First time at Bocas. Not disappointed! I made a reservation for 8pm and came about 1hr early & they seated me immediately ! I was impressed with how quick they served us! Mind you, it is Father's Day! Server came dropped off menus quickly, got out our drink orders & when I tell you the quickness in the service of the drinks, wow, not even 2 minutes( I swear not an exaggeration )! Shortly after, we placed our order for our appetizer and entree, which they gave us enough time to look over the menu & the appetizer came, again, 2 minutes! Not even a wait ! The service I am super impressed, the food was very well made! We ordered the 2 time Wok, however, I wasn't fond of the taste. It was extremely good! But it just wasn't my cup of tea, however, my dad LOVED it! I would come again ! I want to come back for the milkshakes! I was so full I couldn't get to it :( I would suggest to come out and give it a shot ! FYI, My server, Marco, along with the rest of the staff was impeccable! He checked in when necessary & ensured we were good when our food and drinks arrived. Additionally, he ensured that if we needed anything else he would bring out immediately!

First time coming to this place on Father’s Day it was very busy. My fiancé and I decided to give it a try because we were hungry. The girl at the potion was very pleasant, took my phone number and said she was going to call us as soon as they get a table. About 45 minutes pass, it was raining and we decided to check for a table because she never called us. I should’ve listened to my instinct. We finally got a table. The server introduced himself did not offered any drinks and I felt he was distracted with the other tables he was waiting on. I told the waiter I was confused with the menu. He did not explained or gave us any recommendations. When the food was served, we had to get another waiter to give us water because our first waiter never came to check on us. My plate the shrimp was very salty and very little food was given. We still gave the waiter a $10 tip that he did not deserved for been so inattentive . Food looks amazing on the menu, but I was very disappointed and dissatisfied due to lack of customer service.

I love how every single staff member is part of every tables satisfaction. At lour of five different people asked if we enjoyed our meal, needed more water, refills on drinks or wanted plates removed. It was attentive and not overwhelming. Our food was so good. The meats were juicy and flavorful. My arepa was a little dry but overall good experience.

He said he had a lot of time working there and was like a shift leader or something. He said his name a couple of times, but since I’m doing this review like a month later, I pitifully forgot it. He had dark hair and had a beard. I would totally come back again!

This hidden Gem is spot on with flavors and combinations that kill! It's one of the best foodie resturants we've eaten at in Orlando area and the price is good too$$. Amazing and versatile menu and then top it off with a over the top "Candyland Dessert Menu". JUST WOW❣

This was our first time at Bocas and it was wonderful! Food was absolutely amazing! Tasty, unique, quick, and in a relaxed atmosphere. We had the arepa pernil and the wok lomo. Wow what a nice experience. They treat you like kings and really can feel the Latin vibe. Ask for Carlos, he is an amazing server. Also you can watch games here and it becomes a great atmosphere for it. Recommended dish: green plantains with seafood cocktail. Yum.

The food was just amazing, I could order every single item in the menu and love it. The staff is really nice and welcoming. Beverages like chicha and milkshakes are great for sharing but if you’re all about dessert, you could get one. They are as good as they look! It’s relatively close to the outlets/Disney area so if you’re around, definitely stop by. It also has a great variety of food so if you want to eat some more traditional food, they have noodles, rice, great steak and some other plates.

What a great little neighborhood grill. Specialty is the flavor of Venezuela. There was a 25 minute wait and it was well worth it. The place was full clean happening and friendly. I e joyed a beef with rice and beans and my friend has mixed meat.grilled.olate with a variety of sides. The bill was 85 without tip. Very.much worth it. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment.

Dr Phillips portions(small) at Dr. Phillips prices(high). Could not tell you what that burger is called, I got something different than what I ordered. Service need to improve when it comes to a group setting, It was a bit disorganized when it came to distributing the orders, the checks and keeping fresh water on the table. Some of the items ordered did not match what was presented on menu. I give it a 3 stars because some of the items ordered were of good quality and the restaurant was clean. They add a 18% service charge and suggest a tip amount to add??? I usually tip 20% for good service did not appreciate the 18% with out the delivery of good service. Will NOT visit a second time. Thank you!

Drinks, appetizers, food its all great!! They have a decent happy hour menu for their drinks, and the drinks are made with quality and they don’t cheap you on the alcohol amount. The line does get long and sometimes its feels like they are rushing you to order and eat as well, and I’m guessing its because of how packed they get.

Bocas Grill is a restaurant specialized in Venezuelan typical food. You are going to find a lot of variety about steaks, salads, meats and drinks. The best Venezuelan food is the “arepa”, and Bocas Grill has a good selection of arepas combined with a lot of sides. Also there are variety of fruit juices. Their personnel is wonderful and the ambient is familiar too. You have a plenty area of parking and the location is one of the best in Orlando. I greatly recommend this restaurant!

