Very tasty food and a very fun atmosphere! Really enjoyed the arugala and beet salad. Service wasn't the quickest, but wasn't too slow since my group did come on a Saturday night and it was full. Definitely worth the visit

Menu is excellent - locally sourced and fresh. The mushrooms on our thin and crispy flat bread came straight from Kennett Square. The cheese plate was well portioned and expertly paired with accompanying accents. My daughter declared her cheeseburger to be 'the best ever'. Service was good but a bit inattentive, and outdoor dining is on the edge of a well maintained, but nonetheless unappealing parking lot. Indoor seating is cozy and inviting, whether at the bar or the dining room.

A delightful and wonderful place to have a brunch. The decor and ambiance is very well done. The wait staff is attentive and quick. I highly recommend for anyone looking to have a somewhat upscale brunch.

Seating was pretty tight where we were located in the corner of the one dining room (two two-person tables in a corner next to a larger round-top six person table). We were seated at one of the two-person tables. My husband had to continue to move his seat during or meal anytime food or drink was brought out to the tables seated next to us. Aside from the close quarters, the food was very good, and we enjoyed everything we ordered. Thank you!

Make a reservation and get there early before the crowd hits! It's a very popular spot since the drinks are delicious and the food is great. We always go and try their mocktails and desserts during the week; it's usually quiet and very laid back. You can't go wrong with anything you get, and if you're not happy, they will do whatever they can to make it right. Wonderful spot!

This is our go to restaurant whenever in town. I love all the dog paintings and statues. The food is clean and comfortable and always with a nice twist like the kale salad with arugula and toasted hazelnuts I had today. And if you get the deviled eggs, make sure to get enough. They are to die for.

We shared a wedge salad and soup and quesadilla combo.while I did not like that black bean and chorizo soup( too watery and lacked flavor), we enjoyed everything else, especially the wedge salad. Very fresh, especially the large chunks of bacon and perfectly ripened tomato and avocado

Came here for happy hour with my friend. They have very good food and drink specials. You can't reserve a happy hour table but we walked right in. The special slider of the day was salmon and it was delicious! Our waitress was very attentive also. They have a large amount of happy hour specials that are pescaratian!

We came for a graduation dinner on a day when at least 2 local colleges were graduating on the same day. The restaurant was very busy. Despite this, the service was excellent and team work helped facilitate this. The food was delicious and prepared well. We had 2 fish dishes that were cooked perfectly. Swordfish is dry if over cooked and this was moist. The flavors were good. One of us had the spicy, lamb Bolognese which was spicy enough and very tasty. We asked an employee to take a picture for us and it was done well and graciously. The decorations are riotously dogs-paintings, mounted resin dog heads, dog head toilet paper holder, etc. It’s fun! It’s a little pricey even for us who are used to San Francisco dining prices but for an enjoyable experience on a busy and celebratory night, it was well worth it!

The special gazpacho soup, the chicken, lamb with penne, crab and spaghetti, mushroom flatbread, amazing burger with surprise fries! Love this place!

Always A Favorite, Even On Easter! I've been to all of the White Dogs many times, but never on a holiday. With a protracted move the week before, I almost forgot it was Easter weekend. A friend invited me to join his family there, and it the usual excellence! Oysters, mussels, and Easter seem to go together! Who knew?!?

What a wonderful place for brunch! I had the fried chicken with eggs benedict which was a special. The servers were wonderful. A great atmosphere and a quiet place for good conversation. There is a classy bar here as well.

Interesting brunch bistro with a locally grown/raised angle and a passion for man's best friend. Cat free zone! Menu filled with egg-clectic omelettes and avocado appetizers, unique sandwiches, salads and tacos, even a separate vegetarian and vegan menu. On Sunday, all you can drink menu for $16, be responsible. Given the organic and local, expect the price adjustment, but not shocking. Indoor and outdoor seating (see photos) filled with a canine themed decor. Comfortable seating and friendly staff. I ordered blackened shrimp tacos (get 3) and a tomato juice. I passed on the Avocado BLT, but others at my table enjoyed it.

They offer a omnivorous menu--so there is something for everyone. Friendly good service. Free amuse bouche. (I hope I spelled that right) It gets very busy--I recommend reservations. Happy hour is regulated only at the bar and that gets very busy, too. Overall, I give it a 4. Too expensive for the quality of food, which is good, but, not worth the price. The quantity has decreased in the 3 months we've been dining there. Also, they didn't acknowledge my birthday, so why did they need my birthdate on the bottom of the receipt that I filled out 3 months earlier? No matter. I went to another restaurant for my birthday. I enjoyed that much more.

Another great meal at White Dog! Had the calamari for the first time which was breaded with corn meal which was actually really good. The steak frites which was a special with Truffle fries! All in all a 5 out of 5 review.

We had our after graduation lunch at the White Dog and we had a very nice time. The inside decor was whimsical, bright and inviting. It was extremely busy with graduation and the royal wedding on the TV at the bar, yet the food came out timely and delicious

I went here for a large family gathering. First time, it definitely will not be the last time! Great experience here. I'm a foodie and I have to say that the food was totally amazing, the service was amazing and relly good coffee to finish it all up. I highly recommend the steak tartare which was just great. I cannot wait to go back again new favorite restaurant.
