Not impressed. Fairly extensive menu , nearly all barbecue , the ENTIRE meal, from appetizer to entree, was COLD- room temperature- on arrival. We were a lavish group celebrating a birthday and were assigned 2 staff, which was ridiculous as they were unable to provide adequate service. Very professional and pleasant, but after a wait of an hour with nothing in sight, I was ready to leave. Either kitchen is not properly managed or ALL staff need to be retrained. Will not return.

Recently went for the first time and they were some of the best ribs I've ever had. Very very tender. I prefer the sweet bourbon sauce over the original sauce. I could drink that stuff. The food came out amazingly fast. And the coupons are amazing, buy one rib dinner get one free. You can't really beat that deal. I'm a fan for life.

First of all, this restaurant is depressing. With low ceilings dark brown color, and old carpets…We were 5 people. We ordered chicken, ribs, and a hamburger called Bobby Rubino's hamburger that it was nothing more than a simple cheeseburger. The restaurant was almost empty when we arrived Sunday around 7 pm. Our order took an hour until it finally arrived. The food is mediocre. At the end we ordered 3 espressos, and our waitress told us that she did not know how to use the espresso machine. Face Palm, so she brought regular coffee. While we were having our coffee, she started to clean the table next to us, and started using Windex or some spray that had a very strong smell. I think she did it on purpose for us to leave. I never plan to return to this place.

A family tradition introduced to me by my grandparents and parents, BR'S is my fave place for ribs! I absolutely love their zuchinni loaf. The atmosphere is nice and casual. I always sit near the indoor bird cage, my granny's favorite spot. I introduced it to my boyfriend and now he loves Bobby's!! I love their specials and availability of coupons. The food is delicious. Went here on Wednesday night with my family(Moms and pops) TRULY an amazing time. The live entertainment was on another level. Uncle George treated us as family. He has dance moves that are smooth as velvet and his voice was LITERAL liquid honey on the mic. From Sinatra to Armstrong to The Temptations. A night I will never forget and an overall INCREDIBLE experience... The food itself is 5 stars and is quite delicious. Everything from their fried zucchini(personal favorite), to the medium buffalo chicken tenders, all the way to their excellent world famous ribs. Im looking forward to eating here many more times and then some. There is a rich history of family tradition here and taking care of their customers like their own. I can not wait for round 2

My husband and I came here and ordered the ribs a few months back. I found little hairs all over the meat which I refused to eat. After talking to manager it was the fibers of the mop they used to add the sauce. Though they offered to bring out a fresh batch and immediately switched the mop brush out, I was too put off my food to eat. I gave 2 stars because management was great and tried hard to remedy the situation immediately.

Bobby Rubino's can almost be considered historical. People have been dining here for years on their birthday to get their free meal. It is not fancy, but the ribs are good and at a fair price. Download their great coupons for the best deal. For an appetizer, order their famous onion or trio loaf. Order the ribs (3 different size plates available) and I recommend asking for a loaded potato. The fries are crinkle cut. Ask to sit near the birds, especially if you have young kids. They also have a full bar with their own specials.

My favorite item the french dip has gone from 11.99 to 14.99 in year .an to top off the price increase ...the amount of meat on the sandwich has gone down 25% ....no longer the great deal it was, I would rather pay 5-6 dollars more now and get the great ambiance water ambiance and the bigger better sandwich at Houstons. Yes for not that much more you can eat at upscale Houstons. Bobbys needs to watch their prices ....there customer base is very price sensitive and I would hate to see them blow a good thing, my neighbor who has has been going there for 35 yrs ..also commented on the price increases. Most most of the prices have gone up considerably.... I used to go there at least twice a month, I still like the bar, I will still be going there but maybe once every few months.

Tonight our family enjoyed a wonderful meal and a caring server who went that extra mile for our family. Our son I autistic and doesn't like sticky food but tonight when we tried to get him to eat ribs without me pulling the meat off he took his first bite from the bone and never stopped until he finished all of them. Went there last night first time ever and last time ever. I’ve made better ribs, coconut shrimp that you get for $15 dollars was only 5 burnt shrimp. Then service was terrible came to my table 2 times with wrong food after returning burnt shrimp. Restaurant was dark and dirty wait staff refuse to clean. I was very disappointed!

