I come here sometimes on my lunch break and the service is usually pretty fast. They have a nice selection for their lunch specials. Prices are affordable. For lunch, plan to spend $10-$15. Definitely try the Honey Crispy Chicken Salad!

Thick crust pizza and cold drinks. We visited for an early weekday lunch and found the restaurant virtually empty. Service was fast and friendly, but not over-attentive. Our large classic pizza was served fast (by comparison, for thick-crust pizza!), arriving at the table steaming hot and with a crispy outside crust. We added some drink specials (vacation!!), which we're good bargains and accompaniments to the pizza. This was a return visit for us.

Visited here for my sons birthday! Pizza is soooooo good. The drinks are awesome as well. The servers and cooks are all so friendly. Definitely will return. Family of Four $90 with tip as adult beverages. He got the humongous slice of cake and we all shared it.

Waitress was.. Really nice! You could tell the bar for the service was raised high, and they took everything seriously. The deep dish pizza was delicious. There's no specific pizza I recommend, it's best you try all of them. And guess what- it gets better! If you aren't a pizza fan, they have great burgers, too! The atmosphere is lighthearted and is pretty much what you'd expect at any chain restaurant. We never purchased appetizers, so I'm not exactly sure how those are, but they must be filling! Not really much to say about this place except it's a good choice for any time you're hungry and want some dinner/lunch!

We had an INCREDIBLE experience here! Not only was the food delicious, and the service fast and polite and friendly, but our server and hostess Jordyn and Victoria helped my fiancé and I restart our car once we realized the battery had died in the parking lot! They came out and helped us and we were so happy they did because my fiancé and I were both out of town and it was late at night and who knows what we would’ve done if they hadn’t been kind enough to help us! That’s what I call customer service!! A wonderful place and we will definitely be going back! I suggest it to anyone!!!

Love their deep dish pizza. Go if you want some. My son loves their boneless wings. Their burgers are decent. They keep changing the menu though, and they really don't have much for sandwiches anymore, they used to have good mac and cheese and that's gone, they got rid of the bananas foster dessert. They seem to be struggling to figure out what they want their menu to be beyond pizza, wings and burgers.

Most times service fair to Good at Uno's today however was a different story we were seàted fast and then the waiting started. it took so long for someone to come over to the table , around 15 minutes so I ordered my drinks app and pizza the pizza came out before my app so I asked where it was so he said let me check on that then waited while my pizza was getting cold waitng for the app.it did finally get there. total till food got to the table in a non busy Uno's was 45 minutes

Pizzeria Uno's the only decent Deep Dish anywhere in Florida. If you want a sample Chicago-style pizza without having to pay Chicago Deep Pockets prices this is a great option if you live in or visit Orlando. The deep dish cheese and tomato pie is always good and if your meet fan the meat market is also quite delicious. They do have some gluten free and vegetarian options but of course I'm not eating those

Service is friendly but a bit spotty - server sometimes disappears for a while during lunch. Lunch pies are of consistent quality - not on the level of Lou Malnatti, obviously, but it's a chain, so you can be fairly certain about what you're going to get. Lunch deals represent good value for money.

Pretty good overall. Went here with my family while coming back from a 5 day East Caribbean cruise. I got a custom thin sliced pizza and it was pretty good. If you order deep dish and place a couple slices of pizza on a plate for you and place the pan in the middle of the table which is nice for others in your group to try the pizza if they want.

Love this place. The individual pizzas are the perfect size and taste great. I recommend the buffalo chicken quesadilla appetizer and if they have the minestrone soup it has a nice zing. The staff here was great, and the place is clean. Wonderful idea for lunch or dinner.

Had an AWESOME TIME at UNO's last night!! Great place for some pizza and family nights. Visiting family that night and going here the staff was really kind and attentive. I can't remember four waiters name but he was good at keeping out table clean and our drinks filled. When the pizza we order came out they were nice, hot, and smelled amazing. The fresh mozzarella really came through as well as the steak. Oh, and for the appetizers we had mozzarella sticks and shrimp 'n' crab dip which was fresh, savory, and completely mouth wateringly delicious. The place was real cozy as well as lively the atmosphere just made you feel like you're right at home. Would definitely recommend coming here and trying this place out especially if you love pizza. I get to come again soon for more to try.

