Wendy's is a nice quick go to spot if your in the mood for a deal. There 4 for $5 meal deal is just a menu item you just cant be. Other menu items are kind of pricey for a fast food menu item but if you have the cash the meal will and is worth it.

Went few weeks ago. The area by soda machine was needing managerial/ maintenance. One had no ice. One had no of certain soda like coke. There was tons of water/liquid/soda all over the floor. Nothing like trudging thru 6inches of standing liquid substance trying get a drink. Employees just ignored it. Cause shortly after we got our stuff. Was the high school lunch hour rush. The food was fine. I like the kids toy styles. More things along building something. Not just a special character plastic figure that kid lost interest in before even leave the joint. This one has one those bar height long wood tables. My kids always want sit there. But the table is always sticky. Verified by employee that it is that way. This last visit. Seemed be worse. I put napkins down and they nearly wouldn't come off table.

This was not a good experience, the store was empty, our cashier was taking orders and serving at the same time. A lady came in and left because she couldn't wait that long. I know the cashier was trying to be pleasant, but it didn't work, she moved nonchalantly, barely smiled and just did the bare minimum. I didn't enjoy the meal, the sandwich somehow seemed smaller, the chicken breast tasted and felt stale. Don't think I will visit this location again.

I ordered my food through DoorDash, everything as expected Hot food and fresh. I’m disappointed that none of My requests were met (I got pickles when I didn’t wanted any, dipping sauce not provided) I’m also missing the most basic stuff (utensils, napkins) I’m currently trying to eat my food but my whole experience is ruined! Not having utensil to eat my chili or my dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets, it’s disappointing ☹️

Use their kiosk to customize your food just the way you want! No more, "but sir, that burger doesn't come with...."! The staff is truly friendly and kind; a rarity in this market.

Typical problem anywhere you go with teenagers working too busy worrying about their phones or what their friends are doing to give you your food or put the lid on your drink. Hell they can't even give you fresh food. Don't get me wrong I like Wendy's. Foods good service terrible.

We had to wait for a long time to order and to get our order because we were told by staff, that they could only take one order at a time so they don't confuse the back cooks. At least a 20min wait! For Wendy's SMH. And my people were visiting from out of town I really just wanted some Wendy's. I was so embarrassed. But like they said these are the people that want $15 an hour LOL

For the love of god. Pick a different Wendys. Our order is constantly being messed up. If we ask for a specific sauce it’s never in the bag. The final straw was when we were in a drive through and asked to wait on the side. Fast food places usually ask you to do that when it’s extra busy, just so they can get the line moving. We didn’t think anything of it. Once we got to the side. About 20 minutes passed before we decided to go inside. They had completely forgotten about us. They had to go through old orders just to see what we ordered (because of course we weren’t given a receipt and only half an order). This was beyond frustrating.

From the gate, food was average Wendys fare. It was okay, Wendys Food. A girl came in, she knew staff. 3 men came out from back, greeted her w hugs. Free soda ect watever. We ordered, I felt like an alien; cant look me in the eye? WTF? Staff eating in dining area got up, walked past trash; tossed trash on top. It was overflowing, with a bag on the floor. He didnt push it down, just tossed on top and bopped on by. Why would he care if trash full? He just works there. About ten minutes later after my voicing off, it was changed. I dont get it. I wasn't sure it was open because it was dark outside and the Wendy sign and outside lights were not on but I saw cars at the drive-thru so I pulled in. I wasn't feeling good about my decision though because this particular Wendy's has always given bad service. Drive-thru took forever and the place was not busy. There was enough time for me to listen to 4 full songs on the radio before the 2 cars in front of me gave their orders. When I finally got to the speaker I had to repeat my order for 2 hamburgers and what I wanted on them 3 times. I got to the pay window and it took the kid (same kid who had trouble taking my order) 5 minutes to open the window and ask for payment. Oh, and he had to ask the details of my order again (4th time) because he had a tough time understanding what "everything no cheese or mustard" meant. When I voiced my frustration with the situation (I said "don't make it harder than it is. It's just hamburgers") he got rude like I was being unreasonable at his dim understanding of his job. I finally got to the pick-up window and asked for a manager. I told her about the rude, poorly trained kid at the pay window and how I expected my small order to be wrong in some way. I repeated my order again and she assured me it was made correctly. It wasn't. Apparently "everything no cheese or mustard" means "ketchup and cheese only" in Wendyland! All said and done I spent 30 minutes or so for a trip that should have taken less than 10. And when I pulled away the sign and outside lights were still dark. Seems appropriate. I won't be going there again!