It's not often I go out for BBQ Ribs & Chicken but when I do I want the experience to be memorable. Then a friend suggested we go to Bobby Rubinos so I gave it a try. This place is the TARDIS of restaurants (My Dr. Who friends will get this instantly). It was bigger, more stylish and had cooler vibes on the inside than I thought I would experience. Maybe it was the lava rock ceiling tiles, where everyone is having a great time around you, enjoying their meals, talking, but you can carry on a conversation as if you were alone in your kitchen. The whole place seemed highly organized; everyone had a smile and kept busy being attentive. More restaurants should take note of this We started with the onion loaf, which was delicious. I will recommend they consider providing a bowl of the dipping sauce in lieu of the plastic cup, to save customer time (and plastic) because you are going to ask for more (yum). For dinner, two us had the combo BBQ ribs and chicken and one had a full rack. The ribs were delicious as were the chicken thighs and the assortment of sides--of which you get two--were awesome. My wife had a double side of coleslaw and I had the fries and baked beans. Fries are fries, but I took notice of these. Finally someone gets fries right... they were so well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The baked beans were equally great. The bar is awesome by the way.... A place you can go into after a day of work, get a cold draft and sit at the bar where you feel at home. We happened to meet the owners while there. Charming and you can see why the staff operates at such a high level of service excellence. I'm a fan

Love love love these render perfectly charred deliciously flavored ribs!!! I drive across town 45 minutes to cure my rib craving when I don't make them at home. Baked beans so yummy. Cole slaw made in house fresh creamy and slightly sweet. Great specials , lots of room for big parties and they take reservations. Nice big bar area for cocktails and hanging out. Plenty of free parking. Been going here for years and hope to for many more.

I’ve been eating here since I was a child. Always love the birds they have on display, and their BBQ is very good. Decor has not changed ever, I don’t think, but that’s one thing I love about this place. They stay true to their roots. I love their ribs, chicken and pork, they also have crinkle fries, which I never see in restaurants anymore. Their BBQ sauce is super sweet and smoky, the perfect blend, and I don’t think it’s ever changed. The round bar in the center of the restaurant is very nice and homey as well as the table and chairs. It’s just very 80-90s feel and I just love. They also have some pretty great apps like the Onion Log.....now that’s a heart attack in itself, but a must have if your an onion ring fan. Just don’t come here if you want a fat free meal, this place is all about the amazing BBQ!! Highly recommend for a affordable BBQ Meal with all the fixings ;)

Crazy crazy pack with elder people living in that area. This restaurant do have the best baby back ribs in town. If you don't mind the 1 hr wait to be seated. Try to avoid going during holiday. They have a bar and so many senior citizens loves to treat this place like their second home, oddy enough.

I use to live behind BR's as a teen and only had the chance to eat there twice. Fast forward 30 years later, and back in the neighborhood for a friends wedding, BR's is just as delicious as the last time. They still have the best ribs around but their sides are absurdly, insultingly tiny. From the mini baked and sweet potatoes, to the thimble full of cole slaw. And it doesn't matter if you eat in or take out. It's insanity to have such a great feature product and then cheap out on every other item. I guess what's really insane is that everyone I know feels the same way about the place but we all reluctantly keep going back. I think that if they had any serious competition in Pompano, they wouldn't last much longer.

I have never had a bad meal from here until tonight. The wife had prime rib and she was very happy. I had baby back ribs. These were the worst ribs ever. 95% FAT and 5% meat. These should have never been sent to me. I sure couldn't send them back as it was a take out order and I live in Coral Springs near Sample Rd and University Dr. So I'm giving them a one for meatless ribs at a cost of 21 dollars.

Entertainment is 5 Star. Butch Corridori is a fun entertainer. He sings there every Friday evening. Food is good too. They have specials and great prices. Nice evening out!