I had been to this place when it first opened... alot. But as other places moved around them I hadn't been there in a while. Well today was a complete waste of my time and money. The cheddar broccoli soup was brown with no broccoli chunks at all and did NOT taste like cheddar. Just awful. So I try the low Cal vegetables soup. Where are the vegetables? ?? It's mostly onions!!! A few tiny vegetables. The sm crispy chicken salad... was not great either... tge lettuce was alot of the white part you discard of any lettuce. And the chicken was dry crisp barely chicken. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY .. GO EAT ELSEWHERE

Was here for my graduation dinner with my family, and the table next to us found a live roach on their pizza. It startled everyone when they jumped out of their seats and ran, but the manager came and had the audacity to say "We are gonna go ahead and remake this for you". The table next to us just got up and left, and told us that we should go too, because the waitress looked like she had been through this situation one too many times.

We had a early lunch, the hostess was nice, as we walked though the restaurant. We where greeted with a "Good Morning and Welcome" from the Manager. Our waiter Matt had a good personality and was excellent with his customer service. They also have a menu for people who has a short period of time for lunch. Dan, the manager is a team player, when Matt our waiter was busy, he got us more beverages and also cleared our table. We would recommend Chicago Uno.

We came here on our first night, so didnt have much to judge it against at the time. Upon reflection the food was good, but not amazing. The portion sizes were big, and the service was decent, so I'd recommend for that aspect. Atmosphere was busy, and noisy, but not too much. There are places that to their food options better, but I cant fault the options they have available on their menu. Would go again to try some new things.

Great selection of food from appetizers to desserts I had the New England clam chowder creamy, delicious and hot. My wife and daughter had the broccoli cheddar soup which was great also with the crispy chicken salad they loved it. My son had the chicken tenders and I had the Fireball whiskey BBQ chicken melt which was awesome. We just love it there never disappointed.

This is a Pizzeria Uno, a franchised chain, so you already know what it is like. The food should be exactly like every other Pizzeria Uno that you have ever been to. This Pizzeria Uno is no exception. The food is consistent with the high standards of the chain. With all that said, this Uno was very clean on this Sunday afternoon. Counters, bathrooms, floors and table tops were all clean and well maintained. All of the flatware was clean and polished. If I were performing a franchise audit, then this Uno would pass with high marks. Our server, (Monty), was friendly and attentive. He joked with the children, and was very patient with our elderly guests. Requests for additional plates, napkins, etc. were met with speed and aplomb. We had a very pleasant afternoon. A fun, Sunday family meal for a economic price. I highly recommend the Newtown Square Pizzeria Uno for cleanliness, consistency and great service. TheBillo313

I do realize that this location sits right in the heart of Orlando's popular tourist district. So pricing of most consumer goods and services are at a premium. But what I'm looking for is value, while at the same time to satisfy my hunger. $12 for a small deep dish is not steep. But when the stuffing is not that deep and the sauce is bland you feel cheated. It was only because they offer a deep dish that I didn't go elsewhere. Nancy's deep dish blows them out the water. Giordano's- the same . I hear Gino's East has good pizza too.

We came here for my birthday dinner while we were staying in Disney. Having never been before I was excited to try the original deep dish pizza. My order came out wrong and as soon as I notified my waitress she went to fix it. They gave me a free appetizer while I waited, then they gave me my pizza for free and gave me an extra large dessert also for free. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. A special thanks to my waitress, Kara. Everything was delicious and I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

I do realize that this location sits right in the heart of Orlando's popular tourist district. So pricing of most consumer goods and services are at a premium. But what I'm looking for is value, while at the same time to satisfy my hunger. $12 for a small deep dish is not steep. But when the stuffing is not that deep and the sauce is bland you feel cheated. It was only because they offer a deep dish that I didn't go elsewhere. Nancy's deep dish blows them out the water. Giordano's- the same . I hear Gino's East has good pizza too.

Great food, but TERRIBLE Covered "padded" CHAIRS. And we tried out TEN other chairs around us. Absolutely horrible! Management or corporate clearly do NOT care about the comfort of their customers. First time visiting. Food was good, very tasty. Definitely not like any other pizza I have had before. The slices are super filing. I had two and was full. By the way, the cheesburger pizza really is like a cheeseburger chopped up and placed into a pizza crust. Pickles and all! Like the best of two foods in one. I was a bit disappointed in the selection of available flavors for the wings but overall happy with the experience. Glad we stopped in for a last minute meal.

This place has some of the best food around. If you love deep dish pizza or anything else. This is the place. The chicken parmesan is also a big favorite. Trying the butcher's block thin crust this time. Will be back later in the week for another fine meal.

