The food was good. I ordered a margarita flatbread and an Asian salad, both good. The margarita drink I ordered nothing to brag about. The music was being played obnoxiously loud, we asked for it to be lowered and they did. Now their bathrooms are nasty. All black I guess so you can't see the nastiness, but to be honest you can see if even more and I was just afraid to touch anything. Giving it 3 stars because the place is pretty and the food was good. Service was a little slow but we were a party of 14 so is okay. I'm sure for a small group is faster. For two people we spend $85 so plan to spend some money.

The food was amazing. I was visiting Miami and a friend if mine suggested coming here because she enjoyed their drinks but never had their food. I must say that everything we ordered was DELICIOUS. Another plus was that the server was friendly and he happened to have moved from the very place that I was visiting from.

This place has a great atmosphere. Drinks are good food is good. They do have great specials for drinks and it's a lot about timing. They have outdoor seating with a nice view of the fountain. They have a mechanical bull, that occasionally is shut down for maintenance. But when it's up and running it's a great time and some good memories. The brunch is decent and the price for the mimosas is perfect enjoy the time from 11- 3pm

Always love to come by, I've never really had a bad experience. Actually, one time there was this AWFUL throw up smell around the booths/bar... The WHOLE time I was there. Other than that... it's pretty awesome, never been for drink specials so don't know how those are.

I had brunch and I was not impressed with their menu. Also my sister ask for scramble eggs and they gave her and omelette and when she said something to the waitress she brought back the same egg chopped up. Not nice.

I love the decor. It's a beautiful place. The wait staff is friendly and helpful. It's more a place for drinks and appetizers. Although they have a nice menu, it's not a very varied one. It's a great place to get together with friends over drinks, yet not so much for a date. I found the menu choices rather limited.

Cadillac Ranch was rather pleasant. Despite having a party of 28 with a reservation we were seated very fast. They took our orders promptly. The food was good. The timing was a bit off with some of our guests taking much longer than others, but as said before there was almost 30 of us. The billing was handled easily with no issues. They had a live band playing rock covers, the song selection was great and the band playing were rocking it, kudos to them, sadly I didn't get the name. It was on March 9th 2019. All in all a good experience! The views outside were very nice as well.

First we got there we told the greeter we need a low table and she took us to a booth. I then re advised her A LOW TABLE. She then took us to high bar tables. She just looked at me with a frustrated face as is she didn't know what I was talking about. I had to point like a monkey to the open table and she grunted and sat us. Then it took almost 15 minutes for a waiter to come by. That's OK they were busy but still. The appitizers came 35 minutes later minutes later and the food took an additional 30 minutes to arrive. We ordered everything at the same time. So in all we were there almost an hour and a half before we're would be able to eat. To make it worse I had asked for condiments and she would bring one and forget. I had to ask three times. After the third time she gave me a foul attitude. It's not fault she can get her sh** straightened out. As we started to eat, all of our food was ice cold. On a side note: the music was too loud and when the dj started it got so loud we had to read each other's lips to know what we were yelling to each other! The floor was super sticky and the bathrooms resembled a unkept gas station bathroom after a hot and humid day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! WE WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!

Expensive for no reason. I don't mind paying high end prices for high end foods and service, not the garbage they serve. The food was school lunch left overs basically! No wonder that place was empty, on a Friday night AND a long weekend. Place is really nice looking and comfortable, real big too, awesome place,terrible food, ok service. The restaurant was not busy, but somehow tables were being left dirty along with the floor beneath then, for me to look at through my whole meal. Again, restaurant not busy, there service was very slow and waiter attention was minimum. Empty glass on table for more than 5 minutes before waiter came back to ask about another drink it to remove them. The food is ok, nothing to brag about. Your average tgi Fridays kinda fare...

I have to admit in the heart of Kendall. There is half decent Southwestern food. A mechanical bull a lot of fun. The surrounding needs more air for better jump unto the bull. The service was quick. And the is valet service in front of restaurant.

Greetings, My name is Maylin Gonzalez I am a regular customer that Visits The Cadillac Ranch Restaurant on a weekly basis for the last past year. The reason for this email is because Yesterday my husband and I visited the location like we do every weekend, We ordered our start off mimosas and nachos as appetizer, me and husband were having a great time as usual enjoying the outside scenario. The issue occur after 90 Minutes of us being at the location, My husband ordered another round of mimosas to our waiter, but the waiter advised us that after 5 mimosas per person the manager has prohibited for the customer to order another round, ( Mind you Sat & Sun their is a promotion that the restaurant advertises “Unlimited Mimosas”, My husband immediately Ask for the General Manager “Rich Travis” to approached our table, he did so, and the General Manager repeated the same thing the waiter told us. We were very unhappy yesterday, again this is the first time this has occur to us after us visiting location every weekend. The restaurant should not be falsely advertising unlimited mimosas Sat & Sun, Cadillac Ranch Headquarters, should over think hiring a general manager like Rich Travis with poorly customer Service, and I am not the first person to have this issue, their were other customers on site unhappy as well.

Usually I really enjoy this place. The food is good and the ambiance is great. However, we decided to go here for the mothers day brunch. I was a little disappointed on how loud they had a DJ playing so early in the day. We found ourselves yelling at each other at the table of how loud it was. Didn't feel the occasion called for it. Regardless, any other day it's a pretty good place.