Sorry this is so long- My family and I took a trip to Jackson Hole yesterday as they are from out of town. On our way back to Idaho, we stopped in for some dinner. There was a total of 7 of us and they were not busy at all so we thought it would be fine. The cashier was super nice and was handling all of our orders really well. The older man, who I assume was the manager because he was wearing a white button up, was not. The started putting the orders on the tray as they were rung up instead of waiting until the end when it was all paid for. My brother changed his order, still the same items just rang up differently so it was cheaper, but the old man threw all his food away passive aggressively and remade it, all while being really rude. The cashier was quick and the food was quick, but the manager could not figure out where each item was supposed to go on which tray. It was incredibly slow for him to do it the way he did it, but we were fine. The worst part of the experience was when we were sitting in the lobby, eating our food. The manager started yelling at the cashier (very loudly and in front of the whole lobby) saying how she made his job much harder for the 7 person order, which she was the smoothest person in the whole system so my family was puzzled. It was incredibly and unprofessional for him to talk to her on the floor the way he did and we were not the only customers who felt uncomfortable. My dad made sure to go out of his way to reassure the girl that she did a good job as we were leaving because she was so embarrassed over the whole situation. It was completely unprofessional. As that was happening, I was eating my sandwich and the bun and the chicken was soggy, it was so gross. But I couldn’t go ask for a new one because I was not going to be the reason he yelled at another person. This manager is absolutely rude and unprofessional and made the whole experience uncomfortable for everyone eating there. I would not recommend until this manager is either removed or retrained to be a professional.

The customer service is terrible day and night. The employees are rude and do not not welcome you or thank you. They look at you in a wrong way when they get the order wrong. On 9/4/19, they gave me the wrong sandwich. When I was delayed, the girl opened the window and said "what" with a major attitude. I said the sandwich was wrong. She took it, placed it on the rack (after I had touched it) for the next customer and brought me mine. That made me sick and as I drove off, I threw my food away. Who knows where my sandwich was. Night is terrible because it seems like they only have 1 person working everything. The drive thru takes forever. It took me almost 45 minutes to get a sandwich. Terrible service!!!!!!! Never again.

Just stopped at the drive thru (it’s 9pm, Monday, January 7th, 2018). Whoever was taking order was way too rude. When I stopped at the drive thru, she was speaking so low that I did not know if she was talking to me, or to someone else with her inside. I started placing my order as best as I could because, again, I could barely hear her. A few times I had to let here know that I couldn’t hear her well. She asked me to come around to the window. But AGAIN I did not understand her. So after I said “I’m sorry I’m not understanding you”. She yelled at me to come around in an aggressive manner. To which I responded by leaving. You know how they say “Do not piss off whoever is making your food”. This woman was already angry when I got there and has a serious attitude problem. I know Wendy’s couldn’t care less, but I won’t be coming back any time soon. And neither should anyone else. There are tons of options around here, with staff who do not mind being polite.

I visited store number 00000060 yesterday. Ticket number 20174. And had the worst service I have ever experienced. Not only was there no soap in the men's restroom with everyone that was handling the food being men. But I made a simple order of nuggets and a value fry that took over 20 minutes to get to me. When I saw thy people who had ordered much more complex meals after me getting their meals before me I inquired about why I hadn't received my order yet. The young man who seemed to be the manager asked me what I ordered and then didn't believe me when I told him saying that he didn't see it in the computer. But I saw that it did pop up and he kept bumping it. So I gave him my receipt for further proof. He rolled his eyes and then rudely handed me a bag of barely warm nuggets and re-dropped fries. I am highly dissatisfied with the service here and honestly this entire staff needs to be overhauled and retrained. This experience upsets me even more because I used to work at Wendy’s and know the quality and standards my store and general manager held us up to. This place was disgusting and just because it’s sold store that hasn’t been updated dosent mean that the service should also be subpar.

