This place is a rip off! I truly felt like I got robbed by eating here. Overpriced food for under portion plates. I called and asked to speak with a manager or owner but the servers kept passing the phone to one another untill one of them finally mustard up the courage to tell me that the owner wasn't around. So i decided to leave my name and number, but of course my call was never returned. Don't waste your time here definitely not worth it!

So, I decided that I would try your place out - because he was so negative, nasty, and rude- that I figured you all were great! I was correct! Fantastic food. This place was AMAZING. I'm from the New Jersey/NYC area and I was in a Disney resort with family and we began to yearn for some authentic Spanish(Colombian) food. My father found this place online, and the reviews speak for themselves. The food was great and the service was great and in a sense very modern. We were handed a menu and an iPad mini with images and descriptions of the food. The food was great in terms of quality and potion size. 4 of us had great meals (with appetizers and desserts and even had some leftovers to take home) and it was under $100. I would def. recommend this place to anyone if they are in the area. It is completely worth it!!!

We were greeted as if we were family. They asked where we would like to sit and not just walk us over and sit us. They immediately offered us something drink and asked if this was our first time visiting . We werent sure what to eat so I had the Bandeja and he ordered the grilled chicken. The food was amazing everything tasted delicious. They're very attentive. I highly recommend this place. We're definitely coming back. I want to try the snapper.

Small, neighborhood, restaurant situated in a strip mall. Interesting selection of South American cuisine, extremely large portions so come with an appetite. Servicers were attentive and helpful. The facility must have recently undergone a renovation as there was strong smell of paint. The lightning was a bit too severe, like being on an office.

My family and I love to eat out, primarily at Latin food restaurants. After a long day at a theme park, we were hungry, tired and had to travel few hours to get home, so we Google'd a place to eat and this place sounded good. It was more than good, amazing! When you walk in, you feel welcomed. The place is clean, the waitresses were friendly and most of all the food was delicious! We are coming back for sure!

I visited the restaurant January 2 2018 with my family party of ten people, we found this restaurant to be over price, food wasn't that great compared to other Colombian restaurants where you get more and and better tasting food. I'm pretty sure $350 for 10 people including 4 children can go along way and the 2 other children did not eat so basically it 8 people. And to add on to this an 18% mandatory tip was included.. By the way one of the main course was not order in the kitchen at the time the order was placed for the table so I ended up eating after everyone in the table was done.. So if you are planing to go to this place I recommend you to look for another choices..

On vacation from south Florida and I wanted Colombian food so bad. Sadly I was not pleased at all. Maybe it was the chef yesterday, but the bandeja paisa here was such a let down. My meat had no flavor what so ever, and my chicharron tasted podrio "rotten". Had a very nastey taste to it. I never leave reviews but I really was looking forward to all the comments I had read before coming in. BIG time let down.

Every time I visit Orlando I go to the bakery beside this restaurant. This time, we tried it here with the whole family and we came home very satisfied! The best Spanish food I have ever tasted in Orlando! Their staff was very friendly and explained to us the menu. The Yuka fries was our favorite! We ordered twice. Definitely going back next time we are up North!

Delicious, fresh, tasty, did I say delicious? Food was amazing! We had bandeja paisa (I was craving it and was not disappointed) & calamares fritos. Everything was hot and fresh when we got it. The mango milkshakes were yummy too! Servers were friendly and not hovering- which I loved. Everyone is bilingual. Restaurant is pretty! So happy we stopped here. I will definitely be back when I’m in Orlando again.

This message is for the restaurant, I don't like to put bad reviews, but I really did not like the food, it's not because the walls and the tables are nice that you can charge 17$ for a simple casual fries and chicken mixed. I could spend 7$ in chipotle and have a better food. Make a better food and lower the prices and god bless you .

Food is delicious and priced very fairly considering typical Colombian food is hard to find with this quality. Service was good and the food didnt take too long to come to the table. The only caveat I would add is that it closes early at 9pm for a restaurant, otherwise I would go more often as sometimes I wanna go but its about to close.

I've been here a few times .. this one time I was like a little disappointed in my visit..I order the main dish the bandeja..great dish but I advise you to ask for the steak to be freshly cooked.I'm a chef and I can tell when you have piece of steak that just sits out too long it has that peculiar smell.. unfortunately I received that I had to send back came back to me the same exact way disappointed in the visit

Last Friday call early to ask for the schedule. I went to lunch with my son, in the afternoon in the check my bank state I saw that they charged me twice, I called the restaurant and the same woman answered me when I heard my voice hung up, called again and picked up the phone but not answered, insisted and she blocked me, kept calling from my son's phone and I also blocked it. After 2 hours I couldn't communicate, I called the bank and they saw that they actually doubled it, even while talking to the bank they canceled one of them. That is, you take care when they pay by card because it is very rare that they do not answer and repair the error until I usually call I do not check my bank. It was a coincidence

Nice small restaurant. Is not a quiet ambience. Staff very friendly. I ordered "Bandeja Paisa", very tasty; it has steak, rice, beans, fried egg, thick slice of bacon, fried plantains and a corn bread (I didn't like this last one) It was $18. My wife ordered "Lomo Salteado " which is skirt steak with cherry tomatoes, onions, and French fries (I expected regular potatoes) mix together in a sweet sauce. It was very tasty but has lots of French fries. Our beverage: Blackberry juice and a Mangoes "juice" which were delicious. Can be made with water base or milk base ( you have to specify, she didn't offer) and they are like a "smoothie " $4 each but is worth it. Over all we liked it, but it was $55 for two entrees and 2 juices.

