This was our second time at a Bonefish Grill. As expected, the service was superb, and the food was excellent. I ordered the crab crusted cod. The fish was cooked perfectly, and the lemon butter sauce was so velvety and delicious. Everyone else's food was perfect and delicious as well. If you've never been to a Bonefish, I highly recommend it.

I went there for a gender reveal in one of their private rooms. I was impressed with how efficient the wait staff were in handling the flow of the event. I would definitely have an event there in the future and the food was good.

For a restaurant chain, this place is a cut above. From the moment you walk in, the staff go out of their way to make you feel relaxed. Their signature dish, bang bang shrimp, is our personal favourite but there are so many great items available on their menu that you can quite happily have something different each time and not be disappointed. They're not cheap but frankly I'd rather pay a little more and get quality food served by enthusiast staff in an atmosphere that really makes the evening feel special. Go for it, you won't be let down.

The food was okay. The inside didn't smell too fresh like the carpet needed to be cleaned. The bang bang shrimp was pretty good (not pictured). My mom got the blackened fish tacos with fries. I got a sirloin steak with cilantro rice and I unfortunately I can't remember the other side. Don't think I'll be back to this location.

The food was good, but service was a little erratic. Drink were served immediately. I was finished with my second bloody Mary before I could flag someone down to take my food order. He took the order of my wife and myself and didn't check to see if anyone else was ready to order. They seemed to have enough staff, they just seemed poorly organized. Food runners were searching to find who plates of food belonged to. When the check finally came, I had to switch to cash from charge due to a long wait.

This place is consistently delicious with first class service! We had the coconut shrimp to start. Best ever! Light breading, mostly coconut, light on the flour makes them crispy without the oily flavor. The shrimp is still the star of the show. Next was wood grilled salmon with lobster sauce. Perfectly seasoned fish and a sauce made with just the right amount of creaminess. Not over powering. The side of Brussels sprouts is a definite try.... especially if you have hated them your whole entire life like me... lol. Sitting at the bar with Steve made our night even better. He knew the perfect amount of time and attention to spend and was a pleasure to chat with. Omar filled in nicely once Steve left for the night. This is a definite YES when looking for good quality seafood prepared to the highest of standards.

Another awesome experience! Made a reservation on their website this afternoon for 6:45, we were seated within 3 minutes of checking in. The food and service was exceptional, and we were done with our meal including drinks and an appetizer in about an hour. The best restaurant on the 192 strip in our opinion. Angela was our server, she was great, asked to talk with the Manager, Matt, after hearing the table next to us trying to scam a free meal because of poor food quality, and made a point of letting him know how happy we have been with this location ever since it opened. It is a "must stop" at least once every February when we visit Orlando.

We often visit this Aventura restaurant on Tuesdays because they have a special Tuesday menu. The hosts up front must be having a bad day. They were unwilling to acknowledge our call ahead. They did not give us the Tuesday menu when we were seated. We had to get up and walk up front after not receiving service at our table for more than 5 minutes. Hopefully service will improve and the meal will be fine.

The ambience of the restaurant is very nice and the staff are super friendly. My drink, coral reef punch was phenomenal as well as my dessert, the apple caramel lava cake. However I was disappointed by my main course. I had gotten the sea bass which tasted honestly bland. The tomato garlic sauce help make up a little for the blandness

Totally enjoyed the food!! Our server, Jeff was very nice, accommodating and professional!! We are a group of ladies that meet once a month. This was our first time here and will definitely return. The only drawback is there was a guest with a dog at the bar and my sister is extremely afraid of dogs!

Love Bonefish. The menu is awesome with a lot of great seafood. I love the lobster tail and ahi tuna. Really great craft cocktails and atmosphere at the bar. Exceptional service. They have a great brunch on the weekends. If you don't want to wait for a table to open up best to come early and grab a seat at the bar.

Had the salmon Cedar plank special and was the best salmon I ever had and the Mac and cheese side was insanely good. No word of a lie, the bast Mac and cheese I have ever had. I try the Mac and cheese at almost any place that offers it and this is like a hybrid between mac and cheese and a peppercorn Alfredo dish. Simply amazing. Tried multiple dishes with the group I was with and everything was breathtaking. I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt I had to with the quality of service and food we received here. Nuff said.

Last minute decision yesterday Sat. Nite to stop for dinner. Not our first time there. We sat in a comfortable booth having a view of bar front door and TVs. Waitress Kaitlyn born in Bethpage NY (close to my hometown) was helpful, pleasant and efficient . The wife and I both ordered salmon different sauces. Food was cooked to perfection, both sauces were excellent plus 2 great sides. We happened to be there at Happy hour so cocktails were incredibly inexpensive and we'll made. We topped off dinner with a couple cappacinos and a coconut pie that hit the spot . We had a very enjoyable and satisfactory evening. 5 Stars all around. .

