Had Buffalo chicken sliders today and they were quite good. Usually you get a blue cheese sauce but these came with actual blue cheese crumbles. The buffalo sauce was flavorful but not too spicy. The beer was nicely flavored, not too heavy either. All in all, it was a good lunch.

Mediocre; there are better sports bars and grills in the area. I've eaten here before and more than once, and the level of customer service has deteriorated. I entered and stood by the "Wait To Be Seated" sign located next to the takeout station. I waited for 5 minutes while an employee handed out orders to take out customers (about 5 different customers). When she finished she asked me if she could help me, and when I told her I just wanted a table her response was "Sit anywhere you like.". So, what was the purpose of the sign and me waiting? I picked a table and ordered an appetizer and a dinner. The employee who brought my food was not my server and I really appreciated her honestly, because she brought out the appetizer and told me my dinner had come out at the same time. She gave me the option of having both or keeping the dinner under the heat, so I elected to have it with the appetizer to keep from getting overcooked food. A floor manager appeared to be making the rounds and asking people how their food was but I never saw him, so I never got the opportunity to tell him. Bottom line: the customer service has gone down enough and there are better choices with the competitors that I'm not sure I'll be back.

Heather was a great bartender. Very attentive. The wings were good, but were insipid. I believe they forgot to put the lemon pepper on the wings as it didn't taste like it at all. Willing to give it another try though.

Good service. I only had the wings, so I don’t know if any of the other food is good. I ordered 8 hot wings and 8 very hot wings. They were just drenched in hot sauce...like an entire bottle of hot sauce. I couldn’t eat more than a few.

We ordered 3 orders of 12 wings, 4 baskets of sweet potato fries, 2 sides of seasoned veggies and 2 sides of rice and beans. What we received was a joke. Rice and beans came together in a plastic cup, the side of seasoned veggies was one broccoli in a plastic cup. We only reveived one container of fries. When we called and complained to get a replacement order they told me “ complain to uber eats, thats how we serve”. Horrible customer service, Horrible presentation and a waste of money. It is really sad because i always liked this restaurant. Will never recommend or buy from there

At one time me and my boyfriend enjoyed this place a lot . I considered working part time there even thinking I could help . Wow how things can change since last summer we have both started seeing serious issues with upkeep and turnover two former employees gave us a ear full that we know . This was a favorite now due to, strange experiences and repeated issues its becoming sort of a dark dive bar with so so food and above average prices there are far better options in the area offering more with a smile in a less dated friendlier atmosphere . Sadly Punt on this one. I review several places and take it very seriously .Yes there's a handful of employees that are wonderful it's just not a winning team.

I would never post reviews like this but this needs to be seen based on the service I received here. We came in after 10pm on a Monday night. It was a slow night as the place was empty, maybe 3 tables at most being occupied with small parties of 3 people max on each one. Firstly we were told by our waitress that we cannot do seperate checks (it was a group of 12 of us), I have never heard this at any bar I have been to. We were told that there is an ATM outside that we could go to and come back if we needed to do cash individually. Secondly, a huge pet peeve I have is when a waitress drops the menus down on the table in one pile instead of giving us our menus individually. It's as if we were dogs. There weren't any kind of engagement with us, the manager were watching us as if we shouldnt have been there. The whole vibe was just awkward. We were not a boisterous crowd as we just got off of work looking to grab a bite and a few drinks. There was a not so welcoming ambience about this bar and this behavior is definitely unacceptable. I have been to Coral Springs Brus Room and never ever received this kind of service even during any big sporting events. Unfortunately I have to leave 1 star here but if I could leave a 0 I would have.

Service was below average for a restaurant that wasn't that busy on a Friday night. I ordered Fajitas, they tortillas came out wrapped up all together in a piece of parchment paper and they were all stuck together. I asked the one of 4 different people that came to our table for new tortillas which they were very pleasant about and did bring me more (although it took awhile) but the tortillas we're wrapped the same way. Maybe put paper between each layer?