Great place to eat on the way home from a totally dope fishing trip... if u order a #8 with spicy chicken you might even get a #8... but definitely don’t plan on the spicy chicken part of it... but that’s understandable considering they have to remember that you want a #8 and oh ya that’s spose to be spicy chicken... that’s to much to remember... but hey... Second person inline, waiting as of right now 18 minutes and they haven't even taken my order, now 1st inline (gentleman in front of us just left, still haven't ordered) drive through customers are coming in for orders that never came and/or flat out recieved the wrong food. The restuarant isn't full, they do not look like their short staffed at all, plenty of workers behind counter, so no their not swamped or overwhelmed. Completely understaffed. I walked in at 1 o'clock with four cars in the drive through and three people inside. I stood in line for 10 minutes waiting for the person in front of me to even be approached for their order. Both myself and the person in front of me left without making an order. We went next door to the Chick-fil-A which was packed, had a full parking lot, and probably had 20 cars in the drive through and we were in and out in less than 8 minutes. Disappointing service from an organization that typically suffer from such issues.

This is probably my favorite Wendy's in the United States. This Wendy's gets hit with all the people working near by, so their lunch rush is the craziest I have ever seen. Yet no matter what, the staff always gets people fed and on their way. The bonus is the food is always fresh, and never sitting. The General Manager is great, and a team player. She manages her team well, and they are all highly efficient.

As long as you go during busier times this Wendy's is great! Don't be discouraged by a long line.. They will get you your food fast and fresh. The only time I have ever had bad service or food was during slower times. (For example 3 p.m. or past 9 p.m.) But at lunch or dinner this place is perfect.

Only Wendy's that I ever have issues with. I order the same thing every time and I always receive something different..and it's never correct. Asked for a #1 combo with ketchup only. Maybe I confused the guy with asking for a pear berry drink that I couldn't order because the puree was out. Didn't receive fries (normally included in a combo) so I asked and the girl at window said it was rung up for just the sandwich and then shut the window..okay? That's not the point. My boss wanted fries, too and I didn't feel comfortable asking for it since the window was already shut and staff was clearly avoiding me. It's also too bad that I didn't get a receipt..and didnt catch that girl's name. Lousy as always.

UnderRated. (Drive thru) This staff has never messed up any of my family’s orders, ever! And we always have orders for 4 eaters. We come here prob- twice a month and they never disappoint. Yes, they take a second to get the order, BUT it’s right, hot, fresh and greeted with smiles and kind people! Never thought about writing a kind restaurant review unless I’m disappointed, but I thought that they deserve the good review. Fast food burger joint. Parking is bad there, and the driveway in is easy to miss if not paying attention. Also, there isn't much parking so, take your chances when dining in there. The worst times seem to be around lunch and dinner times, try to go during off peak hours. The restaurant is kept clean and the condiment counter stocked well. The staff is friendly. The second screens for orders hill get your order right, I haven't had my order wrong. Can't speak for the drive-thru, I haven't had to use it.

Drive through line use to be fast and efficient a long time ago. For the past couple years its been deathly slow. Always seem to be "sold out" of items after 5pm. Did I mention how slow your drive through is? Its fast food so should not take 3-4 minutes per vehicle with a line of people around the building day or night waiting for food. First window for cashing out has been blocked off for some time and is a huge mistake. Fries either come with or without salt (you never know). The owner needs to show up and see how poorly this place is run.

I have visited many Wendy's, and usually I have a great experience. This Wendy's however was understaffed, the cashier was very slow, unknowledgeable, and continuously left her register to make food (there were plenty of food preparers in the back). Furthermore, she continuously had to get the manager, who was also slow with answers and also did not really seem to be doing much, especially to help the long lines of customers get out the door, both in store and in the drive thru. One worker saw what was happening at the counter and jumped in to help, and he was very kind and knew what he was doing and got customers out the door quicker. So that made my visit somewhat better, but overall very poor performance for this particular Wendy's and I would not visit again. Get your stuff together...

This is the worst Wendy's in Louisville. Their staff is uninviting, slow and rude. Literally Everytime I go to the beuchel bypass Wendy's, my order is destroyed, the staff is rude, helpless and slow. Ate here 3 times this week ordered the same thing all three times. First time wrong, next 2 correct but the fries were old every visit.