The potstickers were good as an appetizer the main courses were a grilled mahi mahi with broccoli and whipped mashed potatoes for myself and trout with coleslaw and greenbeans for my wife. The seasonal vegetables are nothing more than steamed no seasoning and the coleslaw was naked and had to be sent back and fixed. The mahi was a bit chewy and overall burnt on the sides. The strawberry shortcake dessert saved the dinner it was delicious and the strawberries fresh.

Great happy hour experience! I was greeted promptly, service continued throughout meal. Alba the bartender and Kristen the manger were great! Can't beat the price. The spicy shrimp app is the best. The fish sandwiches are made with cod so that's a plus. I wouldn't order the fried artichokes again and I love artichokes. Also probably wouldn't order calamari again, but that's just my personal opinion. However, I'll be back soon to try more.

Ordered bone in ribeye with their original coleslaw flavor. Service was very excellent. My steak was cooked perfectly too. Slightly pricey restaurant, but we'll worth it for the quality food and service. Nice and quiet atmosphere, but no real dress code here, but keep it respectable. Also asked for a virgin drink which the bar tender made a very tasty juice drink w/lots of different fruits. If you haven't been here and want a nice place, this is it.

On 9/22, my daughter held a gender reveal event at the Aventura location. The food and service was phenomenal. The servers and manager on duty were attentive and patient. They catered to over 20 people within the party and never gave any sign of distress. I highly recommend this location for any event!

Bonefish was Excellent! This was my first time at a Bonefish and it lived up to the hype. Our waitress,Francis, was very friendly, polite and made herself available in case we had concerns (she checked to make sure everything was good several times). My only issue was with the drink I ordered (a coke). There were some floating things in my drink that may have come from the fountain. I would keep an eye out for that. The wait time for the food was not long at all and the food was delightful. Overall a great experience!!

I was a guest at dinner recently. There was ample parking, greeters were friendly and seating took place almost immediately. The server arrived promptly and was helpful is providing assistance with the drinks menu and in clarifying food selections. Tables were well spaced and lighting and sound was conducive to conversation. My host had ordered a ribeye steak and I ordered grilled salmon. Food was served promptly. The steak, which I sampled, was large, juicy and delicious. I found my salmon was adequate without being impressive. Coffee and a coconut based dessert rounded out the evening. Overall I would recommend it, though I might change my choice of entree next time.

This place was tough to review. The food was great! And my friends and I had a good time... but the service was horrible. We literally waited 10 minutes for our drinks while we sat and watched them get warm at the bar. Our food took forever to come out. The girl never asked us if we wanted a second drink. Plates just stacked up and we had to ask them to be cleared. I'm glad I only paid HH prices. It wasn't even busy early on a Wednesday evening. There were employees standing around talking and on cell phones instead of helping each other. had I paid full menu prices, the service was unacceptable. With a menu price easily bumping to a $50 PPA, your servers should be on point.

I don't like to give negative reviews but I didn't really want to go to this restaurant cause these places are not my bag but my friend wanted to go. Maybe other dishes are better but I ordered the fish tacos with fries. The fish was dry and tasteless. The fries I had asked for were supposed to be unseasoned but they were not; they were cooked in that horrible sodium based oil.

First time here and at first it was turning into a sour night. The initial hostess girl told us she was going to seat me and my friend and then didn't return for about 4 minutes. The manager then came and sat us. Then after 10 minutes we had no server until we informed the manager. She was very nice and understanding and got us a great server named Justin who explained the menu and food choices well. I ordered Rainbow Trout which was good but lacked any seasoning. The best was the bang bang shrimp. The drinks were also very well. All in all an ok place.

The service was horrible we were a party of 22 attending a reserved Birthday dinner. They did not have enough waitiers to take our orders also the food came out with the wrong sides. I waited 1 1/2 hours for a small order of Bang bang shrimp Taco's. My order was placed first and came out last. No manager came to our table to check our service or how things were going. I feel if you make a reservation they should be expecting that party and have enough staffing to ensure they leave happy especially when you select there business to share a special event.

