Food is good. Venue is nice. Prices are ok. The service is lacking though.... Got my drink wrong, my beer glass was dirty, never brought water. My wife's sangria was more sugary syrop than any wine or alcohol. The table was left a little dirty. But, man, that black bun burger...AWESOME! Huge burger. I'm not a leave-stuff-on-my-plate guy, but I had to take half of it home.

My husband and I have been wanting to eat here for a long time and despite being told by several friends that the Quality of the food wasn’t worth the price we gave it a try and we weren’t pleased. Considering we had 20 people the staff was amazing and everything arrived at the same time and all food was hot. They also have a very good lunch menu with specials. Free valet parking too. Totally recommend it.

My first time in Miami definitely will not be my last. Laura, who was tending bar, was very friendly and attentive! Get the Wok Noodles with Loma Steak, it was amazing. I stuck to beer but the cocktails Laura was making in front of my made it very tempting (I will have to try one next time I'm there). My first time in Miami definitely will not be my last. Laura, who was tending bar, was very friendly and attentive! Get the Wok Noodles with Loma Steak, it was amazing. I stuck to beer but the cocktails Laura was making in front of my made it very tempting (I will have to try one next time I'm there). Great atmosphere to watch a game, and amazing food+service! 10/10 will fill my boca again!

Horrible Service!! Food good! I frequently have visited all 4 locations in Miami. I go there for the desert. My treat to myself. I couldn’t wait till the end of my meal. However, let’s back it up. SERVICE, Horrible!! As soon as we walk in the hostess on phone. The restaurant was empty and we get seated next to one of the only two tables that were occupied. I wash hands in bathroom come back to table didn’t even have a chance to open menu and lady server expects me to order. Stands there without giving me a chance. Water glass is empty so I order a glass of wine. Wine came with a huge bug. Food was great however, other servers had to be asked for water and condiments to go with food because the main server was huddled at the Host Stand talking with host the whole time we were there. Talking to the hostess was more important than her guests. I went there for desert and after lunch was done we were not asked for desert and just given the bill check from a different server. Absolutely, ridiculous. I wanted to have a nice relaxing birthday lunch with wine after a stressful work day and this brickell location for Bocas is a joke with no consideration and attention to detail for their guests!

Cool place to unwind on a Friday night with some tasty Venezuelan fare. Waiters were friendly and explained the dishes well. The skirt steak with the chimichurri sauce was amazing, and the arroz congri was delicious. The cachapa appetizer wasn’t great, a little cold and flavorless—so you can do without. Valet parking is $4, or free parking on the side streets. FYI the sangrias ($11) were very good.

So disappointing. Service was so lacking. After sitting inside for almost 10 minutes without having a waiter/waitress approach us to even greet us I decided to go over to the hostess to to ask to please send someone our way. A very friendly waiter finally showed up and took our drink order. Since the food took a long while to be served we ran out of beer. Decided not to order more beer since our waiter never asked if we wanted to drink anything else. A little tip, if your guests are drinking alcohol keep offering them more. They are very likely to keep drinking. Food was hit and miss. While some of the food was excellent my steak was so overcooked it was burnt and even after dumping all the chimichurri sauce on top of it it was at best edible. Dessert was very good. Overall it was an ok experience. Our waiter definitely prioritized the guests sitting outside and it felt he mostly helped us when going or coming from the kitchen. I don’t know if I will go back and give it another chance or I just might try the other locations.

I've come to Bocas several times and I have to say the food is always Fresh, Great taste, hot, and fast. I loveeeee it !!! It doesn't come cheap but nothing cheap is good so it's all worth the money. The atmosphere is great. I love the decoration and the drinks DECOR. I did buy a piña colada with no liquor and did find $14 Highly expensive for a non alcoholic beverage but I guess... I just know not to order that again. The waiters/ servers are great. They're attentive and never leave me on empty water or refreshments. I don't think for a four top tho, Gratuity should be included and I don't see it in the menu or receipt of that policy so I was wondering if that was correct but beside that, Everything was wonderful. So what's the Gratuity policy??

This is the secknd time i tried Bocas grill and i have to say that the service has improved from the last time i was here. Our server was attentive, prompt and sweet. Greeted us and went over the menu. We had 2 apps and a main. My dishes were limited as i have a food allergy so i had a girasol which was an arepa loaded(and i mean loaded) with cheese topped with an egg. And hubs had fried fish. My dish wasnt anything to rave about i had to spruce it up with some of my hubbys toppings to make it attractive. Hubby had a much better experience however he likes the fish whole and filleting it himself. (He's being fancy if you ask me ) anyway im not sure if i would come back. Place is nicely decorated people are friendly; but it's not enough to spend more than 50$ oh and valet parking is cash only and only free during lunch service at certain time frames....

This is the second Bocas Grill that I have came too and the food is top notch. This one is a few blocks away from my home but my girlfriend and I decided to stop by for lunch after a nice walk during the day. The lunch specials are delicious and a great price. The staff was courteous and I loved the atmosphere inside and out. Will definitely be visiting here again. It is a nice fusion of different Latin cuisines mainly focused on Venezuelan and Peruvian dishes.

Came late on a Sunday, the food was great, nice atmosphere, Yani took care of us, everything was perfect. Will be coming back for some of the famous milkshakes.

Excellent food, great service and reasonable prices... I've been coming here for a couple of years now and it's always delicious. Best burger I've had in Miami too. Maura is awesome :)
