They DO NOT pay attention to detail. The service is horrible starting with the bartender who always wears a bandana. She got everything wrong about our order. I gave this place 1 more chance and it took 12 min before someone came over to our table. Dont be fooled by the hype. Locals stay away from here.

Great menu with both standard and unique items for breakfast. We loved the food but expect to take some home. There are lines for breakfast. We just put our name in and walked the beach. Table was ready when we returned. Service is a little rushed and atmosphere is loud but we had no issues.

I'll be honest, we got served cold food because they though we were takeout and left our food in a box, then on top of that they gave us a boring sweet potato. However, the fact that these guys are so chill and open late earns them 5 whole stars, definitely gonna come back here and hope that they give us hot food next time. I’ll be honest.. I came to Big Pink exclusively for one thing. A PICTURE! I needed a photo for my Instagram and that is what drew me here. Little did I know that the food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the chicken and waffle which is a very pleasing portion size and I barely finished it. The server was great and food came out on time without a long wait. I can’t wait to come back and try one of their non breakfast choices!

The food was big and yummy. I’m an eater and I honestly could not finish my food and all I got was Chicken and Waffles. My husband got the same thing he actually doesn’t even care for waffles but he finished his whole plate. It was worth it drinks were delicious too I had a Mango margarita. Nice place to go and sit on a nice sunny day. My server was Henry and he was prompt, nice, and efficient. Thank you Big Pink.

The menu is hilariously large, probably too large for anyone to make an educated decision. But I am certain that anything you go with will be incredible. Our table had all the different burgers. FANTASTIC. The pitchers of Margaritas were also wonderful. This place isn't fancy. It's perfect. Tons of value for what you pay, and great staff. Miami is one of those cities you can spend your entire life's savings in a night, but you don't have to at the Big Pink. Get in there.

I arrive and was seated immediately which was great but then came the poor service. No one greeted me for about 10 minutes as I looked over the menu. Someone comes by and drops off water without saying a word. Finally a waitress comes and just looks at me so I assume this meant to place my order so, I did. After more than 35 minutes my food comes out, minus the cup of hot water and lemon I asked for. I ordered a waffle with strawberries and whipped cream but got strawberries and butter and no syrup. By the time my waitress comes back over, I had discovered a piece of glass in my eggs. Thank God I saw the glass before biting into the eggs. Needless to say, I told the waitress about the glass and that I didnt want anything. She says hold on let me get the check. I wasn't sure what she thought I would be charged for but she comes back with the manager who asks what's the problem. I tell him I waited over 35 minutes for my food and had glass in it. He said it was not glass it was plastic, which makes no sense because initially he asked what was the problem. If he knew I had plastic in my food (it was definitely glass), why would he be asking what the problem was??? In the end I was offered another meal but I declined. I had a flight to catch and also did not want to find anything else in my food.

Awesome place. We won’t forget this food for a very long time. Menu is very long, vast so this can be misleading but don’t worry - all is delicious there. Tomato soup with basil was excellent, smooth, a little bit sweet and sour at the same time. It came with tiny tortilla with cheese. Wonderful and energizing dish. Philly cheesesteak pizza - wonderful for pizza lovers. Nice dough, thin and crispy on the sides. Mad&cheese was creamy, very tasty but a little bit insipid after some time. The portion is huge, you probably should split it for two people. The fire rescue burger is fantastic, meat was very tasty and saucy. All meat lovers could be satisfied. It came with gigantic portion of wonderful fries. Actually the fries were so big they could be enough as an entire dish. This advice actually goes for all of their foods - the portions are huge, prepare for that! Service was fast and very very friendly. This is one of the best places in this city.

Music and conversation of others so loud you cant hear the ppl at your table. While waiting for food, waitress comes and tells us to move to another table because she wants to seat a family of 4 and for us to go to a table of 2 that still had ppl sitting there waiting for a check and was not cleaned. So we were literally standing with our drinks in our hands waiting to be seated after we already ordered. First come first serve was not applied in this situation. We had to tell the hostess up front that this was unacceptable and had to leave after waiting 30 mins.

It takes a while to get your food because it cooked fresh to order but it's worth it. They don't accept credit/debit cards with out a chip. The manager was nice enough to waive the ATM fee so we could get cash to pay for our food.

I am a frequent customer here. Large portions best known for the chicken and waffles. The most tolerant servers I have ever seen. I constantly watch them deal with rude customers and then get stiffed for a tip. If you are such cheap trash that you can't come to a nice place like this and compensate your servers for what they've done for you then maybe you should stick to Chicken McNuggets at the drive-thru.

The Big Pink is a food gem. I have going there for about a year and I have to say through out trying many of their menu items. I have been pleasantly surprised. They have such a huge menu, and some how manage to have perfected everything my guests or I have tried so far. Value & Quality of the food are definitely the winner over price. The best part about the restaurant is that they literally have food items for any part of the day. Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Linner, Dinner. Also, a great spot to end the night after some heavy drinking. On a last note, you should definitely try the pain killer from the drink menu.

I love the food and the service was awesome but then when we got home we realize we were charged twice for the same meal the gratuity was about $14 so the customer service that we got from the waitress was definitely necessary for the amount of tip that we gave her if I knew who did the tip was $14 I think I will go back I want more stuff. So we were just trying to have breakfast and we ended up spending $70 and then they charge us some additional $70 so we end up paying $140 just for a good breakfast

It takes a while to get your food because it cooked fresh to order but it's worth it. They don't accept credit/debit cards with out a chip. The manager was nice enough to waive the ATM fee so we could get cash to pay for our food.