Located in the Town Center Aventura plaza, Bonefish Grill is a large bar & restaurant that has a casual decor with an intimate setting. The restaurant offers brunch, lunch, dinner, and happy hour. Their menu consists of a variety of foods such as: * Appetizers & sides * Soups & salads * Seafood * Steak, chicken, surf & turf dishes * burgers & tacos * Desserts * Beer, wine, cocktails, martinis & spirits There are plenty of table seating for patrons. You can choose to sit in the bar area or in the dining area. Once I was seated, my server, Jermaine, handed me the menu and asked if I wanted something to drink. Being it was my first time at the restaurant, I asked if I could have a few minutes to overlook the menu. The items seems so intriguing, but I had to raise an eyebrow at the cost which range from moderate to a bit pricey. I quickly decided to try a fresh pineapple martini for my drink, and cobia piccata (I don't have a clue what that is, just hope it tastes good) & shrimp. Jermaine placed a plate with sliced bread and a small dish of herb butter, for dipping, in front of me. Now I'm not a bread & butter girl so I just eat the bread as is, which was warm and soft. After about five minutes I received my drink, and within another ten minutes, I received my food. Oh, so cobia piccata is a fish; which was fried & seasoned nicely, and flaky. The shrimp was pan seared in a mild flavored sauce and was served with lightly seasoned steamed broccoli and creamy mashed potatoes. The martini was delicious & refreshing. Nice balance of the pineapple juice and rum, and it was not too sweet. I felt like I was transported to the islands with every sip. I received satisfactory service from my server who was very pleasant and checked on me in a timely manner. I became too full for dessert, but I will most definitely return for happy hour for those martinis. Had a very enjoyable evening. Bonefish Grill, you have made me one happy girl.

Service was great...food was great...restaurant was near empty at 540pm on a Saturday??? Just realized why restaurant was mostly empty.. they allow dogs in the restaurant and it's no problem for them... I am extreme lover of all animals but do not feel like they belong inside of a restaurant.. as it could be unsanitary and certainly devalues the type of atmosphere that you would expect when you're paying 25 to $32 per plate.

Went in today for brunch. We loved the food I got the Atlantic salmon and it was prepared perfectly for me. I have been to several of the bone fish restaurants and I have always loved it. The staff was just great and they were all very attentive and helped us a lot. We will be coming back to this restaurant in the mornings for brunch more often. Well done!

I invited guests to eat. Bone fish and grill was chosen because of past experiences. To my surprise not only was I not happy but I was disappointed. First, the hostess didn't greet anyone. She took a conversation on the phone. She never acknowledge my party and I. The other staffs seem to be untrained and overall rude. The only positive experience was not the food but our waiter Angel. He was courteous and well versed of what was available on the menu. I was amazed of his politeness. I don't see myself referring anyone to Bonefish and Grill on Biscayne Blvd and 186 street in Aventura, Miami. Should I hear people making plans, I'll encourage them to request Angel as a waiter.

This restaurant was your upscale seafood restaurant. We had a group of 14 people for our traditional family vacation. This restaurant was chosen since it wasn't far from where we were staying in the Westgate Town Center. The waitresses were nice and tipped generously. The atmosphere was nice and peaceful. The food was good. The first thing ordered was an appetizer of Calamari when it came out it was hard and looked old. We requested it to be done over and it was done properly. Everything was ordered looked good. There was a Cod meal, a Salmon meal, 3 chicken finger meals, bone in T bone steak, srimp6and scallops, bang bang shrimp tacos, bang bang shrimp, lobster tail and a chicken Cobb salad. Everyone enjoyed their meal and fellowshipping. My son had a strange drink in a cup that reminds me of a pirate. It was some type of ginger drink in a little metal cup. Also there were 2 coral reef drinks and 2 glasses of Moskato. We had a really nice time!! I would definitely go back!

I first had Bonefish Grill in Tallahassee. It was excellent, 5 stars. This is the second time that I've had a bad experience at the Aventura location. The gnocchi Thermador was so salty I could not eat it. I will not be back.

AWESOME Birthday!! Last day in Kissimmee, topped it off with one of my favorite places back home, and it was NOT disappointing! Our waitress (can't remember her name) was the sweetest! The food was awesome the Waiter (Tyler) was amazing and Candy she is the most delightful women that you can encounter. The bitter sweet part is that the food was so good after one bite I forgot to take pictures. The environment was perfect. Management did an awesome job with selecting the employees.

Food came at a reasonable time and the dining experience was enjoyable. I ordered the pad thai which was a stretch. It was good but definitely not what you'd consider to be traditional and authentic Thai cuisine. Nonetheless, this is the case for many and that shouldn't take away from the experience because there are plenty of other selections to choose from. Definitely worth the try!

We arrived an hour before closing on a weeknight and the service was extremely attentive; the food was delicious; and appetizers and entrees were served promptly. I love the dim, romantic atmosphere with inset lighting. Dessert prices high though. A piece of coconut pie was $7! Overall we were very happy however and would return and recommend in a heartbeat.

Went here with my family for brunch on Mother's Day. Our server, Jef with one F gets an F. An F for FANTASTIC that is!! Jef was an amazing server and catered to my family above and beyond. I appreciate him for making our experience quite pleasant and enjoyable.. the only disappointing aspect was that my food and my sisters were both brought out cold but it was promptly taken care of ( they stole someone else's orders ) lol. Also they used slice cheese in the omlette which left a very displeasing effect especially with a restaurant of this caliber which I actually did mention it to the manager.. but over all JeF was the highlight.