I ordered 25 piece chicken wings. I selected 15 Lemon Pepper and 15 Garlic Parmesan. The chicken was extremely bland. I couldn't taste none of the selected flavors. I had to spice it up at home to make it taste like something. I have definitely had better from Bru's Room.

I was looking for a good lunch spot and had a craving for chicken wings. Since we were in the area we decided to go to Bru's room. It's been a while since my last visit and it appears that the menu has been updated. This time around I got the grilled wings with medium sauce on the side. It had the perfect buffalo flavor, not too spicy but just enough kick. The server Tanya was great. Super nice and attentive. When we first walked in we mentioned that the music was pretty loud, and she was able to get it lowered. The type of music for a weekday lunch didn't seem fitting either and she was able to adjust that as well. So accommodating and will definitely be coming back again soon.

Service was a little slow considering the restaurant was NOT full. Servers did check in with us several times however there were long periods of waiting to ask for more drinks/beers. It could've been an off day it happens. Now on to the good part, the Garlic Parmesan Wings were AWESOME! The Buff Chips were on the mark. Food was fresh tasty and well portioned. Pricing is on par with other local sports bar. Basically, reasonable prices for what your getting. Overall thought on this place, I will definitely be going back!

Jamal has to be the most unprofessional manager. He wouldn’t even come over to the table after I asked my server to send over a manager repeatedly. REPEATEDLY!!!! Not only was my order incorrect but totally wrong. I ate it because it had already taken so long for it to come out and I was starving. The manager refused to come to the table. I was so annoyed, I called the restaurant and told them to put him on the phone and they just left me on hold. I asked for the GM’s name and I will be contacting Sal tomorrow. I come here all the time. The servers and bartenders know me by first name. It’s sad how one bad manager can turn your weekly go to place into a “never again” place.

I tried to order to go at 1234am and the lady said I can only order A Togo order at the bar which defeats the purpose of Togo.so now I am waiting at the bar when my order could of been ready. I think if your going to advertise you or open until 2am. Then a Togo order at 1234 am shouldn’t be an issue. Now I have to sit at the bar for 40-45 mins to wait for the order. I feel as though you should be able to take payments by phone to secure the order if that’s what you worried about. Ale house would of taken a to go order 2 and 1/2 hours before they close.

My wife and I both got the tacos and tots. Is always food was really good. The average age in and around the bar was about 60. The music selection had vulgar words being said in some of the songs. I'll be back but I really hope the music is lot more subtle and more enjoyable while eating a meal.

I have to say I love what they have done to the place. At least the menu. I mean the wings are always good here but we were pleasantly surprised by a new menu and some good stuff. Bottom line they have a great happy hour its not just about the wings anymore.

I just wanted to put out there that we LOVE Bru's Room in Pines. However, not so much last night. I had probably one of the best days in a long time, to have the night ruined by the new "entertainment" that is now happening every Wednesday night. Apparently there is now a weekly Car show or Car club that is meeting every Wednesday. GREAT! But When we were there, everyone is hanging out in the parking lot, and the DJ, blaring the music so loud I couldn't even hear the person talking to me sitting next to me, you could barely hear from the parking lot where the people were! Does that make sense? We're still coming back, and like everything else in life, you don't like it, don't watch it, change the channel, turn the dial or whatever... We won't be coming on a Wednesday anymore that's for sure. In closing: HUGE SHOUT OUT TO HEATHER, BEST BARTENDER EVER! You Rock! Before this Wednesday change, we had this place rated at 5 stars. Please set up the DJ closer to where his paying audience will be. That's all I'm asking. Peace.