The food here is great, they have an extensive variety of pancakes, which I highly recommend. The portions are all very large, and could easily serve two prime. There is always a long wait to get in and they do not take reservations, get there early and put your name down.

I am a frequent customer here. Large portions best known for the chicken and waffles. The most tolerant servers I have ever seen. I constantly watch them deal with rude customers and then get stiffed for a tip. If you are such cheap trash that you can't come to a nice place like this and compensate your servers for what they've done for you then maybe you should stick to Chicken McNuggets at the drive-thru.

The Big Pink is a food gem. I have going there for about a year and I have to say through out trying many of their menu items. I have been pleasantly surprised. They have such a huge menu, and some how manage to have perfected everything my guests or I have tried so far. Value & Quality of the food are definitely the winner over price. The best part about the restaurant is that they literally have food items for any part of the day. Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Linner, Dinner. Also, a great spot to end the night after some heavy drinking. On a last note, you should definitely try the pain killer from the drink menu.

I love the food and the service was awesome but then when we got home we realize we were charged twice for the same meal the gratuity was about $14 so the customer service that we got from the waitress was definitely necessary for the amount of tip that we gave her if I knew who did the tip was $14 I think I will go back I want more stuff. So we were just trying to have breakfast and we ended up spending $70 and then they charge us some additional $70 so we end up paying $140 just for a good breakfast

Save your money for a business that deserves it and won't lie to you to get it. Prices inside the restaurant are DOUBLE what they are listed to be on their online menu. And while the desserts are good, that is NOT COOL! Also, my server did a truly terrible job of serving my me and my family. And before that, the server had been glaring at my girlfriend for simply asking again for the water that had already been requested. UNBELIEVABLE! This was worse than bad service: we felt violated, belittled, and insulted by the service (and the feigned prices) here. DO NOT EXPECT GOOD SERVICE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Myself and my husband ate here two days ago and were overcharged for the table of 4’s order who were sitting next to us, PLUS OUR OWN ORDER. The waiter, Oscar, did not even show me my total before asking for a tip. Once the payment processed I noticed it was more than it should have been and asked for a paper receipt. When I pointed out the error he allegedly went to speak to his manager. We waited 20 MINUTES and he came back and said he had charged us AGAIN and that the first charge would be refunded the next day. He gave us receipts and a card for his manager. Upon checking my bank, both charges had gone through with no refund. We went back to the restaurant and spoke directly to the manager who said he had never heard about it on Sunday and that he wasn’t even working that day. So the waiter had just lied to us and given us a voided receipt instead of a refund one. We waited another 30 MINUTES for the manager and he just said that the money would be refunded in 3 days. He offered no other solution despite us already feeling uncomfortable as we had been lied to and are leaving tomorrow. Food here was fine but DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PITIFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We drive from the suburb of Coral Gables to the beach for this food. The ride by the port and across the causeway from town takes you by the cruise ship terminal. Big Pink is in the heart of South Beach close to South Point. A diner with breakfast all day the menu is expansive with many "stick to your ribs" staples like meat loaf and corn beef hash. The place can get busy so there can be a wait. Hit it at an off time and you'll be better off. My kids love there waffle and ice cream desert. The crowd is always interesting and it's a block from the beach.

I had the chicken salad sandwich which was absolutely divine and so well seasoned, my best friend had chicken and waffles which was so crispy and fresh! Everyone else had breakfast entrees which were delicious. Everything tasted amazing, made to order and the food arrived on time and piping hot! When visiting Miami, this place is a must. There is something on their menu for everyone!

Very nice brunch spot in Southbeach! The taste of the food was spot on. The popular dish during our visit was Chicken and Waffles! The geeeting staff was very efficient and welcoming. They're open late, have large portions, and the food comes out quick which is perfect after a long night out. Overall it's a good late night spot so I would recommend it for that purpose only!

Popular South Beach haunt. They do most things Big. My problem with this place is the staff. Not the least hot friendly and they act like they are doing you a favor in assisting you. Given the design if this place I would expect it to be more upbeat. I would not rush to return.

The Big Pink has great diner style food. Prices are reasonable. If you like a more than healthy portion, the big pink has large portions. My husband and I had the giant pancakes and the steak and eggs meal, which were both great meals. The only downside was the inconsistency in the quality of service. Our first day there, our waitress never checked in on us, she even left the restaurant for like 30 minutes on one occasion, and we also did not receive our syrup for our waffles but instead a container of butter.... We had to wave down another waiter to get syrup and then we waited and waited for someone to walk by so that we could pay for our meal, but no one came. So we had to wave down another waiter to get the check. Our second day, the service was much better and the waitress actually checked in on us and was able to get our check squared away within a somewhat reasonable time.

I've been here before when I was many year's younger and loved it, i think because the portions are huge and priced appropriately. I got the fried chicken and biscuits and was very dissatisfaction. The chicken looks huge but it's all breading! The bread was dry... But I still like this place. I would come back on the far future

Ordered the TV dinner special. Please don't order it... Horrible, horrible, and horrible. The chicken parmesan was way over cooked, garlic bread was dry and very hard, spaghetti was not seasoned. Stopped here today on our way out of Miami. The food was excellent and the portions were large. Most of the workers were very attentive and took care of the dirty tables and newly seated customers immediately. My girlfriend typically doesn’t get burgers because she doesn’t like the taste of meat very much. However, she absolutely loved the smash burger that she ordered and ended up finishing the whole thing. Our burgers had a lot of flavor. We highly recommend coming here.

It was far to loud and bustling to enjoy any kind of ambience or music, but it fit well with the 'big city' vibe of Big Pink.