We got a little scared when we got there because there weren't many people at that time, but I'm so happy that we stayed!!!!! Everything was so delicious!!!! The Piña Colada was magnificent! But, oh.... the Marisco Ceviche was divine!!!!! Try the Entrada Parilla..... *drool* Judy was our waitress. She gave us a lot of advice and incredible service too! The decor was elegant and well kept. The restrooms were clean and delightfully decorated as well. When back in town we will definitely return!!!!

The prices are crazy expensive for a small portion of food. I’ve gone to plenty of restaurants before and I know they’re usually not cheap but these people are priced even higher for smaller portions. It seems kinda unfair. I ordered a churrasco which those are usually big. This one was really small and then I decided to order a piña colada which are usually made natural. This one tasted so artificial and mostly like water and syrup. Terrible piña colada. If for some reason you decide to still go there I know you’ll regret and remember to not order the piña colada. It’s sad bc Colombian food is my favorite.

Compared to other Columbian Restaurant this place is a joke. The food is not good, (steak, tostones, chicharon and ribs so dry could not eat it). On top of that the portions are small. If you know good tasting food please look somewhere else, we wish we did our research before coming here. So disappointed!

Service was “ok” Drinks overpriced , $3.55 can of soda and $4.50 a pulp juice We spent $70 on eggs and arepas for 5. Used to eat in great restaurants around town and was very surprised on how overpriced this one was for the quality of service and food. Don’t think will be back .. at least never for breakfast

The first time I ever go to a restaurant and find out that they import food for a specific plate and they won't give you the chance to choose that item and eat in a different platter even if your PAYING MORE!! So they rather have the customer upset just because they choose not to change an item on the meal. Plenty of times I have done it and end up paying more which is reasonable since as a customer we decide to go out and eat variety food from different countries and please ourselves. Adding up the prize of the platter would have been better in my opinion instead of not have a good paying customer. But unfortunately the lack of good manner and customer service from the waitress made it worst, the awkward moment trying to understand the restaurant procedures and offerings and all she can say was "NO we cant" that will be the only thing we will be remmembering from that restaurant. So sorry that it was too hard for her and the restaurant to make that change so they can keep the customers Happy and satisfied!

As a constant traveler that values food over city experiences, this was an experience! The meat so delicious and tender, the plates overflowing with food, and the hospitality left me in awe. Place is great. Food is good. Every now and then We come accross a piece of Steak that is not seasoned well enough. We were onsite Sunday April 7th. The beans were thick and tasted as if they had been burnt and they salvaged a portion of the top. We also ordered a Bandeja Paisa. The beef was tasteless not even putting salt a bit saved it. We come often and we are satisfied clients just this time not sure what happened.

Server was not friendly or helpful. She seemed annoyed. The Food was not all that. I Ordered La Bandeja Paisa, I didn't like the beans at all, they added a lot of sugar and they tasted sweet. The Chicharrón was extremely salty and greasy. The white rice, steak and chorizo were good, but I was not impressed with this visit. Before this last time I was here about 3yrs ago and the food and service was amazing. This place might have different owners. I'm not sure about that but I won't be coming back.

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have visited this place many times before and every time is gets worst. The supervisor in charge clearly does not care about customer retention and has permanently lost a customer. To make a long story short we kindly explained to them our dietary restrictions (no pork) and asked to substitute both the sausage and pork slab as well as the beans for 2 eggs and 1 extra piece of avocado... I’m not a mathematician but I’m almost certain these items are less than half the cost of the original items. The waitress proceeded to tell her Co worker “We do not give things out for free or “a gift” in Spanish. I am so disappointed because the food actually is pretty good. Maybe this review will help them improve.

Found the price a little too high for some of the items. $18 for the signature dish "Bandeja Paisa" is kind of high. The server was very nice and helpful, but didn't know how to open a bottle of wine (?!). I put that lack of training squarely on management. She learned from us that night, though, and everyone was happy. :) Overall a satisfying experience in a nice setting. I'd recommend the place and would go back.

If you are in the area, do not pass this place up. I discovered it and it became a quick favorite. I had the Mi Bandeja Paisa and it was cooked to perfection. I have had this dish at other restaurants and this is the absolute best. Very friendly and courteous staff.

Overpriced restaurant, too expensive. Nice ambience, but it doesn’t give them the right to charge whatever they want. You can get better quality and better service at other places for much less. Don’t come here, dont let other restaurants assume this is the model they have to follow and start charging similar to the prices of this restaurant. We have to stop this people that think we the turist, and locals are stupids. Stay away from this place and go to other places around that work hard for customers and charge fairly prices... que atraco!!!
