Nothing bad to say, other than my sofa being a little light on the syrup. That happens, though. The burgers are very tasty. The fries are good. Not too salty or greasy and they compliment the burgers well. As for the spot, the staff were friendly and the place was clean, which is important to a couple of rode weary travelers. If you're traveling from SE VA to the NE and need a place to stop for food, or you're just in this part of Delaware, this is a great option.

I don't ever do any type of reviews. But for this place i will. The whole team today was on point. i arrived during a very busy 1pm - 2pm. Was handed my meal 5 min after ordering, cooked to perfection all the while the manager was working the shake machine handing out free shakes. Constant communication with every customer who came in, and made their shake up to their liking. I will never go to a mainstream fast food place as long as Wayback Burgers is here in milford!!!

A bad experience! I order from Dover extremely often and never have a problem. This is the third time I went to the Milford location. The first time a middle aged guy was there; I didn't experience any problems. The next time I had called my order in, because I had very little time between work and school. My order was not made correctly and I didn't have time to wait. Tonight, as usual in a hurry; I called up to place my order to save time. I was told 10-15 minutes. At eight minutes I had arrived and could see only one couple in the establishment. I called to see if it was really going to take 10-15. This person told me 5-10 minutes. It was already 8 minutes, so I asked if it was done, she said almost. I went in at 10 minutes, at which she asked me my name, then we walked away, came back asked me my name again and cashed me out. At which point, I waited more than 10 minutes more before asking her how much longer. She said, it's almost done, as I watched the cook put cheese on one burger after another, so I knew none of these were mine. When I asked the third time how much longer, because I was going to have to leave if I didn't get my burger, I got a very rude response saying that if I didn't like it I should go to a fast food place (ah hello, maybe you should realize Wayback is a fast food place) and she said I should go to McDonalds, that they were busy. Meanwhile, I watched the four other orders get packed up and they got their food while I still waited and had to deal with the rude young girl. Finally, I asked the taller dark haired girl about my order and who the manager was. She was very nice, apologetic and got my order. I asked the rude girl her name, but I am not even trusting that she gave her correct name, so I will omit it. If she worked for me; she'd be getting fired. I don't eat McDonalds, but I don't think their managers would allow such a rude person taking to their customers like this. It should not take 25 minutes to make a burger, especially if I'm told 5-15 minutes and no one should have to deal with arrogant cashiers. I am now wondering if she didn't put my order in until I arrived, but I was there awhile before she told the cook that I was there.

Best Burgers in Kent County. I seriously couldn't make it this good at home. The milkshakes were genuine & delicious. The ingredients are all fresh. The staff was helpful & polite! (Pretty much a rarity these days!) Overall, I highly recommend. Some may say the prices are a little high... But honestly, you can pay $6-7.00 fpr a burger at McDonald's and that is NOT even meat!! Enjoy

Essentially tryin to be five guys but a ways off. Also not the best of the wayback locations. Very slow and understaffed. Burgers on their own were ok, fries are basic cheap frozen fries and definitely hold the franchise back from the great burger places.

Ordered some burgers and chili fries and the burgers were great. However, they messed up the chili fries and one of the burgers and ended having to remake both. We ended waiting an extra 10 minutes after we were supposed to get the meal and the girl I guess forgot about our order as it was already done and placed by the fryer. Chili fries also did not taste very good dont waste your money. Also the girl that basically forgot about our meal didnt even appolagize for making us wait even longer than supposed to and her only comment when we asked about the food was "oh yea."

I came here with barely any expectations because of the few number of restaurants in the area. The prices are a bit high with a custom built single paddy burger about $4, and the cheesesteak about $7.50 for what I wanna say is a 6". However it's very worth it from this first experience. The overall food is great quality, and I really mean that. The meat seems to be very lean and has a really good texture, I'm not sure how they could get better meat and they cook it perfectly. The milkshakes are unbelievable and rich, they maybe the realist most flavorful milkshakes I've ever had. The service(from my ONE experience), is that the employees seem to be very nice and morale seems to be really good here, which seems to make the atmosphere pretty calm compared to some "fast food" places. The interior of the restaurant is very warm and relaxed, not very fast food and more restaurant.

Me and my family were there a couple days ago. We were halfway into eating and decided to get to go boxes and finish eating in the car because it was extremely hot inside. Also, the employees looked very miserable. I noticed how the, I believe,manager went to the back to wipe the sweat off im assuming . And I also herd a women who had ordered before us waiting, make a complaint about how hot it was. Until than, I wouldn’t recommend dining in.

This is definitely a keeper in the top 5 favorite restaurants on the road. The classic burger has everything on it and it was all fresh. I could taste every topping, burger and cheese in every bite. The fries were perfect. The steak n cheese I got to go was fabulous. The employees were very friendly and welcoming.

I enjoy their burgers and onion rings. I have always ordered to take out and their bags are great for full-family ordering. Sounds like a weird review but when your arms are full, the last thing I want is a $7 burger slipping out. Good customer service and typically less than 15 minute wait. The app makes it real easy to order and they have pretty good selection of drinks for a burger joint.
