The food is okay but the customer service was horrible. The waiters were so rude we felt like a nuisance. The only kind person there was the bus boy. I don’t believe we fit their stereotypical customer base and they made that blatantly clear. The service was so poor that it nearly ruined our whole trip.

Sat down, no menu given. Finally got service. Ordered drinks, the Manhattan was not, no ingredients for a Bloody Mary or Cosmo. We got our appetizer and it was good but we were just so frustrated that we asked for the check and so we left. We did not want to give them anymore of our money. The server barely spoke English.

The reason I gave two stars is becaue the first time my bf and I came here it was a nice experience. the food was fine and our service was good. The following year I came back to Florida I decided to take my sister and our friends to try this place and it just didn’t deliver. The food was burnt and flavorless and our server was unattentive and rude. She never smiled and she just had a nasty look the whole time.

Friends brought us for the first time last night and we were surprised by how beautifully landscaped this via now is. And the outdoor part of the restaurant is lovely. This is one of those where "everyone knew but us" as we ran into a few friends. It's very low key and owned by lovely young people who really want to please. You can talk and be heard. Everything we were served was excellent. Nice.

We went in for dinner with our daughters last month when visiting Florida. The host greeted us by saying do you think you will be done by 7PM time was 5:30PM. We sat & ordered food because we did not want to start searching for a different place with 3 kids. We did search for kid friendly when we found this place, the food is great, wine selection was ok, the waiter was very nice, the vibe was not that great.

The setting is unbeatable, romantically nested in a green quiet court, framed by art and flowers. We stopped here for lunch and were a bit disappointed with quality of cocktails. Food was good although incredibly over-priced... I guess it simply meets the standard food cost of the local restaurants. However, I would've expected better quality. A server brought us complimentary homemade hummus wih carrots. That was a good treat. Still I find it a bit too expensive for what is served. Dinner menu looked a bit finer, although I'm afraid quality wouldn't change.

I came here with my family. First of all There’s no rest room inside the restaurant or in premises of the restaurant, So in order for you to go to the bathroom you have to ask them where is the bathroom and you will hear a very arrogant answer. Food is ok, prices are high. Price is high comparing to the portion and price you pay for it. Veal Milanese is around 35 dollars and you get maybe 100 grams of meat if so. Word of advice to the manager, When somebody asks you a question be very nice to answer one, you were rude and that made the whole experience bad thus receiving 1 star. Also make sure you bring a correct bill and not charge what you client did not receive. If you customer had a complaint or a comment you may need o listed to one, are you not there for this purpose ? The restaurant was recommended by a local friend a year ago, and loved it so much that I had to go back for this weekends vacation. The whole courtyard was remodeled, it was beautiful before, now its stunning, they must have spend millions for this amazing transformation, the server told me that it took all summer. The food is great, my husband now loves even more as they added a Steak Menu with a large selection of different meats, they always make you feel so welcome, highly recommended for dinner, very romantic.

Worst dining in recent memory. Glass of beverage wine $17, same as at The Breakers. ie. The Breakers prices without the quality, atmosphere or service. Stay away!!! Portions skimpy, shrimp overcooked and tough, crab only a rumor in the pasta. Then our plates were cleared without asking if we were finished, and bus boy moved my plate with unfinished meal still on it. YUKKK!

Fine dining, in a cozy candlelit setting or daytime under the shady umbrella by the fountain, this restaurant is one of the best kept secrets on the island, and so affordable too. As much as I'd like to keep this place for myself, the secret needs to be shared. Great Italian food. You can hear the Italians speaking around you as you eat, and if the vacationing Italians on holiday choose this place, you should too.

went here not to long ago. love the setting. its almost as if you are in a piazza in rome with all the old architecture and flowers around you. sitting outside in the courtyard is an experience that every person and couple should see first hand. the food is very good and its located right in the heart of the most luxury shopping street worth avenue.