The atmosphere is nice, enjoyed the music. Service at the bar however was just okay. Told the bartender, Rick, I needed a moment to decide on a drink, he handed me a menu, and then never came back. It wasn't that busy. I watched him tend to everyone around me. It wasn't until another bartender, Miranda, noticed I've just been sitting there and called my server over. He took my order, got me the drink, and didn't come back again. Miranda decided to take care of me since my original server was ignoring me. Ordered food and the food was okay. Got the Cowboy sliders, but the meat tasted like microwaved patties that I could probably get in a school lunch. Not the worst experience but not the best either.

Have been here for over an hour and haven't gotten serviced at all, nevertheless a drink. I asked a barista why I haven't gotten serviced, she told me the booths on the side were closed and only the bar area was open. Immediately after I went to the bar seating another customer took the booth seating and got serviced. I understand the after hours are busy but c'mon, make a better system to service people. I expect a reply soon.

AMAZING PORTIONS. I got the Mediterranean chicken and it was so good. staff was nice and caring and there is free bull riding if you are 18+ The indoor atmosphere is really amazing and outside there is an amazing view of a lake from the lock bridge. There is also live music. It's a nice little adventure and I would definitely go again.

On 5/11/2019, my boyfriend and I sat at the bar. It took about 15 minutes to be even acknowledged. With two bartenders behind a not so crowd bar, there was no reason to be ignored like we were. Yamilette and Miranda were the ones that eventually served us, warm beer, and a tequila shot (requested without salt) all I tasted was salt. Very disappointing service or lack there of. Don't recommend going on a Saturday night or while these two are behind the bar.

And when the server finally brought it the drink was watered down . The food was cold. If anyone asks me about this place I will tell them not to waist their time. I will not be coming back. It's Sunday at 7:45 pm and the place was empty. We walk in and no greeter at front desk. Server walks up, gets something from the front and doesn't even acknowledge us. We ask another server and she sits us hesitantly. Food was ok. It's seems no one there cares about the place and be careful they add charges to the bill of upgrades you didn't order. When you ask, they just say they make them input it that way in the computer. In at 745 out at 915. What a nightmare. Oh by the way they allow employees to smoke right out in the back where the people are eating.

My friend and I sat at the bar last night and was attended by an arrogant bartender with an attitude.We asked for his recommendation on what to drink and it felt like we were talking to a wall. He didn’t have any. I ordered a passion fruit mojito and my friend a martini. My friends martini was halfway full almost 3/4 and watered down. When she told the waiter she didn’t like it he just shrugged his shoulders, when my friend told him the drink was watery he told my friend that’s how martinis are because they are shaken with ice and didn’t offer to take it back to change for a different drink. Really? I drink martinis all the time and they do not taste like water. My mojito was awful. My friend and I felt so uncomfortable with his presence we moved to the outside bar and had a great waiter. She was so pleasant and helpful with the menu and felt very comfortable with her. We had loaded fries and shrimp and steak tacos which were really good. The service was bad, nothing that had to do with the waitress but our food took almost an hour for fries and little tacos and seems like they don’t have enough help outside. It seems like the management really doesn’t care because I see several bad reviews with generic responses and nothing changed.

The Staff my family had were terrific. They made us feel welcomed and even catered to my children 101 questions. A waitress not even assigned to our table turned the television station to my sons football game. Our hostess acommendaded our outside table request. I even rode the mechanical Bull (that was embarrassing). A extra mention well deserved by our waiter Jergon. He was very courteous without being overwhelming. Super professional and catered to us as if we were five star dining. Extra mention: My wife and daughter may have requested some extras because they thought he was cute. :) Thank you Cadillac Ranch for hiring a great staff and giving this visiting family from Michigan such a wonderful experience.

Absolutely terrible experience. After being overcharge on a drinks I never had. Being cut off after two drinks over a period of sitting there for 5 hours enjoying my time. This place is by far unprofessional. Bartenders do not have a clue what they’re doing and management is lost somewhere in left field. I’m sorry but this place is terrible. Corporate needs to intervene on how they treat their guest. I’m sorry but this place does not know how to run a successful restaurant business. If you go here to eat you have no taste buds. Cadillac Ranch is the bees knees! I just moved here from Chicago. Ive never been to Cadillac Ranch in Kendall till now. Omg! The atmosphere was very chill, the food was perfect, and the servers were absoulty awesome. Everything was clean and tip top shape. I ended up riding the bull later on in the night and literally died laughing. I will be back again! Soon! Like NEW YEARS EVE SOON. Im looking forward to my next visit. Thanks Cadillac Ranch! This place is horrid! Food sucks. Service sucks. Any given night after 8pm it’s a rather unsafe place. It’s constantly filled with local young men who are filthy, under educated Cuban thugs. They constantly fight inside and out front of this bar. It’s usually over women or drugs. Not safe. Don’t go.

Really spacious! It's my go to meet up when I'm hanging with a big group. And it's next to other locations so you can transition the party nicely. Great for sporting events but I find the food prices a bit inflated compared to the competition. But it's good, and big so I love it anyway. Right they have a bull so if you have a fun group you'll get a nice laugh

it's a classic example of successful restaurant...you can enjoy not just the real juiciest freshest american food in the area but the excellent costumer service; very nice personal, fresh food, and very tasty recipes; clean and odorous bathrooms; place very well organized; tacos and wings are in the top of the menu, but there is plenty of fresh veggies and other foods that you can enjoy and mix; great plates variety...so HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
