Nice place for seafood. Filled up on Friday, but service was good. We ordered calamari, crab cakes, chowder, prime rib, lobster, and shrimp scampi (kids are off kids menu) - and everyone really liked what they ate. We topped it off with their homemade Boston cream pie. Great experience!

I want to start by saying that this is a nice looking place in a very nice neighborhood. Beyond that, I would not recommend this place. Every single plate (even the appetizers) we received needed seasoning. With the burger we ordered, we asked for no pink to avoid saying well done. It arrived charred to inedible. The Cesar salad not only had wilted lettuce but rotten pieces. Even the baked beans were somewhat bland. How??? I will not be bringing my family there again.

Came here for the onion rings, they did not disappoint. The rest of the food was just ok to bad. My husband ordered fish and chips, the fish was greasy, left a weird taste in his mouth. The service was bad, didn't even get drink refills which didn't help to wash down that greasy fish. Wouldn't return.

Very large restaurant with two bars. Outside eating area. Very busy and do not take reservations. Inside very noisy but plenty of seating. Food very good, large portions. Service efficient. Love this place! One of the 1st places to go during the winter as a snowbird. Fish, shrimp, onion rings and mango dressing are fabulous. Oh forgot about the lobster chowder on Friday's. A wonderful perk, seniors can order off the kids menu with a beverage included. Great price. I would encourage everyone to try it. We have taken many friends there.

I ordered the clam strips, as I love them and was nervous because I've had good and bad before. I got them and was amazed! They melted in my mouth and were so smooth. I must say we will be back because our whole tribe loved there food. The location is also super cute and animal friendly. If your around Disney definitely need to eat here for half the price of a Disney dinner.

Being from the Northeast, it was great to visit a place that reminded us of Boston. The atmosphere, service and the seafood were great! Scallops were topnotch, as well as the jumbo shrimp and lobster. The side Caesar salad was the first fresh salad I've had since visiting the Orlando area. The bar had a decent number of taps, and they had a huge selection of bottled beer and great mixed drinks. We will definitely be back!

The absolute best seafood around. If you're looking for a bar/ restaurant that makes you feel like you're still up in the northeast, this is the place. People come from all over the country and come to the tavern. Fresh, great tasting food with a great atmosphere overall. If you are in town and looking for not just great seafood, but great food overall, this is the place. You will not be disappointed.

The wait was fairly short. The food was good. The fried clams could have been cooked a little longer. The Boston Cream pie (see pic below) was great! The service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is great if you are from New England.

This restaurant was a really nice place to go to for lunch. The menu offered a variety of seafood dishes to choose from. As soon as I saw the fried calamari, I was sold. It was not overly breaded, and it was mouthwatering. I also had the shrimp scampi which filled me up. The scampi sauce was flavorful; it was creamy, and it had a garlic kick to it. I was happy with the service I received. With my meal, it came with a salad. But when the waitress brought it out, she gave it to someone else who also ordered a salad. His salad came on his dish with the main course meal; mine came separately. I was unaware of the mistake up until the rest of the food came out and we realized that I did not have my salad. I asked the waitress, and she realized that a mistake was made, and she instantly rectified it. She apologized for the mistake. Then she went back to the kitchen and had one made for me. Although a mistake was initially made, her hospitality is what kept my experience a positive one.

This place is very nice and is usually busy for obvious reasons. It's also on the pricier side but is well worth it. The lobster roll is notice and the lobster tail filled with crab is fantastic. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area because this is the best see food in the area.

Okay, can I just say how amazing it is to step back through time? And Celebration is the place where you will be able to! My friend and i took a trip to visit the town and it is beyond cute! There are adorable side shops with unique finds, restaurants and cafes in the center of town. We went specifically to find the cookie dough shop! There they make edible cookie dough without eggs so it's not harmful to eat! And theres just something about walking through a picturesque town eating cookie dough with a tiny pink spoon.... we also visited a bakery that sells the most amazing Snickers cake! It's a great way to spend the afternoon just enjoying Celebration. You can sit by the water's edge or stroll by the cafes. They even have a Starbucks for mainstream coffee lovers. It's free to visit but it is a Residential area so respect is appreciated!

Was really disappointed with the staff in this restaurant. Chose to move inside once seated at a table outside because of the weather but the waitress looked furious at this. My son is in a wheelchair so thought they might be a little more understanding. Things didn’t improve once inside as the barman who was our waiter, was quite sarcastic when one of our party wasn’t eating as they felt unwell and kept making inappropriate comments about this. We all felt really uncomfortable and was glad to leave. Celebration is a beautiful place but we certainly won’t be visiting this restaurant again.