Cashier was monotone, fries tasted as if they threw old fries back in the fryer to reuse them, ice machine was broken, and the fries were only half filled. I ordered no tomato and no pickle, I got so much mustard that it took over the ketchup and everything else on my sandwich. Mustard ended up all over my hands, jacket, and there was a puddle of it in the wrapper.

Typical Wendy's. My wife special ordered several entrees and they were all prepared to her liking. A little more unusual at a fast food restaurant. Nice touch. Nice seating area with a variety of different seats.

The fries were super greasy and salty. The "All Natural Lemonade" tasted like some nasty Minute Maid lemonade. I should feel like I just sliced open a lemon and squeezed out it juices. Other than that, everything was fresh.

This store is the worst when it comes to customer service I was at the counter for more than 5 to 10 mins without being acknowledged bu the cashier who was conversing with her team mate in Spanish I was still waiting to see when they would greet me and take my order which they did not do even when me and my family member was Lea ing they look at us like we're in their house begging for food this is one of the many bad experiences i had at this store. Worst customer servise.

Terrible terrible service. I usually use drive thru and workers are never polite. It is NOT that hard to smile. Today in particular I ordered two salads and didn't get what I ordered. They don't give you your receipt so you can't prove your order. Chose another place for fast food

People should get fired for the way they acted there. Acting like i was bothering her for ordering food and slamming windows and didn't give our change back. Felt intimidated by the way she acted. When i called to complain i went to describe the way she was dressed so the manager knew who i was talking about, and she immediately started to defend her. All i was told was "I will talk to her" they did not have a toy for the kids meal and was not told until i was at the window and paid. All in all terrible customer service.

Service was fast. However, If you're going there for the coke freestyle machine, the staff doesn't seem to be in a huge hurry to refill the cartridges in it. Half of the drink selections were grayed out as well as half of the flavor options. This may not be an issue for some, but I have a new found love for raspberry coke. You guessed it, though. No raspberry flavoring.

Recently went through the drive-thru at this location, wait time was horrible even though I was the only 1 in line. I asked for a Mello yellow zero which they serve and was told I would have to come in and pour it myself because it is against policy to leave the counter area. Well if that is true then how do you clean your lobby? I feel this is poor customer service to deny a customer a product you sell because you refuse to walk ten feet into your lobby! It is called accommodation!

We ordered $45 worth of food through a Wendy's drive-thru and they left the salad large salad out of the order. Have been trying to call for 20 minutes and they will not answer. Terrible, will never order from there again!

We came here at 1:45 in the afternoon and found a very long drive-thru line, we didn't expect it would that long since it already past 1 PM. I also saw the line inside and it was pretty long as well. We waited around 25 minutes just to receive our order, we had the Jr. Cheeseburger and a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, both had meat that was super thin, I think you get what you pay. The food is good but not worth the wait. I can say this restaurant is not for me.

The lobby is clean and neat, but when I went to the women’s rest room it was clogged with tissue and tissue on the floor. I asked the front counter person if she had anyone who could clean it and she told me I had to use the men restroom. There was a homeless man that went into the males restroom right after she said it. So an employee told her to go clean it and she stated “they don’t pay me enough to be cleaning bathrooms “ while there were customers in the lobby. I don’t know her name but she wore a Afro ponytail.

Just visited the new Wendy’s on coliseum Blvd. I was not impressed. I ordered a number 3 combo with just meat cheese and mayo on both sides of the bun and a small chili with cheese added (which I paid extra for). When I got to my destination (Coca Cola Alexandria) low and behold my burger was reheated (I could tell my the parched bun, had no mayo and my chili DID NOT HAVE CHEESE. I’m not going to call, one because it’s a new facility and two I’m not unhooking my 53’ trailer to go up there and get no attitude from minimum wage workers. I even mentioned my request twice before washing my hands in the bathroom. I passed by this facility every evening. Maybe WENDYS will make this $13 order right. I PAID FOR FRESH FOOD FROM WENDYS NOT MICROWAVED FOOD FROM MCDONLADS! They need to produce some of that QUALITY they speak of for QUALITY TRAINING and MEAL PREPPING.