1st let me say it is normally much better but not today. Right now I have my entire meal but no drinks or utensils. Mind you, the drinks are just water. I order the unlimited soup with a salad and of the available soup choice, they are actually broth. Neither the chowder or the broccoli had anything other than the soup base. The chowder ingredients were burned to bottom of pan from lack of attention by staff. I cant attach the videos of the soup in their containers of I could u would see there is nothing in them. Not a great experience today. Manager did eventually address the soup issue

We're provided with a very extensive beer list, but when attempting to order, are told that the best options are on the list section labeled "on deck." Which means that they aren't available but probably will be sometime in the future. The purpose of that misleading information escapes me. Two of our party of five did not get their orders as they'd placed them. One simply asking this his burger not be dressed in any way, yet the request was ignored. So many better food and drink options in the area. Pass this one by.

Pizzeria Uno hasn't been too good for years. I decided to give it another try, but it's still bad. I ordered a thin crust pizza with goat cheese, feta cheese and kalamata olives. There was almost no goat cheese, very little feta cheese, and way too much mozzarella. The crust was not thin and it was even thicker than other pizza places. Hubby got a thin crust with mushrooms and green peppers. His had a normal amount of mozzarella, but the crust wasn't thin on his either. They used to have mainly pizza and the pizza was good, but they now have a lot of other food. Maybe that's why the pizza isn't very good anymore? After this visit and poor quality food in the past, I probably will not go back.

Pretty good service overall. Food was good. Party of 4 and placed at a small table near the bar. We had to move all the ads, condiments, and other menus to a nearby table just to set the pizza down. It was clean. Menu offers pizza, steak, burgers, kids meal, etc. Many selections. Price may reflect location it was about $80 for food and regular drinks. Parking lot ca. Be hard to exit at times and international drive is very busy.

During my young adult years I lived in Chicago, Ilinois, USA. One of the benefits of living North of the Chicago River, near downtown Chicago's Loop is pizzerias Uno and Duo. Two restaurants located across the street and down the block from each other. In the late 50s pizzas were made by hand and were delicious, with thick crusts deep enough to stuff lots of good things. Well today, we are visiting in Orlando, Florida and we're in desperate need of a handmade, Chicago-style, deep dish pizza. Uno's deep dish pizza is cooked in a pan. The thickly crusted pan is loaded with about an inch or two of vegetables, pizza sauce, and various meats. All this is covered with a topping of shredded cheese. A vegan version is available. If you're from New York City and enjoy a thin crust, you call this heresy; if you're from Chicago you'll call it heaven. The original Chicago restaurant recipes are faithfully followed. The server are knowledgeable and quite efficient. The pizzas come out of the oven in a pan that's fiery hot. Uno developed a tool that allows the pan to be carried to your table without burning the hands of the server, but be careful. Everything is wheelchair accessible. Parking is free.

Absolutely terrible. Asked to be seated outside but for some reason took 3 people and 7 minutes to try and figure out where we could sit even though there were 5 empty tables outside. We told them just to seat us somewhere inside that wasn't near an A/C vent as we were all sunburned from the day. They said don't worry it will be warm at the table. They sat us right under the vent, and when we said we wanted to be moved they ignored us and waled away. Our waiter was nice but didn't refill our drinks at all. The pizza was absolutely terrible. Half of it was raw, it was way over salted, and the pepperoni and sausage tasted like cardboard. Manager never came by to see how everything was or to apologize either. Will never come back.

Usually I would want to eat my crust but it literally tasted like crumbled dough. “Deep dish” is what they call the pizza, but it’s thin crust with a lot of toppings and barely any cheese. I’ll stick to New York Style Pizza, Chicago is definitely not the best.

Waiters always come and ask how everything is when mouth is full...annoying. their burger rolls are like McDonald's rolls. Their burgers are greasy and bread falls apart. Outstanding in every way- "hidden gem." You would never guess a chain restaurant would have the best pizza in Philly. And you would never guess the bar there is *the* after-work bar in Delco. Ridiculously cheap and fantastic half-price appetizers, and decent prices on drinks. Always packed with locals and workers from Ellis Preserve. Great place with superb managers and barkeep who somehow know every customer by first name (despite there being hundreds).

Waiter complained that I didnt know french onion soup had to be ordered and wasnt in the soup buffet area. Waiter literally dropped our check off (without us asking) as we started eating our just delivered meals. Then tried to take our plates 5 minutes later when we were clearly still eating. Rushed out. Not able to enjoy more than 1 bowl of soup or salad from our lunch special. Definately no dessert. Then he never came back to pick up the check or anything. Had to go the host stand to ask him about it.

What can I say since I'm from Chicago...we always order the classic Chicago deep dish and Uno doesn't disappoint!! A little high priced ($25 for 8 slices) but oh so yummy especially since pizza in Florida as a whole is just terrible!! So I gladly pay the $25 and drive from Spring Hill FL to Orlando!!
