They have art classes , etiquette classes and lots of activities Where you just drop off your child and the staff take good care of them .. if you have a birthday party is best To combine them together..Also you don’t always are required to have the American girl doll they will provide one boy doll or girl doll for the kids .. Also went to come to the activities they always give the child a gift that is Worth more or equal to what you pay also The store is set up in a way that the child can play with all the American girl dolls and toys for a long time ..Thank you to all the staff keep it up you’re doing a wonderful job.

I took my daughter's here for brunch and it was surprisingly amazing food! They loved the shakes, cheese sticks, and the pasta was awesome. Thank you for an amazing time. It was memorable, clean, and organized. I had a bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious. Thank you for the friendly service.

A ton of American Girl merch and dolls in a brick and mortar store instead of a catalog. Kids love seeing all the displays and eating at the cafe. Food is a bit pricey for what it is but the experience of having tea or a meal with your doll makes it worth it. Service is excellent and the staff are really great with kids. Only gave 2 stars because the store itself is really cute and the food wasn’t bad either but don’t EVER throw a party here for your kid. I normally take my daughter to Disney and thought I’d switch things up and surprise her with a party. So I paid $600 to have her and her friends / moms there. Ok fine the price wasn’t the issue. What really upset me was that the ENTIRE time was spent eating. First of all we only had an hour and a half which I found strange because who has a party in an hour and a half!? But I thought ok no worries I’ll make sure everyone arrives early (which they did) and I’m sure American girl doll staff has a party iteniery . From the moment we came in they sat us down and gave us menus. Main course, appetizer; and dessert. Ok fine so we ordered. The food was great I can’t complain but that was ALL we did in the party. I waited for games and we did NO games. They gave them a little string which was supposed to be a bracelet. And then sure enough once our measly hour and a half was up the store closed. My girls were so disappointed and as was I. I spent $600 to get people together for an hour and a half to eat. MIND YOU half the party wasn’t even hungry. They already ate prior obviously not expecting to be eating for an hour and 30 min straight. What a waste of money and sad that my girl didn’t get the experience I was promised.

The servers and cooks are completely unaware of what food allergies are and how serious the side effects can be if a mistake is made! Unfortunately upon looking into the matter after the fact, I realized the hamburger bun provided was NOT dairy free as it was clearly requested (ordered from the dairy free menu and double checked by the cooking staff to be dairy free after being served to us). As a result, my wife consumed the bun and passed it on to our breastfed 2 month old who is allergic to dairy. Rashes, constant spitting up of food, diarrhea galore and uncommon fussiness is what I am now dealing with due to clear stupidity! Servers standing around aloof and withdrawn should have been a big enough hint to just get up and walk out, my mistake. I will never eat here again and I recommend to those with any kind of good allergies to stay clear away!

They also have them take photos with the dolls on a card board cut out sales people were extremely friendly and courteous you can pick out dolls of different skin colors hair colors eye. Colors freckles etc I would highly recommend this wonderful place to take your daughters GRANDDAUGHTERS wonderful experience we went on a Monday im told on the weekend you cannot see the floor because its so crowded I was also told u can get additional outfits online for less mo ey. Fabulous experience! My friends took my sister while we were in town, and it was like stepping back into the great memories of childhood! It has a restaurant, a salon, fitting room, and the best staff. The selection of dolls was outstanding, although the doll we we're shopping for didn't have it's own showcase, (which was surprising). The store it’s very nice however the employee that I deal with wasn’t too nice, it seems like she had no patience to explain how it works or even to help me look for an specific characteristic in a doll. At the restaurant the waitress forgot to put the plates for the dolls, as well as they didn’t have a second option for a girl that doesn’t eat eggs or pancakes. I believe the waitress was new or something.

If I could give it 20 stars, I would. The outfits and the dolls are both exceptionally made, with GREAT quality. The salon workers work hard to fix your dolls hair, and the customer service really work hard to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Over all, my one complaint would be that it is very pricey, but it is really well made, for such good quality, it’s worth the price, to see you or your child happy :)

Went for the first time today and Rachel was so wonderful! We were extremely impressed with her enthusiasm and knowledge of all things American Girl doll. The store can be a little overwhelming but she spent lots of time with us, helping our 7 year old select the perfect doll and choosing the right book to go with our purchase. A fabulous experience thanks to Rachel and we will definitely be back!

Im just writing this review because of aileen santiagos review. She rates the store 1 star, but clearly the problem was with the online order, something that could of been destroyed while in transit or fault of her own. Then she complains when the store couldn't help her doll. She also claims the food in the cafe bistro tasted expired, but clearly by all the good reviews from the Bistro she experienced something different, I also doubt she just walked in and was seated, normally reservations are required. It's not fair that the she hold the store accountable for not being able to handle her repair. A normal person would of called the customer service number first and received directions on how to fix the problem. So I am just writing this review to offset the damage her rating created. I do not work for this store, but have worked in a store near it at the Falls, I am always very impressed with how organized the store is and how friendly the employees are. Very professional business.