I came to this bar because of Word of Mouth please been here over five hours having a couple of drinks inside this venue then we went outside all 9 of us we've been spending a lot of money eating and drinking so while we were outside I stepped to the side of the bar taking pictures of my friends celebrating or reunion the manager of this venue was so rude and didn't know how to approach customers or I should say spending customer he came over and take me from the side of the bar and said I cannot be in his bar I felt really offended as if I wasn't treated equally and I strongly advise that if you're looking for great? Service would not recommend this place I would rather go to tootsies or King of Diamonds and get great customer service then this place in Pembroke Pines he was very rude I also approached them and told him I did not appreciate the fact that he did not approach me correctly I even told him that I am in the Business Office customer service and he did not appreciate anything that he just said you cannot be by my bar taking pictures no I don't know if his bar was clean or dirty at all I wanted to do was take pictures and he walked away without apologizing it sucks when you're spending your hard-earned money and get in this kind of treatment I strongly request you avoid this business place and go somewhere else that has great customer service fortunately our bartender Jamal was exceptionally affectionate and he made us feel better by giving us outstanding customer service but this place is all about money and what they can make out of people not your greatest concerns on enjoying your hard-earned money.

Outside seating included no view and only one tv, which I had to turn around to see. The wings were rubbery and tiny, as for the bleu cheese side for the wings tasted like 5% bleu cheese and 95% ranch. The bleu burger however tasted like 100% bleu cheese on the burger, so not sure what happened there, maybe they ran out of bleu cheese and didnt tell me? Also, be careful if you sit outside, it will be hot, as I dont remember a fan. And the waitress never came to refill my water, maybe she thought if I passed out she could take my wallet? All kidding aside, the server only came to take our order and give the check. Didnt recieve any check ins from her, but I did notice her going back and forth to the parking lot. The foods not good, and the service is equal. No need to visit this place, it wont be open for a long time.

Visited based on the reviews... My husband and I sat in the self seating patio area. The establishment wasn't crowded, we were in the company of two sets of customers totaling 4, excluding us and the wait time for service was unacceptable. One waitress did come out to check on her customers and that was that. We left. I called the establishment and was advised that the restaurant was short staff. I then asked to speak to a Manager on duty, Lisa eventually answered, but she hung up the phone. Poor business practice.

I have been coming to this location since it opened, and let me tell you how much it has changed. The hostess was not professional at all, she was on her phone when we walked in and kept smacking her tongue every other word while playing with her hair and told me to sit wherever. The kitchen is disgusting, I know you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover but when you see a cook coming out from the kitchen wiping his sweaty face on his apron that is gross to me because I’m almost certain he doesn’t change his apron, and his beard did NOT have a hair net around it. Just tied in multiple ponytails. Can’t forget my food took 45 minutes and there weren’t many people inside or outside. The food is hit or miss depending on the day and cook. The staff is so so. You can see some worker harder than others which in my opinion isn’t right. Also I overheard the way management (JAMAL) speaks to his staff. He literally was yelling at one of the girls who was working her butt off in the middle of the dining room. If I worked there I would have called HR on him months ago. He is so unprofessional. I asked my server to have him come over to the table and he refused. Not sure what he was so busy doing besides flirting at the host desk with the one who so called greeted me and another shorter girl who kept going outback, I’m assuming for smoke breaks. How much cancer does she really need. It seems like as soon as they get decent staff in there they leave because it must be impossible to make money and deal with a manager like Jamal... Now let’s get to the bar staff aside from Heather, because she has been there since DAY 1 and another girl who we rarely see anymore (I think her name is Katy) the bar is horrible. I’m sorry but your bartenders shouldn’t approachable (good looking, not to sound shallow) and have some sense of urgency. Aside from those two the bar staff is useless, extremely slow and can’t multitask. If there was new management I feel like this establishment has potential to be what it used to be. I see NO manager doing anything except for the woman with long blonde hair, she’s always running food, drinks, cleaning tables and taking orders of she see guests need attention. Who ever the GM is needs to be fired and should be replaced with her! I remember when Ernie was there that place was starting to get back to what it used to be, now it’s a shame! Believe me when I say if I request to speak to a manager or see one speak to an employee the way Jamal did I will go to corporate. If you want better service it starts with getting rid of the bad management which seems to be the GM and Jamal.

The food was good but it took a very long time to come out. I was there with 3 friends and 1 of my friends food never came. We had to call the manager. Good customer service though. He took care of our tab!!