We visited here as a stop on our time share tour. Conveniently we were looking to eat somewhere not a chain, and a little local joint. We had a limited menu, due to the timeshare paying for lunch. However we both really enjoyed our meal. Had we had one more day, we would have revisited for another meal. It was a cute little local pub style restaurant, with great food and great service. Would definitely recommend if in the area.

I love this place because the atmosphere is great and they have an extensive beer menu. We just moved to Celebration and I will be working my way through the food menu to find my favorites! So far the food is ok, but my husband loves the fish and chips and I tried the veggie sandwich when my aunt ordered it and it was delicious. I had the fried oysters when visiting last October and they were not good.

Nice place. Really has the feel of an old style Boston Tavern. They have an interesting history which supports the atmosphere. The menu is pretty extensive with everything from innovative sea food dishes, including some killer chowder, to some awesome meat entrees. Weather permitting, you can dine inside or out. They are located right across from the lake which adds to your outside dinning view. I had a turkey and avocado roll-up with a choice of side. My wife had the veggie delight which was grilled vegetables and mozzarella on a brioche type bun. Usually, this is more her style than mine, but I tried it and thought it was great. It also came with a choice of sides. Both items are pictured in this review. This is the seventh time we have eaten here without any complaints on food, drink, or service. I understand their deserts are excellent, but we haven't had room to try them yet. Hopefully I will in a later post.

Food was mediocre at best. My wife ordered a prime rib sandwich and was brought a lobster roll. When it finally did come out it was not anything close to an actual prime rib, gray/white center. Asked waiter about it and he immediately got very defensive We tried to order more drinks but he never came back to our table until much later. There are MUCH BETTER options in Celebration.

SO SO delicious! Literally the best clam chowder I've EVER had! I ordered the tomato mozzarella salad with beef tips and it was superb. Also had crab stuffed shrimp which were pretty good just slightly over cooked. Strawberry shortcake was made with homemade sweet biscuits, yum! This wax the best restaurant we ate at during our visit. The only negative is they literally upcharge for everything.

Myself and my husband have been customers of the Tavern for around 10 years. We visited the Tavern on St Valentines evening and the service was very bad. It took around 20 minutes or more to get a drink and nearly an hour to get our meal. We commented about this delay to the server who just looked at us and said its Valentines Day! The hunger had actually wore off us by the time we received our meal. We just felt like going home at that point. Whilst sitting there outside waiting on our food, staff were going in and out to smoke outside and in groups. That's absolutely fine they are perfectly entitled but it looks strange when you're sitting an hour waiting on your food to arrive! And there appears to be a lack of servers waiting on your dining area. The worst part however is the owners response upon us commenting on our experience. It was made very clear this lady did not care that we were long term customers and that indeed over the years had brought many visitors and clients and family there. We are business people and believe in properly and professionally addressing customers needs and certainly their issues if they have any. That's not how it works here obviously sadly. So we wont be back to the Tavern and certainly will not recommend it anymore to our visitors, family and friends.

This has been the find of our holiday so far! We have been staying and eating on and around the 192 which is all fine. But once you arrive in 'Celebration town' it's like being in a different world. So clean and pristine it's almost unreal. But this review is about the Tavern which serves great food and good drink. I would highly recommend their Clam Chowder and their Cinnamon Cheesecake!! We sat outside of the Tavern, watching the world go by whilst at the same time overlooking the lake. The best thing is, the price is just as cheap as any of the chains you'll visit if eating around the 192. So 5 stars for me! We will definitely be back before the end of our holiday!

Celebration Tavern is a cool downtown celebration spot. Has a full bar including a huge beer list. They have a beer club as well in which you earn rewards at milestones. The food was good, a bit pricey but it's fair for its location close tourist areas. Downtown celebration also has lots of events going on from time to time as well as just a cool area to walk around.

They were open late at 9pm on a Sunday with full bar and kitchen open with full menu. Sat at the bar and was greeted promptly with a fast pour of a beer. I took a call and bartender was gracious and not pushy for my food order. Once I did put in my order, salad was very prompt and Caesar salad was good, not mushy or soggy croutons. Decent portion. Strip steak with broccoli came out in decent time with fried oysters as a side. All in all great place and I come here everytime I stay in Celebration. Always good bartenders and sports on TVs. Plenty of families come in with big groups to sit in the back main dining area well away from the bar.

This is a great gem in the middle of Celebration, they are a Boston themed restaurant with great food and awesome service. I had the fish and chips and they were delicious as well as Boston creme pie for dessert which was phenomenal! This is a must eat if you're in the area.

The fresh fish and the specials are excellent. The waiters at the outside bar more really on their game. We were there on Wednesday and Dan and Steve were working the bar, nice and helpful.
