciendo que perdieron a una consumidora y cliente de su restaurante que iba diario ... At the moment of this review, they were not offering any alcoholic beverages, their website wasn't ready, and it is noted that they still have some issues to handle as a new restaurant. It offers a 9$ lunch menu and it also has a parking lot in the back of the building, something very unusual in this part of the city.

First off the food was really great. The rolls are very large, with about 10 pieces each, so with two of us we barely finished the three rolls we ordered. The location is nice, with lots of easy parking options within a block or two and the atmosphere was cozy and nice. Best of all the price is super reasonable, making this a place I have come back to for quick lunches or dinners on a regular basis.

The worst and most inconsiderate service I have ever received in a restaurant. I placed an order at 12:15 PM for delivery and the ETA was 1:20 PM. On the app I asked the sender be ANONYMOUS, because it was for a secret santa clue. I called once the order was placed at 12:19 to make sure my name wouldn't be shown anywhere on the bag and they said they would do that for me with no issue. At 1:50, the order still said it was being made. I called again, they told me they hadn't received any order for delivery. I waited 10 minutes on the phone and then said that it had "just came in". I respectfully tell them again to keep my name invisible and they said that they had taken care of that already, so I thanked them. My friends and I have a group chat and we were posting pictures of all clues we were recieving, and so the recipient posted mine and MY NAME WAS ON THE BAG. They ruined Secret santa for me, my friend and everyone else. This restaurant is terrible and to add to that, the food is disgusting, bland, and dry.

I came here to order some sushi and when I got there I was horrified. The entrance was very dark and the door had to be jarred/shimmied open. Then came the seating, which was prompt and fast, but this was only so because there aren't may seats available. This review is about the restaurant off of Biscayne Blvd. Looking at the picture for Biscayne Blvd location it looks nice but they used the photo from Midtown Shops restaurant as theirs. We ordered fried sushi, and we got something barely cooked. We ordered JB Bagel Roll which is basically Philadelphia roll with different name, but that roll tasted extremely bland and disgusting. Then lets talk about the fruit fliers which were hovering over our food as it arrived. One of the fruit flies was clearly pregnant which made u want to throw up. The waitress was unprofessional and didn't seem to care too much but to be fair to her I believe this was because of her poor understanding of english. This restaurant was also filled with customers by the way. I believe because it was off of Biscayne Blvd that I expected it to be a better experience. I'd never eat here again and as a matter of fact I wouldn't walk by it again either. The door upon exciting was missing the handle so we had to pry it open. I only choose to visit this restaurant because of the great reviews it got on here but it's extremely evident now that those reviews were made by either persons without taste buds or friends of the restaurant.

En cuanto a la comida pedimos principalmente sushi, todos los que pedimos estuvieron deliciosos, pedimos el acevichado rol, el midtown rol, el de lomo saltado, el spider roll, el JB tempura, y tambien el lomo saltado pero como platillo. Si tuviera que decidir cual recomendar estaría complicada la elección, pues todos de un exquisito sabor y de excelente calidad. El personal muy amable, aunque si podría decir que el servicio muy lento, de pronto quien nos atendía como que se le complicaba saber que habíamos pedido y quien lo había pedido. Este priblema quizas originado por uno o los tres de estos factores: uno es porque fuimos el primer día del año y les faltó personal, o quizás sería que estaban sufriendo la resaca de los festejos del día anterior, o porque eramos un grupo numeroso de nueve personas. Pero si puedo decir que altamente recomendable y por supuesto volvería a visitarlo!!