Showed up to Boca for a group of 6 with no reservation. Was able to get seating outside in the lovely atmosphere. Upon sitting down Juan introduced himself, gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted to eat, and made amazing suggestions. Wow what a nice experience. They treat you like kings and really can feel the Latin vibe. Ask for Carlos, he is an amazing server. Also you can watch games here and it becomes a great atmosphere for it. Recommended dish: green plantains with seafood cocktail. Yum.

The food was just amazing, I could order every single item in the menu and love it. The staff is really nice and welcoming. Beverages like chicha and milkshakes are great for sharing but if you’re all about dessert, you could get one. They are as good as they look! It’s relatively close to the outlets/Disney area so if you’re around, definitely stop by. It also has a great variety of food so if you want to eat some more traditional food, they have noodles, rice, great steak and some other plates.

What a great little neighborhood grill. Specialty is the flavor of Venezuela. There was a 25 minute wait and it was well worth it. The place was full clean happening and friendly. I e joyed a beef with rice and beans and my friend has mixed meat.grilled.olate with a variety of sides. The bill was 85 without tip. Very.much worth it. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment.

Dr Phillips portions(small) at Dr. Phillips prices(high). Could not tell you what that burger is called, I got something different than what I ordered. Service need to improve when it comes to a group setting, It was a bit disorganized when it came to distributing the orders, the checks and keeping fresh water on the table. Some of the items ordered did not match what was presented on menu. I give it a 3 stars because some of the items ordered were of good quality and the restaurant was clean. They add a 18% service charge and suggest a tip amount to add??? I usually tip 20% for good service did not appreciate the 18% with out the delivery of good service. Will NOT visit a second time. Thank you!

Drinks, appetizers, food its all great!! They have a decent happy hour menu for their drinks, and the drinks are made with quality and they don’t cheap you on the alcohol amount. The line does get long and sometimes its feels like they are rushing you to order and eat as well, and I’m guessing its because of how packed they get.

Bocas Grill is a restaurant specialized in Venezuelan typical food. You are going to find a lot of variety about steaks, salads, meats and drinks. The best Venezuelan food is the “arepa”, and Bocas Grill has a good selection of arepas combined with a lot of sides. Also there are variety of fruit juices. Their personnel is wonderful and the ambient is familiar too. You have a plenty area of parking and the location is one of the best in Orlando. I greatly recommend this restaurant!

First time here with wife and baby. Let me start with when we first walked up Karla the girl in the picture greeted us as we was walking up to the place. The service was awesome the food omg out of this world if I can say that. Jimmy our waiter was always alert to our every need and wants. For desert he suggested the brownie with bacon but we dis not expect how it was presented and serve. U GOTTA SEE THIS. Jimmy suggested for me the chicha drink. The meat is juicy and melts in your mouth, the rice and beans are cooked to perfection, tostones and maduros are the perfect balance of sweet and crispy! It's a treat every time we're able to eat here. Slowly bit surely I'll attempt to try each dish because their creations are that good! You will not regret eating here. Their portions are big, sometimes enough for 2. My favorite drink is the mojito and my family's is the Piña Colada which is made differently than anywhere else. The staff is a group of beautiful people inside and out. Great food and great staff...win win For special holidays or weekends make sure you reserve ahead of time because their waiting time can be hours.

Way over priced! Waitress spilled a orange soda down my daughter's neck and dropped a glass of lemon aid and it shattered on the floor. Never swept up the glass and did not comp us or at least my daughters meal until I told them I would not pay for hers. Bad business poor waitress and the food was not in anyway worth the bill. The place is clean, friendly staff, modern looking establishment, depicting the story of the arepa on the wall. I ordered some corn with cheese and that was decent. The three arepas on the started menu were pretty small and hard, the arepa itself was not recently made, the mass was hard to bite and not very warm. I also orders some pasta with chicken, and I was disappointed from looking at the picture to the real dish, the chicken was not juicy, the breading was hard as well, just like if it was sitting for a long time after being fried. Lacked flavor as well.

I really recommend this place. Wait time for food is very short. Food quality is good. Some of the skirt steak can be a little fatty. The arepas are good and the skewers. It you are looking for a sugar rush, you can get it there with the milkshake and desserts. Overall good food at $$ prices. Food portions is plentiful.

Food is good but the service is horrible our sever Marco G has no customer service skills at all he even drop water next to my mother in law that is an elderly person and he didn't even apologize. I've been working in the hospitality industry for over 20 years so I know what is a good customer service is in the food and beverage industry and I know the customer service in this place is that way because the tip is already included on the bill. I don't recommend this place and I won't comeback ever. There's better food and better service close by. If you see other reviews about this place is all the same. Burguer King have better service than this place.
