Terrible place. They got new staff and the guy who takes the phone orders is rude and don’t know how to handle customers. They changed my order and gave me the wrong things then I called and politely asked to get the right thing and he basically calls me stupid and said that what I ordered even though I had proof. Will never order here again.

Worst Chinese food ever DO NOT EAT HERE! An hour after I ate, I threw it right up - definitely food poisoning. Also, the chicken was slimy and rubbery. I called and tried to get my money back, and the manager or whomever I spoke to had the nerve to call me “mommy” on the phone while I was asking for my refund. Again, save yourself the money and your health - DO NOT EAT HERE!

I would rate this zero stars if I could. They are rip off artists. Their portions and quality are miss represented by photos on their menu. I called and complained, requested a refund, they said they won't give refund if I have eaten the food. I said fine, I haven't eaten the food. Then they refused to refund my meal. I find no signs of customer service or consideration for the customer. Offering and then resending a refund is even more insulting.

I always order from this restaurant. Though I wouldn't recommend you sit and stay. Buy who knows on the right day if your not to stuck up its okay. like the food. And my wait time isn't bad either. The young girl that works the phone and front desk. Is always pleasant with me. They have what I like to eat and are accommodating if I make modifications I like it! :-)

Probably the worst place in Wilmington! When I got my food I noticed that it looked like someone had been eating it, when I called them demanding an explanation and a refund they argued me down claiming it was because of the knife they used to separate the wings... Now I’m no professional chef but I know that there isn’t a knife that takes a whole chunk of meat off the bone. To top it all off I got a bug from eating their food, I will NEVER return to such a disgusting establishment! I even took a photo of my food (you can see it above)