Went for Mother's Day Brunch for the first time. The unlimited mimosa, sangria were pretty good. I picked a regular meal because I wasn't feeling eggs benedict but my friend had bang bang shrimp eggs benedict and she said it was pretty good. The server was really sweet. Will definitely go back

Took my wife to the Kissimmee Bonefish Grill and had a wonderful meal. Made reservations, came early and got right in. Server was extremely prompt and courteous. We shared a bowl of seafood chowder which was very delicious. Also delicious was my wife's main meal of shrimp and scallops and my salmon, both were very tasty. Although the bread and chowder kind of satisfied my appetite which left the veggies on the plate. All and all a very satisfying experience.

Delicious seafood, wonderful service and delightful atmosphere. I especially like that the menu post the calories for all their dishes. Despite the calories, I had the bang bang shrimp which I have a weakness for and it was of course delicious. I also had the tuna which luckily was pretty low in calories despite being delicious. My date had a bottle of expensive champagne and a salad. I believe he enjoyed his champagne and a salad. All in all a good evening, I recommend bonefish Grill.

Had the chef special dinner for 2 that included coconut or bang bang shrimp, a sampling of salmon, ahi tuna, sirloin tenders and lobster tail, and 3 choices of sides: had garlic mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and Cole slaw. Fresh bread also awesome with butter or the pesto dipping oil. For dessert, I had the seasonal special strawberry shortcake and my husband had the key lime pie. Bellisimo!! Will definitely go back to the location in our hometown.

Great food, great service, great experience! We were seated promptly and sat at the table for a couple minutes before someone came to greet us. One of the other servers, Mario, saw us waiting, took our order, and eventually took our table on even though we were not in his section. The manager, Mike, even stopped by our table to apologize for the wait. It is nice to see such great customer service and attentiveness. Mario did an exceptional job taking care of us and the food was DELICIOUS! It is obvious that the staff cares a great deal about their customers and enjoys working there! 10/10 would recommend!

All four of us loved our food and drinks! Blackberry red sangria was wonderful, as was my spicy tuna bowl. Not spicy, not a bowl, but a great meal! Bang bang shrimp tacos mildly spicy but we would get them again. Cedar plank salmon perfectly done. Cannot rave enough.

This is the best place to have Atlantic Salmon with Lime Tomatoe & Garlic sauce. Yum...!! Placing the order was uncomfortable...when I told the server what I wanted she kept asking me the same questions until she felt the order would be placed correctly by entering it into her tablet. If this was for take out. I could imagine what it would be like if I reqested Silver Service. Hence....Samon was very good but getting it was a bit much.

Tonight was a pretty disappointing night at Bonefish I've been there many times and had a wonderful experience celebrating birthdays celebrating just so happy hour and tonight come get the drinks right they can't even make a decent margarita just ruined my whole happy hour experience it was Bang Bang Shrimp Wednesday the shrimp weren't weren't hot they came out room temperature like they've been sitting there in the kitchen ready to come out for happy hour the bill came at the end the prices were wrong we have to get the manager that was just the worst experience I really didn't expect to enjoy my happy hour in that way on enjoyable

After a long day in Disney's Animal Kingdom, we decided to come here for a late dinner. BEST DECISION EVER!! The hostess greeted us with a smile, and sat us immediately. The service was FANTASTIC. Our server's name was Joe. He was knowledgeable, personable, and funny. After talking with him for a bit, we found out his wife Kris is a server there as well. What a lovely couple! Now as for the food, we had something called the "Ocean Mixed Grill". This is a dinner for two. It comes as smaller portions of several different items. We got an appetizer to share, one salad each, and then a small amount of three different sides, as well as a small amount of three different entrees. Every single item was absolutely delicious. We completely emptied our plates. Lastly, we shared a dessert - their seasonal crème brûlée. It was excellent, the perfect compliment for an outstanding meal. If you go there to eat, look for Joe and Kris, you will have a great experience. I would eat there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

Went there for date night with my husband, we both love bonefish grill in tamiami. We’re regulars but he decided to take me to the one in Aventura instead. Worst mistake ever, not only are the plates more expensive but the service is the worst. My server Ashley R. Never greeted the table. We always order the same thing we both also work in the industry so we can not make it any easier for the server but not only was our server inattentive when my husbands plate arrived it was the sea bass Picatta style ( that he was upcharged for) it was just a plain sea bass with two small scoops of mash.

Took the family here for something different that we have not had before. Knowing it is a little pricier we were satisfied with our experience. The wife tried the trout and I had the ribeye. I got the sauce with the ribeye and I was not disappointed I'd recommend trying it. The wife wasn't too enthusiastic about the crust on the trout but I enjoyed it. If you haven't been here, I'd suggest trying it.
